Abstract

Verfahren zur Ummantelung einer Batteriezelle, die Schritte umfassend: (i) Bereitstellen einer Batteriezelle, wobei die Batteriezelle mindestens zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände S1 und S2, mindestens zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände S3 und S4, mindestens eine Unterseite U und mindestens eine Oberseite O umfasst; (ii) Bereitstellen einer Klebefolie, wobei die Klebefolie mindestens eine vernetzbare Klebeschicht und mindestens einen Träger umfasst; (iii) In Kontaktbringen der Klebefolie gemäß (ii) und der mindestens einer Unterseite U der Batteriezelle gemäß (i), umfassend Verkleben der mindestens einer vernetzbaren Klebeschicht der Klebefolie und der mindestens einer Unterseite U der Batteriezelle; (iv) In Kontaktbringen der Klebefolie und der mindestens zwei Seitenwände S1 und S2, umfassend Verkleben der mindestens einer vernetzbaren Klebeschicht der Klebefolie und der mindestens zwei Seitenwänden S1 und S2; (v) In Kontaktbringen der Klebefolie und der mindestens zwei Seitenwände S3 und S4, umfassend Verkleben der mindestens einer vernetzbaren Klebeschicht der Klebefolie und den mindestens zwei Seitenwänden S3 und S4; (vi) In Kontaktbringen der Klebefolie und der mindestens einer Oberseite O, umfassend Verkleben der mindestens einer vernetzbaren Klebschicht der Klebefolie und der mindestens einer Oberseite O der Batteriezelle; wobei das Verfahren weiterhin mindestens einen Schritt des mindestens teilweisen Vernetzens der vernetzbaren Klebeschicht umfasst, wobei der mindestens eine Schritt des Vernetzens nach den Schritten gemäß (ii) bis (vi) durchgeführt werden kann.
