Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer schmelzflüssiges Gut abgebenden Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200) aufweisend einen Düsenkörper mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (20) und einem insbesondere eine Kegel- oder Kegelstumpfform aufweisenden Austrittsabschnitt (22, 222), gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte - Spritzgießen von Metall enthaltendem Pulver und - Sintern.
Description
Beschreibung Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Drackerdüse
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer schmelzflüssiges Gut abgebenden Druckerdüse, insbesondere Druckerdüse für FFF-Druck, aufweisend einen Düsenkörper mit einem Aufhahmeabschnitt und einem insbesondere eine Kegel- oder Kegelstumpfform aufweisenden Austrittsabschnitt.
Unter den Bezeichnungen FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) und FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) wird ein Filament 3 D-Druck- V erfahren verstanden, bei dem Kunststofffaden geschmolzen werden, um sodann Schichten eines 3D-Modells auf ein Substrat aufzubringen. Nach Erstarren einer Schicht werden weitere Schichten aufgetragen, so dass letztendlich ein dem 3D-Modell entsprechender Körper entsteht.
Grundlegendes Prinzip dieses Verfahrens ist z.B. der EP 0 833 2237 Bl zu entnehmen. Die zum Drucken des geschmolzenen Kunststoffs verwendeten Düsen werden nach dem Stand der Technik aus einem Vollkörper durch spanende Bearbeitung hergestellt. Als preiswertes Material kommt Messing in Frage, das jedoch für härtere Druckmaterialien den V erschleißanforderungen nicht dauerhaft genügt. Daher gibt es auch Düsen aus gehärtetem Stahl, nicht rostendem Stahl oder Düsen mit einem Einsatz aus polykristallinem Diamant (PKD) (WO 2020/239165 Al), um eine hohe Standzeit zu erzielen. Einsatz und Düsenkörper sind separate Bauteile, die stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden werden.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Druckerdüse, über die schmelzflüssiges Gut abgegeben wird, insbesondere eine Druckerdüse bestimmt für den Filament 3D-Druck zur Verfügung zu stellen, die kostengünstig unter Einsatz eines verschleißfesten Werkstoffs hergestellt werden kann. Dabei soll die Düsenöffnung, also der Spitzenbereich mit hoher Qualität hergestellt werden können, um gute Druckergebnisse zu erzielen.
Zur Lösung einer oder mehrerer Aspekte ist vorgesehen, dass der Düsenkörper durch Spritzgießen von Metall enthaltendem Pulver sowie Sintern hergestellt wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird das als MIM- V erfahren bekannte Metallpulverspritzgießverfahren benutzt, um das Spritzgießen, das aus der Kunststofftechnik bekannt ist, mit dem Sintern zu kombinieren, so dass die Möglichkeit besteht, auch problemlos verschleißfeste Werkstoffe, die bei einer mechanischen Bearbeitung zu Problemen fuhren könnten, zu verwenden, wobei die hergestellte Druckerdüse selbst eine hohe Oberflächenqualität, insbesondere im Inneren der Düse aufweist. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, durch Änderung des Spritzgießwerkzeuges das Design zu ändern, so dass eine Designfreiheit gegeben ist. Die Herstellungstoleranzen sind durch die Spritzgießtechnologie gering.
Auch sind problemlos die Düsenöffhungen scharfkantig herstellbar.
Dabei kann der sich in Längsrichtung des Düsenkörpers erstreckende Düsenkanal durch einen Werkzeugdom gebildet werden, der austrittsabschnittseitig eine Konusform aufweist.
Es ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, dass der Düsenkanal den S timbereich des Düsenkörpers durchsetzt. Vielmehr können durch mechanisches Bearbeiten, indem Schichten ausgehend vom distalen Bereich des Austrittsabschnitts abgetragen werden, gewünschte Austrittsöffnungsdurchmesser hergestellt werden. Gleiches gilt für den Fall, dass beim Spritzvorgang bereits ein durchgehender Düsenkanal ausgebildet wird.
Ist nach dem Stand der Technik, wie dieser der WO 2020/239165 Al zu entnehmen ist, zum Erzielen einer hohen Verschleißfestigkeit des Düsenaustritts ein gesonderter Einsatz erforderlich, der sodann mit dem Düsenkörper zu verbinden ist, so sieht die Erfindung in hervorzuhebender Weiterbildung vor, dass der Düsenkörper zumindest abschnittsweise durch Zwei-Komponenten-Spritzgießen hergestellt ist. Dabei wird der zumindest abschnittsweise konusförmig öffnungsseitig verlaufende Bereich des Innenkanals als ersten Bereich in einem ersten Spritzvorgang und verbleibender Bereich als zweiter Bereich des Düsenkörpers in einem zweiten Spritzschritt hergestellt, wobei der erste Bereich aus einem Material besteht, das verschleißbeständiger als das des zweiten Bereichs sein kann. Somit ist sichergestellt, dass auch bei Verwendung gefüllter Kunststoffe und solcher, die
eingekapseltes Metall oder gegebenenfalls PKD enthalten, diese mit einer Druckerdüse gedruckt werden können, die eine hohe Standzeit aufweist, gleichzeitig der Herstellungsprozess jedoch recht einfach ist. Ein Zusammensetzen von Komponenten ist nicht erforderlich. Eine Kontur mit engen Toleranzen ist erzielbar.
Problemlos kann mit der erfindungsgemäßen Druckerdüse schmelzflüssige und gegebenenfalls gefüllten Kunststoffe, d.h. Kunststoffe wie PLA (Polyactide), ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymers), TPU (thermoplastisches Polyurethan) oder PETG (Polyethylenterephthalat), um nur einige geeignete Kunststoffe zu nennen, die z.B. mit Metall, Holz, PKD, Keramik gefüllt sein können, gedruckt werden.
Nach dem Spritzgießen wird dem Werkzeug ein Grünkörper entnommen, der zur Herstellung eines Braunkörpers entbindert wird. Der Braunkörper wird sodann gesintert, wobei der Grünkörper und/oder der Braunkörper und/oder der gesinterte Körper, insbesondere der Grünkörper, mechanisch bearbeitet werden kann, damit nach dem Sintern gewünschte Endgeometrien zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Als Metallpulver wird insbesondere ein solches auf Eisenwerkstoffbasis benutzt. Dabei kann ein Werkstoff aus der Gruppe unlegierter Stahl, niedrig legierter Einsatzstahl, höher legierter fenitischer Stahl, austenitischer Stahl verwendet werden.
Gelangt ein niedrig legierter Stahl als Basiskomponente zum Einsatz, so sollte der Anteil von Kohlenstoff zwischen 0,1 Gew.-% und 1,3 Gew.-% betragen.
Insbesondere bei niedrig legiertem Stahl sind nachstehende Legierungselemente in Gew.-% enthalten:
0,1 - 1,3% C 0 - 2 % Si 0 - 1 % Mn
0 - 2 % Cr 0 - 0,5% Mo 0 - 8 % Ni
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen.
Als bevorzugte Legierungszusammensetzung des Metallpulvers in Gew.-% ist für niedrig legierten Stahl anzugeben:
0,7 - 1,1% C 0,0 - 0,4 % Si
0,2 - 0,5 % Mn 1,3 - 1,7 % Cr
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen. Hinsichtlich höher legiertem Stahl sollte der Gewichtsanteil von Kohlenstoff zwischen 0,01 % bis 2,5 % betragen, wobei zumindest 12 % von zumindest einem der Elemente Chrom oder Nickel enthalten sind.
Insbesondere sollte ein höher legierter Stahl eine Zusammensetzung in Gew.-% aufweisen:
0,01 - 2,5% C 0 - 3 % Si 0 - 3 % Mn 0 - 40 % Cr 0 - 3% Mo
0 - 45 % Ni
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen, wobei wenigstens 12 Gew.-% von mindestens einem der Elemente Cr oder Ni enthalten sind.
In Bezug auf höher legierten Stahl ist als bevorzugte Legierungszusammensetzung in Gew -% zu nennen:
0,1 - 0,6% C 0,0 - 0,2 % Si
18 - 23 % Ni 22 - 28 % Cr 1,0 - 1,6% Nb
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen.
Besteht die Möglichkeit, den gesinterten Körper, gegebenenfalls nach einer mechanischen Nachbearbeitung, unmittelbar einzusetzen, so ist erfindungsgemäß auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, dass der gesinterte Körper, gegebenenfalls nach mechanischer Bearbeitung, einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, insbesondere einem Härten wie Einsatzhärten, Vergüten, Karbonitrieren, Nitrieren.
W ärmebehandlungsverfahren für ferritische Stähle sind dem Fachmann bekannt und werden entsprechend dem verwendeten Werkstoff nach vorgegebenen Parametern ausgeführt. Je nach Werkstoff kann ein Einsatzhärten (Aufkohlen oder Karbonitrieren während des Glühens im austeni tischen Gebiet) oder ein Vergüten (bestehend aus Härten und Anlassen) durchgeführt werden. Auch beim Einsatzhärten ist ein nachfolgendes Anlassen zum Abbau der Spannungen üblich. Der Bereich, der einem hohen Abrieb ausgesetzt wird, kann ein Metallpulver enthalten, dessen Basiswerkstoff Kobalt oder Nickel ist. Insbesondere ist auch vorgesehen, dass der entsprechende verschleißfeste erste Bereich Hartpartikel, wie Oxide, Karbide, Nitride und/oder PKD, enthält. Bevorzugterweise beträgt der Anteil an Hartpartikeln in Gew.-% in Abhängigkeit von der
Art:
Karbide, z. B. WC, 1 - 50 %
Oxide, z. B. A12O3, Y2O3, 0,1 - 5,0 % Nitride, z. B. BN, 0,1 - 5,0 %
Wird eine erfmdungsgemäße Düse derart hergestellt, dass in dem stark beanspruchten Bereich, also insbesondere im Bereich des Innenkanals, ein anderer Werkstoff als im übrigen Bereich der Düse verwendet wird, ist vorgesehen, dass eine Eisenbasislegierung, wie diese zuvor beschrieben worden ist, als Basiswerkstoff, für den Bereich benutzt wird, der nicht stark beansprucht wird, und für den beanspruchten Bereich als zweite Komponente bevorzugterweise eine Kobaltbasis- oder Nickelbasislegierung verwendet wird.
Dabei ist insbesondere vorgesehen, dass im Falle einer Kobaltbasislegierung als zweite Komponente eine solche nachstehender Zusammensetzung in Gew.-% verwendet wird:
0 - 2,0% C 0 - 3,5 % Si
0 - 2,5 % Mn
6 - 35 % Cr 0- 31% Mo 0 - 5 % Ni 0- 10 %W
Rest Co und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen.
Wird als zweite Komponente eine Nickelbasislegierung eingesetzt, so weist diese bevorzugterweise nachstehende Zusammensetzung in Gew.-% auf:
0- 0,15% C 10-25 % Cr 3 - 10% Mo 0 - 6,5 % Al 0 - 1 % Ti 0 - 5 % Nb
Rest Ni und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen.
Unabhängig hiervon ist vorgesehen, dass Metallpartikel mit einer numerischen Metallpartikelgrößenverteilung D90 = 50 μm, insbesondere D99 = 40 μm, verwendet werden, also Partikel, von denen 90 % eine Größe gleich oder kleiner 50 μm, insbesondere 99 % eine Größe gleich oder kleiner 40 μm auf weisen.
B evorzugterweise wird als Pulver ein solches verwendet, das 50 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% Metallpulver und 20 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-% Binder enthält.
Hervorzuheben ist des Weiteren, dass als Binder zumindest ein Material aus der Gruppe Polyamid, Polyoxymethylen, Polycarbonat, Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymerisat, Polyimid, natürliches Wachs und Öl, Duroplast, Cyanate, Polypropylene, Polyacetate, Polyethylene,
Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetate, Polyvinyl-Alkohole, Polyvinyl-Chloride, Polystyrol, Polymethyl-
Methacrylate, Anilin, Wasser, Mineralöl, Agar, Glycerin, Polyvinyl-Butyryl, Polybutyl- Methacrylat, Cellulose, Ölsäure, Phthalat, Paraffin, Wachs, insbesondere Camauba-Wachs, Ammonium, Polyacrylat, Diglycerid- Stearate und -Oleate Glyceryl-Monostearate, Isopropyl-T itanate, Lithium-Stearate, Monoglyceride, Formaldehyde, Octyl-Säure- Phosphate, Olefin-Sulfonate, Phosphatester, S äurefettalkoholester, Stearinsäure, Zinkstearate verwendet werden kann.
Beispielhaft, gleichwohl hervorzuheben ist, dass ein Binder verwendet wird, der nachstehende Bestandteile enthält: a) 10 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-% Polyamid, b) 40 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% S äurefettalkoholester und c) 2 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% einer organischen Säure.
Die Erfindung zeichnet sich auch aus durch eine Druckerdüse hergestellt nach Verfahrensschritten zuvor erläuterter Art. Auch zeichnet sich die Erfindung aus durch eine Verwendung einer Druckerdüse zuvor beschriebener Art für den Filament 3D-Druck. Dabei ist in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass reiner Kunststoff oder gefüllter Kunststoff, insbesondere mit Keramik, nachwachsendem Rohstoff, wie Holz, und/oder kunststoffumtanteltes Metall gefüllter Kunststoff, mittels der Druckerdüse gedruckt wird.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich nicht nur aus den Ansprüchen, den diesen zu entnehmenden Merkmalen - für sich und/oder in Kombination -, sondern auch aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von der Zeichnung zu entnehmenden bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen.
Es zeigen:

Fig. 2, 3 Ausführungsformen von Druckerdüsen.
In Fig. 1 ist ein Ausschnitt eines Druckerkopfes 10 bestimmt für FFF-Druck dargestellt, mittels dessen schmelzflüssiger Kunststoff, der gegebenenfalls gefüllt ist, schichtweise auf
ein Substrat aufgetragen wird, um entsprechend einem 3D-Modell einen Körper im additiven Verfahren herzustellen. Der Druckerkopf weist eine erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Druckerdüse 12 auf, die in einen Heizblock 14 eingeschraubt ist. Die Druckerdüse 12 geht in einen Kunststofffaden führenden Abschnitt 25 über, der beab standet vom Heizblock 14 von einem Kühlkörper 16 umgeben ist. Der Abstand zwischen Heizblock 14 und Kühlkörper 16 dient als Hitzeunterbrecher.
In der Fig. 1 sind beispielhaft mehrere Schichten 17 dargestellt, die sukzessiv aufeinander aufgetragen werden, wobei auf einer erstarrten Schicht eine nächste Schicht aus flüssigem Kunststoff aufgetragen wird.
Die Druckerdüse 12 besteht aus einem Düsenkörper, der seinerseits aus einem Aufhahmeabschnitt 20 mit Außengewinde zum Einschrauben in den Abschnitt 14 und einen eine Kegel- oder Kegelstumpfform aufweisenden Austrittsabschnitt 22 mit Düsenöffnung 24 aufweist, über den der Kunststoff 25 ausgegeben wird.
In Längsachsenrichtung und die Längsachse koaxial umgebend verläuft innerhalb der Düse 12, also des Düsenkörpers ein Düsenkanal 26, der sich zu seinem distalen Ende, also zur Düsenaustrittsöffnung 24 hin konisch verjüngt (Abschnitt 27), wie sich auch selbsterklärend aus der zeichnerischen Darstellung ergibt.
Hergestellt wird die Düse 12 unter Verwendung des Metallpulverspritzgießens und Sintern. Dabei wird Metallpulver geeigneter Legierung mit einem Binder zu einer homogenen Pulvermischung verknetet und erwärmt.
Zur Herstellung der Metallmischung, also des Feedstocks gelangen die V erfahrensschritte zur Anwendung:
- Chargieren der metallischen und organischen Komponenten, - Erwärmung, Durchmischung, Scherung zu einer homogenen Masse,
Austrag und ggf. Zerkleinerung zu einem spritzgussfähigen Granulat.
Die Metallmischung - der Feedstock - wird im Spritzgießprozess verarbeitet. Hierzu wird der Feedstock in ein geschlossenes Werkzeug bei hohem Druck gespritzt. Die Form wird komplett ausgefüllt und der Feedstock plastifiziert.
Beim Spritzgießen kommen Drücke zwischen 100 bar und 2000 bar, vorzugsweise zwischen 400 bar und 1000 bar, zur Anwendung. Die Temperaturen belaufen sich zwischen 80 °C und 280 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 100 °C und 150 °C.
Das Werkzeug, in das der Feedstock bei hohem Druck gespritzt wird, sollte eine Temperatur zwischen 10 °C und 150 °C, insbesondere zwischen 25 °C und 35 °C, aufweisen.
Nach dem Abkühlen wird aus dem Werkzeug ein sogenannter Grünling entnommen, um diesen sodann z.B. thermisch, chemisch oder katalytisch zu entbindem, so dass sodann die Düse 12 als Bräunling zur Verfügung steht.
Das Entbindem kann vorzugsweise in einem T emperaturbereich zwischen 40 °C und 60 °C durchgeführt werden.
Zur Erzielung eines Präzisionsformteils erfolgt sodann bei hohen Temperaturen ein Sintern. Anschließend kann ein Härten bzw. V ergütungsprozess durchgeführt werden.
In Abhängigkeit von dem Material aus dem die Druckdüse 12 im Spritzgießprozess hergestellt wird, erfolgt ein Sintern im T emperaturbereich zwischen 1150 °C und 1350 °C.
Da beim Spritzgießen eine kontumahe Herstellung ermöglicht wird, kann gegebenenfalls die Düse 12 nach dem Sintern bzw. Härten unmittelbar eingesetzt werden. Es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, eine mechanische Bearbeitung vorzunehmen, die grundsätzlich in jedem Schritt des Verfahrens erfolgen kann, also z.B. kann der Grünling, der Bräunling oder das gesinterte Bauteil mechanisch bearbeitet werden.
Zur Nachbearbeitung der Druckerdüse bzw. der Düsenbohrung, die je nach Ausführungsform einen Durchmesser bevorzugterweise zwischen 0,2 mm und 0,6 mm aufweisen sollte, sind zu nennen:
spanende Bearbeitung,
Laserbohrung,
Drahterosion, ggf. Flachschleifen insbesondere des Düsenendes, d.h. der Anschlagfläche und des Gewindeendes sowie ggf. Gleitschleifen.
Bevorzugterweise werden nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren Standard M6 Druckdüsen mit einem Durchmesser 0,2 mm, 0,4 mm und 0,6 mm hergestellt.
Als geeignetes Basismaterial für das Metallpulver ist insbesondere Eisenwerkstoff zu nennen. Dabei kann unlegierter Stahl, niedrig legierter Einsatzstahl, höher legierter ferritischer Stahl oder austenitischer Stahl verwendet werden.
Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, im Wege eines Zweikomponentenspritzens Bereiche der Düse 12 besonders verschleißfest auszubilden. Hierzu können entsprechende Bereiche 29, insbesondere der Innenkanal 26 im Bereich des Düsenaustritts 24 aus einem Material hergestellt werden, der als Basiswerkstoff z.B. Kobalt oder Nickel aufweist, wobei Hartpartikel wie Oxide, Carbide, Nitride und/oder polykristalliner Diamant zugemischt sein können.
Unabhängig hiervon sollte die numerische Partikelgrößenverteilung der Metallpartikel betragen D90 = 50 μm, insbesondere D99 = 40 μm. Dies bedeutet, dass anzahlmäßig 90% der Partikel kleiner oder gleich 50 μm bzw. 99% der Partikel gleich oder kleiner 40 μm sind.
Der zu spritzende Feedstock sollte insbesondere 50 bis 80 Gew.-% Metallpulver und 20 bis 50 Gew.-% Binder enthalten.
Als Binder kommt zumindest ein Material aus der Gruppe Polyamid, Polyoxymethylen, Polycarbonat, Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymerisat, Polyimid, natürliches Wachs und Öl, Duroplast, Cyanate, Polypropylene, Polyacetate, Polyethylene, Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetate, Polyvinyl-Alkohole, Polyvinyl-Chloride, Polystyrol, Polymethyl-Methacrylate, Anilin
Wasser, Mineralöl, Agar, Glycerin, Polyvinyl-Butyryl, Polybutyl-Methacrylat, Cellulose, Ölsäure, Phthalat, Paraffin, Wachs, insbesondere Camauba-Wachs, Ammonium, Polyacrylat, Diglycerid-Stearate und -Oleate Glyceryl-Monostearate, Isopropyl-Titanate, Lithium- Stearate, Monoglyceride, Formaldehyde, Octyl-Säure-Phosphate, Olefin- Sulfonate, Phosphatester, Säurefettalkoholester, Stearinsäure, Zinkstearate in Frage.
Der Innenkanal 26 kann in dem Spritzgießwerkzeug mittels eines Doms gebildet werden, dessen Außengeometrie der Innengeometrie des Innenkanals entspricht, wobei die Schrumpfung während des Entbindems und insbesondere des Sinters berücksichtigt wird.
Dabei besteht die Möglichkeit, den Düsenkörper im Spritzgießverfahren mit Innenkanal und Düsenöffnung herzustellen, wobei für unterschiedliche Düsenöffhungen unterschiedliche Dome Verwendung finden, wie sich aus der Fig. 2 ergibt.
So kann die Düse 122 durch Linien 124, 126, 128 angedeutet Innenkanäle unterschiedlicher Durchmesser aufweisen, die in Öffnungen 130, 132, 134 münden, die unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen. Ein Innenkanal mit einem Durchmesser von 1,75mm, der von der Linie 124 oder einer mit einem Durchmesser von 2,85mm, der von der Linie 126 begrenzt ist, mündet z.B. in der Öffnung 130 mit einem Durchmesser von 0,25mm, in der 132 mit einem Durchmesser von 0,4mm oder in der 132 mit einem Durchmesser von 0,6mm. Ferner ist es möglich, auch Innenkanäle anderer Innendurchmesser, die von der Linie 128 angedeutet sind, abzubilden.
Eine alternative Bildung von Düsenaustrittsöffhungen unterschiedlicher Durchmesser soll durch die Fig. 3 verdeutlicht werden. Um unterschiedliche Öffiiungsdurchmesser zu erzielen, werden von dem Austrittsabschnitt 222 der Düse 200 vom Stimflächenbereich 227 ausgehend Schichten abgetragen, um Düsenöffhungen unterschiedlicher Durchmesser zu erzielen, wobei der Innenkanal 226 für alle Öffnungen gleich ist, jedoch die Länge des konischen Abschnitts 228 in Abhängigkeit von den abgetragenen Schichten variiert.
In der Grundgestaltung des Düsenkörpers 200 weist dieser eine Öffnung 230 auf, die z.B. 0,25 mm beträgt. Wird eine Schicht 232 abgetragen, so wird die Öffnung entsprechend dem Neigungswinkel des konischen Abschnitts 228 vergrößert, so dass sich eine
Düsenöffnung 234 von z.B. 0,40 mm ergibt. Wird eine weitere Schicht 236 abgetragen, so wird eine größere Austrittsöffnung von z.B. 0,60 mm erzeugt.
Nachstehend wird an einem Beispiel der Herstellungsprozess einer erfindungsgemäßen Druckerdüse beschrieben, mit der ein zähflüssiger Feedstock in ein geschlossenes Werkzeug einer Spritzgießmaschine gespritzt wird:
Dabei sind sowohl Wertbereiche als auch bevorzugte Temperaturen zu nennen, die sodann anspruchsmäßig erfasst werden.
Claims
Ansprüche Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Druckerdüse
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer schmelzflüssiges Gut abgebenden Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200), insbesondere Druckerdüse für FFF-Druck, aufweisend einen Düsenkörper mit einem Aufhahmeabschnitt (20) und einem insbesondere eine
Kegel- oder Kegelstumpfform aufweisenden Austrittsabschnitt (22, 222), gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte
Spritzgießen von Metall enthaltendem Pulver und Sintern.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass nach dem Spritzen zur Verfügung stehender Grünkörper entbindert und so zur Verfügung stehender Braunkörper gesintert wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Grünkörper und/oder der Braunkörper und/oder der gesinterte Körper, insbesondere der Grünkörper, mechanisch bearbeitet wird.
4. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Düsenkörper zumindest abschnittsweise durch Zweikomponentenspritzgießen hergestellt wird.
5. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass ein sich in Längsrichtung des Düsenkörpers erstreckender Innenkanal (26, 226) ausgebildet wird, der austrittsabschnittsseitig eine Konusform aufweist.
6. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Austrittsabschnitt durch Abtragen von Schichten (232, 236) mechanisch bearbeitet wird, ausgehend vom distalen Bereich des Austrittsabschnitts (222) zur Erzielung eines gewünschten Austrittsöffhungsdurchmessers.
7. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Spritzgießen unter Verwendung eines Werkzeugs mit Werkzeugdom durchgefuhrt wird, dessen Geometrie zumindest herzustellendem Innenkanal (26,
226), insbesondere herzustellendem Innenkanal und Austrittsöffnung (24, 130, 230), entspricht.
8. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass durch das Zweikomponentenspritzgießen ein erster Bereich (29) des Düsenkörpers, der vorzugsweise zumindest abschnittsweise konusförmig verlaufenden Bereich (27) des Innenkanals (26) begrenzt, und ein zweiter Bereich hergestellt werden, wobei für den ersten Bereich ein Material benutzt wird, das verschleißbeständiger als das des zweiten Bereich ist.
9. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als Pulver ein Pulver auf Eisenwerkstoffbasis verwendet wird.
10. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als Eisenbasiswerkstoff zumindest ein Werkstoff aus der Gruppe unlegierter
Stahl, niedrig legierter Einsatzstahl, höher legierter femtischer Stahl, austenitischer Stahl verwendet wird.
11. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als niedrig legierter Stahl ein solcher mit zumindest 0,1 Gew.-% bis 1,3 Gew.-% Kohlenstoff, insbesondere ein solcher mit den Legierungselementen in
Gew.-%
0,1- 1,3% C 0 - 2 % Si 0 - 1 % Mn
0-2% Cr 0 - 0,5% Mo 0-8 %Ni
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen, verwendet wird.
12. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als höher legierter Stahl ein solcher mit einem Anteil in Gew.-% an Kohlenstoff zwischen 0,01 % bis 2,5 % und zumindest 12 % von mindestens einem der Elemente Chrom, Nickel enthalten sind, insbesondere ein solcher mit den Legierungselementen
0,01 -2,5% C 0-3 %Si
0 - 3 % Mn 0-40% Cr 0 - 3% Mo 0-45 % Ni Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen, wobei wenigstens 12% von mindestens einem der Elemente Cr oder Ni enthalten sind, verwendet wird.
Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass ein niedrig legierter Stahl mit einer Legierungszusammensetzung des Metallpulvers in Gew.-% verwendet wird:
0,7- 1,1% C 0,0 - 0,4 % Si 0,2 -0,5% Mn 1,3 - 1,7 % Cr
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen.
Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass ein höher legierter Stahl mit einer Legierungszusammensetzung des Metallpulvers in Gew.-% verwendet wird:
0,1 -0,6% C 0,0 - 0,2 % Si 18-23 % Ni 22 - 28 % Cr 1,0 -1,6% Nb
Rest Fe und unvermeidbare V erunreinigungen.
Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der gesinterte Körper, gegebenenfalls nach mechanischer Bearbeitung, einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, insbesondere einem Härten, wie Einsatzhärten, Vergüten, Karbonitrieren, Nitrieren.
Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als Pulver für den ersten Bereich (29) der Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200) ein solches mit einem Werkstoff auf der Basis aus der Gruppe Kobalt, Nickel verwendet wird.
17. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass dem Basiswerkstoff, insbesondere dem für den ersten Bereich (29) der Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200), Hartpartikel wie Oxide, Karbide, Nitride und/oder PKD zugemischt wird bzw. werden.
18. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass Hartpartikel in Gew.-% der Mischung Hartpartikel und Basiswerkstoff verwendet wird bzw. werden:
Karbide, z.B. WC, 1 - 50 %
Oxide, z.B. A12O3, Y2O3, 0,1 - 5,0 %
Nitride, z.B. BN, 0,1 - 5,0 %. 19. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass Metallpartikel einer numerischen Metallpartikelgrößenverteilung D90 = 50 μm, insbesondere D99 = 40 μm, verwendet werden. 20. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als Pulver ein solches verwendet wird, das 50 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% Metallpulver und 20 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-% Binder enthält. 21. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass als Binder zumindest ein Material aus der Gruppe Polyamid, Polyoxymethylen, Polycarbonat, Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymerisat, Polyimid, natürliches Wachs und Öl, Duroplast, Cyanate, Polypropylene, Polyacetate, Polyethylene, Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetate, Polyvinyl-Alkohole, Polyvinyl-Chloride, Polystyrol, Polymethyl-Methacrylate, Anilin, Wasser, Mineralöl, Agar, Glycerin, Polyvinyl-Butyryl, Polybutyl-Methacrylat, Cellulose, Ölsäure, Phthalat, Paraffin, Wachs, insbesondere Camauba-Wachs, Ammonium, Polyacrylat, Diglycerid- Stearate und -Oleate Glyceryl-Monostearate, Isopropyl-T itanate, Lithium-Stearate,
Monoglyceride, Formaldehyde, Octyl-Säure-Phosphate, Olefin- Sulfonate,
Phosphatester, S äurefettalkoholester, Stearinsäure, Zinkstearate verwendet wird.
22. Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, d a du r c h g e k e nn z e i chn e t , dass ein Binder verwendet wird, der nachstehende Bestandteile enthält: a) 10 Gew.-% bis 50 Gew.-% Polyamid, b) 40 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-% Säurefettalkoholester und c) 2 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% einer organischen Säure.
23. Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200) hergestellt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
24. Verwendung einer Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200) nach Anspruch 23 für den Filament 3D-Druck (FFF-Druck).
25. Verwendung nach Anspruch 24, wobei reiner Kunststoff oder gefüllter Kunststoff, insbesondere mit Keramik, nachwachsendem Rohstoff, wie Holz, und/oder kunststoffummantelten Metall gefüllter Kunststoff, mittels der Druckerdüse (12, 122, 200) gedruckt wird.
