Description

Burner for Gas Stoves
Technical Field
The invention relates to gas stove burners that allow the fuel to be mixed with air and burned at the appropriate rate.
Prior Art
A device or device that heats, cooks, boils or melts the substances placed on it or in it by giving heat is called a stove. Stoves are usually gas fired. The efficiency of gas-fired stoves used in the prior art is around 50% even under laboratory conditions. Half of the gas used is wasted for various reasons.
In gas stoves, the part where the actual combustion takes place is called the burner. The burner ensures that the fuel is burned by being mixed up with the air in the appropriate ratio. In gas stove burners, air is taken in naturally and normally. In order to ensure the most efficient combustion, the appropriate amount of air must enter the burner and the gas must be transferred to the combustion setting in a homogeneous manner.
A multi-purpose gas burner is mentioned in the European patent document coded EP12703613 included in the prior art. Said gas burner relates to a cooking device comprising at least one gas burner assembly and gas supply means. The gas burner assembly includes an outer burner and an inner burner having a smaller cross- section than said outer burner. The burner further includes a simmer burner having a smaller cross-section than said inner burner. The gas supply means are regulated to supply the gas in three different ways. The first is the simmer mode, the second is the Asian model of cooking in the wok pan using the simmer burner and the inner burner, and the third is the Western model of cooking in the wok pan, where the simmer burner and the outer burner are used to heat the outside of the pan bottom. In the file in question, there are a simmer burner, an inner burner and an outer burner. The gas supply to the mentioned burners is provided by the solenoid gas valve. The solenoid gas valve is connected to a burner base. The mentioned burner base is not compatible with every hob. It also requires the use of an extra valve. No upgrade has been made on the body and burners. Efficient combustion cannot be achieved.
The gas flowing to the burner bodies in the prior art is transmitted directly to the inner burner and/or the outer burner. When it is transmitted directly, more gas
1 comes out from some burner holes on the burner, while less gas comes out from others. In the part where the gas comes out a lot, the gas mixes with the ambient air without being completely burned. The amount of waste gas is increasing.
Purpose of the Invention
The aim of the invention is to obtain a gas stove burner that provides more efficient combustion.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain an energy-efficient stove burner that reduces fuel consumption.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain a stove burner that provides faster heating, cooking, melting and boiling.
Another aim of the invention is that a burner configuration is obtained in which the inner burner and the outer burner can be lit, controlled and adjusted separately.
The burner configuration developed to achieve the mentioned purposes include inner burner gas channel (22) that enables the gas moving in the inner burner gas inlet (11) to be directed to the inner burner (40) in order to ensure that the inner burner (40) and the outer burner (30) are burned separately or simultaneously and can be adjusted, at least two outer burner gas channel (21) with a substantial semi circular helical channel that enables the gas moving in the outer burner gas inlet (12) to be transmitted to each gas outlet hole (31) on the said outer burner (30) in an equal and balanced way without directly hitting the outer burner (30), a body (20) consisting of guide plate (23) positioned on the outer burner gas channel (21) which enables the gas coming from the outer burner gas channel inlet (21.1) to exit from the sides, and enables the remaining gas to exit from the gas outlet holes (31) in an equal, balanced and homogenized way.

Explanation of the Invention
The invention relates to gas stove burners that allow the fuel to be mixed with air and burned at the appropriate rate. The burner subject to the invention includes venturi (10), body (20), outer burner (30) and inner burner (40). Said burner may also contain a small body (50) to be used in alternative embodiments.
Gas comes to the burner, which is the subject of the invention, via the venturi (10). Venturi (10) can be found in various shapes and quantities depending on the need and the place where the burner is used. In order for the inner burner (40) and the outer burner (30) to be lit and controlled separately, a double venturi (10) must be used. The burner, which can be lit and controlled separately, can be lit and controlled simultaneously when desired. The burner, which is the subject of the invention, can be adapted to the currently used industrial and domestic stoves, thanks to its different designs.
In configurations of burner with double venturi (10), gas is transmitted to the inner burner (40) through the Inner burner gas inlet (11). It is transmitted to the outer burner (30) via the outer burner gas inlet (12). In alternative embodiments of the invention, the inner burner gas inlet (11) and the outer burner gas inlet (12) can be found as two separate channels in a single venturi (10).
4 The burner configuration subject to the invention has a body (20). There are gas channels on the body (20) that transmit the gas coming from the venturi (10) to the inner burner (40) and/or the outer burner (30). The channel that enables the gas to be transmitted to the outer burner (30) is called the outer burner gas channel (21). The channel that enables the gas to be transmitted to the inner burner (40) is called the inner burner gas channel (22). The gas enters the outer burner gas channel (21) through the outer burner gas channel inlet (21.1).
It is ensured that the gas coming from the venturi (10) is homogeneously transported to the outer burner (30) and distributed through the outer burner gas channel (21). The body (20), which generally has a circular shape, is divided into three equal parts by the outer burner gas channels (21). Thus, the gas coming from the venturi (10) is enabled to reach the outer burner (30) equally. In alternative embodiments of the invention, there may be one, two, four or more outer burner gas channels (21) on the body (20).
The outer burner gas channel (21) is largely in the form of a semi-circular helical channel. Thanks to the helical channel design, the gas coming from the venturi (10) is distributed homogeneously without hitting the outer burner (30) directly. In addition, a guide plate (23) is positioned on the outer burner gas channel (21) in order to prevent the gas from moving upwards directly.
There is a fixing hole (23.1) on the guide plate (23). On the body (20), there is a screw hole (24) for fixing the said guide plate (23). The guide plate (23) is fixed to the body (20) with the fixing screw (23.2) through the screw hole (24).
In alternative embodiments of the invention, the guide plate (23) can be positioned on the outer burner gas channel (21) on the body (20) without being fixed. The guide plate (23) is produced with an inclination. There is a height difference of “t” between the fixing part and the end part of the said guide plate (23). The optimum value of the “t” distance is 0.8 cm. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the distance “t” can be between 0.4 and 1.5 cm.
The gas coming from the outer burner gas channels (21) with the guide plate (23) is homogenized in the right-left and upward direction and transmitted to the outer burner (30). The guide plate (23) ensures that a part of the gas goes vertically from the sides, while the other part is homogeneously circulated inside and exits through the gas outlet holes (31). As a result, an efficient combustion is provided with the said guide plate (23).
In the alternative embodiment of the invention, the burner contains the outer burner gas channel (21a), which has the shape of a semi-circular helical channel, while the
5 guide plate (23) does not. In this type of burner configuration, the body (20a) does not contain the screw hole (24). The burner configuration used in the alternative embodiment is shown in Figure-12 to Figure-16. Although an efficient combustion is achieved with the said burner configuration compared to other burners in the prior art, the efficiency is low compared to the burner configuration with the guide plate (23).
On the body (20a), there are gas channels that transmit the gas coming from the venturi (10) to the inner burner (40) and/or the outer burner (30). The channel that enables the gas to be transmitted to the outer burner (30) is called the outer burner gas channel (21a). The channel that provides the transmission to the inner burner (40) is called the inner burner gas channel (22a). Gas enters the outer burner gas channel (21a) via the outer burner gas channel inlet (21.1a). (Added to the drawing, figure 16) The body (20a) used in the burner configuration, which is the subject of the invention, contains three outer burner gas channels (21a). In alternative embodiments of the invention, the body (20a); the outer burner (30) may comprise one, two, or more than three outer burner gas channels (21a).
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the burner includes a non-helical outer burner gas channel (21b), while the guide plate (23) does not. The burner configuration used in the alternative embodiment is shown in figure-17 to figure- 21
The gas coming from the body (20b) and the venturi (10) used in the alternative embodiment was divided into two and tried to be distributed equally to the outer burner (30) from two different points. In the mentioned embodiment, it has been detected that the body (20b) does not distribute the gas to the outer burner (30) sufficiently evenly. Although an efficient combustion is achieved compared to other burners in the prior art with the aforementioned burner configuration, the efficiency is relatively low compared to the body (20) with helical channel and guide plate (23) and the body (20a) with helical channel and without guide plate (23).
On the body (20b), there are gas channels that transmit the gas coming from the venturi (10) to the inner burner (40) and/or the outer burner (30). The channel that enables the gas to be transmitted to the outer burner (30) is called the outer burner gas channel (21b). The channel that provides the transmission to the inner burner (40) is called the inner burner gas channel (22b). The gas enters the outer burner gas channel (21b) through the outer burner gas channel inlet (21.1b). The body (20b) used in the burner configuration, which is the subject of the invention, contains two outer burner gas channels (21b). In alternative embodiments of the invention, the body (20b) may comprise one, three, or more than three outer burner gas channels (21b).
6 In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the burner includes a non-helical outer burner gas channel (21c), while the guide plate (23) does not. The burner configuration used in the alternative embodiment is shown in figure-22 to figure- 24.
The gas coming from the body (20c) and the venturi (10) used in the alternative embodiment enters the outer burner (30) through a single outer burner gas channel (21c). A bridge (22c) is positioned on the said outer burner gas channel (21c). The bridge (22c) ensures that the gas coming from the outer burner gas channel (21a, 21b) is distributed to both sides in an equal, balanced and homogenized way and exits from the combustion holes. Although an efficient combustion is achieved with the said burner configuration compared to other burners used in the prior art, it has low efficiency compared to the body (20a) with helical channel and guide plate (23), the body (20a) with helical channel but without guide plate (23) and the body (20b) with the channel.
On the body (20c), there are gas channels that transmit the gas coming from the venturi (10) to the inner burner (40) and/or the outer burner (30). The channel that enables the gas to be transmitted to the outer burner (30) is called the outer burner gas channel (21c). The channel that provides the transmission to the inner burner (40) is called the inner burner gas channel (51). Gas enters the outer burner gas channel (21c) through the outer burner gas channel inlet (21.1c). The body (20c) used in the burner configuration, which is the subject of the invention, includes an outer burner gas channel (21c). In alternative embodiments of the invention, the body (20c) may include two, three, or more than three outer burner gas channels (21c).
There are different types of venturi (10) and bodies (20, 20a, 20b, 20c) in the drawings of the inventive burner embodiment. Thanks to the different type of designs, the inventive burner configuration can be easily adapted to the industrial and domestic stoves used in the prior art.
