Technical Field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to an outdoor swimming pool structure, in particular to a splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate, a rigid surrounding wall of a swimming pool and a swimming pool.
Backeround
[0003] The existing swimming pool structure, such as CN200949321, disclosed an above-ground swimming pool, which comprises a rigid surrounding wall and a flexible inner layer, the rigid surrounding wall comprises a support frame and a decorative wall, the support frame comprises a plurality of support poles, and the top ends of the two adjacent support poles are connected by a cross bar, the decorative wall comprises connecting columns arranged on the outer side of the aforementioned support poles, and a surrounding plate is embedded in the opposite grooves of two adjacent connecting columns, each surrounding plate is covered with a cover plate, and the connection of the two adjacent cover plates are provided with a connecting plate. The outer side of the connection cover forms an extension downward. The extension is locked to the outer side surface of the upper end of the corresponding connecting column by screws. The support frame is provided with a fixing hook, and the fixing hook is disposed with a hook extending inside and hooked to the transverse part of the T-shaped joint. The fixing hook is locked and fixed with the two adjacent cover plates and the connecting cover by screw's. The surrounding plate is composed of a plurality of horizontal strip plates stacked up and down. The bottom edge of each strip plate forms a buckle groove that is buckled on the top edge of the other strip plate located below it, and the buckle groove of the bottom edge of the downmost strip plate is buckled on the protruding rib formed on the bottom plate. The lug 11 of one of the two adjacent surrounding plates 1 is placed in the setting area of the other surrounding plate 1 and the first matching structure and the second matching structure are plug-fitted. The surrounding plate 1 may be made by injection molding to reduce production cost and weight and facilitate installation. Both side portions of the surrounding plate 1 are provided with the lug 11 and the setting area 12. The lug 11 and the setting area 12 on the two side portions are arranged in a staggered arrangement, which simplifies the structure, improves the convenience of installation, and improves the connection strength of the splicing structure.

The lugs 11 are fixed on the stepped surface and protrude from the side portion of the surrounding plate 1. The setting area 12 is formed between each two adjacent lugs 11. The structure is simplified, the installation convenience is improved, and the splicing is neat. The first matching structure comprises a groove 111 concavely disposed on the front of the lug 11. The groove 111 is disposed on the convex portion of the lug 11. The second matching structure comprises a convex portion 121 convexly disposed on the back of the setting area 12. The convex portion 121 and the groove 111 are inserted to form a snap-fit structure.

Each of the two adjacent upright columns 2 is relatively fixed by a detachable structure, and there are multiple surrounding plates 1 between each two adjacent upright columns 2. The two side walls of the upright column 2 are recessed with a sliding groove 25. The two ends of the surrounding plate 1 are respectively installed in the sliding groove 25 of the two upright columns 2, and the plurality of surrounding plates 1 are spliced up and down, the splicing structure is used between each two adjacent surrounding plates up and down. Since the frame has up-and-down spliced surrounding plates, the splicing strength can be improved and the appearance is more beautiful.
[0036] The detachable structure comprises an upper flat plate 3 and a bottom plate 4. The upright column 2 is provided with an upper cover joint 21 and a fixing hook 22. The upper flat plate 3 is supported on the top surface of the upright column 2. The upper cover joint 21 is fixedly connected to the top of the upright column 2 and the upper cover joint 21 covers the end of the upper flat plate 3. The fixing hook 22 is fixed on the upper cover joint 21 for connecting the cross bar (of the pool frame - not shown). For example, the fixing hook may be fixed by bolts. The above structure can improve the connection strength of the rigid surrounding wall of the swimming pool and facilitate assembly and disassembly. The lower end of the upright column 2 is fixedly connected with a base 23. The two ends of the bottom plate 4 are respectively attached to the bases of the two columns, and the surrounding plate 1 is supported on the bottom plate. The surrounding plates may be spliced up and down. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to any one of Examples 1-7 may be used between each two adjacent surrounding plates up and down.

The method may comprise positioning a flexible inner layer including a ring-shaped wall portion and a bottom portion on the ground; holding up the ring-shaped wall portion of the flexible inner layer with a support flame, the support flame may include an upper ring shaped flame including a plurality of cross bars; and surrounding the support flame and the flexible inner layer with a rigid surrounding wall. The step of surrounding the support flame and the flexible inner layer with the rigid surrounding wall may include the steps of: coupling a plurality of upright columns to the support frame; positioning a plurality- of surrounding plates between adjacent ones of the plurality' of upright columns; and interconnecting the plurality of surrounding plates by placing spaced apart lugs of one of two adjacent surrounding plates into paced apart seating areas of the other surrounding plate.

Claims
1. A splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate, comprising a plurality of surrounding plates, each surrounding plate has two side portions arranged back to back, one side portion is protruding with a lug, the other side portion is formed with a setting area, and the lug of one of two adjacent surrounding plates is placed into the setting area of the other surrounding plate.
2. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 1, wherein both side portions of the surrounding plate are provided with a lug and a setting area, and the lug and the setting area of the two side portions are arranged in a staggered manner.
3. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 1, wherein the lug is provided with a first matching structure, and the first matching structure comprises a groove recessed on a front of the lug; the setting area is provided with a second matching structure, the second matching structure comprises a convex portion on a back side of the setting area, and the convex portion and the groove are matched in an insertion manner.
4. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 3, wherein both side portions of the surrounding plate are provided with lugs and setting areas, and the lugs and setting areas on both side portions are arranged in a staggered manner; the back of the side portion of the surrounding plate is concave and farmed into a stepped structure, the stepped structure has a stepped surface, the lugs are fixed on the stepped surface and protrade from the side portion of the surrounding plate, and the setting area is formed between each two adjacent lugs.
5. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 3 or 4, wherein a groove wall of the groove facing away from the surrounding plate is provided with an inclined guide structure.
6. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the end surface of the lug is provided with an inclined guide structure.
7. The splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 1 , wherein the surrounding plate is made by injection molding.
8. A rigid surrounding wall of a swimming pool, wherein comprising a plurality of upright columns arranged at intervals in a ring shape, and each of the two adjacent upright columns is relatively fixedly mounted by a detachable structure, and a plurality of surrounding plates are arranged between the two adjacent upright columns, a side wall of the upright column is concavely provided with a sliding groove, two ends of the surrounding plate are respectively installed in the sliding groove of the two upright columns, and the surrounding plates are spliced up and down, and the splicing structure of a pool surrounding plate according to claim 1 is used between each two adjacent surrounding plates up and down.
9. The rigid surrounding wall of a swimming pool according to claim 8, wherein the detachable structure comprises an upper flat plate, the upper flat plate is supported against a top surface of the upright column, the upright column is provided with an upper cover joint, and the upper cover joint is fixedly covered on the upright column and covered on an end of the upper flat plate.
10. The rigid surrounding wall of a swimming pool according to claim 8, wherein the detachable structure comprises a bottom plate, a base is fixedly connected to the lower end of the upright column, and two ends of tire bottom plate are respectively attached to the bases of the two upright columns, the surrounding plate is supported against the bottom plate.
11. A swimming pool, wherein comprising a flexible inner layer and the rigid surrounding wall of a swimming pool according to claim 8, a swimming pool cavity is formed in the flexible inner layer.
12. A method of assembling a swimming pool, comprising positioning a flexible inner layer including a ring-shaped wall portion and a bottom portion on the ground; holding up the ring-shaped wall portion of the flexible inner layer with a support flame, the support frame including an upper ring shaped frame including a plurality of cross bars; and surrounding the support flame and the flexible inner layer with a rigid surrounding wall, including the steps of: coupling a plurality of upright columns to the support flame; positioning a plurality of surrounding plates between adjacent ones of the plurality of upright columns; and interconnecting the plurality of surrounding plates by placing spaced apart lugs of one of two adjacent surrounding plates into paced apart seating areas of the other surrounding plate.
