- the step of surrounding the support flame and the flexible inner layer with the rigid surrounding wall may include the steps of: coupling a plurality of upright columns to the support frame; positioning a plurality- of surrounding plates between adjacent ones of the plurality' of upright columns; and interconnecting the plurality of surrounding plates by placing spaced apart lugs of one of two adjacent surrounding plates into paced apart seating areas of the other surrounding plate.
