Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to an elevator system, and particularly to an elevator system suitable for a car of an elevator including an evacuation ladder and a pit device installed in a hoistway pit of the elevator.
- In general, pit devices such as an interphone, a control station switch (elevator stop switch), a bell, a brake release switch, and a buzzer are installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a car of an elevator moves up and down. On the other hand, an evacuation ladder for rescuing a passenger trapped in the car of the elevator by a firefighter is provided in the car of the elevator.
- The evacuation ladder is often installed and stored in a ceiling of the car or a handrail portion of the car, but may be stored in a rear side plate or a side surface side plate of the car.
- PTL 1 discloses an emergency elevator system for avoiding water immersion of an elevator control device and a hoisting machine in a hoistway during fire fighting in case of fire in a building.

PTL 1 described above describes an emergency elevator system in which an elevator control device and a hoisting machine are installed in a hoistway without installing a machine room in order to avoid water immersion of the elevator control device and the hoisting machine in the hoistway during fire fighting in case of fire in the building. The emergency elevator system includes a fireproof divided hoistway, a device storage box body which is attached to an appropriate location of the hoistway higher than a pit of the hoistway and on which a waterproof treatment is performed, and device waterproof storage means for storing either or both of the elevator control device and the hoisting machine in the device storage box and prevents water immersion. - PTL 1:
JP 2008-44773 A - However, when the evacuation ladder is stored in the rear side plate or the side side plate of the car, since the entire outer dimension of the car increases, a hoistway dimension increases. In addition, in a case where the evacuation ladder is stored in the ceiling of the car, a ceiling thickness of the car increases, and a distance (hereinafter, referred to as OH dimension) from an uppermost floor of the building to a ceiling of the building also increases.
- On the other hand, since there is a case where the pit device is disposed at a height of more than 1 m from a pit bottom of the hoistway in compliance with a fire operation standard, there is a problem that the hoistway dimension needs to be increased in order to avoid interference between the pit device and the car.

PTL 1 described above describes the emergency elevator system for avoiding the water immersion of the elevator control device and the hoisting machine in the hoistway during fire fighting in case of fire in the building, but does not describe any solution to the problem that the OH dimension becomes large or the hoistway dimension needs to be significantly increased. - The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator system capable of avoiding interference between a pit device and a car without significantly increasing a hoistway dimension even though a car of an elevator includes an evacuation ladder and a pit device is installed in a hoistway pit of the elevator.
- In order to achieve the above object, an elevator system in which a pit device is installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a car of an elevator moves up and down and an evacuation ladder is installed on a side plate of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway on which the pit device is installed. The pit device and the evacuation ladder are installed at positions not overlapping as viewed from a plan or at positions different from each other.
- According to the present invention, it is possible to avoid interference between the pit device and the car without significantly increasing the hoistway dimension even though the car of the elevator includes the evacuation ladder and the pit device is installed in the hoistway pit of the elevator.

FIG. 5] FIG. 5 is a plan view ofFIG. 2 . - Hereinafter, an elevator system of the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiment. In the drawings, the same reference signs are used for the same components.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of anelevator apparatus 100 in a first embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention. - As illustrated in
FIG. 1 , theelevator apparatus 100 includes ahoistway 1 that communicatively connects each floor of abuilding 2, a plurality oflanding places 2A provided on floors of thebuilding 2, and acar 4 that moves in thehoistway 1 and stops at eachlanding place 2A, and eachlanding place 2A is communicatively connected with thecar 4 through acar entrance 4A.. - The
car 4 is connected to one end of a main rope (not shown) and is suspended in thehoistway 1, and acounterweight 5 balanced with a weight of thecar 4 is connected to the other end of the main rope. In addition, a hoistingmachine 3 that winds up the main rope and a control panel (not illustrated) that controls an operation of the hoistingmachine 3 are installed above the-hoistway 1. - When the hoisting
machine 3 winds up or unwinds the main rope, thecar 4 and thecounterweight 5 move in a helical manner along car-side guide rails 6 and 7 and counterweight-side guide rails 8 and 9 fixed to thehoistway 1. - The counterweight-side guide rail 9 is fixed to a wall surface 1A of the
hoistway 1 via afirst rail bracket 10 by fastening means 16a including a bolt and a nut, the counterweight-side guide rail 8 and the car-side guide rail 7 are fixed to the wall surface 1A of thehoistway 1 via asecond rail bracket 11 by fastening means 16b, and the car-side guide rail 6 is fixed to the wall surface 1A of thehoistway 1 via a third rail bracket 12 by fastening means 16c. - In the
elevator apparatus 100 of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, as illustrated inFIGS. 2, 3 ,4, and 5 , pit devices such as aninterphone 21, acontrol station switch 22, abell 23, abrake release switch 24, and abuzzer 25 are installed on awall surface 20a of apit 20 of thehoistway 1 in which thecar 4 moves up and down, and anevacuation space 27 for evacuating when a worker needs to evacuate for some reason is provided in apit bottom portion 20b of thehoistway 1.Reference sign 26 denotes a pit junction box, andreference sign 33 denotes a rail bracket. - In addition, in the present embodiment, an
evacuation ladder 30 is installed on aside plate 4a of thecar 4 facing thewall surface 20a of thepit 20 of thehoistway 1 in which the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, the control station switch 22, thebell 23, thebrake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 are installed, and the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, the control station switch 22, thebell 23, the brake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 described above and theevacuation ladder 30 are installed at positions not overlapping or are installed at different positions as viewed from a plane (seeFIG. 5 ). - The above-described
evacuation ladder 30 is stored in aladder storage portion 32 provided on theside plate 4a of thecar 4. - In addition, in the present embodiment, as described above, the
evacuation space 27 for' the worker is provided on thepit bottom portion 20b of thehoistway 1, but the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, the control station switch 22, thebell 23, thebrake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 are installed above theevacuation space 27. - In the present embodiment, the
interphone 21 and thecontrol station switch 22 are detachably held by a pit control station housing 28 detachably installed on thewall surface 20a of thepit 20 outside theevacuation space 27. During maintenance, theinterphone 21 and/or thecontrol station switch 22 is removed from the pitcontrol station housing 28 and is moved to theevacuation space 27, and theinterphone 21 and/or thecontrol station switch 22 is operated in theevacuation space 27. - In addition, in the present embodiment, the
interphone 21 and thecontrol station switch 22 are provided side by side in the pitcontrol station housing 28, theinterphone 21 is held with an operation unit positioned on a front side with respect to the pitcontrol station housing 28, and thecontrol station switch 22 is held with an operation unit positioned on a right side with respect to the pitcontrol station housing 28. - With such a configuration of the present embodiment, the protrusion of the
evacuation ladder 30 installed on theside plate 4a of thecar 4 and the protrusions of the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, the control station switch 22, thebell 23, the brake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 do not interfere with each other while increases in a width dimension, a pit depth, and an OH dimension of thehoistway 1 is suppressed to the minimum, and it is possible to utilize mutually effective spaces. - Accordingly, according to the present embodiment, even though the
car 4 includes theevacuation ladder 30 and the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, thecontrol station switch 22, thebell 23, thebrake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 are installed in thepit 20 of thehoistway 1, it is possible to avoid interference between the pit devices such as theinterphone 21, thecontrol station switch 22, thebell 23, the brake release switch 24, and thebuzzer 25 and thecar 4 without significantly increasing the dimensions of thehoistway 1. - In addition, in the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress increases in dimensions (plane dimension and pit dimension) of the
hoistway 1, it is possible to use a component with a low waterproof requirement, and it is possible to reduce the cost of the elevator system. - In addition, since an operation of the
interphone 21 or thecontrol station switch 22 from theevacuation space 27 can also satisfy a standard, and during maintenance, theinterphone 21 or thecontrol station switch 22 can be moved simply by removing the interphone or the control station switch from the pitcontrol station housing 28, it is possible to cope with the same work time as the current work time. - The present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiment, and includes various modification examples. For example, the aforementioned embodiment is described in detail in order to facilitate easy understanding of the present invention, and is not limited to necessarily include all the described components. In addition, some of the components of a certain embodiment can be substituted into the components of another embodiment, and the components of another embodiment can be added to the component of a certain embodiment. In addition, another component can be added, removed, and substituted to, from, and into some of the components of the aforementioned embodiment.

Claims (6)
- An elevator system in which a pit device is installed on a pit wall surface of a hoistway along which a. car of an elevator moves up and down and an evacuation ladder is installed on a side plate of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway on which the pit device is installed, wherein the pit device and the evacuation ladder are installed at positions not overlapping as viewed from a plan or at positions different from each other.
- The elevator system according to claim 1, wherein the evacuation ladder is stored in a ladder storage portion provided on the side plate of the car.
- The elevator system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an evacuation space of a worker is provided on a pit bottom portion of the hoistway, and the pit device is installed above the evacuation space.
- The elevator system according to claim 3, wherein the pit device is an interphone, a control station switch, a brake release switch, a buzzer, and a bell.
- The elevator system according to claim 4, wherein the interphone and the control station switch are detachably held by a pit control station housing installed detachably on the pit wall surface outside the evacuation space, are removed from the pit control station housing and are moved to the evacuation space during maintenance, and are operated in the evacuation space.
- The elevator system according to claim 5, wherein the interphone and the control station switch are installed side by side in the pit control station housing.
