Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, when the evacuation ladder is housed in the back side plate or the side plate of the car, the size of the entire periphery of the car increases, and therefore the size of the hoistway increases.
On the other hand, in order to meet the standard of fire fighting operation, there is a case where pit equipment is disposed at a height exceeding 1m with respect to the pit bottom of the hoistway, and therefore, there is a problem as follows: in order to avoid interference between pit equipment and the car, the hoistway size has to be increased.
Patent document 1 describes an emergency elevator system for avoiding flooding of an elevator control device and a hoisting machine in an elevator shaft during fire extinguishing operation in the case of a fire in a building, but does not describe a solution to the problem of increasing the OH size and necessitating a large increase in the elevator shaft size.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator system capable of avoiding interference between pit facilities and a car without a significant increase in a hoistway size even when the car of an elevator is provided with an evacuation ladder and pit facilities are provided in a hoistway pit of the elevator.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, an elevator system according to the present invention is an elevator system in which pit facilities are provided on a pit wall surface of a hoistway in which a car of an elevator is raised and lowered, evacuation ladders are provided on side plates of the car facing the pit wall surface of the hoistway in which the pit facilities are provided, and the pit facilities and the evacuation ladders are provided at positions that do not overlap when viewed from a plane or are staggered with each other.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, even if the car of the elevator is provided with the evacuation ladder and the pit equipment is provided in the hoistway of the elevator, the hoistway size is not significantly increased and interference between the pit equipment and the car can be avoided.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an elevator system according to the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiment. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are used for the same components.
Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of an elevator apparatus 100 in embodiment 1 of an elevator system according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an elevator apparatus 100 includes a hoistway 1 that communicates with each floor of a building 2, a plurality of landings 2A provided on each floor of the building 2, and a car 4 that moves in the hoistway 1 and stops at each landing 2A, and each landing 2A communicates with the car 4 through a car doorway 4A.
The car 4 is suspended in the hoistway 1 by being connected to one end of a main rope (not shown), and a counterweight 5 that balances the weight of the car 4 is connected to the other end of the main rope. Further, a hoist 3 for winding up the main rope and a control panel (not shown) for controlling the operation of the hoist 3 are provided above the hoistway 1.
When the hoist 3 winds up or unwinds the main rope, the car 4 and the counterweight 5 move in a bucket type along the car side guide rails 6,7 and the counterweight side guide rails 8,9 fixed in the hoistway 1.
The counterweight side guide rail 9 is fixed to the wall surface 1A of the hoistway 1 via a first rail bracket 10 by a fastening unit 16a made of a bolt or a nut, the counterweight side guide rail 8 and the car side guide rail 7 are fixed to the wall surface 1A of the hoistway 1 via a second rail bracket 11 by a fastening unit 16b, and the car side guide rail 6 is fixed to the wall surface 1A of the hoistway 1 via a third rail bracket 12 by a fastening unit 16 c.
In the elevator apparatus 100 of the present embodiment thus configured, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, and 5, pit equipment such as an intercom 21, a control station switch 22, a bell 23, a brake release switch 24, and a buzzer 25 is provided on a wall surface 20a of a pit 20 of the hoistway 1 in which the car 4 is raised and lowered, and a retraction space 27 that retracts when the operator needs to be evacuated for some reason is provided in a pit bottom 20b of the hoistway 1. In addition, reference numeral 26 is a pit junction box, and reference numeral 33 is a rail bracket.
In the present embodiment, the evacuation ladder 30 is provided on the side plate 4a of the car 4 facing the wall surface 20a of the pit 20 of the hoistway 1 in which the pit equipment such as the interphone 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, the buzzer 25 is provided, and the pit equipment such as the interphone 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, the buzzer 25 and the evacuation ladder 30 are provided at positions not overlapping each other in a plan view (see fig. 5) or are provided so as to intersect each other.
The evacuation ladder 30 is housed in a ladder housing portion 32 provided in the side plate 4a of the car 4.
In the present embodiment, as described above, the evacuation space 27 for the operator is provided in the pit bottom 20b of the hoistway 1, but pit equipment such as the intercom 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, and the buzzer 25 are provided above the evacuation space 27.
In the present embodiment, the intercom 21 and the control station switch 22 are detachably held in the pit control station case 28, the pit control station case 28 is detachably provided on the wall surface 20a of the pit 20 outside the evacuation space 27, and at the time of maintenance, the intercom 21 and/or the control station switch 22 is detached from the pit control station case 28 and moved to the evacuation space 27, and the intercom 21 and/or the control station switch 22 is operated in the evacuation space 27.
In the present embodiment, the interphone 21 and the control station switch 22 are provided side by side in the pit control station case 28, the interphone 21 is held so as to be positioned on the front side with respect to the operation portion of the interphone 21 of the pit control station case 28, and the control station switch 22 is held so as to be positioned on the right side with respect to the operation portion of the control station switch 22 of the pit control station case 28.
With the configuration of this embodiment, the lateral width, the pit depth, and the OH size of the hoistway 1 can be minimized, and the effective space can be used without interference between the protrusion of the evacuation ladder 30 provided on the side plate 4a of the car 4 and the protrusion of the pit equipment such as the intercom 21, the control station switch 22, the bell 23, the brake release switch 24, and the buzzer 25.

In addition, in the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress an increase in the size (the plane size, the pit size) of the hoistway 1, and to use a member having a low waterproof requirement, thereby enabling a cost reduction of the elevator system.
In addition, the operation of the intercom 21 or the control station switch 22 from the evacuation space 27 can also satisfy the standard, and at the time of maintenance, only the intercom 21 or the control station switch 22 can be easily detached from and moved to the pit control station case 28, so that maintenance can be performed with the same working time as in the past.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible.
