Claims (9)

  1. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel, umfassend:
    einen Außenbehälter (2);
    eine Umhüllung (14), die den Außenbehälter (2) umgibt und umhüllt und die aus einem Einwickelbogen (15) besteht, der um den Außenbehälter (2) gefaltet und mittels wenigstens einer Heißsiegelung stabilisiert wurde; und
    ein Aufreißband (16), das mit der Umhüllung (14) gekoppelt ist und so ausgelegt ist, um gezogen zu werden, um die Umhüllung (14) in einen ersten Abschnitt (17), der mit dem Aufreißband (16) nicht verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (18), der mit dem Aufreißband (16) integral ist, zu teilen;
    wobei der Einwickelbogen (15) zwei gegenüberliegende Laschen (20, 21) aufweist, die überlappen und miteinander heißgesiegelt sind, um eine Längssiegelung (22) zu bilden; und
    wobei der erste Abschnitt (17) der Umhüllung (14) wenigstens eine vorgeschwächte Linie (26) aufweist, die das Aufreißen erleichtert, nahe zu einer Kante des ersten Abschnitts (17) entspringt und nahe an der Längssiegelung (22) angeordnet ist;
    wobei die Packung (1) für Rauchartikel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Längssiegelung (22) an der Innenseite einen neutralen Bereich (27) aufweist, der frei von jeglicher Siegelung zwischen den zwei Laschen (20, 21) ist, der - an der Innenseite - die vorgeschwächte Linie (26) enthält und durch verbundene Abschnitte, bei denen die zwei Laschen (20, 21) miteinander gesiegelt sind, vollständig umgeben ist.
  2. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der neutrale Bereich (27) eine Längsausdehnung aufweist, die größer als eine Querausdehnung ist.
  3. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der neutrale Bereich (27) eine Längsausdehnung aufweist, die größer als eine Längsausdehnung der vorgeschwächten Linie (26) ist.
  4. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die vorgeschwächte Linie (26) parallel zu Längskanten des Außenbehälters (2) verläuft.
  5. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die vorgeschwächte Linie (26) aus wenigstens einem durchgehenden Schnitt besteht, der vollständig durch den Einwickelbogen (15) geht.
  6. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 5, wobei die vorgeschwächte Linie (26) lediglich eine der zwei Laschen (20, 21) des Einwickelbogens (15) betrifft.
  7. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei:
    ein Deckel (4) vorgesehen ist, der an dem Außenbehälter (2) längs eines Gelenks (5) angelenkt ist und eine obere Wand (10), eine vordere Wand (11), eine hintere Wand (12) und zwei seitliche Wände (13) aufweist;
    der Deckel (4) eine vordere Kante (24), die die vordere Wand (11) an der Unterseite begrenzt, und zwei Seitenkanten (25), wovon jede eine seitliche Wand (13) an der Unterseite begrenzt und ein Ende der vorderen Kante (24) mit einem Ende des Gelenks (5) verbindet, aufweist; und
    das Aufreißband (16) so zwischen der oberen Wand (10) des Deckels (4) und der vorderen Kante (24) des Deckels (4) angeordnet ist, dass der zweite Abschnitt (18) der Umhüllung (14) kleiner als der Deckel (4) ist und der erste Abschnitt (17) der Umhüllung (14) den Deckel (4) teilweise bedeckt.
  8. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Aufreißband (16) höher als die Vorderkante (24) des Deckels (4) angeordnet ist, so dass es keinen Abschnitt aufweist, der die Vorderkante (24) des Deckels (4) überlappt.
  9. Packung (1) für Rauchartikel nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei das Aufreißband (16) in einem Abstand (D) anders als null - und vorzugsweise gleich wenigstens 2 mm - von der vorderen Kante (24) des Deckels (4) angeordnet ist.
