Claims (6)

  1. Weiche Zigarettenpackung (1), umfassend:
    eine Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten;
    eine innere Umwicklung (3), die die Gruppe (4) von Zigaretten umschließt und eine obere Wand (5) aufweist;
    eine äußere Umwicklung (2), die die innere Umwicklung (3) an fünf Seiten umgibt und die obere Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) frei lässt; und
    eine Versiegelungsmarke (19), die eine rechteckige Form aufweist, die mit der oberen Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) wenigstens teilweise überlappt und einen durch Abreißen entfernbaren Abschnitt (26) umfasst, der von dem verbleibenden Teil der Versiegelungsmarke (19) durch eine "U"-förmige vorgeschwächte Aufreißlinie (27) getrennt ist;
    wobei die Versiegelungsmarke (19) auf die obere Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) mittels eines ersten Klebstoffs (20) geklebt ist und wobei wenigstens ein Teil des ersten Klebstoffs (20) auf den entfernbaren Abschnitt (26) aufgebracht ist;
    wobei die Packung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    die Aufreißlinie (27) einen zentralen Abschnitt (28), der "U"-förmig ist und vollständig eingeschnitten ist, und zwei seitliche Abschnitte (29), die nur teilweise eingeschnitten sind, um eine verbleibende mechanische Verbindung zu erhalten, die danach zerrissen werden muss, umfasst; und
    der erste Klebstoff (20) nicht auf den zentralen Abschnitt (28) der Aufreißlinie (27) aufgebracht ist.
  2. Zigarettenpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Aufreißlinie (27) von einer längeren Seite der Versiegelungsmarke (19) zu der gegenüberliegenden längeren Seite der Versiegelungsmarke (19) erstreckt.
  3. Zigarettenpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die einen Überzug (24) aus Kunststoffmaterial umfasst, die um die äußere Umwicklung (2) gewickelt ist und mit dem entfernbaren Abschnitt (26) verbunden ist.
  4. Zigarettenpackung (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Überzug (24) mit dem entfernbaren Abschnitt (26) mittels eines zweiten Klebstoffs (30) verbunden ist.
  5. Zigarettenpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei:
    die obere Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) zwei Faltlaschen (11, 12) umfasst, die trapezförmig sind und teilweise miteinander überlappen; und
    der erste Klebstoff (20) zwischen der Versiegelungsmarke (19) und der oberen Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) so eingefügt ist, dass er auf beide Faltlaschen (11, 12) der oberen Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) aufgebracht ist.
  6. Zigarettenpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Versiegelungsmarke (19) mit der oberen Wand (5) der inneren Umwicklung (3) ausschließlich und vollständig überlappt und die äußere Umwicklung (2) in keinem Punkt berührt.
