Claims (6)

  1. Paquet de cigarettes souple (1) comprenant :
    un groupe (4) de cigarettes ;
    un papier d'emballage interne (3) qui enveloppe le groupe (4) de cigarettes et a une paroi supérieure (5) ;
    un papier d'emballage externe (2) qui entoure le papier d'emballage interne (3) sur cinq côtés, laisse la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) exposée ; et
    un timbre de scellement (19) qui a une forme rectangulaire, recouvre au moins partiellement la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) et comprend une partie amovible par déchirure (26), qui est séparée de la partie résiduelle du timbre de scellement (19) au moyen d'une ligne d'ouverture par déchirure pré-affaiblie en forme de « U » (27) ;
    dans lequel le timbre de scellement (19) est collé sur la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) au moyen d'une première colle (20) et au moins une partie de la première colle (20) est appliquée sur la partie amovible (26) ;
    le paquet (1) est caractérisé en ce que :
    la ligne d'ouverture par déchirure (27) comprend une partie centrale (28), qui est en forme « U » et est complètement découpée, et deux parties latérales (29) qui ne sont que partiellement découpées afin de conserver un raccordement mécanique résiduel, qui doit être ensuite déchiré ; et
    la première colle (20) n'est pas appliquée sur la partie centrale (28) de la ligne d'ouverture par déchirure (27).
  2. Paquet de cigarettes (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la ligne d'ouverture par déchirure (27) s'étend à partir d'un côté plus long du timbre de scellement (19) jusqu'au côté plus long opposé du timbre de scellement (19).
  3. Paquet de cigarettes (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, et comprenant un suremballage en matière plastique (24) qui est enveloppé autour du papier d'emballage externe (2) et est raccordé à la partie amovible (26).
  4. Paquet de cigarettes (1) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le suremballage (24) est raccordé à la partie amovible (26) au moyen d'une seconde colle (30).
  5. Paquet de cigarettes (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel :
    la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) comprend deux rabats de pliage (11, 12), qui ont une forme trapézoïdale et se chevauchent partiellement ; et
    la première colle (20) est intercalée entre le timbre de scellement (19) et la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) afin d'être appliquée sur les deux rabats de pliage (11, 12) de la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3).
  6. Paquet de cigarettes (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le timbre de scellement (19) recouvre exclusivement et complètement la paroi supérieure (5) du papier d'emballage interne (3) et ne touche l'emballage externe (2) en aucun point.
