The object of the present invention was to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an improved grip assembly for a handgun, as well as a handgun equipped with the grip assembly.
This task is achieved by a handle assembly and a handgun according to the claims.
- ein Griffstückoberteil, wobei das Griffstückoberteil eine Schlittenführung zur Aufnahme einer Schlittenbaugruppe aufweist, wobei das Griffstückoberteil einen Magazinaufnahmeraum zur Aufnahme eines Magazines aufweist, wobei der Magazinaufnahmeraum eine Magazineinführrichtung definiert, wobei im Gebrauchszustand der Handfeuerwaffe das Magazin in Magazineinführrichtung in den Magazinaufnahmeraum einschiebbar ist;
- ein Griffstückunterteil, wobei das Griffstückunterteil in der Magazineinführrichtung auf das Griffstückoberteil aufschiebbar und mit diesem koppelbar ist;
- an upper part of the handle, the upper part of the handle having a slide guide for receiving a slide assembly, the upper part of the handle having a magazine receiving space for receiving a magazine, the magazine receiving space defining a magazine insertion direction, wherein in the use state of the handgun, the magazine can be inserted into the magazine receiving space in the magazine insertion direction;
- a lower part of the handle, wherein the lower part of the handle can be pushed onto the upper part of the handle in the magazine insertion direction and can be coupled to it;
- a locking mechanism for coupling the lower part of the handle with the upper part of the handle. The locking mechanism comprises a structurally independent locking element, wherein the locking element has a contact projection which engages in a form-fitting manner in the lower part of the handle and wherein the locking element has a locking projection which engages in a form-fitting manner in the upper part of the handle.
The handle assembly according to the invention has the advantage that by means of the structurally independent locking element, the lower handle part can be coupled to the upper handle part as rigidly as possible and yet relatively easily detachable. In particular, a stable connection between the lower part of the handle and the upper part of the handle can be achieved by the locking element. Thus, the handle assembly can be easily adapted to different users.
The locking projection in the sense of this document can be any structural design which serves to form a positive connection with the upper part of the handle and can thus absorb forces acting in the magazine insertion direction.
The contact projection in the sense of this document can be any structural design which serves to form a positive connection with the lower part of the handle and can thus absorb forces acting in the magazine insertion direction.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the locking element is designed to be flexible, so that the locking projection is displaceable or bendable relative to the contact projection.
Furthermore, it can be expedient if the locking element is designed in the form of a leaf spring, which has a spring base and a spring arm, the contact projection being arranged on the spring base and the locking projection being arranged on the spring arm, the spring arm being designed to be elastically bendable. In particular, a locking element in the form of a leaf spring can have a simple structure and, at the same time, have good functionality.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a locking recess is formed in the upper part of the handle, into which the locking projection engages, the locking recess extending to the magazine receiving space, the locking projection being releasable from the magazine receiving space. Particularly with a handle assembly designed in this way, the lower part of the handle can be easily removed from the upper part of the handle. Through these measures, in particular that the locking projection is detachable from the magazine receiving space, it can be achieved that the locking projection can only be released when there is no magazine in the magazine receiving space.
In an alternative embodiment variant, it can be provided that a locking lug is formed in the upper part of the handle and that a window is formed in the locking element, into which the locking lug engages, the locking projection being formed by an upper edge of the recess in the locking element.
In particular, it can be provided that the locking lug has a locking ramp. The locking ramp can serve to ensure that when the lower part of the handle is joined to the upper part of the handle, the locking element can be pushed over the locking lug until the locking lug engages in the window.
In addition, it can be provided that a receiving space for receiving the locking element is formed in the lower part of the handle, the receiving space being delimited by an outer shell of the lower part of the handle and an intermediate wall of the lower part of the handle that delimits the magazine receiving space. This has the advantage that the locking element can be positioned in a suitable position on the lower part of the handle so that it is not accessible from the outside when installed or when using the handgun.
Also advantageous is an embodiment according to which it can be provided that a battery receptacle is formed in the receiving space or on the locking element, which serves to accommodate a battery for powering the handle assembly or other power-supplied elements of the handgun. In this way, a power supply to the handle assembly or, for example, energy consumers mounted on the handle, such as a light or a shot counter, can be achieved in a relatively simple manner in order to provide the handle assembly with additional functionality. In particular, these measures allow the accumulator to be stored well and easily replaceable in the handle assembly.
According to a further development, it is possible for the receiving space in the lower part of the handle to be arranged on the back of the handle. Particularly on the back of the handle, the receiving space can be well integrated into the handle assembly or into the lower part of the handle, while at the same time the external shape of the handle assembly is not negatively influenced by the provision of the receiving space and can therefore be adapted to the ergonomic requirements in an improved manner.
Furthermore, it can be expedient if a further spring arm is formed on the locking element in the area of the locking projection, the further spring arm being supported on an outer shell of the lower part of the handle. This measure can increase the holding force of the locking element on the upper part of the handle.
In an alternative embodiment variant, it can be provided that a spring element is formed in the upper part of the handle or in the lower part of the handle, which acts on the locking element. The locking projection can be pressed into a corresponding counter element in the upper part of the handle by the spring element. The spring element can be designed in the form of a leaf spring or in the form of a coil spring.
In addition, it can be provided that a support element is formed on the locking element in the area of the contact projection, the support element being supported on an outer shell of the lower part of the handle. This has the advantage that the locking element can be received in a form-fitting manner in the lower part of the handle by means of the support element. This means that unwanted movements of the locking element relative to the lower part of the handle, such as a loose fit, can be largely prevented.
In particular, it can be provided that a first support element and a second support element are formed on the locking element in the area of the contact projection, the first support element and the second support element having a different shape.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the support element is formed on the spring base opposite the contact projection.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the upper part of the handle has a stop, wherein in the upper part of the handle a hollow cylinder section is formed which completely surrounds the magazine receiving space and extends between a lower edge of the upper part of the handle and the stop, the lower part of the handle having an insertion space in which the hollow cylinder section is accommodated, whereby an upper edge of the lower part of the handle rests on the circumferential stop of the upper part of the handle. This measure allows a stable connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle to be achieved. In particular, through these measures, tilting moments and forces acting on the upper part of the handle can be easily transferred to the lower part of the handle. Furthermore, can Through this measure, the upper part of the handle has the smallest possible height extension, so that a disassembled handgun can have the smallest possible spatial extension. In particular, this measure makes it conceivable that the lower part of the handle can simply be pushed onto the upper part of the handle in the magazine insertion direction. Through the stop, an exact positioning of the lower part of the handle relative to the upper part of the handle can be achieved.
In particular, it can be provided that a gripping surface on which a user holds the handgun is largely formed on the lower part of the handle. The interchangeable lower part of the handle can thus be easily adapted to the respective user, in particular to the shape and size of his hand. This allows the handling and ergonomics of the handgun to be improved.
In addition, it can be provided that over 60%, preferably over 70%, in particular over 80% of the circumferential stop is arranged in a stop plane.
According to a special embodiment, it is possible for a guide groove to be formed on an outer lateral surface of the hollow cylinder section, which extends in the magazine insertion direction, with a guide projection being formed on an inner lateral surface of the lower part of the handle, which corresponds to the guide groove. This measure can improve the stability of the connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle.
According to an advantageous development, it can be provided that a left guide groove is formed on a left side of the hollow cylinder section, and that a right guide groove is formed on a right side of the hollow cylinder section, with a left guide projection being formed on a left side of the lower part of the handle, which with corresponds to the left guide groove and a right guide projection is formed on a right side of the lower part of the handle, which corresponds to the right guide groove. This measure can improve the stability of the connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle.
In particular, it can be advantageous if the upper part of the handle has a receiving block in the area of the lower edge for a return spring of a magazine holder, the receiving block is designed to protrude downwards relative to the lower edge, with a recess for receiving the receiving block being formed in the lower part of the handle. This measure allows the return spring of the magazine holder to be positioned easily and functionally in the upper part of the handle.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the locking element has a fastening tab which has a fastening hole. Using the fastening tab, the handgun can be easily secured to the user via the locking element inserted into the handgun.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the fastening tab is arranged on the spring base.
In addition, it can be provided that a locking lug is formed on a front side of the lower part of the handle, which corresponds to a locking recess in the upper part of the handle. This measure can improve the stability of the connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle.
Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Handfeuerwaffe ausgebildet. Die Handfeuerwaffe umfasst:
- eine Griffstückbaugruppe;
- a handle assembly;
- a slide assembly, the slide assembly being received on the handle assembly. The handle assembly is designed according to one of the above features.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the hollow cylinder height is between 15mm and 35mm, in particular between 18mm and 30mm, preferably between 22mm and 28mm.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the locking recess has a recess width between 2mm and 25mm, in particular between 8mm and 20mm, preferably between 11mm and 15mm.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the locking recess has a recess height between 2mm and 25mm, in particular between 8mm and 20mm, preferably between 10mm and 14mm.
In particular, it can be provided that the locking recess is designed such that the locking projection can be actuated from the magazine receiving space by means of the user's finger.
In an alternative embodiment variant, it can be provided that the locking recess is designed such that the locking projection can be actuated by means of a tool. In particular, it can be provided here that a pin-shaped opening tool is formed, which can be inserted into the locking recess.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a gradation is formed at least in sections on the lower edge of the upper part of the handle, which engages in a form-fitting manner in the lower part of the handle. This has the advantage that the stability of the connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle can be improved.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a gradation is formed at least in sections on the upper edge of the lower part of the handle, which engages in a form-fitting manner in the upper part of the handle. This has the advantage that the stability of the connection between the upper part of the handle and the lower part of the handle can be improved.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a gripping area for grasping the handle assembly by the user is formed entirely on the lower part of the handle.

A slide in the sense of this document is also often referred to as a closure. In addition to the actual slide, the slide assembly also includes components attached to it.
Position information given in the patent claims of components of the handgun or their components relative to one another refers to an assembled and operational state of the handgun.
