Abstract

The invention relates to an item of clothing (110) which has at least one clothing element (112) which is designed to be worn on an area of a user's body. The item of clothing (110) also has at least one pocket (10) which is placed on an outer side (114) of the item of clothing (112) and attached to the item of clothing (112). Furthermore, the item of clothing (110) has at least one zipper (12) for opening and closing at least one opening (14) of the pocket (10). Description

Garments are often provided with pockets that have different sizes and/or geometries and/or can be attached to different positions of the respective garment. Such bags can be attached to clothing for purely cosmetic purposes. As a rule, however, items of clothing are provided with pockets for functional reasons in order to be able to at least partially accommodate objects in the respective pocket. As a result, the objects can be temporarily stored or stowed away in the respective bag and removed from the bag again if necessary.

Pockets attached to garments are often zipped to allow the pockets to be sealed. As a result, the respective items accommodated in the respective pocket can be secured in the pocket and thus the risk of the items falling out of the pocket can be reduced.

In order to remove the respective object from the respective bag that can be closed with a zipper, the zipper can first be opened. A user can then reach into an access opening in the pocket that has been released by the zipper in order to grip the object and take it out of the pocket. The process of gripping and/or removing objects from the respective pocket thus depends to a large extent on the properties of the access opening, for example on its size and/or geometry. The usability and/or user-friendliness of the respective bag can be increased by facilitating this process.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to specify a garment with a pocket that can enable improved operability and/or user-friendliness by the user.

This object is solved by a garment defined by the features of claim 1. Advantageous configurations with expedient developments of the invention are specified in the respective dependent claims and in the following description.

The item of clothing has at least one item of clothing that is designed to be worn on an area of a body of a user. Preferably, the garment is a pair of pants, such as long pants or shorts. The clothing element is preferably a trouser leg. The item of clothing can in particular be outdoor pants or work pants. Alternatively, however, the item of clothing can also be an upper part, for example a shirt or a jacket. However, other items of clothing are also conceivable, for example a shoe, a backpack, a helmet or other items of clothing that can be worn on the user's body, or at least close to the body.

Furthermore, the item of clothing has at least one pocket which is placed on an outside of the item of clothing and fastened to the item of clothing. Preferably, the pocket defines an interior space arranged therein which is adapted to receive at least one item at least partially, preferably completely. Furthermore, the item of clothing has at least one zipper for opening and closing at least one opening of the pocket. The opening may serve to allow access to the interior of the bag, for example by reaching a user's hand through the opening, for example to grasp an item placed in the interior, and optionally removing it from the interior. The zipper has at least one actuator movable between a first position of the zipper in which the opening of the pocket is open and a second position in which the opening of the pocket is substantially closed. The actuating element can be set up to be gripped and actuated by a user, in particular by a hand of the user, in order to move the actuating element into the first and/or the second position. The actuating element is preferably designed as a slide. The slider may have another element attached thereto which may facilitate gripping and operating the slider. For example, at least one strap may be attached to the slider to facilitate grasping and operating the slider.

The zipper has at least one curved section, so that the actuating element can be moved along a curved path when moving between the first position and the second position in the curved section.

Providing a curved portion along which the actuator moves between the first position and the second position in the curved portion along a curved path may allow for a relatively large and/or ergonomic grip opening compared to previously known linear slide fasteners.

In the previously known linear slide fasteners, the corresponding engagement opening has a relatively small cross-sectional area. As a result, the size of the access opening is relatively severely restricted. This can make it difficult to grab and/or pull items out of the pocket. In addition, the user's field of vision must often be directed to the engagement opening in order to perform the gripping and pulling operation, which also often requires the use of both hands by the user. This can distract the user from other activities, for example from carrying out work, for example manual work. This can endanger the safety and/or health of the user.

The size of the access opening of pockets can be of relatively great importance, especially in workwear and outdoors. For example, the user should be able to reach into the respective pockets with gloves on without the user first having to remove the gloves in order to enable efficient and/or comfortable work. In addition, the object, for example a tool, should be able to be placed in the pocket or pulled out of the pocket quickly, safely and easily.

The items held in the respective pocket, especially in the case of smaller items, often fall onto the bottom of the pocket. Accordingly, convenient and ergonomic bag engagement can facilitate retrieval of such items from the bottom of the bag.

Preferably the bag is made of a flexible material, preferably a textile material. This allows at least one area of the bag to be folded out or folded in at the curved section, for example away from the interior of the bag or into the interior in order to enlarge the opening to the interior of the bag. As a result, for example, objects that are included in the bag, at least be partially exposed to facilitate gripping the respective object. Other distance values, for example at least 70 mm or more, are also conceivable. As a result, objects can be prevented from falling out of the pocket, or at least the risk of objects falling out of the pocket can be reduced, even when the zipper is fully open.

In addition to the curved section, the pocket can also have other sections, for example rectilinear sections. For example, the pocket can have at least one straight section in front of the curved section, in relation to a direction of movement of the actuating element from the second position to the first position, and/or at least one straight section behind the curved section, in relation to a direction of movement of the actuating element from the second position to first position. As a result, the user can, for example, open the bag only along at least a portion of the straight section, which is located in front of the curved section, with respect to a direction of movement of the operating element from the second position to the first position. Such a process can be useful, for example, when a relatively slender object, for example a meter rule, is to be placed in the pocket or removed from the pocket.

If the user wants to put a larger item in or out of the bag, the user can open the zipper further along at least a portion of the curved portion to expose the engagement opening to the interior of the bag enlarge bag. When moving between the first position and the second position, the actuating element can preferably be moved essentially in a (single) plane of movement. The zipper may include a plurality of engaging elements adapted to engage one another upon zipper closure to close the opening of the bag. The zipper is preferably configured such that the engaging elements engage substantially in a direction substantially within an angular range of 60° to 110°, preferably 65° to 105°, more preferably 70° to 105°, more preferably 75° to 105°, most preferably from 80° to 100°, to the plane of movement. By arranging the direction of engagement of the engagement elements perpendicularly or almost perpendicularly relative to the plane of movement of the actuating element, an opening or closing process of the zipper can be made smoother, for example compared to configurations in which the direction of engagement lies in the plane of movement of the actuating element where there is at least a relatively small angle between the direction of engagement and the plane of movement of the actuator. The pocket preferably has bellows, at least in some areas along an edge of the pocket, which protrudes outwards from the outside of the clothing element. Preferably, the zipper has at least one substantially straight section such that the actuating element when moving between the first position and the second position in the straight section along a substantially rectilinear path is movable. Preferably, the zip fastener has at least two substantially rectilinear sections, so that the actuating element can be moved along a substantially rectilinear path when moving between the first position and the second position in the respective rectilinear section. The user-friendliness of the garment can be further increased by the utensil holding device. The utensil holding device, in particular the detachable attachment of the utensil holding device to the item of clothing, enables a modular system. In particular, different utensil holding devices can be attached to the item of clothing, depending on the task(s) of the user and/or depending on the area of use of the item of clothing. The utensil holding device can preferably be releasably attached to the item of clothing by means of at least one zip fastener. The guide element is preferably spaced apart from the respective holding element.    • mindestens einen Reißverschluss zum Öffnen und Verschließen mindestens einer Öffnung der Tasche, wobei der Reißverschluss mindestens ein Betätigungselement aufweist, das zwischen einer ersten Position, in der die Öffnung der Tasche offen ist, und einer zweiten Position, in der die Öffnung der Tasche im Wesentlichen geschlossen ist, des Reißverschlusses bewegbar ist, wobei der Reißverschluss mindestens einen Krümmungsabschnitt aufweist, sodass das Betätigungselement beim Bewegen zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position in dem Krümmungsabschnitt entlang einer gekrümmten Bahn bewegbar ist.

6. 6. Das Kleidungsstück nach Aspekt 4 oder 5, wobei ein Bereich des Randes der Tasche im Wesentlichen stetig zum Bekleidungselement übergeht, wobei vorzugsweise der Bereich des Randes der Tasche vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen zumindest einem Bereich des Blasebalgs gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.

Das Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Aspekte, wobei der Reißverschluss mindestens einen im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Abschnitt aufweist, sodass das Betätigungselement beim Bewegen zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position in dem geradlinigen Abschnitt entlang einer im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Bahn bewegbar ist.

Das Kleidungsstück nach Aspekt 7, wobei der geradlinige Abschnitt des Reißverschlusses eine Länge aufweist, die mindestens 30 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 50 mm, bevorzugter mindestens 70 mm, bevorzugter mindestens 90 mm, bevorzugter mindestens 110 mm, bevorzugter mindestens 130 mm, am bevorzugtesten mindestens 150 mm, beträgt.

Das Kleidungsstück nach Aspekt 9, wobei die zwei geradlinigen Abschnitte in einem Winkel zueinander verlaufen, der in einem Winkelbereich von 90° bis 160°, vorzugsweise von 95° bis 150°, bevorzugter von 100° bis 140°, bevorzugter von 105° bis 140°, am bevorzugtesten von 110° bis 130°, liegt.

Das Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Aspekte, zusätzlich aufweisend eine Utensil-Haltevorrichtung, die dazu eingerichtet ist, mindestens ein Utensil zu halten, wobei vorzugsweise die Utensil-Haltevorrichtung innerhalb der Tasche mit dem Kleidungsstück lösbar befestigbar ist und vorzugsweise zumindest in der zweiten Position des Reißverschlusses vollständig innerhalb der Tasche angeordnet werden kann.
12. 12. Das Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Aspekte, wobei die Utensil-Haltevorrichtung mittels mindestens eines Reißverschlusses mit dem Kleidungsstück lösbar befestigbar ist.

Das Kleidungsstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Aspekte, wobei die Utensil-Haltevorrichtung mindestens ein Halteelement, vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von Halteelementen, aufweist, das dazu eingerichtet ist, zumindest einen Gegenstand, vorzugsweise ein Utensil, zumindest teilweise aufnehmen und/oder zu fixieren, wobei zumindest ein Halteelement ein Versteifungselement aufweist, das dazu eingerichtet ist, einen Rand des Halteelements in einer geöffneten Position des Halteelements zumindest teilweise zu fixieren, um eine Aufnahmeöffnung des Halteelements, die dazu eingerichtet ist, den Gegenstand, vorzugsweise das Utensil, zumindest teilweise aufzunehmen, bereitzustellen.

The pocket 10 has, in regions along an edge 26 of the pocket 10, bellows 28 which protrude outwards from the outside of the clothing element (see FIG 8 and 9 ). The zipper 12 is located on a portion of the bellows 28 and runs along the length of the bellows 28. The bellows 28 may run along the entire edge 26 of the bag 10. Alternatively, the bellows 28 may only extend along a portion of the edge 26 of the pocket 10, as shown in FIGS Figures 1 to 9 is shown.
