Claims (12)

  1. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2), comprenant un raccord supérieur (23), une feuille de verrouillage (24), une tige d'éjection de pistolet de calfeutrage (1), un bloc d'entraînement (4), un ressort d'entraînement (5), une poignée fixe (21) et une poignée mobile (22), dans laquelle la feuille de verrouillage (24) est articulée obliquement à une extrémité arrière du raccord supérieur (23) par un ressort, la tige d'éjection de pistolet de calfeutrage (1) pénètre à travers la feuille de verrouillage (24) et le raccord supérieur (23) ; le bloc d'entraînement (4) est relié de façon coulissante à la tige d'éjection de pistolet de calfeutrage (1) ; le ressort d'entraînement (5) est emmanché sur la tige d'éjection de pistolet de calfeutrage (1), une extrémité du ressort d'entraînement (5) vient en butée contre une face d'extrémité avant du bloc d'entraînement (4), et l'autre extrémité du ressort d'entraînement (5) est configurée pour venir en butée contre un canon (3) d'un pistolet de calfeutrage ; une extrémité supérieure de la poignée fixe (21) est reliée de manière fixe à une extrémité inférieure du raccord supérieur (23) ; une extrémité supérieure de la poignée mobile (22) est pivotée à l'intérieur du raccord supérieur (23) et la poignée mobile (22) est située avant la poignée fixe (21) ; et le bloc d'entraînement (4) est articulé avec l'extrémité supérieure de la poignée mobile (22) ou une extrémité inférieure du bloc d'entraînement (4) vient en butée contre un côté avant de l'extrémité supérieure de la poignée mobile (22),
    dans laquelle la poignée mobile (22) est pourvue d'un ensemble de réglage (100) de quantité de calfeutrage ;
    l'ensemble de réglage de quantité de calfeutrage (100) comprend un arbre d'entraînement (110) et un élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) ;
    l'extrémité supérieure de la poignée mobile (22) est pourvue d'une rainure de montage (225), des parties sur deux côtés de la rainure de montage (225) sont chacune formées en tant que partie de montage de poignée (226), et les deux parties de montage de poignée (226) sont disposées sur les côtés gauche et droit du raccord supérieur (23), respectivement ; le raccord supérieur (23) est pourvu d'un premier trou de montage d'arbre rotatif de pivot (232) qui passe à travers le raccord supérieur (23) dans une direction gauche-droite, les deux parties de montage de poignée (226) sont respectivement pourvues d'un trou de montage d'arbre d'entrainement(221) qui traverse les parties de montage de poignée (226) dans la direction gauche-droite, l'arbre d'entraînement (110) pénètre séquentiellement à travers le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) dans l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), le premier trou de montage d'arbre rotatif pivotant (232), et le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) dans l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226), deux extrémités de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) sont chacune munies d'une structure anti-dégagement (300), un arbre d'entraînement (110) est configuré pour tourner en synchronisation avec les deux parties de montage de poignée (226) ;
    une partie de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est pourvue d'une saillie d'entraînement (1101), d'un premier évidement de positionnement (1102) et d'un second évidement de positionnement (1103), la partie étant située au niveau d'une surface périphérique de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) et entre les deux parties de montage de poignée (226) ; au moins l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226) est pourvue d'un trou de montage d'élément de positionnement (222), le trou de montage d'élément de positionnement (222) étant en communication avec le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221), l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) est monté dans le trou de montage d'élément de positionnement (222), et une extrémité de l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) s'étend dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) ; et
    l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est configuré pour pouvoir coulisser à gauche et à droite par rapport aux deux parties de montage de poignée (226), de sorte que dans un premier poste de travail, une partie d'extrémité de l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) située dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) est en prise dans le premier évidement de positionnement (1102), et dans un second poste de travail, la partie d'extrémité de l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) située dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) est en prise dans le second évidement de positionnement (1103), dans laquelle l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est dans le premier poste de travail, une extrémité de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) éloignée de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est capable de presser le bloc d'entraînement (4) vers l'avant tandis que l'arbre d'entraînement (110) tourne vers l'avant ; et l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est dans le second poste de travail, la saillie d'entraînement (1101) évite le bloc d'entraînement (4).
  2. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120) est une vis à billes, une extrémité à billes de la vis à billes s'étend dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221), et le trou de montage d'élément de positionnement (222) est un trou fileté.
  3. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'arbre d'entraînement (110) comprend un arbre principal (111) et un manchon d'arbre (112), l'arbre principal (111) comprend un premier segment d'arbre (1111) et un second segment d'arbre (1112) solidarisés l'un à l'autre, et un diamètre de cercle extérieur d'une section radiale du premier segment d'arbre (1111) est supérieur à un diamètre de cercle extérieur d'une section radiale du second segment d'arbre (1112) ;
    le premier évidement de positionnement (1102) et le second évidement de positionnement (1103) sont pourvus au niveau d'une surface périphérique du premier segment d'arbre (1111) ; la saillie d'entraînement (1101) est en forme de came, la saillie d'entraînement (1101) et le manchon d'arbre (112) sont tous deux gainés à l'extérieur du second segment d'arbre (1112), une surface latérale de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) vient en butée contre une face d'extrémité du premier segment d'arbre (1111) faisant face au second segment d'arbre (1112), et l'autre surface latérale de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) vient en butée contre une face d'extrémité d'une extrémité du manchon d'arbre (112) faisant face au premier segment d'arbre (1111) ; et
    une extrémité du premier segment d'arbre (1111) éloignée du second segment d'arbre (1112) est insérée dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) de l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), une extrémité du second segment d'arbre (1112) éloignée du premier segment d'arbre (1111) et une extrémité du manchon d'arbre (112) éloignée du premier segment d'arbre (1111) sont toutes deux insérées dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) de l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226), et la structure anti-dégagement (300) est configurée pour pouvoir empêcher l'arbre d'entraînement (110) et le manchon d'arbre (112) d'être hors prise des trous de montage d'arbre d'entraînement correspondants (221).
  4. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle la surface périphérique de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est pourvue d'un plan, et le premier évidement de positionnement (1102), le second évidement de positionnement (1103), et la saillie d'entraînement (1101) sont tous prévus au niveau du plan ; et une paroi de trou du trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) s'adapte et est adaptée à la surface périphérique de l'arbre d'entraînement (110).
  5. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la saillie d'entraînement (1101) est reliée de manière fixe ou moulée à une seule pièce à une surface périphérique d'une extrémité de l'arbre d'entraînement (110), et le premier évidement de positionnement (1102) et le second évidement de positionnement (1103) sont tous deux prévus au niveau de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) ; et
    la saillie d'entraînement (1101) est insérée dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) de l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), et une extrémité de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) éloignée de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) est insérée dans le trou de montage d'arbre d'entraînement (221) de l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226) ; et la structure anti-dégagement (300) est configurée pour pouvoir empêcher l'arbre d'entraînement (110) et la saillie d'entraînement (1101) d'être hors prise des trous de montage (221) correspondants de l'arbre d'entraînement.
  6. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans laquelle une face d'extrémité d'une extrémité de la saillie d'entraînement (1101) éloignée de l'arbre d'entraînement (110) est une surface en arc de cercle ; et/ou
    un côté de l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226) faisant face à l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226) est pourvu d'une rainure d'évitement configurée pour éviter l'élément de positionnement d'arbre d'entraînement (120).
  7. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la structure anti-dégagement (300) comprend une vis (310) et un déflecteur (320), le déflecteur (320) est emmanché sur la vis (310), et une extrémité de la vis (310) est insérée et filetée dans un trou fileté pourvu dans une surface d'extrémité de l'arbre d'entraînement (110).
  8. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle un arbre rotatif pivotant (400) est en outre relié entre les deux parties de montage de poignée (226), l'arbre rotatif pivotant (400) pénètre à travers le premier trou de montage d'arbre rotatif pivotant (232) dans le raccord supérieur (23), une extrémité de l'arbre rotatif pivotant (400) est reliée de manière rotative à l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), et l'autre extrémité de l'arbre rotatif pivotant (400) est reliée de manière rotative à l'autre des parties de la poignée (226).
  9. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle les deux parties de montage (226) de la poignée sont chacune pourvues d'un second trou de montage (224) de l'arbre rotatif de pivotement ; et
    l'arbre rotatif pivotant (400) comprend une partie tête (401) et une partie tige (402), et la partie tige (402) de l'arbre rotatif pivotant (400) est bloquée et verrouillée par un bouchon d'extrémité (410) après avoir pénétré séquentiellement à travers le second trou de montage d'arbre rotatif pivotant (224) dans l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), le premier trou de montage d'arbre rotatif pivotant (232) dans le raccord supérieur (23), et le second trou de montage d'arbre rotatif pivotant (224) dans l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226) ; en variante, deux extrémités de l'arbre rotatif de pivot (400) sont respectivement bloquées et verrouillées par la butée d'extrémité (410) après que l'arbre rotatif de pivot (400) pénètre séquentiellement à travers le second trou de montage d'arbre rotatif de pivot (224) dans l'une des parties de montage de poignée (226), le premier trou de montage d'arbre rotatif de pivot (232) dans le raccord supérieur (23), et le second trou de montage d'arbre rotatif de pivot (224) dans l'autre des parties de montage de poignée (226).
  10. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la butée d'extrémité (410) est une bague de retenue élastique.
  11. Poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la bague élastique de retenue est pourvue d'une ouverture centrale (411), et d'une première fente, d'un trou (413), et d'une seconde fente en communication avec l'ouverture centrale (411), dans laquelle une partie de la bague élastique de retenue proche de la première fente s'étendant vers le haut jusqu'à la seconde fente de manière à former le trou (413).
  12. Pistolet de calfeutrage, comprenant un canon (3) et poignée de pistolet de calfeutrage (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
