Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Gewinnen einer Faserzubereitung zum Herstellen eines Papiers, das im trockenen oder nassen Zustand eine erhebliche Hydrophobizität sowie Opazität aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Suspendieren von Fasern in Wasser,
    - Hinzufügen von Calciumsalzen zu den Fasern,
    - Hinzufügen einer Quelle für Carbonatsalze in Form einer wässrigen Lösung,
    - Rühren der gewonnenen Mischung für eine ausreichende Zeit, um das Ausfällen von Calciumcarbonatpartikeln zu ermöglichen,
    - Hinzufügen einer Lösung von Fettsäuresalzen, die auf eine Temperatur erhitzt wird, die der Mizellisierungstemperatur der Fettsäuresalze entspricht und die kritische Mizellenkonzentration der Fettsäuresalze berücksichtigt,
    - Rühren der so gewonnenen Mischung für eine ausreichende Zeit, um das Absorbieren der Fettsäuren an der Oberfläche der Calciumcarbonatpartikel zu ermöglichen und die gewünschte Faserzubereitung zu gewinnen.
  2. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den letzten Schritt ein Schritt des Hinzufügens von Additiven und/oder Farbstoffen folgt, die meistens in der Papierindustrie verwendet werden, zur Faserzubereitung.
  3. Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern Zellulosefasern sind.
  4. Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Calciumsalze entweder mineralische Gegenionen oder organische Gegenionen besitzen.
  5. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Calciumsalze Calciumchlorid sind.
  6. Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonatsalze metallische Gegenionen besitzen oder die Carbonatsalze auch mineralisch oder organisch sein können.
  7. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Carbonatsalze Natriumcarbonat sind.
  8. Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosierungen der verwendeten Calciumsalze und Carbonatsalze vorteilhafterweise so bestimmt werden, dass durch Ausfällen eine Masse an Calciumcarbonat hergestellt wird, die höchstens 25 % der Trockenmasse entspricht.
  9. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hergestellte Masse an Calciumcarbonat einem Wert zwischen 20 und 22 % der Trockenmasse entspricht.
  10. Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fettsäuresalze zwischen 12 und 22 Kohlenstoffe in ihrer Kette umfassen und ihre Gegenionen Metall- oder organische Salze sein können.
  11. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fettsäuresalze 18 Kohlenstoffe in ihrer Kette umfassen und bevorzugt Kaliumstearat sind.
  12. Gewinnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fettsäuresalze Kaliumstearat sind.
  13. Papier, das im trockenen oder nassen Zustand eine erhebliche Hydrophobizität sowie Opazität aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus der Faserzubereitung hergestellt wird, die durch Ausfällung erzeugte und direkt an der Oberfläche und/oder in den Fasern gebundene Calciumcarbonatpartikel und an der Oberfläche der Calciumcarbonatpartikel adsorbierte Fettsäuren erhält und nach dem Gewinnungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 gewonnen wurde.
