Zu diesem Zweck weist das Einstichlineal 3 einen Honsteinhalter 9 auf, der auch als Honsteinarm bezeichnet wird. Ein am Honsteinhalter 9 gelagerter Honstein ist mit 10 bezeichnet. Ein längliches, flaches Grundelement 11 des Einstichlineals 3 wird auch als Einstichlineal im engeren Sinne bezeichnet. Das Grundelement 11 ist an einer seiner Längsseiten mit einem Ansatzelement 12 verbunden, welches auch als Vorlineal bezeichnet wird. Das Ansatzelement 12 umfasst ein Brückenelement 13, welches zwei Brückenfüße 14, 15 aufweist, die fest mit dem Grundelement 11 verbunden sind. Mittig zwischen den Brückenfüßen 14, 15 ist eine Mittelstrebe 16 angeordnet, welche rechtwinklig vom Grundelement 11 absteht und ebenfalls fest mit diesem verbunden ist. In einem über das Brückenelement 13 hinausragenden Abschnitt der Mittelstrebe 16 befindet sich ein Mittelbolzen 17, an welchem der Honsteinarm 9 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Die entsprechende Schwenkachse ist mit SWA bezeichnet und stellt eine Flächennormale derjenigen Fläche dar, in welcher das streifenförmige Grundelement 11 liegt.The
Eine Feder 18, bei welcher es sich im Ausführungsbeispiel um eine Schraubenfeder handelt, ist derart zwischen das Brückenelement 13 und den Honsteinarm 9 gespannt, dass ein auf den Honsteinarm 9 wirkendes Drehmoment erzeugt wird, welches in Richtung eines Abhebens des Honsteins 10 vom Werkstück 8 wirkt. Hierbei wird davon ausgegangen, dass sich das Werkstück 8 in einer Aussparung 23 befindet, welche innerhalb des Einstichlineals 3 zwischen dem leistenförmigen Grundelement 11 und dem Ansatzelement 12 gebildet ist.A
Die Schleifbearbeitung wird durchgeführt, während der Honstein 10 vom Werkstück 8 abgehoben ist. Nachdem durch das Schleifen die Endmaßposition erreicht wurde, wird das Einstichlineal 3 derart verlagert, dass das Werkstück 8 den Kontakt zur Schleifscheibe 4 verliert, jedoch weiterhin durch die Regelscheibe 5 angetrieben wird. In diesem Zustand wird ein pneumatischer Aktuator 19, welcher dem Einstichlineal 3 zuzurechnen ist, betätigt, so dass eine Kolbenstange 21, welche etwa orthogonal zum Honsteinarm 9 sowie zum Grundelement 11 ausgerichtet ist, gegen einen Anschlagabschnitt 22 des Honsteinarms 9 fährt und diesen damit geringfügig um die Schwenkachse SWA verschwenkt. Claims (10)
- A device for grinding and honing, having- a grinding wheel (4),- a regulating wheel (5),- an insertion guide (3) provided for guiding a workpiece (8),- a honing stone holder (9), characterised in that the honing stone holder (9) is displaceably held on the insertion guide (3).
- The device according to claim 1, characterised in that the honing stone holder (9) is pivotably mounted on the insertion guide (3).
- The device according to claim 2, characterised in that the honing stone holder (9) is spring-loaded in a first direction and displaceable in the opposite direction by an actuator (19).
- The device according to claim 3, characterised in that the actuator (19) is designed as a pneumatic actuator attached to the insertion guide (3).
- The device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that a pocket (23) is formed by the insertion guide (3) for receiving the workpiece (8), wherein the honing stone holder (9) is provided for pressing a honing stone (10) against the workpiece (8) through an opening (24) in a wall of the pocket (23).
- The device according to claim 5, characterised in that the honing stone (10) can be freely tilted about a tilt axis (KA), which is arranged parallel to the pivot axis (SWA) of the honing stone holder (9).
- A use of a device according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for grinding and honing a rolling element (8).
- A method for grinding and honing, having the following steps:- providing a grinding and honing device (1), which has a grinding wheel (4), a regulating wheel (5), an insertion guide (3) provided for guiding a workpiece (8), and a device integrated into the insertion guide (3) with a displaceable honing stone holder (9) for pressing a honing stone (10)- processing a workpiece (8) by grinding, wherein the workpiece (8) is guided in the grinding gap between the grinding wheel (4) and the regulating wheel (5), which drives the workpiece (8), using the insertion guide (3),- at least slightly removing the workpiece (8) from the grinding wheel (4), wherein the contact of the workpiece (8) with the regulating wheel (5) is maintained,- pressing the honing stone (10) against the workpiece (8) guided in the insertion guide (3) and driven by the regulating wheel (5).
- The method according to claim 8, characterised in that the grinding is carried out while the honing stone (10) is lifted away from the workpiece (8) by spring force.
- The method according to claim 9, characterised in that the honing is carried out by pneumatically pressing the honing stone (10) against the workpiece (8), which overcomes the spring force.
