  • a further special feature of clip 14, as mentioned above, is that different clips 14 can be inserted at various depths of the main frame 10, thus allowing the pulling force to be applied in the centerline of the glass holder frame 11 even when using crosspieces 13 of significant size, as in the case of French doors.

Claims (8)

  1. Cadre de fenêtre avec moyens d'assemblage ayant une grande précision de positionnement, comprenant un cadre configuré pour être ancré en retrait dans un mur et un bâtiment, dans lequel ledit cadre comprend au moins deux montants (12) et au moins deux traverses (13), aptes à définir un plan pour la pose et l'installation du cadre de fenêtre, ce cadre de fenêtre étant équipé d'un côté intérieur, orienté vers l'espace d'utilisation du bâtiment, et d'un côté extérieur, orienté vers l'environnement extérieur du bâtiment, dans lequel les côtés intérieur et extérieur sont divisés par au moins un panneau de verre, dans lequel ledit cadre de fenêtre comprend un cadre principal (10) et un cadre porte-verre (11), dans lequel ledit cadre principal (10) et ledit cadre porte-verre (11) du cadre de fenêtre sont reliés par une pluralité de clips (14), chacun desdits clips (14) étant inséré dans une fente (25) obtenue dans ledit cadre principal (10), et dans lequel chacun desdits clips (14) a une première face (15) comprenant un cylindre (16), configuré pour le centrage de chaque clip (14) dans ladite fente (25) dudit cadre principal (10), et une deuxième face (17), opposée à ladite première face (15), ladite deuxième face (17) a des plans latéralement parallèles configurés pour permettre un alignement dudit clip (14) dans ladite fente (25) dans une direction perpendiculaire, dans lequel le cylindre (16) de la première face (15) de chaque clip (14) comporte au moins un secteur moleté (18), placé du côté opposé au cadre du porte-verre (11) et apte à réaliser un joint de pression à l'intérieur de la fente (25).
  2. Cadre de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit cadre porte-verre (11) comporte un renfoncement (24), positionné à l'avant de la fente (25) dudit cadre principal (10), de sorte qu'une extrémité dudit clip (14) est insérée dans ledit renfoncement (24).
  3. Cadre de fenêtre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit au moins un secteur moleté (18) est équipé d'un bouton-pression (19), ledit bouton-pression (19) étant capable de réaliser une pression sur ledit clip (14) pour un bon positionnement dans la fente (25).
  4. Cadre de fenêtre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit clip (14) présente un renfoncement (20) sur ladite première face (15) de manière à permettre un contact adéquat entre ladite première face (15) et ledit cadre principal (10).
  5. Cadre de fenêtre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit clip (14) présente une pluralité de biseaux latéraux (21), du côté opposé audit au moins un secteur moleté (18), pour faciliter l'insertion de ladite extrémité dans ledit renfoncement (24) pratiqué dans le cadre porte-verre (11).
  6. Cadre de fenêtre selon au moins l'une des revendications 2 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une vis (23), fixée à l'extérieur dudit cadre principal (10), est insérée dans un trou percé dans le cadre porte-verre (11) dans une direction perpendiculaire à ladite première face (15) et deuxième face (17) dudit clip (14), de sorte que la pointe de ladite vis (23) s'insère à l'intérieur d'un siège (22) prévu en correspondance avec l'extrémité dudit clip (14).
  7. Procédé de réalisation d'un cadre de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un seul outil de travail (26) est configuré pour effectuer le perçage et le rainurage en réalisant plusieurs fentes (25) dans le même cycle de travail et à différents niveaux de profondeur dudit cadre principal (10).
  8. Procédé de réalisation d'un cadre de fenêtre selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit cadre principal (10) et ledit cadre porte-verre (11) sont réalisés en une seule pièce et sont maintenus ensemble par une nervure de matière aux extrémités desdits montants (12) et traverses (13), ladite nervure étant supprimée une fois que lesdits montants (12) et traverses (13) sont assemblés.
