Definitions

  • the invention relates to packaging, comprising on the one hand, a container having side walls meeting at corners, a bottom and an upper opening, as well as a cover intended to close the upper opening of the container.
  • the field of the invention is that of plastic packaging conventionally obtained by injection molding of the lid and the container, and both cooperating elastically.
  • a package is known from the state of the art in which the container and the lid respectively have a first engagement part, at the level of the upper opening of the container, and a second engagement part, at the periphery of the lid intended to fit into one another, elastically.
  • the first engagement part of the container comprises an edge directed outwards, and extending over the periphery, the second engagement part of the lid being provided with an edge, directed inwards, arranged on a skirt of the second engagement part, which is able to hook below the edge directed towards the outside of the container, to ensure the locking of the lid on the container.
  • the outward-facing edge of the container, on the one hand, and the inward-facing edge of the lid, on the other hand, have curved angle sections in the corners where said side walls meet, said sections curved angles connecting the side sections of the respective edges.
  • Removing the lid is typically carried out by the end user, and may prove difficult for some, or even require the help of a tool such as a screwdriver to detach the lid from the container.
  • One of the solutions is disclosed by the document EP 0 110 859 and consists of providing a folding skirt section on the cover, at one of the curved angle sections of the edge directed inwards, articulated to a folding zone, such as a flexible hinge, at the upper part of the second engagement portion of the cover.
  • This folding skirt section is able to fold from an engagement position towards a position directed outwards so that a central part of said at least one angle section of the edge directed inwards is moved away by leverage from the edge directed towards the outside of the upper opening, and that the engagement between the edges respectively directed towards the inside and the outside is thus weakened on the central part.
  • the folding skirt section In the engaged position, the folding skirt section is separated from the remaining skirt section by means of two grooves formed in the outer surface of the skirt and extending downwardly from a folding area to the lower edge of the skirt, said grooves reducing the wall thickness of the skirt so that the skirt can be broken along the grooves to fold the folding skirt section, from its engaged position, towards its facing position the exterior.
  • Such a solution comprising a folding skirt section greatly facilitates the opening of the lid where it is most difficult (ie a corner), by weakening the connection between the lid and the container in this corner, and advantageously combines an opening indicator function, the two breakable grooves being broken irreversibly, after raising the skirt section.
  • the inwardly directed edge is carried by the folding skirt section, located below the flexible hinge between the folding skirt section and the second engagement part. It is however possible to provide the edge directed inwards above the flexible hinge, as disclosed by the document EP2523866 , and so that this edge is not cut when lifting the folding skirt section, and in order to preserve the seal between the lid and the container after the first opening.
  • the two grooves separating the skirt and the folding skirt section are broken, indicating that the packaging has been opened.
  • the end customer may notice that the breakable grooves, which act as opening indicators, have been broken during transport, and thus decide to refuse delivery, which constitutes a significant financial loss.
  • such an opening indicator is however not completely reliable: it remains possible to detach the lid from the container, while maintaining the folding skirt section in its engaged position, this that is to say without having to raise it, and thus cut the two breakable grooves.
  • the aim of the present disclosure is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a packaging comprising a lid and a container of the type as described in the document EP 0 110 859 or FR 3 081 449 A1 , which includes a folding skirt section making it easy to detach the cover, drastically reducing the number of accidental openings of the folding skirt sections.
  • Another aim of the present disclosure is to propose, at least according to one embodiment, such packaging limiting the risks of fraudulent openings, namely the detachment of the cover without breaking the breakable grooves serving as an opening indicator.
  • Another aim of the present invention is to provide such packaging whose design does not complicate the injection molding equipment necessary for its manufacture, and therefore its cost price.
  • Another aim of the present invention is to provide such packaging whose resistance to load during stacking of the packaging is significantly improved compared to the aforementioned state of the art.
  • the invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a package according to the invention in which said cover and said container are obtained by injection molding.
  • the present invention firstly relates to packaging as described in claim 1 comprising, on the one hand, a plastic container, comprising side walls meeting at corners, a top opening and a bottom, and on the other hand, a cover, detachable plastic configured to cover the upper opening of the container, and in which the container is provided at its upper opening with a first engagement portion carrying an edge directed outwards, and extending over the periphery, said cover being provided on its peripheral part with a second engagement portion extending folded downwards provided with an edge, directed towards the inside which is able to hook below the edge directed towards the outside of the container, and in which the second portion engagement portion of the lid has a skirt extending over the lower part of the second engagement portion, and in which the edge of the container directed outwards, on the one hand, and the edge of the lid directed towards the interior, on the other hand, having curved angle sections in the corners where said side walls meet, said curved angle sections connecting the side sections of the respective edges, where at least one of the curved angle sections of the in

Description

The invention relates to packaging, comprising on the one hand, a container having side walls meeting at corners, a bottom and an upper opening, as well as a cover intended to close the upper opening of the container.

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The field of the invention is that of plastic packaging conventionally obtained by injection molding of the lid and the container, and both cooperating elastically.

A package is known from the state of the art in which the container and the lid respectively have a first engagement part, at the level of the upper opening of the container, and a second engagement part, at the periphery of the lid intended to fit into one another, elastically.

The first engagement part of the container comprises an edge directed outwards, and extending over the periphery, the second engagement part of the lid being provided with an edge, directed inwards, arranged on a skirt of the second engagement part, which is able to hook below the edge directed towards the outside of the container, to ensure the locking of the lid on the container.

The outward-facing edge of the container, on the one hand, and the inward-facing edge of the lid, on the other hand, have curved angle sections in the corners where said side walls meet, said sections curved angles connecting the side sections of the respective edges.

In such a state of the art, the positioning and locking of the lid on the container is put in place by force, conventionally by means of a jack actuator which presses on the center of the lid in order to cause the nesting of the first engagement part of the container in the second engagement part, and until the edge directed towards the inside of the cover passes above the edge directed towards the outside of the container . The mutually engaging surfaces between the two edges oppose the detachment of the cover.

Removing the lid is typically carried out by the end user, and may prove difficult for some, or even require the help of a tool such as a screwdriver to detach the lid from the container.

However, the state of the art knows such packaging equipped in itself with functional parts of the lid and/or the container, making it easier to remove the lid.

One of the solutions is disclosed by the document EP 0 110 859 and consists of providing a folding skirt section on the cover, at one of the curved angle sections of the edge directed inwards, articulated to a folding zone, such as a flexible hinge, at the upper part of the second engagement portion of the cover. This folding skirt section is able to fold from an engagement position towards a position directed outwards so that a central part of said at least one angle section of the edge directed inwards is moved away by leverage from the edge directed towards the outside of the upper opening, and that the engagement between the edges respectively directed towards the inside and the outside is thus weakened on the central part.

In the engaged position, the folding skirt section is separated from the remaining skirt section by means of two grooves formed in the outer surface of the skirt and extending downwardly from a folding area to the lower edge of the skirt, said grooves reducing the wall thickness of the skirt so that the skirt can be broken along the grooves to fold the folding skirt section, from its engaged position, towards its facing position the exterior.

Such a solution comprising a folding skirt section greatly facilitates the opening of the lid where it is most difficult (ie a corner), by weakening the connection between the lid and the container in this corner, and advantageously combines an opening indicator function, the two breakable grooves being broken irreversibly, after raising the skirt section. In the document EP 0 110 859 , the inwardly directed edge is carried by the folding skirt section, located below the flexible hinge between the folding skirt section and the second engagement part. It is however possible to provide the edge directed inwards above the flexible hinge, as disclosed by the document EP2523866 , and so that this edge is not cut when lifting the folding skirt section, and in order to preserve the seal between the lid and the container after the first opening.

A defect of such packaging, in particular during their transport, for example when they are stacked on pallets, is that shocks can cause unfortunate supports under the folding skirt section and be the cause of their accidental folding. In such a case the two grooves separating the skirt and the folding skirt section are broken, indicating that the packaging has been opened. In the case of transport of a high value product, the end customer may notice that the breakable grooves, which act as opening indicators, have been broken during transport, and thus decide to refuse delivery, which constitutes a significant financial loss.

The present Applicant has proposed to address this problem in the document FR 3 081 449 A1 , showing packaging according to the preamble of claim 1 comprising a judicious positioning of vertical ribs, external to function of stacking pitch:
  • these external ribs each extend vertically below the first engagement portion of the container (carrying the edge directed outwards), and present at its lower end a plate intended to cooperate in abutment with the upper edge of the upper opening of the container inside which the container is stacked: The primary function of such vertical ribs is to guarantee a constant stacking pitch between two containers when the latter are stacked one inside the other,
  • in a notable way, however, and as taught by FR 3 081 449 A1 , these external ribs are advantageously positioned at the corners of the containers, each rib extending judiciously from its lower end and up to the height of said folding skirt section then in the engaged position: this position of the external rib, vertical, near and below the folding skirt section, or even the ramp thus created, advantageously constitutes an obstacle limiting the risks of 'an accidental opening of the folding skirt sections, in the case of an unfortunate support which would accidentally, during uncontrolled handling, press under the skirt section, until causing its folding with undesired rupture of the grooves constituting opening indicators.

According to the findings of the present Applicant, such positioning of the external ribs to the right of the folding skirt sections makes it possible to reduce the number of accidental openings and the number of ruptures of the breakable grooves serving as an opening indicator during transport. and deliveries. However, even if the rate of accidental openings of the opening indicators is greatly reduced, the latter is still not zero. This is a first problem to which the present disclosure provides a solution.

Furthermore, and according to the findings of the inventors, such an opening indicator is however not completely reliable: it remains possible to detach the lid from the container, while maintaining the folding skirt section in its engaged position, this that is to say without having to raise it, and thus cut the two breakable grooves. For example, it is often possible to detach the cover at one corner, by simultaneously pressing, with one hand, strongly under the skirt section, exerting an effort tending to unhook the cover, and with the other hand , by constraining the skirt section radially towards the container, and so as to prevent the grooves from being severed. This results in the detachment of the cover without breaking the breakable grooves. It is still known from the state of the art to double the hooking edges at the corners, with another pair of edges, respectively directed outwards and inwards, mutually engaging capable of hang between them, arranged respectively on the first engagement part of the container and on the second part, and in order to increase the hooking at the corner. According to the findings of the inventors, provide a double pair of edges mutually attached to the The level of the corners still does not prevent fraudulent opening, because it remains possible to play on the elasticity of the plastic in order to detach the cover, and always without breaking the breakable grooves. This is a second problem to which the present disclosure intends to provide a solution, at least according to one embodiment.

Description des modes de réalisationDescription of embodiments

The drawings and description below contain, for the most part, elements of a certain nature. They can therefore not only be used to better understand this disclosure, but also contribute to its definition, if necessary.

The invention relates to a packaging 1 comprising, on the one hand, a plastic container 2, comprising side walls 20, 21, 22, 23 meeting at corners 24, an upper opening 25 and a bottom 26, and on the other hand, a cover 4, detachable plastic configured to cover the upper opening of the container.

The side walls 20, 21, 22, 23 can be substantially divergent, forming a truncated pyramid between them, configured so that the container is stackable inside an identical container.

The container 2 is provided at its upper opening 25 with a first engagement portion 27 carrying an edge 28 directed outwards, and extending over the periphery, said cover 4 being provided on its peripheral part with a second engagement portion 40 extending folded downwards, provided with an edge 41, directed towards the inside which is able to hook below the edge 28 directed towards the outside of the container.

Also, and in the section view of the Figure 4 we note that the first engagement part 27 penetrates a groove of the second engagement part 40, open downwards. The first engagement part 27 comprises an inverted U-shaped section, including a first length section extending the wall interior upwards, followed by a second length section, inclined relative to the first section, for example horizontal, followed by a third length section, inclined relative to the second section and extending downwards, this third section carrying the edge 28 directed outwards.

Also, and in the section view of the Figure 4 , we note that the second engagement part 40 forms a groove open downwards, receiving the first engagement part 27. The second engagement part 40 comprises an inverted U-shaped section, including a first section of length extending the upper wall of the cover, followed by a second length section, inclined relative to the first section, for example horizontal, followed by a third length section, inclined relative to the second section and extending downwards by forming a skirt 42, this third section carrying the edge 41 directed inwards.

The second engagement portion of the cover thus has the skirt 42 which extends over the lower part of the second engagement portion 40, the edge 28 of the container directed towards the outside, on the one hand, and the edge 41 of the cover 4 directed inwards, on the other hand, having curved angle sections 29, 43 in the corners where said side walls meet, said curved angle sections connecting the side sections of the respective edges.

At least one of the curved angle sections 43 of the edge 41 directed inwards is provided with a folding skirt section 44, articulated to a folding zone 46 at the upper part of the second engagement portion 40 which is able to fold from an engagement position P1 towards a position directed outwards so that a central part of said at least one angle section of the edge directed inwards 41 is moved aside by leverage of the edge 28 directed towards the outside of the upper opening, and that the engagement between the edges 28, 41 is thus weakened on the central part.

Such a folding skirt section makes it easier for the user to detach the cover, and without requiring the use of a tool such as a screwdriver: the weakening is obtained simply by moving the section of the skirt outwards. folding skirt 44 which pivots relative to the rest of the cover around the folding zone 46.

According to the present disclosure, said folding skirt section 44 is, in its engaged position, separated from the remaining section of the skirt by means of two grooves 45 formed in the outer surface of the skirt and extending downwardly from the folding zone 46 to the lower edge of the skirt: said grooves 45 reduce the wall thickness of the skirt so that the skirt can be broken along the grooves in order to fold the folding skirt section, from its position engagement P1, towards its position directed outwards. These grooves 45, once irreversibly broken, constitute indicators of openings.

According to the present disclosure, the container comprises, at the level of a folding skirt section 44 of the cover 4, a receiving portion 7 forming a shield for the free end El of the folding skirt section 44, with a housing 70 receiving said free end El of the folding skirt section 44 in the engagement position P1 of the folding skirt section 44.

Une telle portion de réception 7 est illustrée en détail selon un exemple de réalisation selon les vues des figures 7 à 11.Such a receiving portion 7 is illustrated in detail according to an exemplary embodiment according to the views of the figures 7 to 11 .

When transporting the packaging, and even in the event of shocks and inappropriate support due to transport at the level of the curved angle sections, the receiving portion is a shield preventing the inappropriate support from accidentally folding the skirt section outwards, and thus break any grooves 45 with an opening indicator function

This receiving portion 7 is also configured to be deformed by an operator to release the free end and authorize the pivoting of the folding skirt section 44 from the engagement position P1 towards said position directed outwards.

Thus and to allow the removal of the cover, the operator first deforms the receiving portion 7, in order to release the possibility of pivoting of the folding skirt section 44 around the folding zone 46, then folds the section of foldable skirt; from the engagement position P1 towards a position directed outwards which makes it possible to weaken the connection at this corner. In the case of several folding sections at different corners of the container, the operator successively performs these two operations for each corner 24.

As visible for information purposes only figure 8 , and in general, the housing can comprise a front wall 71, extending overlapping, in front of the free end of the folding skirt section 44 in the engagement position P1, the free end of the skirt section folding 44 then positioned between the corner 24 and said front wall 71, said front wall 71 then constituting a stop preventing the folding of said folding skirt section 44 towards said position directed outwards.

Ladite paroi frontale 71 est configurée pour être déformée par un opérateur jusqu'à une position escamotée PE, notamment illustrée en pointillés à la figure 8 permettant de libérer l'extrémité libre et d'autoriser le pivotement de la section de jupe repliable 44 depuis la position d'engagement P1 vers ladite position dirigée vers l'extérieurSaid front wall 71 is configured to be deformed by an operator up to a retracted position PE, in particular illustrated in dotted lines at the figure 8 making it possible to release the free end and to authorize the pivoting of the folding skirt section 44 from the engagement position P1 towards said position directed outwards

The front wall 71 is secured at its longitudinal ends via material bridges 75 respectively connecting the longitudinal ends of the front wall 71 and the side or corner walls of the container. These bridges of material 75 take the form of vertical ribs.

A groove 72 reducing the thickness of the front wall 71 can be provided at one of the longitudinal ends of the front wall 71 configured so as to break by separating the longitudinal end of the bridge of material when the front wall 71 is deformed to the retracted position PE.

Une fois déformée dans la position escamoté PE, la rainure 72 est rompue, mais de préférence la paroi frontale 71 est toujours attenante au corps du récipient, par exemple par l'autre extrémité longitudinale de la paroi frontale 71, et/ou encore via des sections de la paroi de fond 24.Once deformed in the retracted position PE, the groove 72 is broken, but preferably the front wall 71 is still adjacent to the body of the container, for example by the other longitudinal end of the front wall 71, and/or also via sections of the bottom wall 24.

According to an advantageous embodiment, and as understandable to the Figure 9 , the engagement portion 27 of the container carrying the edge 28 directed outwards extends and extends below the edge, called the first edge, and ends below the first edge, with a second edge 30, also directed outwards.

The housing 70 receiving the free end of the folding skirt section 44 may comprise a dorsal wall 73 whose upper end is in particular secured to said second edge 30, the dorsal wall 73 being secured to the front wall 71 via a wall of bottom 74 connecting the lower end of the dorsal wall 73 and the lower end of the front wall 71.

As understandable from the figure 8 , the section comprising the front wall 71, the back wall 73 and the bottom wall 74 forms a section of the U-shaped housing 70 receiving the free end El of the folding skirt section 44 in the engagement position P1.

Le logement 70 de la portion de réception 7 présente, en longueur, une trajectoire incurvée recevant le profil incurvé de l'extrémité libre de la section de jupe repliable 44.As can be understood from the figures, the free end of the folding skirt section 44 has a curved profile, following a plane parallel to the cover. The housing 70 of the receiving portion 7 has, in length, a curved trajectory receiving the curved profile of the free end of the folding skirt section 44.

Cette portion de réception 7 forme alors un bouclier faisant obstacle à un appui non souhaité, avantageusement sur toute la longueur de l'extrémité libre de la section de jupe repliable 44.The receiving portion 7 extends according to an advantageous embodiment over the entire length of the free end of the folding skirt section 44. This receiving portion 7 then forms a shield preventing unwanted support, advantageously over the entire length of the free end of the folding skirt section 44.

According to the invention and notably, and when the first engagement portion 27 of the container carrying said first edge 28 directed outwards extends and extends below the edge, and ends below the first edge by a second edge 41, said folding skirt section 42 can carry at least one lug 47.

Said minus one lug 47 is directed inwards. In the engagement position P1 of the folding skirt section 4, said at least one lug 47 is able to hook under the second edge 30 directed towards the outside of the first engagement portion, at least when a force is applied to the cover tending to detach it.

Noticeably, the attachment of said at least one lug 47 to the second edge 30 is carried out, in the engagement position P1 of the folding skirt section in a local area only, along the curved section of the second edge 30 directed outwards: the lug 47 extends along the length of the second edge 30 only on part of the second edge 30: for example the lug extends along the second edge along a dimension less than 1 /3, or even 1/5 of the length of the second edge 30 on the curved angle section.

De manière notable, le recouvrement d'accrochage Rac2 entre les faces mutuellement engageantes dudit au moins un ergot 47 et de la seconde arête 30, suivant une direction radiale à la section incurvée de la seconde arête 30, est de dimension supérieure au recouvrement d'accrochage Rac1 entre les faces mutuellement engageantes de l'arête 41 dirigée vers l'intérieur et de la première arête 28 dirigée vers l'extérieur, suivant une direction radiale à la section incurvée de la première arête 28.Notably, the hooking overlap Rac2 between the mutually engaging faces of said at least one lug 47 and the second edge 30, in a direction radial to the curved section of the second edge 30, is of greater dimension than the overlap of hooking Rac1 between the mutually engaging faces of the edge 41 directed towards the inside and the first edge 28 directed towards the outside, in a radial direction to the curved section of the first edge 28.

The Rac2 and Rac1 hooking overlaps are visible for information purposes only. Figure 9 : we see that the hooking overlap Rac2 between the lug 47 and the second edge 30 is much greater than the hooking overlap Rac1 between the edge 41 directed towards the inside and the edge 28 directed towards the outside.

Also, and in the event of a fraudulent opening attempt, and even assuming that the edge 41 directed inwards becomes detached from the first edge 28, due to the lower hooking coverage Rac1, said at least one lug 47 always hooks the second edge 30, due to a greater hooking overlap Rac2: for example, the hooking overlap Rac2 between said at least one lug 47 and the second edge 30 is at least two times greater than the hooking overlap Rac1 between the edge 41 directed towards the inside and the first edge 28 directed towards the outside.

Thus, it only becomes possible to detach said at least one lug 47 from the second edge 30 by folding the folding skirt section 44 and advantageously following an amplitude of movement requiring the rupture of the grooves 45. This significantly increases the reliability of this opening indicator.

As such, we see that the dimension of the lug 47 directed towards the inside is much greater than the dimension of the edge 41 directed towards the inside. As such, the folding skirt section 42 of the cover 4 may have a through recess 48 extending along the height of the folding skirt section 44, above and to the right of said at least one lug 47. The function of this obviously is to facilitate the unmolding of the cover after injection molding during its manufacture: otherwise the large dimension of the lug towards the inside, necessary to obtain the Rac2 hooking cover, makes demolding tedious, if not impossible without any particular arrangement of the mold.

We note that this through recess 48 implicitly weakens the folding skirt section 44: also this recess extends only over the area necessary to facilitate demolding, that is to say that this recess is located to the right of said at least lug 47, which itself extends over a short section of length following the angle section 43, and in order to limit the size of this recess. Ultimately, a compromise is obtained between the ease of implementation during the injection molding manufacturing process, and the strength of the attachment between the folding skirt section and the container in this corner.

Tel qu'illustré à la figure 7, ledit évidement traversant 48, s'étend, par exemple à partir de sa partie basse depuis ledit au moins un ergot 47 et jusqu'à la zone de pliage 46 entre la section de jupe repliable 44 et la partie supérieure de la deuxième partie d'engagement 40, et seulement sur la longueur de l'ergot 47.As illustrated in Figure 7 , said through recess 48 extends, for example from its lower part from said at least one lug 47 and to the folding zone 46 between the folding skirt section 44 and the upper part of the second part d engagement 40, and only on the length of lug 47.

In the engagement position P1 of the folding skirt section, and when no external force is applied to the cover as illustrated in Figure 9 , the connection between the edge 41 directed towards the inside and the first edge 28 directed towards the outside is clear, while a clearance J can separate the second edge 30 directed towards the outside and said at least one lug 47 positioned under the second edge 30: in such a case said lug 47 comes into hooking contact with the second edge 30 only when the cover 4 is subjected to a force, for example a force tending to detach the cover, or even a significant load on the cover, such as for example when the packages according to the invention are stacked (stacked) on top of them. others.

We also note that the attachment of said at least lug 47 under the second edge is carried out at the level of a local zone Z devoid of dorsal wall and as visible at the Figure 11 . Thus the dorsal wall 73 can extend discontinuously along the curved trajectory of the housing 70, leaving one or more local zones Z, to allow one or more lugs 47 to come into hooking overlap on the second stops 30.

As such, such an embodiment with lug 47 further improves the resistance to stacking of the packaging, and more particularly the holding of the lid of the lowest packaging in the stack: under the effect of the weight of the column, in state-of-the-art packaging it can happen that the lid comes off and literally finds itself pushed through the opening of the container. This embodiment allows, by the attachment of said at least lug, better resistance to depression. In such a case, at least one lug 47 and at least one folding skirt section can be provided on each corner of the packaging.

According to the embodiment illustrated in Figure 9 , the folding skirt section 44 carries said at least one lug 47, as well as the edge 41 directed inwards, both positioned under the folding zone 46, in the engagement position P1 of the folding skirt section 44: the edge 41 directed inwards is therefore sectioned when the folding skirt section 44 is raised, from its engagement position P1. Alternatively and as taught by the document EP2523866 , the edge 41 directed inwards can be located above the folding zone 46, so that the lifting of the folding skirt section does not sever the edge 41 directed inwards, preserving the properties sealing the lid with the first opening.

According to an illustrated embodiment, the container has four side walls meeting at four corners, the edge 41 directed towards the inside of the cover having four sections of curved angle iron 43 with four sections of folding skirt 44, each carrying at least one lug 47 of the folding skirt section, capable of hanging with the second edge 30 directed towards the outside of the container. At least four lugs 47 ensure reliable attachment of the lid to the four corners of the container, which further increases the attachment connection between the lid and the container.

We first notice the figure 2 that the attachment can possibly be reinforced, always at the corners, with the presence of two lugs 47 on each section of folding skirt 44; at the curved angle sections. Doubling the lugs 47 by corners can be a general measure according to this embodiment.

Avantages et inconvénients du premier mode de réalisationAdvantages and disadvantages of the first embodiment

The folding skirt section(s) 44 are protected from accidental openings, each by a receiving portion 7, the housing 70 of which holds the free end of the folding skirt section captive, and for example over the entire curved length of the free end El.

It is only possible to fold each section of folding skirt 44 from its engagement position P1 (prohibiting removal of the cover) towards the position directed outwards (facilitating removal of the cover) after deformation of the portion reception 70, and in particular deformation of the front wall 71 in the retracted position PE where said front wall no longer constitutes a stop opposing the folding of the folding skirt section to the position directed outwards.

Advantageously, any accidental folding of the skirt section 44 is eliminated, or at least drastically limited, and thus the rupture of the grooves 45 between the folding skirt section and the skirt 42, with the function of an opening indicator: these grooves 45 cannot be accidentally broken.

La présence des ergots 47, au moins selon un mode de réalisation, notamment aux quatre sections de cornières 43 incurvée augmente tout d'abord considérablement la fiabilité des témoins d'ouverture, obligeant l'utilisateur à rompre les rainures 45 pour désengager les ergots 27 de la seconde arête 30The presence of lugs 47, at least according to one embodiment, in particular in the four sections of curved angle irons 43, first of all considerably increases the reliability of the opening indicators, forcing the user to break the grooves 45 to disengage the lugs 27 of the second edge 30

The present disclosure further makes it possible to improve the resistance to stacking of the packaging, and more particularly the holding of the lid of the lowest packaging in the stack: under the effect of the weight of the column, when the sections of skirt are provided with lugs 47.

Autres perfectionnementsOther improvements

Also notably, we note that the peripheral wall 49 of the cover immediately extending the second engagement part 40 can include along the edges of the cover on the lateral sections between the sections of curved angles 43 where the edge 41 directed towards the inside of the cover hooks the edge 28 directed towards the outside of the container, counter-support ribs 50, projecting, vertical, positioned under the cover, oriented towards the outside.

These counter-support ribs 50 are notable in that they advantageously form a plurality of counter-supports Ap on the internal faces of the side walls 20, 21, 22, 23 of the container, distributed over the periphery of the container on the side sections edges 28, 41 between the curved angle sections 43. These counter-supports Ap advantageously reinforce the attachment between the edges 28, 41 along the edges of the cover on the lateral sections of the edges 28,41 between the curved angle sections 43.

Lors du gerbage d'un emballage en appui sur le couvercle d'un emballage identique, on obtient avantageusement notamment grâce aux présences combinées des ergots 47, sur les sections de jupe repliable 44, au niveau des coins, d'une part, et des nervures de contre-appui 50, le long des bords entre les coins, d'autre part, un bon maintien de l'accrochage du couvercle sur le récipient, sans décrochage des nervures 28, 41 sur toute la périphérie du couvercle, c'est-à-dire non seulement au niveau des coins, mais plus encore le long des bords entre les coinsWhen stacking a package resting on the lid of an identical package, this is advantageously obtained in particular thanks to the combined presence of lugs 47, on the folding skirt sections 44, at the level of the corners, on the one hand, and of the counter-support ribs 50, along the edges between the corners, on the other hand, good maintenance of the hooking of the lid on the container, without detaching the ribs 28, 41 over the entire periphery of the lid, this is i.e. not only at the corners, but more so along the edges between the corners

As visible at figure 5 the second engagement part 40 forms a groove G open downwards, receiving the first engagement part 27. The second engagement part 40 comprises an inverted U-shaped section, including a first length section, extending the upper wall of the cover immediately including the peripheral wall 49 extended by a central horizontal wall of the cover followed by a second length section, inclined relative to the first section, for example horizontal, followed by a third section of length, inclined relative to the second section and extending downwards forming a skirt 42, this third section carrying the edge 41 directed towards the inside.

The peripheral wall 49 extends the second engagement part 40 by connecting the second engagement part to the horizontal wall of the cover. As visible at Figure 5 , this peripheral wall 49 can be inclined relative to the horizontal, central wall of the cover, for example by an angle α for example between 30° and 70° in particular between 45° and 70°. This wall 49 descends, from the second engagement part 40 towards the horizontal wall. This peripheral wall 49 delimits with the side walls 20; 21; 22; 23, when the lid is fixed to the container (by hooking the ribs 28, 41) a groove G, opening onto the underside of the lid 4 and which runs on the inner periphery of the container. We also note that the counter-support ribs 50 extend inside this groove G, coming into counter-support Ap on the internal face of the side wall 20;21;22;23. These supports effectively prevent the peripheral wall 49 from coming together under the load during stacking. We thus advantageously avoid such a deformation which tends to open the U-shaped section of the second engagement part 40, favoring the separation of the edges 28, 41 along the edges. Advantageously, better maintenance of the attachment between the edges 28 and 41 is obtained along the edges of the packaging between the corners.

Each counter-support rib 50 can be triangular in shape, adjoining the peripheral wall 49 by the largest side 51 of the so-called first triangle. side, while a second side 52 of the triangle, substantially horizontal, is oriented in the extension of the horizontal wall of the cover and in particular its underside, the third side 53 forming a support zone on the internal face of the container. We also note that the third side 52 has a section of greater length, forming the counter-support Ap on the internal face of a side wall of the container, and a section of lower length, notched, so as not to press on the side wall. The angle formed between the second side 52 and the third side 53 is advantageously rounded. This avoids the presence of a sharp angle likely to alter the contents, or even to pierce a flexible bag used to package materials inside the container.

As visible at Figure 6 , the cover 4 may also include wedging ribs 54, extending projecting over the periphery of the cover, inwards with respect to the second engagement part 40 and upwards with respect to the horizontal wall of the cover . The wedging ribs 54 are distributed over the inner periphery of the second engagement part 40, so as to receive between them by centering it the lower part of a container of identical packaging superimposed on the horizontal wall of the cover. Said wedging ribs constitute stops with the lower part of the side walls of the superimposed container, ensuring its centering on the cover.

The counter-support ribs 50 may be, at least in part, ribs located, relative to the peripheral wall 49, in the extension of the wedging ribs 54; said counter-support ribs 50 and said wedging ribs 54 being coplanar, in pairs.

Each wedging rib 54 extends in height from the horizontal wall of the cover and up to above the lower part of the second engagement part 40, and inwards, from the second engagement part 40 up to 'to the horizontal wall, partially covering the horizontal wall of the cover. As visible at Figure 6 each wedging rib 54 adjoins the rest of the cover at the level of a first edge 55 along the horizontal wall, at the level of a second edge 56 along the inclined peripheral wall 49, and over part of the height of the second part of engagement along of a third edge 57. In combination with the counter-support ribs 50, these wedging ribs 54 can help limit the transmission of forces under the load towards the second engagement part.

According to one embodiment, the first engagement part 27 of the container extends below the edge 28 directed towards the outside and the second engagement part 40 extends below the edge 41 directed towards the outside. inside, by first clipping means 6 and second mutually engaging clipping means 8; at an intermediate local area along the edges of the container on the side sections between the curved angle sections.

The first clipping means and the second clipping means cooperate only in the intermediate zone and reinforce the connection between the edges 28,41. The first clipping means 6 may comprise at least one opening 60, for example two openings, and the second clipping means comprise an elastically deformable tooth 80, configured to be inserted elastically into said opening by hooking it. The openings and teeth can each be doubled as shown.

These means 6, 8 make it possible to reinforce the hold of the lid and its attachment to the container via the edges 28, 41, in particular when the latter takes up a significant load, such as the load of a package resting on the lid. The resistance of the lid to the load is increased, in particular when the packages are stacked on top of each other.

On two opposite sides of the side walls, the shoulder carrying the openings 80 of the first engagement portion of the container is extended downwards by a wing 9f forming a handle Pg, projecting laterally from the side wall of the container. These two handles, Pg projecting laterally from two of the side walls of the container, allow the packaging to be lifted.

These external ribs N each thus extend vertically below the first engagement portion 27 of the container ( carrying the edge 21 directed outwards). Helmet external rib N has at its lower end a flat intended to cooperate in abutment with the upper edge of the upper opening of the container inside which the container is stacked: Such vertical external ribs N have the primary function of guaranteeing a no constant stacking between two containers when the latter are stacked one inside the other as described in the application FR 1854484 of the Applicant

Ces nervures N peuvent encore être prévues reliant aile 9 formant la poignée Pg et la paroi latérale 20 ou 33 juxtaposéeThese ribs N can be provided in the corners, and extend vertically below each receiving portion 7, at least up to the height of the receiving portion 7. Two ribs N can be provided below each receiving portion . These ribs N can also be provided connecting wing 9 forming the handle Pg and the side wall 20 or 33 juxtaposed

As visible in the figures, vertical ribs can advantageously be provided between the receiving portion 7 and the corner wall to the right of the zones Z devoid of a back wall: these can in particular be ribs N with a stacking pitch function, alone, or in combination with additional ribs NS, in particular of smaller vertical dimensions, and as visible figures 12 And 13 .

The position of these ribs in particular of the ribs N (alone or in combination with the additional ribs NS) makes it possible to obstruct, in the inter-space between the receiving portion 7 and the corner wall, the fraudulent unhooking of the lugs 47 of the second edge 30 (namely without requiring the folding of the skirt section 44, and the breaking of the grooves 45, serving as an opening indicator). The reliability of the opening indicator is further increased.

Naturally other embodiments of the invention could have been envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims below.
