Claims (15)

  1. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet comprenant un matériau de remplissage et un sachet perméable à la salive d'un matériau de conditionnement renfermant le matériau de remplissage,
    le matériau de remplissage comprenant :
    - un matériau autre que du tabac,
    - une source de nicotine,
    - un agent aromatisant,
    - de l'humidité en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 1 % en poids à 50 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du matériau de remplissage,
    - un agent d'ajustement de pH comprenant un ou plusieurs de ce qui suit : Na2CO3, K2CO3, MgCO3, NaHCO3, KHCO3, NaOH, KOH, et
    - facultativement un matériau de tabac dans la plage allant de 0,05 % en poids à 5 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du matériau de remplissage,
    le matériau de conditionnement comprenant un acide choisi dans le groupe constitué d'acide citrique, acide malique, acide lactique, acide ascorbique, acide tartrique et toute combinaison de ceux-ci, ledit acide étant présent en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 5 % en poids à 20 % en poids sur la base du poids sec total du matériau de conditionnement.
  2. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le produit de nicotine oral en sachet est dépourvu de tabac ou dans lequel le matériau de tabac est présent en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 0,1 % en poids à 10 % en poids, par exemple de 0,1 % en poids à 5 % en poids, par exemple de 0,2 % en poids à 1 % en poids, par exemple de 0,1 % en poids à 1 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du matériau de remplissage.
  3. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau autre que du tabac est un matériau particulaire.
  4. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau autre que du tabac comprend un alcool de sucre tel que le maltitol et/ou de la cellulose telle que de la cellulose microcristalline et/ou de la cellulose en poudre.
  5. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau autre que du tabac comprend du maltitol et/ou de la cellulose microcristalline.
  6. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la source de nicotine est un ou plusieurs de ce qui suit : base de nicotine, chlorhydrate de nicotine, dichlorhydrate de nicotine, monotartrate de nicotine, bitartrate de nicotine, bitartrate de nicotine dihydraté, sulfate de nicotine, chlorure de zinc de nicotine monohydraté et salicylate de nicotine, benzoate de nicotine, polacrilex de nicotine.
  7. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent aromatisant comprend un ou plusieurs de ce qui suit : un arôme synthétique tel qu'un arôme identique à un arôme naturel, un arôme d'origine végétale, une huile aromatisante, une huile aromatisante hydrophobe, telle qu'une huile essentielle.
  8. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent aromatisant comprend un ou plusieurs de ce qui suit : huile de citron, huile de citron vert, huile d'orange, huile de pamplemousse, huile de bergamote.
  9. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'humidité est présente en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 1 % en poids à 20 % en poids, par exemple de 15 % en poids à 20 % en poids, par exemple de 12 % en poids à 20 % en poids, par exemple de 1 % en poids à 12 % en poids, par exemple de 1 % en poids à 5 % en poids, par exemple de 0,1 % en poids à 1 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du matériau de remplissage.
  10. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel l'humidité est présente en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 20 % en poids à 50 % en poids, par exemple de 20 % en poids à 45 % en poids, par exemple 40 % en poids sur la base du poids total du matériau de remplissage.
  11. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau de conditionnement comprend de la cellulose microcristalline ou est constitué de cellulose microcristalline.
  12. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'acide est présent en une quantité comprise dans la plage allant de 5 % en poids à 15 % en poids, 10 % en poids à 15 % en poids ou 5 % en poids à 10 % en poids, sur la base du poids total du matériau de conditionnement.
  13. Produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'acide comprend de l'acide citrique ou est constitué d'acide citrique.
  14. Procédé de préparation d'un produit de nicotine oral en sachet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a) fournir un matériau de remplissage tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revndications précédentes, et
    b) enfermer le matériau de remplissage dans le matériau de conditionnement obtenu à l'étape a).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le matériau de conditionnement est produit par
    (i) traitement d'un matériau de conditionnement avec une solution aqueuse comprenant un acide choisi dans le groupe constitué d'acide citrique, acide malique, acide lactique, acide ascorbique, acide tartrique et toute combinaison de ceux-ci, suivi par
    (ii) séchage.
