Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in kosmetischen Sonnenschutzmitteln auf Basis einer O/W-Emulsion, die frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit der Zubereitung nach der Anwendung auf der Haut, sowie Zubereitungen sowie Sonnenschutzmittel in Form einer O/W-Emulsion enthaltend a) Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) und b) Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm, wobei die Zubereitung frei ist von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer, Polyacrylaten, 3-(4- Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2- Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate) und Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit kosmetischer Sonnenschutzmittel, die in Form einer O/W-Emulsion vorliegen und frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung zugesetzt wird.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in kosmetischen Sonnenschutzmitteln auf Basis einer O/W-Emulsion, die frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit der Zubereitung nach der Anwendung auf der Haut, sowie Zubereitungen sowie Sonnenschutzmittel in Form einer O/W-Emulsion enthaltend a) Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) und b) Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm, wobei die Zubereitung frei ist von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer, Polyacrylaten, 3-(4- Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-

Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit kosmetischer Sonnenschutzmittel, die in Form einer O/W-Emulsion vorliegen und frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,3 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung zugesetzt wird.
Der Trend weg von der vornehmen Blässe hin zur „gesunden, sportlich braunen Haut“ ist seit Jahren ungebrochen. Um diese zu erzielen setzen die Menschen ihre Haut der Sonnenstrahlung aus, da diese eine Pigmentbildung im Sinne einer Melaninbildung hervorruft. Die ultraviolette Strahlung des Sonnenlichtes hat jedoch auch eine schädigende Wirkung auf die Haut. Neben der akuten Schädigung (Sonnenbrand) treten Langzeitschäden wie ein erhöhtes Risiko an Hautkrebs zu erkranken bei übermäßiger Bestrahlung mit Licht aus dem UVB-Bereich (Wellenlänge: 280-320 nm) auf. Die übermäßige Einwirkung der UVB- und UVA- Strahlung (Wellenlänge: 320-400 nm) führt darüber hinaus zu einer Schwächung der elastischen und kollagenen Fasern des Bindegewebes. Dies führt zu zahlreichen phototoxischen und photoallergischen Reaktionen und hat eine vorzeitige Hautalterung zur Folge.
Zum Schutz der Haut wurden daher eine Reihe von Lichtschutzfiltersubstanzen entwickelt, die in kosmetischen Zubereitungen eingesetzt werden können. Diese UVA- und UVB-Filter sind in den meisten Industrieländern in Form von Positivlisten wie dem Anlage 7 der Kosmetikverordnung zusammengefasst.
Die Vielzahl an kommerziell erhältlichen Sonnenschutzmitteln darf jedoch nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass diese Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik eine Reihe von Nachteilen aufweisen.
Die häufigste Zubereitungsform für kosmetische Sonnenschutzmittel stellt, nicht zuletzt aufgrund ihrer angenehmen Sensorik, die ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion (O/W-Emulsion) dar, bei der die äußere Phase durch die Wasserphase gebildet wird. Aus diesem Aufbau resultiert üblicherweise eine entsprechend geringe Wasserfestigkeit der Produkte. Die so genannte „Wasserfestigkeit“ von Sonnenschutzmitteln auf der Haut ist jedoch eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für einen effektiven UV-Schutz, wenn Sonnenschutzmittel im Zusammenhang mit Wassersport (Schwimmen, Surfen, Tauchen etc.) zum Einsatz kommen.
Es gibt daher einen großen Bedarf an „wasserfesten“ Sonnenschutzmitteln.
Um die „Wasserfestigkeit“ von Sonnenschutzmitteln zu erhöhen, werden diesen üblicherweise sogenannte Filmbildner zugesetzt, welche die UV-Filter durch einen durch sie gebildeten Polymerfilm auf der Haut fixieren sollen. Diese Filmbildner haben jedoch Nachteile im Hinblick auf das durch sie hervorgerufene Hautgefühl, dass als „schwer“ und „klebrig“ beschrieben wird und, beispielsweise bei der Anwendung am Strand, zu einer verstärkten Sandanhaftung der Produkte führt.
Darüber hinaus wird in jüngerer Zeit darüber diskutiert, ob die polymeren Filmbildner als so genanntes „Mikroplastik“ anzusehen sind oder nicht, sowie über die Frage, ob derartige Verbindungen im Hinblick auf ihre Abbaubarkeit ein Problem für Meere und Ozeane darstellen könnten, in welche sie, beispielsweise beim Baden im Meer gelangen können.
Unabhängig vom Ergebnis dieser Diskussionen und der Frage die Besorgnis in dieser Hinsicht wissenschaftlich begründet ist oder nicht, besteht bei den Verbrauchern generell zunehmend der Wunsch nach kosmetischen Produkten, die frei sind von polymeren Inhaltsstoffen.
Es war daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu vermeiden und einen Weg zu finden, sensorisch attraktive O/W-Emulsionen insbesondere Sonnenschutzmittel, hersteilen zu können, die, auf die Haut aufgetragen, eine hohe Wasserfestigkeit aufweisen.
Überraschend gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die Verwendung von Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in kosmetischen Sonnenschutzmitteln auf Basis einer O/W- Emulsion, die frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit der Zubereitung nach der Anwendung auf der Haut.
Dabei ist es für die Verwendung erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn das Sonnenschutzmittel Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm enthält.
Ferner ist es für die Verwendung erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn das Sonnenschutzmittel frei ist von 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI : Oxybenzon) und 2-Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate).
Überraschend gelöst wird diese Aufgabe ferner durch ein kosmetisches Sonnenschutzmittel in Form einer O/W-Emulsion enthaltend a) Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) und b) Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm, wobei die Zubereitung frei ist von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer, Polyacrylaten, 3-(4- Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-
Ethyihexyi p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate).
Überraschend gelöst wird die Aufgabe nicht zuletzt durch ein Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit kosmetischer Sonnenschutzmittel, die in Form einer O/W-Emulsion vorliegen und frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,3 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung zugesetzt wird.
Bei diesem Verfahren ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von 3-
(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-
Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate).
Darüber hinaus ist es für dieses Verfahren erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung
Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm enthält, welches nach der Homogenisierung der Emulsion in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion zugesetzt wird.
Nicht zuletzt ist es für dieses Verfahren erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn nach dem Zusatz der Titandioxid-Dispersion die Zubereitung ein weiteres Mal homogenisiert wird.
Überraschend waren die Lösungen der Aufgabe insbesondere deshalb, weil von Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) als O/W-Emulgator eigentlich zu erwarten gewesen wäre, dass diese Verbindung zu einer Verringerung der Wasserfestigkeit führen würde.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Offenbarung beziehen sich die Formulierungen „erfindungsgemäß“, „erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung“ etc. immer auf die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen, Verfahren und Verwendungen, d.h. auch auf Zubereitungen, in denen die erfindungsgemäßen Verwendungen verwirklicht werden sowie Zubereitungen, mit denen das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren verwirklicht wird, soweit keine ausdrücklichen Einschränkungen vorgenommen wurden.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von Ethylhexyl-2-cyano-3,3- diphenylacrylat (INCI : Octocrylen).
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft ist es für die Verwendung und das Sonnenschutzmittel, wenn die Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist es sowohl für die Verwendung und das Sonnenschutzmittel als auch für das Verfahren, wenn die Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,2 bis 0,5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält. Erfindungsgemäß ganz besonders bevorzugt ist dabei der Konzentrationsbereich von 0,3 bis 0,5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von Parabenen, Methylisothiazolinon, Chlormethylisothiazolinon und DMDM-Hydantoin, sowie frei ist von Polyethylenglycol, Polyethylenglycolethern und Polyethylenglycolestern (sogenannten PEG-Derivaten).
Ferner ist es vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere UV-Filter enthält, gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Hexyl 2-[4-(diethylamino)- 2-hydroxybenzoyl]benzoate (INCI: Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate), 4-(tert.-Butyl)- 4’-methoxydibenzoylmethan, 2,4,6-T ris-[anilino-(p-carbo-2'-ethyl-1 '-hexyloxy)]-1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Ethylhexyl Triazone), 2,4-Bis-{[4-(2-ethyl-hexyloxy)-2-hydroxy]-phenyl}-6-(4- methoxyphenyl)-1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Bis- Ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl Triazine), 2- Ethylhexyl 2-hydroxybenzoat (INCI: Ethylhexyl Salicylate) und 2-Phenylbenzimidazol-5- sulfonsäuresalzen. 2,2’-Methylen-bis-(6-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-(1 ,1 ,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)- phenol) (INCI : Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutyiphenol) und 2,4,6-Tris-(biphenyl)- 1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Tris-Biphenyl Triazine).
Des Weiteren können erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen dadurch erhalten werden, dass die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Hilfsstoffe aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Ethylhexylglycerin, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, 2-Methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2- Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol, 1 ,2-Decandiol und/oder 4-Hydroxyacetophenon enthält.
Darüber hinaus können ist es erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,5 bis 5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthält.
Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung ausschließlich Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil enthält. Dabei gilt erfindungsgemäß ein Titandioxid dann als ausschließlich in der Kristallstruktur vorliegend, wenn der Gehalt an anderen Kristallstrukturen in der Summe 1 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge an Titandioxid, nicht überschreitet.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die Primärpartikelgröße des erfindungsgemäßen Titandioxides im Bereich zwischen 5 und 50 nm liegt.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dabei dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Titandioxid mit Silica (Siliziumdioxid und/oder Kieselsäure) beschichtet ist.
Es ist dabei erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn das mit Silica beschichtete Titandioxid auf der äußeren Seite der Silica-Schicht (d.h. auf der dem Titandioxid-abgewandten Seite) eine Schicht aus Dimethicone, Simethicone oder Methicone aufweist. Unter diesen Stoffen ist Dimethicone dabei erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die sekundäre Partikelgröße des Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm zwischen 0,05 und 50 gm beträgt. Dabei ist der Bereich von 0,1 bis 1 gm erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Die primäre und sekundäre Partikelgröße entnimmt der Fachmann folgender Literaturstelle: SCCS/1516/13 Opinion on Titanium Dioxide (nano form) Colipa No S75 der Cosmetics Europe personal care association. Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Zubereitung Cellulosegummi (INCI Cellulose gum) und/oder Xanthangummi (INCI Xanthan gum) enthält. Dabei ist ein Gehalt von Cellulosegummi und Xanthangummi erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Es ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil Cellulosegummi (INCI Cellulose gum) in einer Konzentration von 0.05 bis 1 .0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, einzusetzen.
Die erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Einsatzkonzentration für Xanthangummi beträgt von 0.1 bis 1 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Tetranatriumiminodisuccinat (INCI Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate) enthält.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung Tetranatriumiminodisuccinat (INCI Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate) in einer Konzentration von 0.01 bis 1 .5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält. Die erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte Einsatzkonzentration für Tetranatriumiminodisuccinat (INCI Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate) liegt bei einer Konzentration von 0.01 bis 1.0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Erfindungsgemäß ganz besonders bevorzugt ist es, eine Kombination aus Cellulosegummi (INCI Cellulose gum) und Tetranatriumiminodisuccinat (INCI Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate) einzusetzen, wobei die oben genannten Konzentrationsbereiche die erfindungsgemäß bevorzugten Einsatzkonzentrationen darstellen.
Außerdem ist es erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung Tapiokastärke und/oder
Silica Dimethyl Silylate enthält.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung kann darüber hinaus wie ein übliches kosmetisches Sonnenschutzmittel zusammengesetzt sein. Dabei hat es sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Feuchthaltemittel enthält.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung kann vorteilhaft Feuchthaltemittel enthalten. Als Feuchthaltemittel (Moisturizer) werden Stoffe oder Stoffgemische bezeichnet, welche kosmeti schen Zubereitungen die Eigenschaft verleihen, nach dem Aufträgen bzw. Verteilen auf der Hautoberfläche die Feuchtigkeitsabgabe der Hornschicht (auch transepidermal water loss (TEWL) genannt) zu reduzieren und/oder die Hydratation der Hornschicht positiv zu beeinflussen.
Vorteilhafte Feuchthaltemittel (Moisturizer) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise Glycerin, Milchsäure und/oder Lactate, insbesondere Natriumlactat, Butylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Biosaccaride Gum-1 , Glycine Soja, Ethylhexyloxyglycerin, Pyrrolidoncarbonsäure und Harnstoff. Ferner ist es insbesondere von Vorteil, polymere Moisturizer aus der Gruppe der wasserlöslichen und/oder in Wasser quellbaren und/oder mit Hilfe von Wasser gelierbaren Polysaccharide zu verwenden. Insbesondere vorteilhaft sind beispielsweise Hyaluronsäure, Chitosan und/oder ein fucosereiches Polysaccharid, welches in den Chemical Abstracts unter der Registraturnummer 178463-23-5 abgelegt und z. B. unter der Bezeichnung Fucogel®1000 von der Gesellschaft SOLABIA S.A. erhältlich ist. Moisturizer können vorteilhaft auch als Antifaltenwirkstoffe zum Schutz vor Hautveränderungen, wie sie z. B. bei der Hautalterung auftreten, verwendet werden.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Öle gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Butylene Glycol Dicaprylat/Dicaprat, Phenethyl Benzoat, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoat, Dibutyladipat; Diisopropylsebacate, Dicaprylylcarbonat, Di-C12-13 Alkyl Tartrate, Butyloctyl Salicylate, Diethylhexyl Syringylidene Malonate, Hydragenated Castor Oil Dimerate, Triheptanoin, C12-13 Alkyl Lactate, C16-17 Alkyl Benzoate, Propylheptyl Caprylate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Diethylhexyl 2,6-Naphthalate, Octyldodecanol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ethylhexyl Cocoate, Isopropyl Palmitate, enthält.
Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die Zubereitung Dibutyladipat, Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate und/oder C12-C15 Alkylbenzoat enthält.
Die Wasserphase der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen kann vorteilhaft übliche kosmetische Hilfsstoffe enthalten, wie beispielsweise Alkohole, insbesondere solche niedriger C-Zahl, vorzugsweise Ethanol und/oder Isopropanol oder Polyole niedriger C-Zahl sowie deren Ether, vorzugsweise Propylenglykol, Glycerin, Elektrolyte, Selbstbräuner sowie insbesondere ein oder mehrere Verdickungsmittel, welches oder welche vorteilhaft gewählt werden können aus der Gruppe Siliciumdioxid, Aluminiumsilikate, Polysaccharide bzw. deren Derivate, z. B. Hy aluronsäure, Xanthangummi, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, etc..
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung eine oder mehrere Verbindungen gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen alpha-Liponsäure, Folsäure, Phytoen, D-Biotin, Coenzym Q10, alpha-Glucosylrutin, Carnitin, Carnosin, natürliche und/oder synthetische Isoflavonoide, Flavonoide, Kreatin, Kreatinin, Taurin, b-Alanin, Panthenol, Magnolol, Honokiol, Tocopherylacetat, Dihydroxyaceton; 8-Hexadecen-1 ,16-dicarbonsäure, Glycerylglycose, (2- Hydroxyethyl)harnstoff, Vitamin E bzw. seine Derivate, Hyaluronsäure und/oder deren Salze und/oder Licochalcon A enthält.

Mit dem folgenden Versuch konnte der erfindungsgemäße Effekt beispielhaft belegt werden:

Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die vorliegende Erfindung verdeutlichen, ohne sie einzuschränken. Alle Mengenangaben, Anteile und Prozentanteile sind, soweit nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht und die Gesamtmenge bzw. auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verwendung von Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in kosmetischen Sonnenschutzmitteln auf Basis einer O/W-Emulsion, die frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit der Zubereitung nach der Anwendung auf der Haut.
2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sonnenschutzmittel Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm enthält.
3. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sonnenschutzmittel frei ist von 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4- methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate).
4. Kosmetisches Sonnenschutzmittel in Form einer O/W-Emulsion enthaltend a) Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) und b) Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm, wobei die Zubereitung frei ist von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymer, Polyacrylaten, 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate).
5. Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Wasserfestigkeit kosmetischer Sonnenschutzmittei, die in Form einer O/W-Emulsion vorliegen und frei sind von Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen- Copolymer und Polyacrylaten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,3 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung zugesetzt wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon) und 2-Ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Meth oxyci n n am ate) .
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm enthält, welches nach der Homogenisierung der Emulsion in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion zugesetzt wird.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Zusatz der Titandioxid-Dispersion die Zubereitung ein weiteres Mal homogenisiert wird.
9. Verwendung, Sonnenschutzmittel oder Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von Ethylhexyl-2- cyano-3,3-diphenylacrylat (INCI: Octocrylen).
10. Verwendung oder Sonnenschutzmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Natriumstearoylglutamat (INCI Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate) in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung enthält.
11. Verwendung, Sonnenschutzmittel oder Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung frei ist von Parabenen, Methylisothiazolinon, Chlormethylisothiazolinon und DMDM-Hydantoin, sowie frei ist von Polyethylenglycol, Polyethylenglycolethern und Polyethylenglycolestern (sogenannten PEG-Derivaten).
12. Verwendung, Sonnenschutzmittel oder Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere UV-Filter gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Hexyl 2-[4-(diethylamino)-2- hydroxybenzoyl]benzoate (INCI : Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate), 4-(tert.- Butyl)-4’-methoxydibenzoylmethan, 2,4,6-Tris-[anilino-(p-carbo-2'-ethyl-1'-hexyloxy)]-
1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Ethylhexyl Triazone), 2,4-Bis-{[4-(2-ethyl-hexyloxy)-2-hydroxy]- phenyl}-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Bis- Ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl Triazine), 2-Ethylhexyl 2-hydroxybenzoat (INCI: Ethylhexyl Salicylate) und 2-Phenylbenzimidazol-5-sulfonsäuresalzen. 2,2’-Methylen-bis-(6-(2H-benzotriazol- 2-yl)-4-(1 ,1 ,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)-phenol) (INCI: Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethyibutyiphenoi) und 2,4,6-T ris-(biphenyl)-1 ,3,5-triazin (INCI: Tris-Biphenyl Triazine).
13. Verwendung, Sonnenschutzmittel oder Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Hilfsstoffe aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Ethylhexylglycerin, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, 2- Methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol, 1 ,2-Decandiol und/oder 4-Hydroxyacetophenon enthält.
14. Verwendung, Sonnenschutzmittel oder Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Titandioxid in der Kristallstruktur Rutil mit einer Primärpartikelgröße von 2 -100 nm in einer Gesamtmenge von bis Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthält.
