Claims (12)
- Flaschenanordnung umfassend eine Flasche (29) für eine Flüssigkeit und ferner umfassend einen Ausgießer (1), der im Flaschenhals (31) der Flasche (29) angeordnet ist, wobei der Ausgießer (1) eine zylindrische Kappe (5) umfasst, welche eine erste Oberfläche (6), eine zweite Oberfläche (7) und eine abgerundete zylindrische Außenwand (8) zwischen der ersten und zweiten Oberfläche (6,7) aufweist, wobei der Ausgießer (1) ferner einen Körper (18) umfasst, welcher wenigstens eine erste, zumindest teilweise abgerundete Seitenwand (3,4) und einen oder mehrere Längskanäle (13, 14) aufweist, welche sich in die zweite Oberfläche (7) der zylindrischen Kappe (5) erstrecken, wobei die zylindrische Außenwand (8) der Kappe (5) wenigstens eine Öffnung (10,12) an einem Ende des wenigstens einen oder der mehreren Längskanäle (13,14) bereitstellt und wobei der maximale Durchmesser des Körpers (18) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Kappe (5), wobei ein Längskanal (13,14) des einen oder der mehreren Längskanäle (13,14) einen Durchgang definiert, der es ermöglicht, dass Luft in die Flasche (29) eintritt, um die Gleichmäßigkeit zu verbessern, mit der Flüssigkeit aus der Öffnung (10,12) austritt, wobei die Flaschenanordnung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Flaschenhals (31) ein Gewinde (32) umfasst, das auf der Außenseite des Flaschenhalses (31) angeordnet ist, und die Flaschenanordnung eine Flaschenverschlusskappe zum Aufschrauben auf das Gewinde (32) umfasst, um die Flasche (29) zu verschließen.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ausgießer (1) einen C-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt und nur eine Öffnung (10,12) und nur einen Längskanal (13, 14) aufweist, welcher in der Öffnung (10) endet, aus der Flüssigkeit aus der Flasche (29) austreten soll.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (18) eine zentrale längliche Wand (2) umfasst, die an ihren seitlichen Enden eine erste Seitenwand (3) und eine zweite Seitenwand (4) aufweist, die im rechten Winkel zu der zentralen länglichen Wand (2) angeordnet sind, wobei der äußere Teil der ersten (3) und der zweiten Seitenwand (4) abgerundet ist.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (18) einen H-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentrale längliche Wand (2) und die erste und zweite Seitenwand (3,4) zwei Längskanäle (13,14) definieren und die abgerundete zylindrische Außenwand (8) zwei Öffnungen (10,12) aufweist.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Öffnungen (10,12) einen Winkel (alpha 1, alpha 2) zwischen 90 und 120 Grad einschließt.
- Flaschenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießer (1) aus einem der folgenden Materialien besteht: Kunststoff, Metall, Kork oder einem Verbundmaterial, vorzugsweise Kunststoff.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Oberfläche (7) des Ausgießers (1) zur Kontaktierung eines oberen Rands (23) des Flaschenhalses (17) hergerichtet ist.
- Flaschenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießer (1) zwei Längskanäle (13,14) besitzt, nämlich einen ersten Längskanal (13,14), der einen ersten Durchgang ausbildet, welcher es der in der Flasche enthaltenen Flüssigkeit ermöglicht, durch die Öffnung (10,12) auszutreten, und einen zweiten Längskanal (13,14), der den Durchgang ausbildet, der so hergerichtet ist, dass Luft in die Flasche (29) eintreten kann oder umgekehrt.
- Flaschenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit Apfelwein ist.
- Flaschenanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 2-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit Wein oder Wasser ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Flaschenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießer (1) in den Flaschenhals (31) der Flasche (29) eingesetzt wird, nachdem die Flasche (29) mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und bevor eine Verschlusskappe auf den Flaschenhals (31) geschraubt wird, um die Flasche (29) zu verschließen.
