From the EP 3 146 871 a generic recording for electronic price tags is known. The disadvantage here is that the front edge of the rail, depending on the inclination, protrudes to different degrees above the shelf. In contrast, the object of the invention is to at least alleviate or eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art. The aim of the invention is preferably to create a receiving device for electronic price tags, which can be arranged in various inclined positions relative to the shelf compartment without impeding the loading or unloading of goods.

This object is achieved by a recording device according to claim 1, a device for pricing according to claim 13 and a goods shelf according to claim 14. Preferred embodiments are given in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, the receiving device has a roof part for stationary arrangement on the goods shelf compartment and a joint between the roof part and the receiving rail, the receiving rail being adjustable by means of the joint below the upper side of the roof part from the first to the second inclined position and vice versa.

Accordingly, the receiving device according to the invention has the roof part, which in the installed state of the receiving device is arranged in a stationary manner (ie in the same position regardless of the inclined position of the receiving rail) on the goods shelf compartment. The mounting rail is suspended from the joint on the roof part. In the assembled state, the upper side of the roof part preferably extends essentially at the level of a shelf of the goods shelf compartment. Depending on the design of the goods shelf, however, a gap can be provided between the shelf and the roof part of the receiving device. However, this gap does not prevent the goods from being pulled out and pushed into the goods shelf. In this embodiment, the receiving device essentially does not protrude upwards beyond the shelf in either the first or the second inclined position of the receiving rail, so that there is no barrier to stacking or removing the goods. This greatly facilitates the removal and loading of goods. Another advantage is that with the roof section at shelf level, the storage area for the goods is increased.

In a preferred embodiment, the receiving device has a contact part, in particular for contact with a retaining rail of the goods shelf compartment. The contact part is preferably designed in the form of a strip. The contact part is preferably arranged essentially perpendicular to the roof part.

In order to be able to pivot the mounting rail below the roof part from the first to the second inclined position (and vice versa), it is advantageous if the joint is located on a front side of the roof part (facing away from the goods shelf compartment in the intended state of use). The pivot axis of the receiving rail thus extends on the front side of the roof part which faces away from the goods shelf compartment (and faces the customer). As a result, the joint defines the uppermost point of the receiving rail in the first and in the second inclined position. As a result, the mounting rail is not pivoted over the top of the roof part and thus not over the shelf, regardless of the inclined position.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the joint is a connecting portion between the roof part and the Formed receiving rail. The connecting section and the roof part, preferably also the receiving rail, are preferably formed in one piece, in particular as an extruded part.

In order to be able to reliably fold the receiving rail from the first into the second inclined position (and vice versa), the connecting section forming the joint preferably extends over essentially the entire length of the roof part. The roof part, the connecting section and the receiving rail are preferably elongate and preferably have essentially the same length, which in the assembled state preferably essentially corresponds to the width of the shelf.

In a preferred embodiment, the connecting section is formed by a material that is more flexible than the roof part. The roof part and the connecting section are preferably formed from two different plastics with different Shore A hardnesses. The connecting section can alternatively be made of the same material as the roof part, but with a taper.

In a preferred embodiment, the roof part has a holding element on a rear side facing the goods shelf for connecting to a retaining rail on the front side of the goods shelf. A hook pointing in particular downwards is preferably provided as the holding element, which hook is connected to the holding rail in the assembled state.

A roof strip is preferably provided as the roof part, which is several times longer than it is wide, in particular many times over. When assembled, the longitudinal axis of the roof rail extends essentially parallel to the front edge of the shelf.

In order to ensure a stable arrangement of the receiving rail in the first and second inclined position and at the same time the simplest and quickest possible changeover between the first and second inclination, in a preferred embodiment the holder has a receiving part, a first recess and a second recess. To arrange the receiving rail in the first inclined position, the receiving part is received in the first recess. To arrange the receiving rail in the second inclined position, the receiving part is received in the second recess. The receiving part is preferably stationary, ie in the same position in the first and in the second inclined position of the receiving rail. Depending on the desired inclination of the mounting rail, the mounting part is arranged in the first or in the second recess.

If the holder has a first bracket with the first recess and the second recess, the inclined position of the receiving rail can be changed particularly quickly and easily. By actuating the first bracket, the receiving part is brought into engagement either with the first or with the second recess, so that the receiving rail is arranged in the first inclined position or in the second inclined position.

In order to facilitate the operation of the recording device, the first bracket of the holder can be elastically deflected to switch from the first inclined position to the second inclined position. Starting from the first inclined position of the receiving rail, the connection of the receiving part to the first recess is released by elastic deflection of the first bracket. The first bracket together with the receiving rail connected to it is then tilted until the receiving part reaches the second recess. When the load is released, the first bracket returns elastically to its initial position, as a result of which the receiving part is fixed in the second recess and the receiving rail is thus arranged in the second inclined position. Switching from the second inclined position to the first inclined position of the receiving rail takes place in the opposite direction.

In order to prevent an unwanted change in the inclined position of the receiving rail, it is advantageous if the first bracket has a first safety hook to secure the receiving part in the first recess and/or a second safety hook to secure the receiving part in the second recess. If the receiving rail is loaded without deflecting the first bracket, the first or the second securing hook prevents the engagement of the receiving part from being undesirably released. It can thus be ensured that the mounting rail remains in the desired inclined position until the first bracket is deliberately deflected into the release position and the mounting rail is then pivoted.

The first bracket and/or the receiving part preferably extend over essentially the entire length of the receiving rail.

In order to convert the movement of the first bracket in the release position into a corresponding pivoting of the mounting rail, the first bracket is preferably connected to the rear of the mounting rail.

In order to be able to change the inclined position of the mounting rail via the arrangement of the mounting part in the first or second recess, the second recess is preferably further away from the rear side of the mounting rail than the first recess.

For stable mounting of the receiving device on the goods shelf, it is advantageous if the holder has a second bracket for stationary connection to the retaining rail on the front side of the goods shelf compartment. The second bracket can be elastically deformable in order to fix the receiving device on the holding rail. The second bracket preferably clamps a lower part of the holding rail. The holding element on the roof part can be detachably connected to an upper edge of the holding rail.

With regard to a structurally simple and lightweight design, the receiving part can in particular be in one piece with the second bracket to be connected. The second bracket and/or the receiving part preferably protrude in particular backwards from the rear side of a contact part, which in the installed state can be placed on the front side of the holding rail. The second bracket preferably extends over essentially the entire length of the receiving rail.

The device for electronic price labeling has a receiving device in one of the embodiments explained above and an electronic price tag, which is received in the receiving rail of the receiving device.

As is known per se, the electronic price tag, also referred to as an Electronic Shelf Label (ESL), is detachably arranged in the receiving rail. The ESL can be controlled via radio, infrared or WLAN in order to always display the correct price of the goods in the associated goods shelf.

In a preferred embodiment, a spring member is disposed in the receiving rail, the spring member urging the electronic price tag toward the front of the receiving rail. The receiving rail can also have two mutually directed projections on the front (i.e. on the customer's side) which limit the receiving inside the receiving rail at the front. The ESL can be pressed against the projections by the spring element from the inside of the receiving rail. Preferably, the ESL does not protrude forward beyond the faces of the protrusions.

A joint 10 is arranged between the roof part 9 and the receiving rail 6, which pivotally connects the receiving rail 6 to the roof part 9. The joint 10 is arranged in such a way that the mounting rail is not pivoted up over the upper side of the roof part 9 when it is pivoted from the first to the second inclined position.
