Abstract

L'invention concerne une ébauche pour former un insert pour un emballage, l'ébauche comprenant une première partie conçue pour former une partie externe de l'insert, la première partie comprenant : un panneau de plancher externe et deux parties d'extrémité opposées, chaque partie d'extrémité comprenant un ensemble d'une pluralité de panneaux de pare-chocs externes, une seconde partie conçue pour former une partie interne de l'insert, la seconde partie comprenant : un panneau de plancher interne et deux parties d'extrémité opposées, chaque partie d'extrémité comprenant un ensemble d'une pluralité de panneaux de pare-chocs internes et une partie de pliage ayant une configuration triangulaire formée à l'intérieur d'un périmètre du panneau de plancher interne, la partie de pliage permet un pliage en rotation de la seconde partie par rapport à la première partie par pliage de la partie de pliage par rapport à la première partie et par pliage de la seconde partie autour de la partie de pliage de telle sorte que le panneau de plancher interne forme un double panneau de plancher avec le panneau de plancher externe.
