Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Crimpverbinder (1) zum Anschluss eines einen Kabelschirm (22) aufweisenden Kabels (2) an eine elektronische Baugruppe (3), wobei der Crimpverbinder (1) eine hohlzylindrische Innenhülse (11) mit einem sich in Längsrichtung (L) erstreckenden eine Kabeldurchführung bildenden Innenraum (111) und eine die Innenhülse (11) in Umfangsrichtung umlaufende hohlzylindrische Außenhülse (12) aufweist, wobei in Radialrichtung zwischen der Innenhülse (11) und der Außenhülse (12) ein Freiraum (13) vorgesehen ist, welcher ausgebildet ist, bei einem Durchführen des Kabels (2) durch den Innenraum (111) der Innenhülse (11) den Kabelschirm (22) des Kabels (2) aufzunehmen, wobei die Außenhülse (12) und die Innenhülse (11) ausgebildet sind, durch eine plastische Verformung zumindest der Außenhülse (12) miteinander fixiert zu werden, so dass der in dem Freiraum (13) aufgenommene Kabelschirm (22) an der Innenhülse (11) fixierbar ist, wobei die Innenhülse (11) und/oder die Außenhülse (12) an einer in Längsrichtung (L) endseitigen Einsteckseite (S1) einen Anbindungsabschnitt (112) aufweist, mit welchem der Crimpverbinder (1) an der elektronischen Baugruppe (3) fixierbar ist.The invention relates to a crimp connector (1) for connecting a cable (2) having a cable shield (22) to an electronic assembly (3), the crimp connector (1) having a hollow-cylindrical inner sleeve (11) with a lengthwise extension (L). an interior space (111) forming a cable bushing and a hollow-cylindrical outer sleeve (12) surrounding the inner sleeve (11) in the circumferential direction, with a free space (13) being provided in the radial direction between the inner sleeve (11) and the outer sleeve (12), which is formed , when the cable (2) is passed through the interior (111) of the inner sleeve (11) to receive the cable shield (22) of the cable (2), the outer sleeve (12) and the inner sleeve (11) being formed by a plastic Deformation of at least the outer sleeve (12) to be fixed together, so that the cable shield (22) accommodated in the free space (13) can be fixed on the inner sleeve (11), the inner sleeve (11) and/or the outer sleeve (12) has a connection section (112) on an end-side insertion side (S1) in the longitudinal direction (L), with which the crimp connector (1) can be fixed on the electronic assembly (3).
