Abstract

Accordingly, the subject matter heating apparatus is characterized by comprising a front opening (114) provided on one of said lateral walls (112), and an electrical heater (120) having a resistive heater body (110) for being inserted to the heating volume through said front opening (114) and a power transfer cable (123) which is electrically connected to said heater body (110).

Description

AN ELECTRICAL HEATING APPARATUS FOR HOOKAH
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a heating apparatus having a heat transfer base for transferring heat to a tobacco chamber of a hookah comprising tobacco chamber for placement of tobacco, and lateral walls which extend from said heat transfer base and which encircle a heating volume.
PRIOR ART
Hookahs are devices which provide outputting fume by means of heating tobacco and which join the tobacco chamber and a water chamber in a manner providing air flow connection and which comprise a fume flow pipe arranged in a form immersed into water and which provide intake of fume by the user by means of the output pipe after the fume, generated by tobacco, passes through water by means of vacuum applied through the output pipe by the user.
In the present art, tobacco is heated by means of coal, and the harmful gases output by the coal are respired by the user even partially.
In the present art, electrical hookahs are known where the tobacco is heated by a resistive resistance.
As a result, because of all of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating apparatus, for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a heating apparatus where the electrical heaters are easily changeable. Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating apparatus where the amount of heat applied to tobacco can be easily adjusted.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating apparatus which provides heating of the tobacco without over-burning.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating apparatus which is adaptable to the present coal hookahs.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a heating apparatus having a heat transfer base for transferring heat to a tobacco chamber of a hookah comprising tobacco chamber for placement of tobacco, and lateral walls which extend from said heat transfer base and which encircle a heating volume. Accordingly, the improvement of the present invention is that the subject matter heating apparatus comprises a front opening provided on one of said lateral walls, and an electrical heater having a resistive heater body for being inserted to the heating volume through said front opening and a power transfer cable which is electrically connected to said heater body. Thus, the electrical heaters are easily changeable and the numbers thereof are changeable.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to define a heat transfer opening between the heater body and the heat transfer base, a first support wall is provided between said front opening and said heat transfer base. Thus, the electrical heater is prevented from contacting the base and from overheating the tobacco.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second opening is provided on the lateral wall which provides at least partially protruding of a second end of the heater body while a first end of the heater body is at the front opening. Thus, the electrical heater is fixed.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second support wall is provided for carrying a second end of the heating body which enters into the heating volume and for providing defining a heat transfer range between the heating body and the heat transfer base. Thus, the contact of the electrical heater to the heat transfer base and overheating of the tobacco are prevented.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heater body comprises ferromagnetic material and the second support wall comprises a magnet. Thus, the electrical heater is fixed, and the protruding of the electrical heater through the opening in case of movement and damaging of the user or the environment are prevented at least partially.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heater body comprises a ferromagnetic material and the first support wall comprises a magnet.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, said heating body is in cylindrical structure.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one second electrical heater is provided; at least two front openings are provided on the lateral walls in order for said second heater to be inserted to the heating volume. Thus, pluralities of electrical heaters can be fixed and removed.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least two second openings are provided on the lateral walls.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a power adjustment circuit, which is associated with the power transfer cable, is provided for controlling the current transferred to the electrical heater.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a power adjustment interface is provided which is associated with said power adjustment circuit and which permits adjustment of the current transferred by the power adjustment circuit to the electrical heater. Thus, heat intensity can be increased and decreased as desired.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a holding body is provided which is associated with a first end of the heater body. Thus, the electrical heater can be fixed to and removed from the body without damaging the hands of the user.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holding body is made of a material which does not conduct electricity.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holding body is made of a material which provides thermal isolation. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the height of the first support wall is between 1 .5 cm and 2.5 cm. Thus, the tobacco can be heated in an optimum manner.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the height of the second support wall is between 1.5 cm and 2.5 cm.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
The present invention relates to a heating apparatus for heating tobacco in a tobacco chamber (201) of a hookah (10). With reference to Figure 1 , the hookah (10) essentially comprises a tobacco chamber (201), a heating apparatus which heats the tobacco chamber (201) and which provides outputting of fume from tobacco, a water chamber (202), a fume transfer pipe (203) which connects the tobacco chamber (201) and the water chamber (202) to each other such that one end thereof stays under water, an air opening (204) provided in the water chamber (202) and placed in a manner permitting output of air only which exists above the water, and an output pipe (205) placed in a manner permitting output of air which exists above the water and which provides passage of the fume, which exists in the tobacco chamber (201), through water when vacuum is applied and which provides outputting of the fume through said output pipe (205). By means of a hookah tube (not shown in the figures) connected to the output pipe (205), the users can inhale the tobacco fume filtered by water.
Flere, the mentioned tobacco has been given as example. Instead of tobacco, any igniting substance can be used which is easily ignited when heated and which outputs fume (aerosol). Here, the mentioned fume is the igniting substance fume which is output by the igniting substance.
The present invention gives heat like hookah (10) coal in addition to the fume which is output by igniting substances like tobacco and provides heating by means of electricity instead of heat sources which output harmful fumes and harmful gases.
In more details, the tobacco chamber (201) is a casing having a volume for placement of the tobacco and preferably having an open top part.
The heating apparatus (100) comprises a body (110). The body (110) comprises a heat transfer base for providing heat transfer to the tobacco chamber (201). The heat transfer base (111) can be preferably placed in a manner corresponding to the opening provided at the upper part of the tobacco chamber (201).
The body comprises lateral walls (112) which extend in a manner encircling a heating volume from the heat transfer base. The ceiling part of the body (110) can be open or can be covered by means of a cover. The body (110) is preferably made of a heat-resistant material and the heat transfer base is made of material which transfers heat.
On the body, at least one front opening (114) and at least one rear opening (115) are provided. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, two front openings (114) and two rear openings (115) are provided. The heating apparatus (100) comprises at least one electrical heater (120). In the preferred embodiment, the heating apparatus (100) comprises two electrical heaters (120).
With reference to Figure 2, the electrical heater (120) comprises a first end (1211) and a second end (1212). The electrical heater (120) is preferably in cylindrical form. The electrical heater (120) has a resistive structure and has been arranged to emit heat when current passes through it. The first end of the resistive heater passes through the front opening (114) and is entered to the heating volume and the second end thereof at least partially protrudes from the heating volume. A first support wall (116) is provided between the first opening and the heat transfer base and a second support wall (117) is provided between the rear opening (115) and the heat transfer base. The first support wall (116) and the second support wall (117) provide the electrical heater (120) to be hung without contacting the heating base and thus, the heating base is prevented from overheating and burning the tobacco in an excessively early manner. In a possible embodiment of the present invention as in Figure 4, instead of the rear opening (115), only a second support wall (117) is provided. The second support wall (117) prevents the electrical heaters (120) from contacting to the base. In this possible embodiment, the electrical heaters (120) comprise ferromagnetic material and the second support wall (117) also comprises a magnet. Thus, movement of the electrical heater (120) is prevented and damaging of the user can be prevented.
With reference to Figure 3, in more details, the electrical heater (120) comprises the holding body (122) at a first end thereof. The holding body (122) is arranged to be outside of the first opening, in other words, the holding body (22) is arranged to be outside of the heating volume. The holding body (122) provides the electrical heater (120) to be carried without damaging hands of the user. A power transfer cable (123) is provided which is associated with the electrical heater (120). The power transfer cable (123) provides current to be transferred to the electrical heater (120). A power adjustment circuit (124) is associated with the power transfer cable (123). Said power adjustment circuit (124) provides adjustment of the amount of transfer of the current, coming from a power source (not illustrated in the figures) to the electrical heater (120). A power adjustment interface (125) provides determination of the amount of current, transferred by the power adjustment circuit (124) to the electrical heater (120), by the user. The power transfer interface can be a commutator, etc.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the body (110) has a grooved structure in order to be fixed to the tobacco chamber (201).
The heat transfer range (118) is between 1 .5 cm and 2.5 cm. In a possible embodiment, it is 2 cm.
The body has a compliant form to the tobacco chamber (201). In this possible embodiment, it has circular cross section and has an open top part. Thus, the position of the placed electrical heater (120) can also be seen. In a possible embodiment, the upper face of the body (110) can be closed by means of a fixable-removable cover (not illustrated in the figures).
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.

Claims

1. A heating apparatus having a heat transfer base for transferring heat to a tobacco chamber (201) of a hookah (10) comprising tobacco chamber (201) for placement of tobacco, and lateral walls (112) which extend from said heat transfer base and which encircle a heating volume; characterized by comprising a front opening (114) provided on one of said lateral walls (112), and an electrical heater (120) having a resistive heater body (110) for being inserted to the heating volume through said front opening (114) and a power transfer cable (123) which is electrically connected to said heater body (110).
2. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein in order to define a heat transfer opening between the heater body (110) and the heat transfer base, a first support wall (116) is provided between said front opening (114) and said heat transfer base.
3. The heating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a second opening is provided on the lateral wall (112) which provides at least partially protruding of a second end of the heater body (110) while a first end of the heater body (110) is at the front opening (114).
4. The heating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a second support wall (117) is provided for carrying a second end of the heating body (110) which enters into the heating volume and for providing defining a heat transfer range between the heating body (110) and the heat transfer base.
5. The heating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the heater body (110) comprises ferromagnetic material and the second support wall (117) comprises a magnet.
6. The heating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the heater body (110) comprises a ferromagnetic material and the first support wall (116) comprises a magnet.
7. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said heating body (110) is in cylindrical structure.
8. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least one second electrical heater (120) is provided; at least two front openings (114) are provided on the lateral walls (112) in order for said second heater to be inserted to the heating volume.
9. The heating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein at least two second openings are provided on the lateral walls (112).
10. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a power adjustment circuit
(124), which is associated with the power transfer cable (123), is provided for controlling the current transferred to the electrical heater (120).
11. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a power adjustment interface
(125) is provided which is associated with said power adjustment circuit (124) and which permits adjustment of the current transferred by the power adjustment circuit (124) to the electrical heater (120).
12. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a holding body (122) is provided which is associated with a first end of the heating body (110).
13. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the holding body (122) is made of a material which does not conduct electricity.
14. The heating apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the holding body (122) is made of a material which provides thermal isolation.
15. The heating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the height of the first support wall (116) is between 1 .5 cm and 2.5 cm.
