Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Erstellung eines Flachbettsiebdruckes auf Gegenständen wie z. B. Textilien, Folien, Kunststoffen, metallischen, gläsernen und/oder hölzernen Gegenständen, Papier, Kartonagen u. dgl., bei dem ein liquides Druckmittel auf ein Druckgewebe (1) aufgebracht und mittels eines bewegbaren Flutrakels (6) als definierte Druckmittelschicht auf dem Druckgewebe (1) abgelegt und mittels eines Druckrakels (5) auf das Druckgewebe (1) eine Kraft ausgeübt wird, wodurch dieses elastisch verformt wird und die definierte Farbschicht mit dem zu bedruckenden Gegenstand in Kontakt kommt. Um dieses Verfahren und diese Vorrichtung wesentlich zu verbessern ist vorgesehen, dass das Flutrakel (6) und dass das Druckrakel (5) das Flutrakel (6) und das Druckrakel in ihrer jeweiligen Arbeitsstellung gemeinschaftlich über das Druckgewebe (1) bewegt werden und zusammen mit dem Flutrakel (6) und dem Druckrakel (5) eine mit dem liquiden Druckmittel befüllte Druckmittelkammer (4) mitbewegt wird, dass das liquide Druckmittel unter einem einstellbaren Druck über einen Kammerauslass (9) bei der Vorwärtsbewegung des Flutrakels (6) und des Druckrakels (5) räumlich vor dem Flutrakel (6) dem Druckgewebe (1) zugeführt wird, dass der Auslass (9) der Druckmittelkammer (4) steuerbar verschließbar ist, dass bezogen auf die Vorwärtsbewegung des Flutrakels (6) und des Druckrakels (5) das räumlich hinter dem Flutrakel (6) angeordnete Druckrakel (5) während der Vorwärtsbewegung des Flutrakels (6) und des Druckrakels (5) die Kraft auf das Druckgewebe (1) ausübt und die definierte Farbschicht mit dem zu bedruckenden Gegenstand in Kontakt kommt (Fig. 1).The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for creating a flat bed screen print on objects such. textiles, foils, plastics, metal, glass and/or wooden objects, paper, cardboard and the like, in which a liquid printing medium is applied to a printing fabric (1) and, using a movable flood blade (6), forms a defined layer of printing medium on the Printing fabric (1) is laid down and a force is exerted on the printing fabric (1) by means of a printing squeegee (5), as a result of which it is elastically deformed and the defined layer of ink comes into contact with the object to be printed.
