Claims (10)

  1.   3. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the case (10) is made up of five fixed walls (11-15) delimiting an internal space (16) for receiving the spool (B).
  4. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterised in that it comprises a pivoting roll (50) fastened to the case (10) on the front side (17), upstream of the cutting system (20) in the strip exit direction, intended to guide the strip from the spool (B) up to the flexible blade (30).
  5. The dispenser (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the roll (50) comprises sections (52) with a reduced diameter, and in that the flexible blade (30) comprises tabs (32) disposed protruding in the sections (52) with a reduced diameter of the roll (50).
  6. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the flexible blade (30) includes several slots (31) disposed opposite several teeth (40).
  7. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the flexible blade (30) includes one single slot (131) disposed opposite one tooth (140) or several teeth (40).
  8. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 7, characterised in that each tooth (40) includes one single protruding tip (41).
  9. The dispenser (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 7, characterised in that each tooth (140) includes several protruding portions (141).
  10. Use of a dispenser (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, equipped with a wiping material spool (B) which can be unwound into a strip, characterised in that when a user pulls on the strip from the front side (17) of the case (10), the flexible blade (30) is deformed under the pressure of the strip, the at least one tooth (40; 140) projects through the at least one slot (31; 131), comes into contact with the strip pressed on the flexible blade (30), and tears the strip at a pre-cut line.
