- the Applicant has thus addressed the problem of making a heat exchanger for machines for preparing infused beverages of reduced size which solves the food contamination problems of traditional exchangers, which improves the coupling between thermal probes and the exchanger and which simultaneously reduces the occurrence of wear problems of the plastic or rubber tubes at the inlets/outlets of the liquid from/to the exchanger.
