Claims (9)
- Dispositif de serrage (1), surtout tendeur vertical, pour serrer des pièces (4), surtout ceux en bois ou en matériaux de substitution du bois, en matière plastique ou en métal, comportant:un premier élément de serrage (2) avec une première surface de serrage (2a),un deuxième élément de serrage (7f) avec une deuxième surface de serrage (7a) tournée vers la première surface de serrage (2a),dans lequel le premier élément de serrage (2) et le deuxième élément de serrage (7f) sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'entraînement pour serrer ou desserrer une pièce (4) entre les surfaces de serrage (2a, 7a),dans lequel le premier élément de serrage (2) est fixé à un connecteur (10) présentant un premier filetage (10a) ou est formé d'une seule pièce avec celui-ci, et le deuxième élément de serrage (7) est monté à une section de palier (5), dans laquelle est monté de manière coulissant un élément tendeur (8) mobile par rapport à la section de palier (5), qui comprend un contre-filetage (10a) adapté au premier filetage (10a),dans lequel le connecteur (10) et l'élément tendeur (8) sont reliés entre eux par le filetage (10a) et le contre-filetage (8a), dans lequel le connecteur (10) comporte un premier dispositif anti-torsion amovible qui est conçu pour empêcher à l'état bloqué un mouvement relatif entre le connecteur (10) et l'élément tendeur (8) et pour permettre à l'état débloqué un tel mouvement relatif,caractérisé en ceque le premier dispositif anti-torsion comporte un élément de traction (3) qui est guidé à travers le connecteur (10).

qu'il comporte un cylindre (9), dans lequel l'élément tendeur (8) est guidé de manière coulissante sous la forme d'un piston. - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication 2,

que le cylindre (9) est mis en place de telle sorte que l'élément tendeur, (8) par la mise sous vide ou la montée en pression du cylindre (9), déplace la première surface de serrage (2a) vers la deuxième surface de serrage (7a). - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
que la direction axiale (Z) du filetage (10a) et du contre-filetage (8a) s'étend perpendiculairement aux surfaces de serrage (2a, 7a). - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'une torsion relative entre le connecteur (10) et l'élément tendeur (8) provoque une modification de la distance (h+d) entre les deux surfaces de serrage (2a, 7a). - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
que l'élément de traction (3) est couplé, à l'extrémité opposée à la première surface de serrage (2a), à un contre-écrou (6) dont le filetage s'engage dans le contre-filetage (8a) de l'élément tendeur (8). - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce
que l'élément de traction (3) est un vis de tension qui est couplé au contre-écrou (6) de manière rotative. - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7,
caractérisé en ce
qu'entre le contre-écrou (6) et le connecteur (10) un deuxième dispositif anti-rotation (10b, 6b) est actif, qui empêche la torsion relative du contre-écrou (6) et le connecteur (10) et permet seulement leur déplacement axial. - Dispositif de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8,
caractérisé en ce
que le connecteur (10) et le contre-écrou (6) peuvent être serrés axialement l'un contre l'autre par appui par adhérence.
