Claims (11)

  1. A holding element (1) for a protective device (6) with a frame (7) to be attached to a blind frame (13) of a building opening, comprising
    - a fastening portion (2) for fastening the holding element (1) to the frame (7) of the protective device (6),
    - a spacer web (3) which is configured, in a state of the protective device (6) attached to the blind frame (13), to extend from the frame (7) of the protective device (6) into the building opening and to be arranged at right-angles to the plane spanned by the frame (7) of the protective device (6), and
    - a holding limb (4) which is angled-back by approximately 90 degrees from the spacer web (3) and which is configured, in the state of the protective device (6) attached to the window frame (13), to engage behind a region of the blind frame (13), wherein
    the spacer web (3) and the holding limb (4) define a holding plane, wherein the holding plane, in the attached state of the protective device, is oriented at right-angles to the plane spanned by the frame (7) of the protective device (6),
    characterized in that
    the fastening portion (2) is arranged offset to the holding plane such that the spacer web (3) and the holding limb (4) are offset relative to the fastening portion (2) in the direction of a frame interior.
  2. The holding element (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the fastening portion (2) is configured in a strip-shaped manner for insertion into an opening (10) of the protective device (6).
  3. The holding element (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the fastening portion (2) is configured to be screwed onto the protective device (6).
  4. The holding element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the spacer web (3) and the fastening portion (2) are connected via a connecting portion (5) which is preferably oriented parallel to the holding limb (4).

    - a holding element (1) according to one of the preceding claims for attaching the protective device (6) to a blind frame of a building opening, wherein the holding element (1) is fastened by the fastening portion (2) to the frame (7).

The protective device (6) according to Claim 8, wherein the fastening portion (2) of the holding element (1) is fastened to a profile strip (8) or a corner connector (9) of the frame (7), wherein the holding plane is arranged offset relative to the fastening portion (2) toward to the frame interior.
  10. The protective device (6) according to Claim 8 or 9, wherein the holding element (1) is fastened to the frame such that the holding plane of this holding element (1) is vertically offset relative to the fastening portion (2) of this holding element (1).
  11. The protective device (6) according to one of the preceding Claims 8 to 10, wherein the holding element (1) is fastened to the frame such that the holding plane of this holding element (1) is horizontally offset relative to the fastening portion (2) of this holding element (1).
