Definitions
- the invention relates to a holder for a fascia training element, comprising at least: at least two rotatable, stationary holding elements on which the fascia training element rests so that it can move freely in at least one direction of rotation, and at least one holding device on which the at least two holding elements are arranged.
- the invention further relates to a fascia training element for use with a holder and a holding device for a holder and a training system for massaging the fascia in various muscle parts of a body.
- Fascial training elements for massaging specific muscle parts of the human body are well known.
- the fascia training element is usually placed on the floor and the user positions the muscle part to be massaged, for example a thigh or the back, on the fascia training element and moves the muscle part back and forth relative to the fascia training element.
- the fascia training elements are not stationary, so that they constantly change their position on the floor during use and the user always has to adjust his starting position or the starting position of the muscle part to be massaged to the unintentionally changing position of the fascia training element.
- fascia training elements are mainly roll-like bodies such as cylinders or dumbbells etc. or balls.
- holding devices for fascia rollers are known, with which the roller or its holder can be fixed in different positions in a stationary and rotatable manner on a frame or a wall bracket, for example suspended.
- the fascia roller or its holder To switch between two positions of the fascia roller or its holder, for example to massage different parts of the body, the fascia roller or its holder must be awkwardly removed from the holding device and reattached in a different position, sometimes even using tools.
- the inventors have recognized that the problems mentioned above can be solved by a mount in which the fascia training element is mounted on a plurality of holding elements in a stationary manner but is rotatable or rotatable.
- roller-like fascia training elements can be easily and gently attached to the holder by means of a detachable attachment and thus secured against unintentional loosening.
- the attachment is not realized with the holding elements themselves but with an additional lateral attachment.
- Ball/spherical fascia training elements can be rotated in any direction of rotation by means of the holder according to the invention, but can be stored stationary.
- the inventors propose a holder for a fascia training element, at least comprising: at least two rotatable, stationary holding elements, on which the fascia training element rests freely movable in at least one direction of rotation, and at least one holding device on which the at least two holding elements are arranged.
- the holder initially comprises at least two holding elements which are rotatably and fixedly attached to at least one holding device.
- the fascia training element rests on the holding elements.
- Both the fascia training element and the holding elements are rotatably mounted, in particular rotatable relative to one another, with a rotation of the fascia training element causing the holding elements to rotate and vice versa.
- the rotation takes place in the opposite direction, whereby the direction of rotation and movement can be freely and flexibly selected by the user.
- the holder is improved in that the at least one holding device has a fastening device designed separately from the holding elements for detachably fastening a fascia training element designed as a roller-like body.
- a roller-like body is understood to mean a body that is essentially cylindrical and/or essentially rotationally symmetrical in shape.
- the term "roll-like body” therefore includes shapes such as cylinders, cylinders with at least one at least partially narrowing of the circumference, dumbbells, etc.
- the definition of these shapes according to the invention is independent of possible surface structures. Therefore, in the following, the term (fascia) role is generally used for a fascia training element designed as a role-like body.
- both lateral holding devices are preferably formed, between which the holding elements extend lengthwise.
- the holding devices are advantageously designed as lateral holding plates.
- both the holding elements and the fascia roll are fastened and rotatably mounted on the holding plates, with the fastening/mounting of the holding elements being both can be solvable or fixed.
- the holding elements are advantageously fastened to the holding device in a fixed but rotatable manner.
- the fastening/mounting of the fascia roller is designed to be detachable, for example as a clip or spring-loaded connection.
- the attachment of the fascia training element to the holder advantageously offers a safeguard for the fascia roller against accidentally falling out, for example when the holder is being transported or when it is attached to a wall for use.
- the detachable attachment according to the invention is advantageously easier to handle, since the fascia training element can be attached and detached more easily. Furthermore, this type of detachable attachment is gentler on the material and works independently of the hardness of the fascia training element. This makes it easier to exchange the fascia rollers used for different applications or muscle groups.
- the at least two holding elements are designed as holding shafts in the form of cylindrical rollers, which are arranged parallel to one another when viewed in the longitudinal direction.
- the holding shafts are preferably designed in the form of cylinders or rollers, ie as elongated rollers.
- the axes of rotation of these holding shafts are advantageously their longitudinal axes.
- Embodiments with two, three, four or more holding shafts are possible.
- Embodiments with three or more holding shafts are preferred, since the greater number of holding shafts enables more stable mounting and easier rotation of the foam roller.
- a particularly favorable embodiment provides for three holding shafts, which are arranged symmetrically on the sides and in the middle under the foam roller.
- the holding shafts are preferably all of the same design, in particular with regard to their size, shape and material.
- the holding shafts are particularly preferably designed as cylinders.
- the diameter of the holding shafts is significantly smaller than the diameter of the foam roller. This ensures particularly good turning properties of the fascia roller on the holding shafts. It applies In particular, the more support shafts are designed, the smaller their cross sections can be compared to the cross section of the foam roller.
- the support shafts advantageously extend longitudinally between the two lateral support means of the bracket.
- the longitudinal axes of the holding shafts are advantageously aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the foam roller.
- a further preferred embodiment provides that the holding shafts are arranged in such a way that they form a receptacle in which the fascia training element is positioned and can be freely moved in both directions of rotation relative to the holding shafts.
- the holding shafts are arranged along a semicircular line, so that the receptacle is designed in the shape of a semicircle or as an upwardly open depression into which the foam roller can be inserted.
- the distance between the holding shafts is selected in such a way that the fascia roller rests evenly on all holding shafts and does not slip between the holding shafts.
- the holding shafts are advantageously arranged symmetrically, in particular evenly spaced. If the foam roller rotates clockwise, the holding shafts are rotated counterclockwise and vice versa.
- the support shafts are advantageously arranged in such a way that their longitudinal axes are arranged below a plane through the longitudinal axis of the fascia training element. This arrangement prevents the fascia roll from getting caught between the holding shafts.
- the term "below” refers to the arrangement of the support shafts relative to the ground.
- the plane through the longitudinal axis of the foam roller is preferably parallel to the surface on which the holder is positioned, i.e. horizontal when the holder is on the floor and vertical when the holder is positioned on a wall.
- a holding shaft is preferably arranged directly under the longitudinal axis of the fascia roller.
- An alternative variant to enable an application with high weight or high pressure on the fascia roller is that the lowermost holding shafts are laterally offset to the longitudinal axis of the fascia roller be positioned so that if the bottom support shafts bend, they do not come into contact with the ground.
- a band which is arranged around the holding shafts in the manner of a treadmill.
- a belt is preferably provided for this purpose, which runs at least partially around the holding shafts, which is moved along with a relative rotational movement of the foam roller to the holding shafts and stabilizes the support of the foam roller on the holding shafts.
- this band can prevent the fascia roll from sinking between the holding shafts and, on the other hand, the turning properties are improved, since the holding shafts can be rotated better due to the larger contact surface of the fascia roll.
- the holding shafts can also be formed with smaller radii than in an embodiment without a band.
- the releasable fastening of the fascia roll is designed, for example, as a clip connection or as a spring pressure connection between the lateral holding devices and the fascia roll.
- Other attachment variants are of course possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
- the fastening of the fascia roll prevents an unintentional release of the fascia roll from the receptacle between the holding shafts, for example during transport or a vertical fastening of the holder.
- the fastening of the fascia roller is detachable.
- the fastening devices are preferably designed as an extension of the longitudinal axis of rotation of the foam roller in order to ensure that the foam roller can rotate unhindered.
- a fastening designed as a spring pressure connection provides that the fastening device comprises at least one tongue-like spring element, which can engage in a recess on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element.
- the spring elements are preferably each formed on the lateral holding devices, with precisely one spring element being further preferably formed per holding device. This means that a total of two spring elements are advantageously formed per holder.
- the spring elements are preferably designed as a kind of tongue that protrudes inwards and is initially pushed away when the foam roller is inserted and then springs back into a recess at the longitudinal ends of the foam roller, so that the foam roller is rotatably held.
- a recess is preferably formed at each of the longitudinal ends of the fascia roll.
- connection for example by forming an elevation at the longitudinal ends, which engages in a complementary depression on the holding devices, is also possible.
- the recesses on the longitudinal ends of the fascia roll are not absolutely necessary for this type of attachment.
- the foam roller can also be attached to the longitudinal ends without recesses, in that the tongue-like spring elements are simply pressed onto the longitudinal ends of the foam roller.
- a fastening designed as a clip connection provides that the fastening device comprises at least one bearing shell, into which a bearing pin, which is formed on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element, can engage.
- the bearing shells of the fastening device are preferably formed on the lateral holding devices. Exactly one bearing shell is preferably formed per holding device.
- a bearing pin is preferably formed on each of the longitudinal ends of the foam roller. If the fascia roll is placed in the holder on the support shafts, the bearing journals engage in the bearing shells, so that a detachable clip connection is created, with the bearing journals being mounted in the bearing shells so that they can rotate as smoothly as possible.
- the fastening device comprises at least one spring-loaded pressure element, which can engage in a recess on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element.
- the pressure elements are preferably each formed on the lateral holding devices, wherein it is also preferred to have exactly one pressure element per holding device.
- the spring-loaded pressure elements each comprise a spring, which presses the pressure elements into the recess in the direction of the foam roller when the foam roller is used.
- a depression is preferably formed at each of the longitudinal ends of the foam roller.
- the pressure elements and the indentations are complementary in the form of spheres and at least hemispherical indentations. A mechanical reversal of this form of attachment is fundamentally possible.
- a magnetic holder can be designed in which there is at least one magnetic tape in the fascia roll along its circumference, so that this at least one magnetic tape interacts with holding shafts made of a different magnetic material and the fascia roll is thus held.
- the holder is improved in that at least three holding elements are provided, which are designed as holding balls for a spherical fascia training element.
- fascia training element designed as a sphere or ball
- fascia ball is therefore used in the following.
- the fascia training element as a fascia ball
- only one holding device is preferably provided which has spherical shell-shaped depressions in which the holding balls are positioned.
- the shape of the indentations is advantageously complementary to the shape of the retaining balls.
- the retaining balls are advantageously freely rotatable in all directions of rotation.
- the depth of the indentations corresponds at least to the radius of the retaining balls. The deeper the indentations are, the less likely it is that the retaining balls will unintentionally come loose from the indentations during use.
- the retaining balls are preferably all of the same design, in particular with regard to their size, shape and material.
- the diameter of the retaining balls is significantly smaller than the diameter of the fascia ball. This ensures particularly good turning properties of the fascia ball on the retaining balls.
- a further preferred embodiment provides that the retaining balls are arranged in such a way that they form a receptacle in which the Fascia training element positioned and is freely movable in all directions of rotation relative to the retaining balls.
- the holding device is designed as a flat surface, so that the holding balls are advantageously arranged in one plane.
- the retaining balls are advantageously arranged evenly spaced.
- three or four retaining balls are designed, the retaining balls being arranged in the plane as triangles or squares.
- the fascia ball lies in the middle of the retaining balls.
- the holding device is designed as a spherical shell-shaped surface in which the holding balls are arranged. More than four retaining balls are preferably designed here, which are distributed evenly over the ball shell. The retaining balls are advantageously arranged evenly spaced. In this spherical shell-shaped variant of the holding device, the holding balls are advantageously made smaller than in the planar variant of the holding device.
- the distances between the holding balls and the sizes of the holding balls are selected in such a way that the fascia ball rests in the middle between or on the holding balls without touching the holding device.
- a cover which protects the holding elements from contact with a user.
- the cover preferably has a curved, in particular ergonomically curved, but as flat as possible shape, so that a comfortable position of the user on the holder or on the cover is ensured.
- the cover is, for example, in the form of a semi-cylindrical shell or a spherical shell.
- the cover has a recess through which the fascia training element protrudes, so that the user can bring a muscle part into contact with the fascia training element.
- the cover is preferably attached to the at least one holding device.
- the shape of the cutout advantageously essentially corresponds to the shape of the cross-sectional area of the fascia training element. Accordingly, with a fascia roll Recess advantageously approximately rectangular and advantageously round with a fascia ball.
- An additional safeguard of the fascia training element against unintentional loosening can be that less than half of the fascia training element protrudes through the recess.
- the widest point of the fascia training element is then advantageously below the cover and the recess is not big enough for the fascia training element to slip through.
- the at least one holding device and/or the cover has feet.
- the feet advantageously allow the holder to stand on the ground in a stable and secure manner, in particular in a way that prevents it from tipping over and slipping.
- the holder with the feet can be inserted into a holding device, so that the holder can be attached to a wall at any height with a foam roller.
- the invention relates to a fascia training element for use with a holder according to the invention, described above.
- the fascia training element is designed as a roller-like body.
- the term (fascia) roll is used for a fascia training element designed as a roll-like body.
- This designation includes all roller-like bodies that are essentially cylindrical and/or essentially rotationally symmetrical.
- these bodies or rollers are dumbbell-shaped, cylindrical, cylindrical with at least a section-wise tapering of the circumference.
- the cylinder shapes are preferably designed as solid cylinders.
- designs as hollow cylinders are also possible.
- a preferred form of foam roller is a solid cylinder having a substantially planar, cylindrical surface with a plurality of evenly spaced constrictions or indentations formed along the circumference. Due to the cylindrical and as flat as possible surface, the largest possible, stable contact surface on the holding shafts is realized.
- the foam roller has a recess on at least one longitudinal end for engaging the at least one tongue-like spring element.
- one at each longitudinal end Recess formed.
- the foam roller has a bearing pin on at least one longitudinal end for engaging in the at least one bearing shell.
- a bearing journal is advantageously formed at each longitudinal end.
- the fascia roller has a depression on at least one longitudinal end for engaging the at least one pressure element.
- a recess is advantageously formed at each longitudinal end.
- the fascia roll can also have an elevation at the longitudinal ends, which can engage in depressions in the holding devices.
- the fascia training element is designed as a sphere.
- the sphere is preferably designed as a solid sphere.
- designs as a hollow sphere are also possible.
- fascia training element regardless of its shape as a fascia roller or fascia ball, provide that the surface of the fascia training element has a structure.
- a structured surface advantageously increases the training effect of the massaged muscle area.
- the surface structure is in the form of knobs, elongated elevations/depressions or the like.
- the fascia training element is preferably made from a material selected from the following list: hard foam, polyethylene, polyurethane or Cork.
- the material of the fascia training element can preferably be present in different degrees of hardness. For example, depending on the type of body area or muscle part to be massaged or the desired intensity of the massage, fascia rollers or fascia balls of different hardness or softness can be used.
- individual fascia training elements can be designed with different degrees of hardness or softness.
- the material of the fascia training element is harder on the inside than on the outside.
- the material of the fascia training element is preferably made harder than the material of the holding elements.
- the holding elements are made of plastic or wood, for example.
- the material of the fascia roll is at least somewhat elastic or resilient in order to enable the fascia roll to be inserted between the holding devices.
- the invention also relates to a holding device for an above-described holder according to the invention for a roller-like or spherical fascia training element, the holding device having a large number of recesses into which the feet of the holder can be inserted with a straight movement, the holding device being attached to a vertical mounting surface can be attached so that the bracket can be held at any height by the holding device.
- the recesses are designed as slots aligned parallel to one another. Two adjacent feet can then be inserted into a slot.
- the slit-shaped recesses can either be continuous over the width of the holding device or only in each case in the two side areas. Alternatively, for example, round or semi-circular recesses can also be formed, so that the two adjacent feet can be inserted into two recesses located at the same height.
- the distance between two recesses located at different heights, into which the feet can be pushed in pairs is greater than the distance between two adjacent recesses located at different heights.
- this means that the distance between the feet is a multiple of the distance between two adjacent recesses.
- This holding device is particularly preferably used for a holder with a fascia roller.
- the feet of the holding devices and/or the cover are simply pushed into the recesses with a pure forward movement. Time-consuming hanging and hooking or latching is not necessary. The feet are simply pushed into the recesses.
- the holding device is preferably attached to a wall, for example hung up. The height of the inserted holder or foam roller is easily varied and selected by inserting the feet into other recesses.
- the holder can be inserted both with the fascia roller oriented vertically and with it oriented horizontally.
- the invention relates to a training system for massaging the fascia in various muscle parts of a body, at least comprising: a roller-like or spherical fascia training element as described above, and a holder according to the invention for receiving the fascia training element, as described above, with the holder being stationary with the fascia training element used a surface is positioned and the user can move a muscle part relative to the holder along the fascia training element, the fascia training element is rotated, but remains stationary.
- This embodiment of the training system consequently includes a fascia roller or a fascia ball with the correspondingly designed holder.
- the holder advantageously enables a stationary positioning of the fascia training element, which can be rotated as desired.
- the design of the holder is matched to the design of the fascia training element as a roller or ball. Due to the advantageously ergonomically curved cover of the holder, a comfortable positioning of a body area on the holder is possible.
- a floor on which the holder with the fascia training element is positioned is advantageously suitable as a base.
- the fascia training element is rotatably mounted in the holder, but the holder is positioned in a fixed position on the floor.
- the bracket itself can also be attached to a wall. However, changing the height or position of this attachment is not without problems.
- a further embodiment of the training system for a foam roller with the correspondingly designed holder additionally provides a holding device according to the invention as described above.
- the holding device can be attached to a wall and the holder with the fascia roller can be pushed into the holder at any height, whereby the height can be easily changed depending on the body part to be massaged.
- the figure 1 shows an exploded view of a holder 1 with a roller-like fascia training element.
- the fascia training element is designed as a roller-like body which is cylindrical and rotationally symmetrical.
- the fascia training element is designed as a fascia roller 2a.
- the fascia roller 2a has a cylindrical, flat surface with three equally spaced circumferential indentations.

- Feet 7 are also formed on the lateral retaining plates 4a, which ensure that the holder 1 is stable and non-slip/tilting on a substrate.
- the feet 7 are used to hang the holder 1 in a holding device 13, see Figures 9 and 10 .
- the holder 1 also includes a cover 6, which is fitted over the holding shafts 3a and partially over the fascia roller 2a.
- the cover 6 has a rectangular recess 6a, from which an upper area of the foam roller 2a protrudes.
- the cover is ergonomically rounded, so that a comfortable positioning, for example of the back, on the holder 1 is possible.
- the Figures 2 and 3 show two perspective views of the holder 1 with the fascia roller 2a according to FIG figure 1 .
- the holder 1 is shown obliquely from above.
- the cover 6 and the fascia roller 2a, which protrudes through the recess 6a, can be seen particularly well here.

- the foam roller 2a is freely rotatable about its longitudinal axis L in both directions of rotation. Due to the contact of the foam roller 2a with the support shafts 3a, the support shafts 3a rotate counterclockwise and vice versa when the foam roller 2a rotates clockwise.
- the three holding shafts 3a are arranged below a plane through the longitudinal axis of rotation I.
- the tongue-like spring element 12 engages in the recess 12a at the longitudinal end of the fascia roller 2a and thus rotatably holds it.
- FIGs 5 to 8 again show different views of the holder 1 with the fascia roller 2a of FIG figure 1 , namely figure 5 a bottom view, figure 6 a top view, figure 7 a side view and figure 8 a front or rear view.

- the figure 10 shows a rear view of the training system according to FIG figure 9 .
- the distance between the feet 7 viewed in the vertical direction is significantly greater than the distance between two adjacent recesses 13a and, in this embodiment, corresponds to four times the distance between two adjacent recesses 13a.
- FIG 11 a longitudinal cross section through a fascia roller 2a with the two lateral holding plates 4a and a fastening device designed as a spring-loaded connection 9 is shown in a schematic representation.
- the spring-loaded connection comprises a spring 9a, which applies a spring force to a pressure element 9b designed as a ball.
- the spring force is aligned in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the fascia roller 2a and presses the pressure element 9b from the lateral holding plate 4a in the direction of the fascia roller 2a.

Description
The invention relates to a holder for a fascia training element, comprising at least: at least two rotatable, stationary holding elements on which the fascia training element rests so that it can move freely in at least one direction of rotation, and at least one holding device on which the at least two holding elements are arranged.
The invention further relates to a fascia training element for use with a holder and a holding device for a holder and a training system for massaging the fascia in various muscle parts of a body.
Fascial training elements for massaging specific muscle parts of the human body are well known. The fascia training element is usually placed on the floor and the user positions the muscle part to be massaged, for example a thigh or the back, on the fascia training element and moves the muscle part back and forth relative to the fascia training element. The fascia training elements are not stationary, so that they constantly change their position on the floor during use and the user always has to adjust his starting position or the starting position of the muscle part to be massaged to the unintentionally changing position of the fascia training element.
Well-known forms of fascia training elements are mainly roll-like bodies such as cylinders or dumbbells etc. or balls.
Furthermore, holding devices for fascia rollers are known, with which the roller or its holder can be fixed in different positions in a stationary and rotatable manner on a frame or a wall bracket, for example suspended. To switch between two positions of the fascia roller or its holder, for example to massage different parts of the body, the fascia roller or its holder must be awkwardly removed from the holding device and reattached in a different position, sometimes even using tools.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide an improved holder for a fascia training element, a fascia training element for this, and an improved holding device and a training system for this, which(s) eliminate(s) the aforementioned problems from the prior art.
This object is solved by the features of the
The inventors have recognized that the problems mentioned above can be solved by a mount in which the fascia training element is mounted on a plurality of holding elements in a stationary manner but is rotatable or rotatable. In this case, roller-like fascia training elements can be easily and gently attached to the holder by means of a detachable attachment and thus secured against unintentional loosening. In contrast to the prior art, the attachment is not realized with the holding elements themselves but with an additional lateral attachment. Ball/spherical fascia training elements can be rotated in any direction of rotation by means of the holder according to the invention, but can be stored stationary.
Accordingly, the inventors propose a holder for a fascia training element, at least comprising: at least two rotatable, stationary holding elements, on which the fascia training element rests freely movable in at least one direction of rotation, and at least one holding device on which the at least two holding elements are arranged. The holder initially comprises at least two holding elements which are rotatably and fixedly attached to at least one holding device.
The fascia training element rests on the holding elements. Both the fascia training element and the holding elements are rotatably mounted, in particular rotatable relative to one another, with a rotation of the fascia training element causing the holding elements to rotate and vice versa. The rotation takes place in the opposite direction, whereby the direction of rotation and movement can be freely and flexibly selected by the user.
According to a first basic idea of the invention, the holder is improved in that the at least one holding device has a fastening device designed separately from the holding elements for detachably fastening a fascia training element designed as a roller-like body.
A variant of the holder according to the invention for a fascia training element designed as a roller-like body is described below. Within the scope of the invention, a roller-like body is understood to mean a body that is essentially cylindrical and/or essentially rotationally symmetrical in shape. The term "roll-like body" therefore includes shapes such as cylinders, cylinders with at least one at least partially narrowing of the circumference, dumbbells, etc. The definition of these shapes according to the invention is independent of possible surface structures. Therefore, in the following, the term (fascia) role is generally used for a fascia training element designed as a role-like body.
In an embodiment of the fascia training element as a fascia roller, two lateral holding devices are preferably formed, between which the holding elements extend lengthwise. The holding devices are advantageously designed as lateral holding plates. According to the invention, both the holding elements and the fascia roll are fastened and rotatably mounted on the holding plates, with the fastening/mounting of the holding elements being both can be solvable or fixed. In order to ensure sufficient stability of the entire mount, the holding elements are advantageously fastened to the holding device in a fixed but rotatable manner.
According to the invention, the fastening/mounting of the fascia roller is designed to be detachable, for example as a clip or spring-loaded connection. The attachment of the fascia training element to the holder advantageously offers a safeguard for the fascia roller against accidentally falling out, for example when the holder is being transported or when it is attached to a wall for use.
In a preferred embodiment for a fascia training element designed in the form of a roller, the at least two holding elements are designed as holding shafts in the form of cylindrical rollers, which are arranged parallel to one another when viewed in the longitudinal direction. The holding shafts are preferably designed in the form of cylinders or rollers, ie as elongated rollers. The axes of rotation of these holding shafts are advantageously their longitudinal axes. Embodiments with two, three, four or more holding shafts are possible. Embodiments with three or more holding shafts are preferred, since the greater number of holding shafts enables more stable mounting and easier rotation of the foam roller. A particularly favorable embodiment provides for three holding shafts, which are arranged symmetrically on the sides and in the middle under the foam roller.
The holding shafts are preferably all of the same design, in particular with regard to their size, shape and material. The holding shafts are particularly preferably designed as cylinders. Advantageously, the diameter of the holding shafts is significantly smaller than the diameter of the foam roller. This ensures particularly good turning properties of the fascia roller on the holding shafts. It applies In particular, the more support shafts are designed, the smaller their cross sections can be compared to the cross section of the foam roller.
The support shafts advantageously extend longitudinally between the two lateral support means of the bracket. The longitudinal axes of the holding shafts are advantageously aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the foam roller.
A further preferred embodiment provides that the holding shafts are arranged in such a way that they form a receptacle in which the fascia training element is positioned and can be freely moved in both directions of rotation relative to the holding shafts. Advantageously, the holding shafts are arranged along a semicircular line, so that the receptacle is designed in the shape of a semicircle or as an upwardly open depression into which the foam roller can be inserted. The distance between the holding shafts is selected in such a way that the fascia roller rests evenly on all holding shafts and does not slip between the holding shafts. The holding shafts are advantageously arranged symmetrically, in particular evenly spaced. If the foam roller rotates clockwise, the holding shafts are rotated counterclockwise and vice versa.
The support shafts are advantageously arranged in such a way that their longitudinal axes are arranged below a plane through the longitudinal axis of the fascia training element. This arrangement prevents the fascia roll from getting caught between the holding shafts. The term "below" refers to the arrangement of the support shafts relative to the ground. The plane through the longitudinal axis of the foam roller is preferably parallel to the surface on which the holder is positioned, i.e. horizontal when the holder is on the floor and vertical when the holder is positioned on a wall.
For a particularly good stability of the fascia roller, ie also to prevent the fascia roller from sagging due to the weight of a user, a holding shaft is preferably arranged directly under the longitudinal axis of the fascia roller.
An alternative variant to enable an application with high weight or high pressure on the fascia roller is that the lowermost holding shafts are laterally offset to the longitudinal axis of the fascia roller be positioned so that if the bottom support shafts bend, they do not come into contact with the ground.
Further stability of the holder or the fascia roller can alternatively or additionally be achieved by a band which is arranged around the holding shafts in the manner of a treadmill. A belt is preferably provided for this purpose, which runs at least partially around the holding shafts, which is moved along with a relative rotational movement of the foam roller to the holding shafts and stabilizes the support of the foam roller on the holding shafts. On the one hand, this band can prevent the fascia roll from sinking between the holding shafts and, on the other hand, the turning properties are improved, since the holding shafts can be rotated better due to the larger contact surface of the fascia roll. As a result, the holding shafts can also be formed with smaller radii than in an embodiment without a band.
The releasable fastening of the fascia roll is designed, for example, as a clip connection or as a spring pressure connection between the lateral holding devices and the fascia roll. Other attachment variants are of course possible without departing from the scope of the invention. Advantageously, the fastening of the fascia roll prevents an unintentional release of the fascia roll from the receptacle between the holding shafts, for example during transport or a vertical fastening of the holder. According to the invention, the fastening of the fascia roller is detachable. Furthermore, the fastening devices are preferably designed as an extension of the longitudinal axis of rotation of the foam roller in order to ensure that the foam roller can rotate unhindered.
A fastening designed as a spring pressure connection provides that the fastening device comprises at least one tongue-like spring element, which can engage in a recess on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element. The spring elements are preferably each formed on the lateral holding devices, with precisely one spring element being further preferably formed per holding device. This means that a total of two spring elements are advantageously formed per holder. The spring elements are preferably designed as a kind of tongue that protrudes inwards and is initially pushed away when the foam roller is inserted and then springs back into a recess at the longitudinal ends of the foam roller, so that the foam roller is rotatably held. Correspondingly, a recess is preferably formed at each of the longitudinal ends of the fascia roll. One Mechanical reversal of this connection, for example by forming an elevation at the longitudinal ends, which engages in a complementary depression on the holding devices, is also possible. However, the recesses on the longitudinal ends of the fascia roll are not absolutely necessary for this type of attachment. In principle, the foam roller can also be attached to the longitudinal ends without recesses, in that the tongue-like spring elements are simply pressed onto the longitudinal ends of the foam roller.
Furthermore, it is possible to implement the spring effect of the tongue-like spring element by using an elastic or springy material instead of by its shape.
A fastening designed as a clip connection provides that the fastening device comprises at least one bearing shell, into which a bearing pin, which is formed on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element, can engage. The bearing shells of the fastening device are preferably formed on the lateral holding devices. Exactly one bearing shell is preferably formed per holding device. Furthermore, a bearing pin is preferably formed on each of the longitudinal ends of the foam roller. If the fascia roll is placed in the holder on the support shafts, the bearing journals engage in the bearing shells, so that a detachable clip connection is created, with the bearing journals being mounted in the bearing shells so that they can rotate as smoothly as possible.
Another fastening designed as a spring-loaded connection provides that the fastening device comprises at least one spring-loaded pressure element, which can engage in a recess on a longitudinal end of the fascia training element. The pressure elements are preferably each formed on the lateral holding devices, wherein it is also preferred to have exactly one pressure element per holding device. The spring-loaded pressure elements each comprise a spring, which presses the pressure elements into the recess in the direction of the foam roller when the foam roller is used. Correspondingly, a depression is preferably formed at each of the longitudinal ends of the foam roller. Advantageously, the pressure elements and the indentations are complementary in the form of spheres and at least hemispherical indentations. A mechanical reversal of this form of attachment is fundamentally possible.
Of course, a combination of a clip connection and a spring pressure connection for attaching the foam roller is also within the scope of the invention.
Other types of fastening are also possible. For example, a magnetic holder can be designed in which there is at least one magnetic tape in the fascia roll along its circumference, so that this at least one magnetic tape interacts with holding shafts made of a different magnetic material and the fascia roll is thus held.
According to a further basic idea of the invention, the holder is improved in that at least three holding elements are provided, which are designed as holding balls for a spherical fascia training element.
A variant of the holder according to the invention for a fascia training element designed as a sphere or ball is described below. The term (fascial) ball is therefore used in the following.
In the case of an embodiment of the fascia training element as a fascia ball, only one holding device is preferably provided which has spherical shell-shaped depressions in which the holding balls are positioned. The shape of the indentations is advantageously complementary to the shape of the retaining balls. In these depressions, the retaining balls are advantageously freely rotatable in all directions of rotation.
Advantageously, the depth of the indentations corresponds at least to the radius of the retaining balls. The deeper the indentations are, the less likely it is that the retaining balls will unintentionally come loose from the indentations during use.
The retaining balls are preferably all of the same design, in particular with regard to their size, shape and material. Advantageously, the diameter of the retaining balls is significantly smaller than the diameter of the fascia ball. This ensures particularly good turning properties of the fascia ball on the retaining balls.
A further preferred embodiment provides that the retaining balls are arranged in such a way that they form a receptacle in which the Fascia training element positioned and is freely movable in all directions of rotation relative to the retaining balls.
In one variant, the holding device is designed as a flat surface, so that the holding balls are advantageously arranged in one plane. The retaining balls are advantageously arranged evenly spaced. Preferably three or four retaining balls are designed, the retaining balls being arranged in the plane as triangles or squares. The fascia ball lies in the middle of the retaining balls.
In another variant, the holding device is designed as a spherical shell-shaped surface in which the holding balls are arranged. More than four retaining balls are preferably designed here, which are distributed evenly over the ball shell. The retaining balls are advantageously arranged evenly spaced. In this spherical shell-shaped variant of the holding device, the holding balls are advantageously made smaller than in the planar variant of the holding device.
In both variants of the holding device, the distances between the holding balls and the sizes of the holding balls are selected in such a way that the fascia ball rests in the middle between or on the holding balls without touching the holding device.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the holder, either for a foam roller or for a foam ball, a cover is provided which protects the holding elements from contact with a user. The cover preferably has a curved, in particular ergonomically curved, but as flat as possible shape, so that a comfortable position of the user on the holder or on the cover is ensured. Depending on the type of fascia training element, the cover is, for example, in the form of a semi-cylindrical shell or a spherical shell.
In a further preferred embodiment of the holder, the cover has a recess through which the fascia training element protrudes, so that the user can bring a muscle part into contact with the fascia training element. The cover is preferably attached to the at least one holding device. The shape of the cutout advantageously essentially corresponds to the shape of the cross-sectional area of the fascia training element. Accordingly, with a fascia roll Recess advantageously approximately rectangular and advantageously round with a fascia ball.
An additional safeguard of the fascia training element against unintentional loosening can be that less than half of the fascia training element protrudes through the recess. The widest point of the fascia training element is then advantageously below the cover and the recess is not big enough for the fascia training element to slip through.
Yet another embodiment of the holder provides that the at least one holding device and/or the cover has feet. The feet advantageously allow the holder to stand on the ground in a stable and secure manner, in particular in a way that prevents it from tipping over and slipping. Furthermore, the holder with the feet can be inserted into a holding device, so that the holder can be attached to a wall at any height with a foam roller.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a fascia training element for use with a holder according to the invention, described above.
In a first embodiment, the fascia training element is designed as a roller-like body. As already explained above, the term (fascia) roll is used for a fascia training element designed as a roll-like body. This designation includes all roller-like bodies that are essentially cylindrical and/or essentially rotationally symmetrical. For example, these bodies or rollers are dumbbell-shaped, cylindrical, cylindrical with at least a section-wise tapering of the circumference. The cylinder shapes are preferably designed as solid cylinders. However, designs as hollow cylinders are also possible. A preferred form of foam roller is a solid cylinder having a substantially planar, cylindrical surface with a plurality of evenly spaced constrictions or indentations formed along the circumference. Due to the cylindrical and as flat as possible surface, the largest possible, stable contact surface on the holding shafts is realized.
In one embodiment, the foam roller has a recess on at least one longitudinal end for engaging the at least one tongue-like spring element. Advantageously, one at each longitudinal end Recess formed. When the resilient tongue-like elements engage in the recesses, a detachable attachment is produced, with the tongues of the holding devices being mounted in the recesses at the longitudinal ends of the foam roller so that they can rotate in both directions of rotation.
In a further embodiment, the foam roller has a bearing pin on at least one longitudinal end for engaging in the at least one bearing shell. A bearing journal is advantageously formed at each longitudinal end. When the bearing journals engage in the bearing shells on the holding devices, a detachable attachment is produced, with the bearing journals or the fascia roller being mounted in the bearing shells so that they can rotate in both directions of rotation. The bearing journals are designed, for example, as an extension or continuation in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the foam roller. For example, the bearing pins can have an end thickening.
In another embodiment, the fascia roller has a depression on at least one longitudinal end for engaging the at least one pressure element. A recess is advantageously formed at each longitudinal end. When the pressure elements acted upon by spring force engage in the depressions, a detachable attachment is produced, with the pressure elements of the holding devices being rotatably mounted in the depressions at the longitudinal ends of the foam roller in both directions of rotation.
Alternatively, the fascia roll can also have an elevation at the longitudinal ends, which can engage in depressions in the holding devices.
In a further embodiment, the fascia training element is designed as a sphere. The sphere is preferably designed as a solid sphere. However, designs as a hollow sphere are also possible.
Further embodiments of the fascia training element, regardless of its shape as a fascia roller or fascia ball, provide that the surface of the fascia training element has a structure. A structured surface advantageously increases the training effect of the massaged muscle area. For example, the surface structure is in the form of knobs, elongated elevations/depressions or the like.
The fascia training element is preferably made from a material selected from the following list: hard foam, polyethylene, polyurethane or Cork. Furthermore, the material of the fascia training element can preferably be present in different degrees of hardness. For example, depending on the type of body area or muscle part to be massaged or the desired intensity of the massage, fascia rollers or fascia balls of different hardness or softness can be used. In addition, individual fascia training elements can be designed with different degrees of hardness or softness. In an exemplary embodiment, the material of the fascia training element is harder on the inside than on the outside. Furthermore, the material of the fascia training element is preferably made harder than the material of the holding elements. The holding elements are made of plastic or wood, for example. Advantageously, the material of the fascia roll is at least somewhat elastic or resilient in order to enable the fascia roll to be inserted between the holding devices.
The invention also relates to a holding device for an above-described holder according to the invention for a roller-like or spherical fascia training element, the holding device having a large number of recesses into which the feet of the holder can be inserted with a straight movement, the holding device being attached to a vertical mounting surface can be attached so that the bracket can be held at any height by the holding device.
In a preferred embodiment, the recesses are designed as slots aligned parallel to one another. Two adjacent feet can then be inserted into a slot. The slit-shaped recesses can either be continuous over the width of the holding device or only in each case in the two side areas. Alternatively, for example, round or semi-circular recesses can also be formed, so that the two adjacent feet can be inserted into two recesses located at the same height.
Advantageously, the distance between two recesses located at different heights, into which the feet can be pushed in pairs, is greater than the distance between two adjacent recesses located at different heights. In other words, this means that the distance between the feet is a multiple of the distance between two adjacent recesses.
This holding device is particularly preferably used for a holder with a fascia roller. To attach the bracket, the feet of the holding devices and/or the cover are simply pushed into the recesses with a pure forward movement. Time-consuming hanging and hooking or latching is not necessary. The feet are simply pushed into the recesses. The holding device is preferably attached to a wall, for example hung up. The height of the inserted holder or foam roller is easily varied and selected by inserting the feet into other recesses. Advantageously, the holder can be inserted both with the fascia roller oriented vertically and with it oriented horizontally.
In addition, the invention relates to a training system for massaging the fascia in various muscle parts of a body, at least comprising: a roller-like or spherical fascia training element as described above, and a holder according to the invention for receiving the fascia training element, as described above, with the holder being stationary with the fascia training element used a surface is positioned and the user can move a muscle part relative to the holder along the fascia training element, the fascia training element is rotated, but remains stationary. This embodiment of the training system consequently includes a fascia roller or a fascia ball with the correspondingly designed holder.
The holder advantageously enables a stationary positioning of the fascia training element, which can be rotated as desired. The design of the holder is matched to the design of the fascia training element as a roller or ball. Due to the advantageously ergonomically curved cover of the holder, a comfortable positioning of a body area on the holder is possible.
A floor on which the holder with the fascia training element is positioned is advantageously suitable as a base. The fascia training element is rotatably mounted in the holder, but the holder is positioned in a fixed position on the floor. In principle, the bracket itself can also be attached to a wall. However, changing the height or position of this attachment is not without problems.
In order to enable flexible attachment of the holder to a wall, a further embodiment of the training system for a foam roller with the correspondingly designed holder additionally provides a holding device according to the invention as described above. The holding device can be attached to a wall and the holder with the fascia roller can be pushed into the holder at any height, whereby the height can be easily changed depending on the body part to be massaged.
The invention is described in more detail below on the basis of the preferred exemplary embodiments with the aid of the figures, with only the features necessary for understanding the invention being described or illustrated.

In this embodiment, the
According to the invention, a fastening device is designed for the detachable fastening of the
Finally, the
