Claims (15)
- Dispositif de toit pour un toit ouvrant, comprenant :- une pluralité de panneaux empilables (200) qui sont conçus de façon à être déplaçables le long d'un système de rails (300), les panneaux mobiles (200) étant conçus de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent se déplacer de manière répétée entre- un premier état de toit fermé dans lequel les panneaux sont disposés alignés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan ; et- un second état de toit ouvert dans lequel les panneaux sont disposés alignés et empilés les uns sur les autres, et les panneaux mobiles (200) comprenant :- une paroi arrière de panneau, qui est une paroi latérale du panneau mobile (200) orientée dans une direction de déplacement des panneaux mobiles vers le second état de toit ouvert ;- une paroi avant de panneau, qui est une paroi latérale du panneau mobile (200) orientée dans une direction de déplacement des panneaux mobiles vers le premier état de toit fermé, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de toit comprend, en outre :- un système de raccordement conçu pour accoupler de manière répétée des panneaux mobiles adjacents qui sont disposés les uns à côté des autres dans l'état fermé, par un déplacement vers le bas de la paroi arrière de panneau d'un panneau mobile supérieur (200) le long de la paroi avant de panneau d'un panneau mobile inférieur (200) dans l'état de toit ouvert, le système de raccordement comprenant des éléments de raccordement (220) et des points de raccordement (225) pour les panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents, disposés de telle sorte que l'élément de raccordement (220) de chaque panneau mobile (202) est conçu pour s'accoupler de manière répétée avec un point de raccordement (225) d'un panneau mobile (201) adjacent ; et l'élément de raccordement (220) comprenant un corps pointant vers le bas qui s'étend latéralement de la paroi arrière de panneau ; et le point de raccordement (225) comprenant un corps pointant vers le haut qui s'étend latéralement de la paroi avant de panneau, le système de raccordement comprenant, en outre, au moins un élément raidisseur (290) comprenant un corps pointant vers le haut qui s'étend latéralement d'un desdits panneaux mobiles (200) .
- Dispositif de toit selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément raidisseur (290) est raccordé à l'élément de raccordement (220), en particulier par une première partie du corps de l'élément de raccordement (220) qui s'étend vers l'arrière de la paroi arrière de panneau du premier panneau(201) ; et/oudans lequel l'élément raidisseur (290) est dressé perpendiculairement par rapport à la face supérieure du premier panneau mobile (201) ; et/oudans lequel le système de raccordement comprend une pluralité d'éléments raidisseurs (290) pour une pluralité correspondante de panneaux mobiles (200), les éléments raidisseurs (290) étant conçus de telle sorte que, dans l'état de toit fermé, l'élément raidisseur (290) d'un panneau mobile (200) avant augmente la raideur d'un panneau mobile arrière ; et/oudans lequel l'élément raidisseur (290) comprend un corps pointant vers le haut qui s'étend latéralement de la paroi arrière de panneau d'un dudit panneau mobile (200) .
- Dispositif de toit selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel une attache (230) ou un roulement (235) est fixé(e) à une extrémité de l'élément de raccordement (220) et/ou du point de raccordement (225), l'attache (230) ou le palier (235) étant conçu(e) de façon à entrer en contact, lors de l'accouplement, avec une extrémité du point de raccordement (225) et/ou de l'élément de raccordement (220) du panneau (200) adjacent et limiter le frottement entre l'élément de raccordement (220) et le point de raccordement (225).
- Dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant, en outre, un système d'empilement conçu pour accoupler de manière répétée des panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents qui sont empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence par un déplacement latéral, de préférence vers l'arrière d'un panneau mobile supérieur sur un panneau mobile inférieur (200) ;
dans lequel, de préférence, les panneaux mobiles (200) comprennent un élément de mise en prise (250) et une encoche correspondante (245), l'élément de mise en prise (250) de chaque panneau mobile (201) étant conçu pour être placé de manière répétée dans une encoche (245) d'un panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence dans une encoche (245) d'un panneau mobile (200) inférieur. - Dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le système de rails (300) est un système de rails à voie unique (310), dans lequel les panneaux mobiles (200) se déplacent le long du même plan ;
dans lequel, de préférence, les panneaux mobiles (200) se déplacent les uns à côté des autres et, de préférence, successivement le long du système de rails à voie unique (310), accouplés par le système de raccordement. - Dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le système de rails (300) est un système de rails à voies multiples (320), dans lequel les panneaux mobiles (200) se déplacent le long de plans différents, de préférence parallèles ;
dans lequel, de préférence, les panneaux mobiles sont empilés les uns sur les autres et, de préférence, se déplacent simultanément le long du système de rails à voies multiples (320), accouplés par un système d'empilement selon la revendication 4. - Toit ouvrant pour un toit de terrasse, comprenant le dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Procédé de fermeture du dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, 6 ou 7 d'un état de toit ouvert à un état de toit fermé, le procédé comprenant :(I) fournir une pluralité de panneaux (200) empilés les uns sur les autres et conçus de façon à être déplaçables le long d'un système de rails multiple (320) ;(III) commander, de préférence motorisée, un panneau mobile (200) initial, de préférence inférieur, de façon à le déplacer, de préférence vers l'avant, le long du système de rails, le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur, devienne un nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur ;(IV) commander, de préférence motorisée, le nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur de façon à le déplacer, de préférence vers l'avant, le long du système de rails, le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur, devienne un nouveau panneau mobile (200)inférieur ;(V) accoupler des panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents au moyen d'un système de raccordement de manière que les panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents sont disposés alignés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan, de préférence accoupler le panneau mobile (200) inférieur initial au nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur ; et(VI) répéter, de préférence séquentielle, les étapes (III) à (V) jusqu'à ce que tous les panneaux mobiles (200) soient disposés alignés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan, l'étape (IV) et/ou l'étape (V) étant, éventuellement, exécutées simultanément ou au cours de l'étape (III).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel :- au cours de l'étape (I), les panneaux mobiles (200) ne sont pas accouplés les uns aux autres au moyen d'un système d'empilement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, le procédé comprenant l'étape suivante entre l'étape (I) et l'étape (III) :
(II) désaccoupler, le système d'empilement d'un panneau mobile (200), de préférence du panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de la pluralité de panneaux mobiles (200) empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence désaccoupler, le panneau mobile (200) inférieur, d'un panneau mobile adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur (200), l'étape (II) étant, éventuellement, exécutée simultanément ou au cours de l'étape (III). - Procédé de fermeture du dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, 6 ou 7 d'un état de toit ouvert à un état de toit fermé, le procédé comprenant :(i) fournir une pluralité de panneaux (200) empilés les uns sur les autres et conçus de façon à être déplaçables le long du système de rails multiple (320), les panneaux mobiles (200) étant accouplés les uns aux autres au moyen d'un système d'empilement, un panneau mobile (200) inférieur n'étant éventuellement pas accouplé ;(ii) éventuellement, désaccoupler, le système d'empilement d'un panneau mobile (200), de préférence du panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de la pluralité de panneaux mobiles (200) empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence désaccoupler le panneau mobile (200) inférieur, d'un panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur (200) ;(iii) commander, de préférence motorisée, un panneau mobile (201) initial, de préférence supérieur, de façon à le déplacer, de préférence vers l'avant, le long du système de rails, le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur, devienne un nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur ;(iv) désaccoupler, le système d'empilement d'un nouveau panneau mobile (200), de préférence du nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de la pluralité de panneaux (200) empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence désaccoupler le nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur , d'un panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur,(200) ;(v) accoupler les panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents au moyen d'un système de raccordement de manière que les panneaux mobiles (200) adjacents sont disposés alignés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan, de préférence accoupler le panneau mobile (200) inférieur au nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur ; et(vi) répéter, de préférence séquentielle, les étapes (iii) à (v) jusqu'à ce que tous les panneaux mobiles (200) soient disposés alignés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan, l'étape (ii), l'étape (iv) et/ou l'étape (v) étant, éventuellement, exécutées simultanément ou au cours de l'étape (iii).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11,dans lequel le désaccouplement du système d'empilement entre le panneau mobile (200) inférieur et le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur, à l'étape (ii) ou (II) est exécuté par un déplacement vers le bas du panneau mobile (202) inférieur de façon à l'éloigner d'une paroi de panneau, de préférence inférieure, du panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur ; et/oudans lequel le désaccouplement du système d'empilement entre le nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur et le panneau (200) adjacent, de préférence le supérieur et/ou un inférieur, à l'étape (iv) est exécuté par un déplacement vers le bas du nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur s'éloignant de la paroi de panneau inférieure du panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence supérieur et/ou un inférieur ; et/oudans lequel l'accouplement, au moyen du système de raccordement, du panneau mobile (200) inférieur avec le nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur à l'étape (v) est exécuté par un déplacement vers le bas du nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur le long d'une paroi de panneau, de préférence avant, du panneau mobile (200) inférieur, le nouveau panneau mobile (200) inférieur passe d'une position supérieure à une position adjacente, de préférence avant.
- Procédé d'ouverture du dispositif de toit (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, 6 ou 7 d'un état de toit fermé à un état de toit ouvert, le procédé comprenant :(I') fournir une pluralité de panneaux (200) disposés les uns à côté des autres dans le même plan et conçus de façon à être déplaçables le long du système de rails multiple (320), les panneaux mobiles (200) étant accouplés les uns aux autres au moyen d'un système de raccordement ;(II') désaccoupler, le système de raccordement d'un panneau mobile initial (201), de préférence avant, d'un panneau mobile adjacent, de préférence arrière;(III') commander, de préférence motorisée, un panneau mobile (201)initiale, de préférence avant, de façon à le déplacer, de préférence vers l'arrière, le long du système de rails, le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence arrière, devienne un panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de préférence un nouveau panneau mobile (200) avant ; et(V') répéter, de préférence séquentielle, les étapes (II') et (III') jusqu'à ce que tous les panneaux mobiles (200) soient disposés empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence alignés, l'étape (II') étant, éventuellement, exécutée simultanément ou au cours de l'étape (III').
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, le procédé comprenant :(i') l'étape (I') de la revendication 13 ;(ii') l'étape (II') de la revendication 13 ;(iii') commander, de préférence motorisée, un panneau mobile (201)initiale, de préférence avant, de façon à le déplacer vers l'arrière le long du système de rails, le panneau mobile (200) adjacent arrière devienne un panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de préférence un nouveau panneau mobile (200) avant ; et(iv') accoupler, de préférence au moyen d'un système d'empilement, un panneau mobile (201)initiale, de préférence avant, au panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de préférence le nouveau avant, de manière que les panneaux mobiles (200) initial et inférieur sont disposés empilés l'un sur l'autre et de préférence alignés ;(v') répéter, de préférence séquentielle, les étapes (ii') à (iv') jusqu'à ce que tous les panneaux mobiles (200) soient empilés les uns sur les autres, de préférence alignés, l'étape (ii') et/ou l'étape (iv') étant, éventuellement, exécutées simultanément ou au cours de l'étape (iii').
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14,dans lequel le désaccouplement du système de raccordement entre le panneau mobile (201) initial, de préférence avant, et le panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence arrière, à l'étape (ii') ou (II') est exécuté par un déplacement vers le haut du panneau mobile (201) initial le long d'une paroi de panneau, de préférence avant, du panneau mobile (200) adjacent, de préférence arrière, le panneau mobile (201) initial passant d'une position adjacente, de préférence avant, à une position supérieure ; et/oudans lequel l'accouplement du système d'empilement entre le panneau mobile (201)initiale, de préférence avant, et le second panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de préférence le nouveau avant, à l'étape (iv') est exécuté par un déplacement latéral, de préférence vers l'arrière, du panneau mobile (201)initiale, de préférence avant, sur une paroi de panneau, de préférence supérieure, du panneau mobile (200) inférieur, de préférence le nouveau avant.
