Abstract

The present invention proposes a gas cooker (1) comprising a cooktop plate (2) with at least one burner area (21) whereon a gas burner (5) can be placed, a base plate (3) and at least one gas delivery pipe (14) extending to the burner area (21) through a gap (4) formed between said cooktop plate (2) and the base plate (3), a deepening part (22) formed within the burner area (21) in a one-piece manner with the cooktop plate (2) and an injector holder (32) receiving an injector (15) from one side and receiving the gas delivery pipe (14) from the other side. In the invention, the gas cooker (1) further comprises at least one fixing bracket (31) provided within the gap (4), having an injector holder cutout (313) for receiving the injector holder (32) thereon.

A GAS COOKER
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a gas cooker according to the preamble of claim 1.
Background of the Invention
A patent document numbered EP1666793 A1 discloses a device having an air injection unit placed below a hole of a burner body. The unit has a threading part screwed on an internal thread of a support unit, and the units form a single part. The unit has a bore through which gas arrives in the hole of the burner body. The unit has an axis aligned with an axis of the bore of the unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a gas supply device for a burner of a cooking device.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention relates to a gas cooker, for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide gas cooker having a cooktop plate with more aesthetic structure for the users and having a design which the burner elements can easily be adapted to said aesthetic structure.
In order to realize the above-mentioned object which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a gas cooker comprising a cooktop plate with at least one burner area whereon a gas burner can be placed, a base plate and at least one gas delivery pipe extending to the burner area through a gap formed between said cooktop plate and the base plate, a deepening part formed within the burner area in a one-piece manner with the cooktop plate and an injector holder receiving an injector from one side and receiving the gas delivery pipe from the other side. 2 gap, having an injector holder cutout for receiving the injector holder thereon. Thanks to the aesthetic structure disclosed in the present invention, the burner body part, which is used in conventional gas cookers, will not need to be used in the invention. Thus, the connection elements such as screws, other auxiliary parts etc., used for the installation of the burner body, are eliminated. Therefore, the cooktop plate is provided in an aesthetic manner and the effort for the assembly of the cooktop plate, is reduced. Also, uniformity of the design provides an advantage in terms of cleanliness since there are no protruding/recessed shapes on the cooktop plate of the gas cooker. A more aesthetic concept is created with the cooktop plate, which has a monolithic design. In the basis of the invention, the fixing bracket is located between the cooktop plate and the base plate of the said gas cooker which eliminates the need to use the burner body part externally on the product. At least one burner element, for example an injector, is easily adapted to the cooktop plate with the aid of said fixing element.
Here, said gas cooker of the present invention may be a gas hob or a gas oven.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the injector holder comprises a fixing groove formed on periphery of said injector holder to be received by the injector holder cutout. Thus, the injector holder can be received by the injector holder cutout.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the fixing bracket comprises a thermocouple cutout and/or a spark plug cutout for respectively receiving and detachably securing a thermocouple and/or a spark plug; and wherein the cooktop plate further comprises one or more corresponding holes which corresponds to the thermocouple cutout and/or the spark plug cutout for receiving the thermocouple and/or the spark plug. Thus, the further burner elements such as thermocouple and/or the spark plug can be detachably secured to the fixing bracket. Therefore, whole burner elements such as injector, thermocouple and the spark plug can be fixed with the aid of only one additional part.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the deepening part comprises a base wall provided in a parallel manner to the cooktop plate and a lateral wall surrounding said base wall. Thus, the deepening part for obtaining an air-gas mixture therein for the gas burners, is provided.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the injector holder has a hollow body portion provided between the base wall and the base plate. Thus, the gas to be burned 201901217

3 is transferred from the main source to the injector through the gas delivery pipe and emitted to the center of the deepening part for forming the air-gas mixture therein.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the injector holder comprises a threaded section with a series of inner threads for engaging with outer thread(s) of the injector. Thus, the injector engages to the injector holder.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the injector holder comprises a gas delivery pipe inlet for receiving and fixing the gas delivery pipe to said injector holder. Thus, the gas delivery pipe can be fixed to injector holder.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the base plate comprises at least one elevation part having one or more elevation part holes; and wherein the fixing bracket comprises one or more connection holes for securing said fixing bracket on the elevation part, by introducing attaching means into the connection hole of the fixing bracket and corresponding elevation part hole of the elevation part. Thus, the fixing bracket is secured to the base plate.
Here said elevation parts can be configured as a bump form provided on the base plate.
Here, said elevation parts may be in any kind of size and shape.
Optionally, two elevation parts can be configured for each of the fixing bracket corresponding the related burner areas.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, each burner area of the cooktop plate comprises a flame spreader part situated above the deepening part for converting the air-gas mixture to flame with the aid of the spark plug. Thus, the air-gas mixture can be converted to the flame with the aid of the spark plug.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the flame spreader part comprises a plurality of fixing legs extending towards the deepening part and wherein said fixing legs has an abutting cutout which abuts to the cooktop plate. Detailed Description of the Figures
A gas cooker (1) according to the present invention comprises a cooktop plate (2) having at least one burner area (21) whereon a gas burner (5) can be placed and a base plate (3). Said gas cooker (1) further includes at least one gas delivery pipe (14) extending to the burner area (21) through a gap (4) formed between said cooktop plate (2) and the base plate (3). Fig. 1 demonstrates perspective view of the gas cooker (1) having four burner areas (21) according to an embodiment of the present invention. Said cooktop plate (2) of the gas cooker (1) comprises a deepening part (22) within each of the burner areas (21) for receiving gas carried by the gas delivery pipe (14) and obtaining an air-gas mixture in said deepening part (22) of the gas cooker (1). As shown in Fig. 2, said cooktop plate (2), the burner area (21) and the deepening part (22) are in the form of a monolithic structure, i.e. provided in a one-piece manner.
With reference to Fig. 2, the deepening part (22) of the gas cooker (1) comprises a base wall (221) extending in parallel with surface of the cooktop plate (2), and a lateral wall (222) surrounding said base wall (221). Thereby, said base wall (221) and the lateral wall (222) are also formed in a monolithic structure with said cooktop plate (2) at the burner area (21).
As can be seen in Fig. 6, the burner area (21) of said gas cooker (1) according to the present invention, may further comprise an injector (15) integrated to said gas delivery pipe (14) for providing gas in an adjusted flow rate; and an injector hole (23) configured on the base wall (221) for receiving said injector (15). Furthermore, said injector hole (23) may optionally be configured at the center of the base wall (221) of said deepening part (22) for receiving said injector (15). Thus, the gas to be burned is transferred from the main source to the injector (15) through the gas delivery pipe (14) and emitted to the center of the deepening part (22) for forming the air-gas mixture therein. As can be seen in Fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, the gas cooker (1) also comprises an injector holder (32) having a hollow body portion (324) for receiving at least a part of the injector (15). Said injector holder (32) receives and fixes the injector (15) into the injector hole (23) of the deepening part (22). Furthermore, said injector holder (32) may comprise a threaded section (321) having a series of inner threads for engaging with outer thread(s) of the injector (15). Thereby, the injector (15) is fixed to the injector holder (32) by simply screwing the injector (15) in the hollow body portion (324) of the injector holder (32). On the other hand, said injector holder (32) may comprise a gas delivery pipe inlet (323) for receiving and fixing the gas delivery pipe (14) to said injector holder (32). In more details, the hollow body portion (324) receives the injector (15) from one side and receives the gas delivery pipe (14) from the other side. Said injector holder (32) may be secured to gas delivery pipe (14) by a welding process. In this way, the injector (15) is mounted to the base wall (221) of the deepening part (22) and also connected to gas delivery pipe (14) which extends under the base wall (221) of the deepening part (22) and also the cooktop plate (2).
As can be seen in Fig. 6, 11 and 12, the gas cooker (1) comprises one or more fixing bracket(s) (31), located within the gap (4) of the gas cooker (1) formed between said cooktop plate (2) and the base plate (3), and possibly connected to at least a part of the cooktop plate (2) or the base plate (3) of the gas cooker (1). Said fixing bracket (31) has an injector holder cutout (313) for receiving and detachably securing the injector holder (32) thereon. Furthermore, the injector holder (32) may comprise a fixing groove (322) formed on the periphery of said injector holder (32), as shown in Fig. 7 and 8, to be received by the injector holder cutout (313). Since the said fixing groove (322) is in the shape of an outer groove which forms a peripheral line part with a thinner wall-thickness in cross section as shown in Fig. 8, the injector holder (32) is simply placed into the injector holder cutout (313) of the fixing bracket (31) and thus, the injector holder (32) is detachably secured into the injector holder cutout (313). In a possible embodiment of the invention, said fixing bracket (31) further comprises a thermocouple cutout (311) and/or a spark plug cutout (312) for receiving and detachably securing said thermocouple (17) and/or said spark plug (13) respectively. The holes on the fixing bracket (31) allow to the thermocouple (17), the spark plug (13) and/or the injector holder (32) a stable assembly. As can be seen in Fig, 6, said gas cooker (1) further comprises one or more corresponding holes (24), constituted on 201901217
WO 2020/260261 PCT/EP2020/067461 said cooktop plate (2) and optionally on said burner area (21), facing said thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) for receiving the spark plug (13) and/or the thermocouple (17). As can be seen in Fig. 11, the thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) is formed on a surface of the fixing bracket (31) which is parallel to the cooktop plate (2). Said thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) can essentially be formed as a U-shape form. In more details, the fixing bracket (31) has a first elevation section (316) and a second elevation section (317) provided on opposite sides of the fixing bracket (31). There is a base section (318) provided between said elevation sections (316, 217). Said base section (318) may seat to the base plate (3), when the fixing bracket (31) fixed to the base plate (3). In a possible embodiment, the first elevation section (316) is configured by extending an elevation wall (319) perpendicular to the cooktop plate (2). The thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) are provided on a surface of the first elevation section (316) extending in a parallel manner to the cooktop plate (2). On the other hand, the injector holder cutout (313) is configured on the second elevation part (317). Said injector holder cutout (313) can essentially be formed as an U-shape form. In a possible embodiment, the first elevation section (316) is provided as being more higher than the second elevation section (317). Therefore, a clearance is provided between the second elevation section (317) and the base wall (221) of the deepening part (22) for fixing the injector holder (32) to the fixing bracket
(31). In more details, the thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) provided on the first elevation section (316) is more closer to the cooktop plate (2), than the injector holder cutout (313) provided on the second elevation section (317). Furthermore, the fixing bracket (31) has at least one connection arm (315) for connecting the fixing bracket (31) to the base plate (3). In a possible embodiment, said connection arms (315) are provided on a vicinity of the second elevation section (317). Preferably, the fixing bracket (31) has two connection arms (315) and the injector holder cutout (313) is provided between the connection arms (315). As can be seen in Fig. 10, the base plate (3) comprises at least one elevation part (33) having one or more elevation part holes (331). Said elevation part (33) ensures the gas delivery pipe (14) to be aligned during assembly. Furthermore, said fixing bracket (31) comprises one or more connection holes (314) for securing said fixing bracket (31) on the base plate (3) or on the elevation part (33) of the base plate (3), by introducing attaching means into the connection hole (314) of the fixing bracket (31) and 201901217

8 corresponding elevation part hole (331) of the elevation part (33). In more details, the connection holes (314) are configured on the connection arms (315) extending in a parallel manner to the base plate (3). Preferably, each of the connection arm (315) has at least one connection hole (314) corresponding the elevation part holes (331).
As can be seen in Fig. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, each one of burner areas (21) of the gas cooker (1) comprises a flame spreader part (11) situated above the deepening part (22) for converting the air-gas mixture to flame with the aid of the spark plug (13). Said flame spreader part (11) comprises a plurality of fixing legs (12) for ensuring said flame spreader part (11) to be fixed on the deepening part (22). Said fixing legs (12) extend towards the deepening part (22). As can be seen in Fig. 4 and 6, said fixing legs (12) has an abutting cutout (121) which abuts to the cooktop plate (2). There is a burner lid (16) provided on the flame spreader part (11) for guiding the obtained flame.

1. A gas cooker (1) comprising a cooktop plate (2) with at least one burner area (21) whereon a gas burner (5) can be placed, a base plate (3) and at least one gas delivery pipe (14) extending to the burner area (21) through a gap (4) formed between said cooktop plate (2) and the base plate (3), a deepening part (22) formed within the burner area (21) in a one-piece manner with the cooktop plate (2) and an injector holder (32) receiving an injector (15) from one side and receiving the gas delivery pipe (14) from the other side, characterized in that the gas cooker (1) further comprises at least one fixing bracket (31) provided within the gap (4), having an injector holder cutout (313) for receiving the injector holder (32) thereon.
2. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 1, wherein the injector holder (32) comprises a fixing groove (322) formed on periphery of said injector holder (32) to be received by the injector holder cutout (313).
3. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing bracket (31) comprises a thermocouple cutout (311) and/or a spark plug cutout (312) for respectively receiving and detachably securing a thermocouple (17) and/or a spark plug (13); and wherein the cooktop plate (2) further comprises one or more corresponding holes (24) which corresponds to the thermocouple cutout (311) and/or the spark plug cutout (312) for receiving the thermocouple (17) and/or the spark plug (13).
4. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 1, wherein the deepening part (22) comprises a base wall (221) provided in a parallel manner to the cooktop plate (2) and a lateral wall (222) surrounding said base wall (221).
5. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 4, wherein the injector holder (32) has a hollow body portion (324) provided between the base wall (221) and the base plate (3).
6. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 5, wherein the injector holder (32) comprises a threaded section (321) with a series of inner threads for engaging with outer thread(s) of the injector (15). 201901217

7. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the injector holder (32) comprises a gas delivery pipe inlet (323) for receiving and fixing the gas delivery pipe (14) to said injector holder (32).

The gas cooker (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the base plate (3) comprises at least one elevation part (33) having one or more elevation part holes (331); and wherein the fixing bracket (31) comprises one or more connection holes (314) for securing said fixing bracket (31) on the elevation part (33), by introducing attaching means into the connection hole (314) of the fixing bracket (31) and corresponding elevation part hole (331) of the elevation part (33).
9. The gas cooker (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each burner area (21) of the cooktop plate (2) comprises a flame spreader part (11) situated above the deepening part (22) for converting the air-gas mixture to flame with the aid of the spark plug (13).
10. The gas cooker (1) according to claim 9, wherein the flame spreader part (11) comprises a plurality of fixing legs (12) extending towards the deepening part (22) and wherein said fixing legs (12) has an abutting cutout (121) which abuts to the cooktop plate (2).
