Claims (15)
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher, der ein Gehäuse (6), einen Betätigungsmechanismus und ein Kontaktsystem aufweist, wobei der Betätigungsmechanismus ein Betätigungselement (1) aufweist, mit einem Ende, das in das Gehäuse (6) eingesetzt ist, und dem anderen Ende, das aus dem Gehäuse (6) vorsteht, und das Kontaktsystem einen beweglichen Kontakt (900c) mit einem Ende, das mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus verbunden ist, und einen statischen Kontakt (910c) aufweist, der zur Verwendung mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (900c) zusammengeführt ist,wobei: das Gehäuse (6) ein Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefenster (62a) aufweist, das an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist; der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher ferner ein Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) aufweist, das in dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist und zum Anzeigen von Abschalt- und Anschaltzuständen des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers verwendet wird, und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) an einer Seite des Betätigungselements (1) angeordnet ist und in einer Verknüpfungspassung mit dem Betätigungselement ist; das Betätigungselement (1) gepresst wird, um den Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher dazu zu bringen, den Anschaltzustand mittels des Betätigungsmechanismus einzunehmen, und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) dazu zu bringen, zu wirken, und der Anschaltzustand des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) angezeigt wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher ferner einen An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus aufweist, wobei der An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus ein An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) aufweist; das Gehäuse (6) ein An-Platz-Anzeigefenster (62b) und einen Auslass (64) aufweist, die an dem Gehäuse angeordnet sind; ein Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus gegenüber des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) angeordnet ist, ein anderes Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus durch den Auslass (64) tritt und aus dem Gehäuse (6) vorsteht; nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an einer Einbauposition des Stromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, ein Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers das andere Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus zusammendrückt, sodass das eine Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus anzeigt, das der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b);das Gehäuse (6) ferner einen Betätigungselementsockel (66) aufweist, der an dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, eine Seitenwand des Gehäuses (6), die mit dem Betätigungselementsockel (66) versehen ist, eine erste Seitenwand ist, eine Seitenwand des Gehäuses (6), die mit dem Auslass (64) versehen ist, eine zweite Seitenwand ist, ein Ende der ersten Seitenwand mit einem Ende der zweiten Seitenwand auf eine Biegungsweise verbunden ist; das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) und das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) an einer inneren Ecke angeordnet sind, die zu der ersten Seitenwand und der zweiten Seitenwand korrespondiert.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) eine Abschaltanzeigefläche (22) und eine Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) aufweist, die an dem Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement angeordnet sind; und, wenn der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher in dem Abschaltzustand ist, die Abschaltanzeigefläche (22) mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) sichtbar ist,
das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, das Betätigungselement (1) gepresst wird, um den Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher dazu zu bringen, den Anschaltzustand von dem Abschaltzustand einzunehmen, und sich das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) dreht, um die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) sichtbar zu machen. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) eine erste Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a) aufweist, die an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, das Betätigungselement (1) einen ersten Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) aufweist, der an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, und die erste Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem ersten Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) ist; das Betätigungselement (1) gepresst wird, um den Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher dazu zu bringen, den Anschaltzustand aus dem Abschaltzustand einzunehmen, der erste Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) sich zu einer Seite der ersten Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a) bewegt und von der ersten Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a) freigegeben wird, und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) sich dreht, um die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) sichtbar zu machen.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) einen zylindrischen Aufbau hat und die erste Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a), die an einer Seite des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelements angeordnet ist, und die Abschaltanzeigefläche (22) und die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) aufweist, die an der anderen Seite des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelements (2) angeordnet sind, ein Mittelabschnitt des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelements (2) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, und die erste Anzeigeelementbeschränkungsplattform (21a) eine erste Beschränkungsebene (210a) aufweist, die an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist; der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher den Anschaltzustand aus dem Abschaltzustand einnimmt und der erste Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) sich von einem Ende der ersten Beschränkungsebene (210a) zu dem anderen Ende der ersten Beschränkungsebene (210a) bewegt, bis der erste Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) von der ersten Beschränkungsebene (210a) getrennt wird, und der erste Betätigungselementbeschränkungsbuckel (11a) von der ersten Anzeigebeschränkungsplattform (21a) freigegeben wird;
das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) ferner ein Anzeigeelementwellenloch (20) aufweist, das in dessen Mittelabschnitt angeordnet ist, und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) an einer ersten Einbauwelle (63) des Gehäuses (6) mittels des Anzeigeelementwellenlochs (20) aufgeschoben ist; die Abschaltanzeigefläche (22) und die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) beide eine Bogenfläche sind und ein Ende der Abschaltanzeigefläche (22) mit einem Ende der Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) verbunden ist; und der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher ferner eine Anzeigeelementtorsionsfeder (3) aufweist, wobei die Anzeigeelementtorsionsfeder (3) an der ersten Einbauwelle (63) aufgeschoben ist, ein Ende der Anzeigeelementtorsionsfeder mit dem Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) verbunden ist und das andere Ende der Anzeigeelementtorsionsfeder mit dem Gehäuse (6) verbunden ist, sodass eine Drehenergie für das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) bereitgestellt ist. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) einen ersten Anzeigeelement-Angetriebener-Buckel (21b) aufweist, der an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, und das Betätigungselement (1) einen ersten Betätigungselementantriebsbuckel (11b) aufweist, der an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, und der erste Betätigungselementantriebsbuckel (11b) in einer Antriebspassung mit dem ersten Anzeigeelement-Angetriebener-Buckel (21b) ist; und
das Betätigungselement (1) gepresst wird, um den Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher dazu zu bringen, den Anschaltzustand aus dem Abschaltzustand einzunehmen, und der erste Betätigungselementantriebsbuckel (11b) das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) mittels des ersten Anzeigeelement-Angetriebener-Buckels (21b) zum Drehen antreibt, sodass die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) sichtbar ist. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) einen zylindrischen Aufbau hat und eine Vielzahl umfänglich verteilter Anzeigeelementkämmzähne aufweist, die an einer Ringseite des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelements (2) angeordnet sind, das Betätigungselement (1) eine Vielzahl Betätigungselementkämmzähne aufweist, die nebeneinander an einer Seite davon angeordnet sind, und die Anzeigeelementkämmzähne und die Betätigungselementkämmzähne miteinander kämmen; und
das Betätigungselement (1) gepresst wird, um den Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher dazu zu bringen, den Anschaltzustand aus dem Abschaltzustand einzunehmen, und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) mittels eines Zusammenführens der Betätigungselementkämmzähne und der Anzeigeelementkämmzähne zum Drehen angetrieben wird, sodass die Anschaltanzeigefläche (23) mittels des Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefensters (62a) sichtbar ist. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus einen angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) und ein An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden davon angeordnet sind, der angetriebene Vorsprung (51) durch den Auslass (64) tritt und aus dem Gehäuse (6) vorsteht und das An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) gegenüber des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) angeordnet ist; nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, das Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Stromkreisunterbrechers den angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) zusammendrückt, sodass das An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) anzeigt, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62d).
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei das An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) eine Warnfläche (42) und eine An-Platz-Anzeigefläche (43) aufweist; wenn der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher nicht eingebaut ist und der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Stromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und nicht an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, die Warnfläche (42) mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) sichtbar ist und angezeigt ist, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher nicht an seinem Platz eingebaut ist; und nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Stromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, die An-Platz-Anzeigefläche (43) mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) sichtbar ist und angezeigt ist, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei der An-Platz-Anzeigemechanismus eine An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) aufweist, das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) und die An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) jeweils schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet sind, ein Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigeelements (4) mit dem An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) versehen ist, ein anderes Ende des An-Platz-Anzeigeelements (4) in einer Antriebspassung mit einem Ende der An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) ist und ein anderes Ende der An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) mit dem angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) versehen ist;
ein Mittelabschnitt des An-Platz-Anzeigeelements (4) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist und das An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4243) und einen An-Platz-Angetriebenen-Vorsprung (41) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden davon angeordnet sind; ein Mittelabschnitt der An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist und einen An-Platz-Antriebsvorsprung (52) und den angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden davon angeordnet sind, und der An-Platz-Antriebsvorsprung (52) in einer Antriebspassung mit dem An-Platz-Angetriebenen-Vorsprung (41) ist; und nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist das Gehäuse an der der Einbauposition des Stromkreisunterbrechers den angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) zusammendrückt, zum Drehen der An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5), die An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) mittels des An-Platz-Antriebsvorsprungs (52) und des An-Platz-Angetriebenen-Vorsprungs (41) zum Drehen antreibt, sodass die An-Platz-Anzeigefläche (43) des Anzeigeendes (4243) mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) sichtbar ist und angezeigt ist, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei:die An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) ferner einen Stromkreisunterbrechersperrvorsprung (53) aufweist, der an einer Seite des An-Platz-Antriebsvorsprungs (52) angeordnet ist, und der Stromkreisunterbrechersperrvorsprung (53) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus ist, um das Betätigungselement (1) daran hindern, sich in Richtung einer Anschaltrichtung des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers zu bewegen; nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, das Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers den angetriebenen Vorsprung (51) zum Drehen der An-Platz-Verknüpfung (5) zusammendrückt und der Sperrvorsprung (53) von dem Betätigungsmechanismus freigegeben wird;der Betätigungsmechanismus ferner eine erste Verbindungsstange (7) aufweist und die erste Verbindungsstange (7) ein erstes Verbindungsstangenende (70) aufweist, das in das Betätigungselement (1) eingesetzt ist; und das Betätigungselement (1) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Stromkreisunterbrechersperrvorsprung (53) ist oder das erste Verbindungsstangenende (70) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Stromkreisunterbrechersperrvorsprung (53) ist.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) und das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigeelement (2) beide schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) mittels der ersten Einbauwelle (63) des Gehäuses (6) angeordnet sind; und
das Abschalt- und Anschaltanzeigefenster (62a) und das An-Platz-Anzeigefenster (62b) beide an einer Verbindung der ersten Seitenwand und der zweiten Seitenwand angeordnet sind. - Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein Mittelabschnitt des An-Platz-Anzeigeelements (4) schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) ein Anzeigeende (4cd) und ein Anzeigeelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (4a) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden davon angeordnet sind, das Anzeigeende (4cd) gegenüber des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) angeordnet ist und das Anzeigeelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (4a) durch den Auslass (64) tritt und aus dem Gehäuse (6) vorsteht; und nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, das Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers das Anzeigeelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (4a) zusammengedrückt, sodass das Anzeigeende (4cd) anzeigt, das der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b).
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei das An-Platz-Anzeigeende (4cd) eine Warnseitenfläche (4c) und eine An-Platz-Anzeigeseitenfläche (4d) aufweist; wenn der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher nicht eingebaut ist und der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und nicht an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, die Warnseitenfläche (4c) mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) sichtbar ist und angezeigt ist, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher nicht an seinem Platz eingebaut ist; und nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, die An-Platz-Anzeigeseitenfläche (4d) mittels des An-Platz-Anzeigefensters (62b) sichtbar ist und angezeigt ist, dass der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an seinem Platz eingebaut ist.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei:das An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) ferner einen Stromkreisunterbrechersperrbuckel (4b) aufweist und der Stromkreisunterbrechersperrbuckel (4b) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus ist, um das Betätigungselement (1) daran zu hindern, sich in Richtung einer Anschaltrichtung des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers zu bewegen; nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, das Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers das Anzeigeelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (4a) zusammendrückt, zum Drehen des An-Platz-Anzeigeelements (4), der Betätigungsmechanismus von dem Stromkreisunterbrechersperrbuckel (4b) freigegeben wird und das Betätigungselement (1) zum Verbinden des beweglichen Kontakts (900c) mit dem statischen Kontakt (910c) gepresst wird; unddas Betätigungselement (1) einen Verbindungsstangeneinbautisch (12) aufweist, der an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, der Betätigungsmechanismus ferner eine erste Verbindungsstange (7) aufweist, die erste Verbindungsstange (7) ein erstes Verbindungsstangenende (70) aufweist, das in den Verbindungsstangeneinbautisch (12) eingesetzt ist, und das Betätigungselement (1) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Stromkreisunterbrechersperrbuckel (4b) ist oder das erste Verbindungsstangenende (70) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Stromkreisunterbrechersperrbuckel (4b) ist.
- Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 12,der ferner ein Stromkreisunterbrechersperrelement (8) aufweist, mit einem Mittelabschnitt, der schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, wobei das Stromkreisunterbrechersperrelement (8) einen Sperrbuckel (81) und ein Sperrelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (80) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden davon angeordnet sind, und der Sperrbuckel (81) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus ist, um das Betätigungselement (1) daran zu hindern, sich in Richtung einer Anschaltrichtung des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers zu bewegen; nachdem der Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrecher an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers eingebaut ist und an seinem Platz eingebaut ist, das Gehäuse an der Einbauposition des Einsteckminiaturstromkreisunterbrechers das Sperrelement-Angetriebenes-Ende (80) zusammendrückt, zum Drehen des Stromkreisunterbrechersperrelements (8), der Sperrbuckel (81) von dem Betätigungsmechanismus freigegeben wird und das Betätigungselement (1) zum Verbinden des beweglichen Kontakts (900c) mit dem statischen Kontakt (910c) mittels des Betätigungsmechanismus gepresst wird;das Betätigungselement (1) einen Verbindungsstangeneinbautisch (12) aufweist, der an einer Seite davon angeordnet ist, der Betätigungsmechanismus ferner eine erste Verbindungsstange (7) aufweist, die erste Verbindungsstange (7) ein erstes Verbindungsstangenende (70) aufweist, das in den Verbindungsstangeneinbautisch (12) eingesetzt ist, und das Betätigungselement (1) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Sperrbuckel (81) ist oder das erste Verbindungsstangenende (70) in einer Beschränkungspassung mit dem Sperrbuckel (81) ist; unddas An-Platz-Anzeigeelement (4) und das Stromkreisunterbrechersperrelement (8) beide schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (6) mittels einer zweiten Einbauwelle (65) angeordnet sind.
