Description

CARRIER BAG WITH COVER AND INDEPENDENT HANDLES JOINED BY ULTRASONIC WELDING OR ANOTHER FUSING METHOD AND A METHOD FOR
PRODUCTION THEREOF
Technical Field
The invention, in general, is related to a carrier bag with cover and independent handles joined by ultrasonic welding and a method of production.
Prior Art
Today, there are carrier bags made of different materials intended for various areas of use. However, currently available carrier bags are manufactured monolithically. There are also version where the handle is joined. However, they fail to deliver the required strength and problems are encountered.
In the production stage of the carrier bags of the state of the art, there are wastes. In addition, the bag volume can not be used efficiently in the existing carrier bags.
In the state of the art, various problems are encountered with these carrier bags. Separation through joining areas, breaking off of the carrying handle, not being ergonomic, failing to provide ease of use, and having the opening of the bag uncovered are among the mentioned problems.
Existing carrier bags do not provide ease of carrying to the user. Since handle strength is low, problems such as separating from joining points or breaking off of the handle while carrying heavy products are encountered. In addition, since the opening of the bag is uncovered, hygiene and privacy of the products inside the bag can not be ensured. Due to these problems, the user suffers economic losses.
In the patent research of the prior art, technical content of the patent application numbered TR201 1/0391 1 ; The subject of the invention relates to an athlete-type carrier bag (Pichette) with bellow sides, made of printed or unprinted polypropylene (pp), synthetic woven, nonwoven laminated and non-laminated organic fabrics and produced quickly by ultrasonic welding without using stitches. In the patent research of the prior art, technical content of the patent application numbered TR2012/02108; The subject of the invention relates to a carrier bag (Pichette) used for keeping and carrying products after sale in general in retail industry (clothing, footwear, food etc.), made of polypropylene (pp), polyethylene (pe), laminated or non- laminated fabrics and produced quickly by ultrasonic welding without using stitches.
As a result, improvements are being made in carrier bags with cover, so new structures that will eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and provide solutions for existing systems are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention relates to carrier bags with cover and production methods thereof that meets the requirements mentioned above, while eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.
One purpose of the invention is to prevent economic losses and labor losses by ensuring the production of carrying bags with cover with minimum waste.
Another purpose of the invention is to make efficient use of the volume of the carrier bag with cover.
A purpose of the invention is to allow heavier loads to be carried at the same volume based on high strength.
Another purpose of the invention is to use the carrier bag as a product packaging with its cover structure.
A purpose of the invention is to prevent damage to the carried products by means of the cover structure of the carrier bag and to prevent economic losses that may be encountered.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide hygiene of the products in the carrier bag with its cover structure.
A purpose of the invention is to ensure the privacy of the products in the carrier bag through with its cover structure.
Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that almost all of the bag volume can be used thanks to its ergonomic handles and cover structure. In order to achieve all of the aforementioned advantages and the one that will become apparent with the detailed description given below, the present invention is a carrier bag with cover comprising; main walls which provide forming the carrier bags which can be made from various materials, side walls which form opening and volume gap surface by connecting to the mentioned main walls, and independent handles which is produced independently of the main wall and joined with the main wall through various methods, and a joining area which provides joining the mentioned main wall and the independent handle, characterized by further comprising; a left cover that provides closing of the opening of the carrying bag by being connected to close to the opening part of the main walls during or after the joining of the independent handles, a right cover that provides closing of the opening of the carrying bag by being connected to close to the opening part of the main walls during or after the joining of the independent handles, a closing portion that provides closing and opening of the mentioned right cover and the left cover.
The structural characteristics and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly through the following figures and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be based on these figures and the detailed description.

In Figure-2; another perspective view of the carrier bag with cover (100), the subject- matter of the invention, is illustrated. There are main walls (104) which allow forming the bags with cover (100) which can be made of various materials. There are side walls (103) that connect with the main walls (104) and form a volume gap surface. There are independent handles (101 ) produced independently of the main walls (104) and connected to the main walls (104) by various methods. A carrying gap (105) is introduced inside the mentioned independent handle (101 ) to provide ease of carrying. A joining area (102) is introduced to join the mentioned main walls (104) and the independent handle
(101 ). A left cover (107) which is connected during or after the joining of the independent handles (101 ) to opening part of the main walls (104) in such a way to cover the opening portion of the carrier bag in order to close the opening of the carrier bag is introduced. The material structure and width and length of the mentioned left cover (107) can be chosen as desired, in accordance with the width of the carrier bag with the cover (100). A right cover (106) which is connected during or after the joining of the independent handles (101 ) to opening part of the main walls (104) in such a way to cover the opening portion of the carrier bag is introduced to close the opening of the carrier bag. The material structure and width and length of the mentioned right cover (106) can be chosen as desired, in accordance with the width of the carrier bag with the cover (100). A closing portion (108) which allows opening and closing of the mentioned right cover (106) and left cover (107) is provided.
