Definitions
- the present invention relates to a building module for constructing a building - with several of the building modules being placed together - which is designed like a tunnel, namely with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof portion together surround a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings, each edge of which is adapted to be mated with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these assembled tunnel openings open into each other.
- Container-like building modules of the type mentioned at the outset are known in particular for temporary offices on construction sites.
- a building is created, in particular an office building with walls between the inside and outside (namely with two side walls composed of the module wall sections along the extension of the "tunnel" and two end walls, which in end modules, each with only one tunnel opening, are integrated), floor and roof.
- the present invention is based on the object of creating a building module whose usability is increased. This object is solved by a building module with the features of claim 1. Preferred developments are specified in the dependent claims.
- a building module according to the invention is used to construct a building from several of this module and possibly other (possibly not tunnel-like) modules: During construction, several of the tunnel-like building modules are put together. By placing several of the building modules together, a building is formed with walls (namely, two side walls composed of the module wall sections along the length of the "tunnel") and two end walls.
- the end walls can, for example, also be integrated into tunnel-like end building modules, but each with only one tunnel opening, or they can also be independent walls as a separate module - more on that in a moment.
- "Tunnel-like" means according to the invention that the building module is equipped with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings, their respective Edge is adapted to be assembled with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these composite tunnel openings open into one another.
- “Tunnel extension” means according to the invention, accordingly, the course or the line (only for example a straight line, but particularly preferred) that runs from the center (for example the centroid) of one of the tunnel openings to the center of the other tunnel opening through the center of the cross sections (for example their respective centroid) leads.
- the already mentioned end building module which is designed like a tunnel, has two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and between - now only - one Tunnel opening and on the other hand now extend an end wall, the edge of - a - tunnel opening is further set up to be assembled with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these composite tunnel openings open into one another.
- a building can be built from just two of the tunnel-like end building modules.
- the end wall module is essentially the closing wall: possibly with a window and/or an entrance, for example, it is surrounded by a border that is now adapted to be assembled with the border of one of the tunnel openings of one of the building modules, so that the end wall covers the tunnel opening - and thus closes the end of the tunnel and thus the building at one of its "ends".
- the ribs are particularly preferably parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance from one another along the tunnel extension.
- Adjacent ribs are set up, for example, to attach product supports such as shelves, baskets or entire refrigerators in between, so that they are laterally protected and yet conspicuous, namely framed and emphasized by the ribs, placed and/or even attached to the ribs. And you can particularly preferably also be set up mechanically and thus serve to statically support and/or stiffen the roof section and/or the wall sections. The latter also applies to the outer ribs, but more on that in a moment.
- This new approach to architecture opens up new possibilities for supplying the population with goods, especially food - and flexibly, for the operator, for example local demand to try, but also to adapt in size with the building, namely by adding or removing a module according to the invention, if necessary.
- the building module according to the invention can additionally have external ribs - which extend on the outside of the wall sections and/or the roof section, specifically with respect to the tunnel extension radially outwards and at least over a section of the respective tunnel circumference.
- the outer ribs can also support and/or stiffen the roof section and/or the wall sections statically, and preferably they each lie in a plane with one of the inner ribs.
- a building module according to the invention can have a facade system that includes facade modules and facade module carriers. It serves to clad (or clad) a facade of a (for example public) building, with several of the facade modules placed next to one another covering a part of the facade of the building.
- to the system includes at least one facade module carrier (e.g. the outer ribs just mentioned), which is set up to be attachable to a (particularly uniform, particularly preferably vertically flat or horizontally convexly curved) facade, preferably several of the at least one facade module carrier in one especially regular patterns.
- the system also includes at least two different facade modules, each of which is set up to be attached to at least one of the facade module supports attached to a facade.
- Such a facade system is particularly preferably designed such that the at least two different facade modules each have a different device for use by one person (or two or more, also different, such devices per facade module). Aids are then integrated into such a facade, which are useful, for example, to a person passing by the building. People can use these devices, talk about them, share and communicate - not least also feel attracted to this possibility.
- This can be particularly advantageous for facades on "public" buildings that are open to the public. For example, on the facade of a shop, this option can increase public traffic and thus ensure more customers in the shop.
- the possible devices are not limited to any field of activity. To the extent that use involves any risk, such as injuring yourself or others, it can be dealt with, for example, in a playground where appropriate signs will warn appropriately.
- the at least one facade module carrier is preferably set up to be fastened perpendicularly to a (in particular uniform, in particular vertically planar or horizontally convexly curved) facade and/or to be rib-shaped.
- the at least one facade module carrier and the at least two different facade modules are preferably set up in such a way that the facade module carriers are parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance or pattern from one another on a facade (in particular uniform, in particular vertically flat or horizontally convexly curved) - and then the facade modules on the facade module carriers - can be fastened.
- the facade module supports can even be set up to support and/or stiffen a canopy section and/or a screen or wind screen attached to a facade—canopy section or screen can even be an element of the system according to the invention and be set up so mounted, the use of the respective device as well to allow in bad weather.
- the several facade module carriers which are an integral part of the facade of the building module, each form an outer rib on the building module in the form of ribs - and particularly preferably an inner and an outer rib then extend in one plane (the inner ribs "radially", in particular over a Part of each tunnel perimeter, inwards and the outer ribs radially outwards).
- Inner ribs adjacent to one another along the extension of the building module can be set up to attach goods carriers (e.g. shelves, baskets, refrigerators) in between and/or to fasten them to the inner ribs - so to speak, similar to how the facade modules according to the invention are preferably fastened between the facade module carriers.
- the outer and inner ribs preferably extend parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance from one another, and the inner ribs can also serve for static support and/or stiffening.
- At least one layer of the wall sections and/or the ceiling section and/or the inner and/or outer ribs of the building module according to the invention consists of solid wood (possibly from several shells or layers of solid wood, for example structural solid wood, also possibly with at least one layer of insulating material, e.g. made of wood fibre, between the solid or solid wood layers) .
- the solid wood works in particular both as insulation and as a self-supporting wall.
- the cold room according to the invention can also have at least one window and/or a wall made of another material, such as glass: for example, the entrance wall of the cold room can be mostly or completely made of glass.
- the refrigerator according to the invention can also have a glass door or at least be provided with a window.
- the at least inner layer of the walls and ceiling is preferably made of solid wood, and then in particular with a visible wooden surface, ie preferably without paneling.
- a visible wooden surface ie preferably without paneling.
- the inside surfaces are preferably provided with a wood-protecting and/or impregnating paint and/or the solid wood is, if anything, impregnated, for example pressure-impregnated.
- Such a cold room is therefore particularly preferably integrated into a system with at least one building module, namely a system for constructing a building, with several copies of the at least one building module being placed next to one another.
- the at least one module has at least two openings, the edge of each of which is designed to be joined with the edge of one of the openings of another of the modules, so that these assembled openings open into one another.
- the fridge can then be one of the building modules or be formed by several (for example two different) building modules, the walls and ceiling of which are at least partially made of solid wood according to the invention.
- the walls and ceiling can also be made at least partially of solid wood not only of a building module provided as or for a cold room, but possibly of all walls and ceilings (and possibly also the floors) of all modules.
- a building module according to the invention can be provided with a green roof.
- This is particularly preferably a green roof having a plurality of trough modules which, placed side by side and filled with plants, cover a building as a green roof.
- the roof area is then composed of green roof modules.
- the tray modules can be set up to be mounted on the building first and only then and there filled with plants. However, they can also be set up so that they are already filled with plants and placed on the building (prepared, for example, with a substructure for the green roof).
- This sectional construction of the green roof according to the invention has several advantages: First of all, green roofs have a positive influence on the indoor climate in the building.
- the troughs can be prefabricated as a modular system in standardized geometries.
- the modules enable, or at least encourage, a preparation or even prefabrication of the green roof segment away from the roof.
- the green roof layer which is segmented by the trough modules, in particular with suitable edge structures, promotes a secure hold of the green roof layer on the roof surface, in particular against lateral slipping.
- the design of the green roof according to the invention as a barrel roof or also as a pitched roof (for example a pent roof, saddle roof or hipped roof) is therefore particularly suitable. Namely as such the improved lateral support of the plant layer is particularly advantageous.
- the gaps between the tub modules are particularly suitable for ventilating and venting rear ventilation under the green roof layer supported by the tubs. It is therefore particularly preferred that at least two tub modules are placed next to one another with a gap and that ventilation underneath at least one of the tub modules is in air communication with the environment through the gap.
- this connection can then also be set up along the edges of the green roof.
- the green roof then preferably has such an intermediate space that runs in a crest line or ridge line of the roof.
- the trough modules are preferably made of sheet metal, in particular zinc sheet, or plastic. But also, for example, a box construction made of wood material such as OSB, plywood or multiplex, in particular with impregnation and/or a coating that protects against weathering, is according to the invention.
- the roof is shaped as a green roof, and particularly preferably as a barrel roof, with the vegetation per building module preferably being arranged in at least two trough modules which cover the building module and with the space between the trough modules preferably being essentially parallel in the crest line of the barrel roof runs to the tunnel extension.
- One of the various building modules preferably has at least one entrance and/or at least one window in at least one of its wall sections.
- Tunnel-like building modules 2 can be seen in the figures.
- the building modules 2 in the figures are used to construct a building 4, namely a shop building, from four of these modules 2 and another, non-tunnel-like end wall module 6:
- the four tunnel-like building modules 2 are put together. This putting together creates a building 4 with walls: two side walls, which are composed of the module wall sections 8, along the extension 10 of the "tunnel" and two end walls 6.
- the end walls 6 are independent walls 6 as a separate module 6, each with a central window opening 12.
- “Tunnel-like” means in particular in figure 1 It can be seen that the building module 2 is equipped with two opposite wall sections 8 and, between them, a floor section 14 and a roof section 16 with a green roof construction 54 - more on this later), so that the wall sections 8, the floor section 14 and the roof section 16 together form one Surround tunnel interior 18 and extend between two tunnel openings 20, each edge 22 of which is set up to be assembled with the edge 22 of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules 2, so that these assembled tunnel openings 20 open into one another ( figure 2 ).
- Extension of the tunnel is accordingly the course or the (imaginary) line 10, according to the figures a straight line 10 that leads from the center of one tunnel opening 20 to the center of the other tunnel opening 20 through the middle of the cross sections of the module 2.
- the wall sections 8 and the roof sections 16 are curved concavely around the tunnel extension 10 (inwards—ie convexly outwards).
- the cross sections of the building module are the same along the tunnel extension 10: the modules are cylindrical in the mathematical sense, i.e. with a cross section which is essentially the same in its basic dimensions over the length (the extension 10) of the respective module 2.
- the floor elements are elevated on the ground 24 and the upright skids 25 ( Figures 4 to 6 - only schematically) with a suitable foundation (not shown).
- the ribs 26 are parallel to one another and equally spaced from one another along the tunnel extension 10.
- Adjacent ribs are set up to place goods supports such as shelves 28, baskets 30 and entire refrigerators 32 in between, so that they are protected laterally and yet conspicuous, namely framed and emphasized by the ribs 26 and also to fasten these goods carriers indirectly, namely by means of rails 34, to the ribs 26.
- the ribs 26 are mechanically arranged and serve to statically support and stiffen the roof section 16 and the wall sections 8 from the inside by bearing against these respective sections 8, 16 (made of solid wood) from the inside (see in particular 3 ).
- the function of the inner ribs 26 for goods carriers predestine the module 2 from which to build the building 4 as a shop.
- one of the building modules 2 has an entrance 40 in one of its wall sections 8 with a ramp 42 leading up there in front of it.
- the sales room formed by the entire interior 18, there are further goods carriers in the form of tables or consoles 44 and cashier-less cash register systems 46 in the middle.
- An area separated by a glass wall 48 is a walk-in In-Cooler 50.
- the overall tunnel-shaped interior 18 of the building 4 is divided by a partition 48 made of glass into a cooling room 50 and another room.
- insulation layer 52 shown is just a particularly simple example of wall construction. It is even easier, however, to do without this inside layer, and the wall and ceiling can then essentially only consist of a solid wood layer (not shown).
- the wall and ceiling can also possibly be constructed with several shells or layers of solid wood, also possibly with at least one layer of insulating material, for example wood fibre, between the layers of solid or solid wood - or even in combination with at least one other layer, just for example in wood frame construction or even stone or concrete construction (not shown) - if at least one layer of solid wood is included, the result is a sustainable and room climate advantageous construction.
- insulating material for example wood fibre
- the floor can also have such a structure according to the invention with at least one layer of solid wood.
- tub modules 56 are placed side by side on the building 4 (composed of the modules 2) and are filled with plants 80 and thus cover the building 4 completely.
- the roof surface 54 is thus composed of green roof modules 56, 76, 78, 80.
- the trough modules 54 can be set up to be mounted first on the building and only then and there to be filled with plants 80 and their sub-layers 76, 78. However, they can also be set up so that they are already filled and placed on the modules 2 (prepared with the layers 58, 60, 62, 64 placed thereon).
- This sectional construction of the green roof according to the invention has several advantages:
- the troughs 56 can be prefabricated as a modular system with standardized geometries.
- the modules enable, or at least encourage, a preparation or even prefabrication of the green roof segment away from the roof.
- the green roof layer 80 segmented by the trough modules 56 promotes a secure hold of the green roof layer on the roof surface 16, in particular against lateral slipping.
- the design of the green roof 56 as a barrel roof, as shown, is therefore particularly suitable. As such, the improved lateral support of the plant layer 80 is particularly advantageous.
- the joints 70 between the trough modules 56 are particularly suitable for ventilation of a rear ventilation 62 under the green roof layer 80 supported by the troughs 56.
- the green roof 54 is already shaped as a barrel roof on each building module 2, with two trough modules 56 each covering a building module 2 and with their intermediate space 70 in the crest line 72 of the barrel roof runs parallel to the tunnel extension 10 ( 1 ). It can be designed particularly advantageously in such a way that the tray modules 56 are each placed next to one another with a space 70 and that the ventilation layer 62 underneath the tray modules 56 is in air communication with the environment through the space.
- this air connection is also set up along the edges 82 of the green roof 4, i.e. along the upper edges 82 of the end wall modules 6 and along the lower edges 82 of the eaves plates 66.
- facade module carrier 36 and facade modules 38 shown there has facade module carriers and facade modules. It is used to clad (that is to say over the entire surface if possible - or to dress, that is to say in certain areas) of a facade of a building, with several of the facade modules being placed next to one another and covering at least a part of the facade of the building.
- the system now includes the two illustrated rib-shaped facade module carriers 36, 84 which are adapted to be fastened to the horizontally convex curved facade of the building 4 in a regular pattern, namely perpendicular and parallel to one another at regular intervals.
- the system also includes at least the four different facade modules 38, 86, 88, 90 shown, which are set up in each case are to be attached to at least one of the facade module carriers 36, 38 which are attached to the facade of the building 4, rather integrated into it.
- the three different facade modules 86, 88, 90 in Figures 8 to 10 each have a different device for use by one person 92 (or two or more, also different (not shown), such devices 94, 96, 98 per façade module 86, 88, 90): three bicycle racks 94 according to 8 , one chair each according to 96 9 and five shelves 98 according to FIG 10 .
- Integrated into the facade modules 86, 88, 90 of the facade system are aids that are useful to a person 92 passing the building. People can use these devices, talk about them, share and communicate - not least also feel attracted to this possibility. This is particularly advantageous for facades on "public" buildings that are frequented by the public.
- the facade system also includes the conventional facade modules 38, without a device 94, 96, 98 according to the invention (which essentially only serve to protect and design the facade) - in that they are also adapted in terms of their geometry and construction, based on at least one to have the facade module carrier 36, 84 fastened to the facade of the building 4.
- One facade module carrier 84 in 10 is also set up to support a canopy section 100 and mounted set up so that the respective device can also be used in poorer weather.
- the facade module supports 84 are screwed together from a facade module support 36 and an extension to the outside, which has the respective bracket for supporting the canopy 100 at the upper end.
- the facade module carrier 36 is an integral part of the facade of the building module 2, and each form an outer rib 36, made of structural timber, on the building module 2, which in particular also serves to statically support the roof 16, 54, 56 of the building module.
- An inner rib 26 and an outer rib 36 each extend in a plane (the inner ribs 26 "radially" inwardly around the tunnel extension 10 over part of the respective tunnel perimeter - namely from the floor up the wall along under the ceiling and on the other side again down the wall to the floor - and the outer ribs radially outward on the outer walls).
- adjacent inner ribs 26 are set up along the extension of the building module 10 to attach goods carriers (shelves 28, baskets, refrigerators 32) between them - so to speak, similar to how the facade modules 38, 86, 88, 90 are fastened between the facade module carriers 36, 84 .
- the outer ribs 36 and the inner 26 ribs extend parallel to one another and at a uniform distance from one another, and the inner ribs 26, made of solid structural wood, serve to provide static support and reinforcement for the building module 2.

Description
The present invention relates to a building module for constructing a building - with several of the building modules being placed together - which is designed like a tunnel, namely with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof portion together surround a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings, each edge of which is adapted to be mated with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these assembled tunnel openings open into each other.
Container-like building modules of the type mentioned at the outset are known in particular for temporary offices on construction sites. By placing several of the building modules next to each other, a building is created, in particular an office building with walls between the inside and outside (namely with two side walls composed of the module wall sections along the extension of the "tunnel" and two end walls, which in end modules, each with only one tunnel opening, are integrated), floor and roof.
These modules and buildings constructed from them are convenient for their temporary use on construction sites. The container elements, in particular the corner fittings, the so-called corner casts, greatly facilitate rapid assembly and disassembly and transport to and from the container and, last but not least, short-term use in particular.
The present invention is based on the object of creating a building module whose usability is increased. This object is solved by a building module with the features of claim 1. Preferred developments are specified in the dependent claims.
A building module according to the invention is used to construct a building from several of this module and possibly other (possibly not tunnel-like) modules: During construction, several of the tunnel-like building modules are put together. By placing several of the building modules together, a building is formed with walls (namely, two side walls composed of the module wall sections along the length of the "tunnel") and two end walls. The end walls can, for example, also be integrated into tunnel-like end building modules, but each with only one tunnel opening, or they can also be independent walls as a separate module - more on that in a moment.
"Tunnelartig" heißt erfindungsgemäß, dass das Gebäudemodul ausgestattet ist mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Wandabschnitten und, zwischen ihnen, einem Fußbodenabschnitt und einem Dachabschnitt, so dass die Wandabschnitte, der Fußbodenabschnitt und der Dachabschnitt zusammen einen Tunnelinnenraum umgeben und sich zwischen zwei Tunnelöffnungen erstrecken, jeweils deren Rand eingerichtet ist, sich mit dem Rand einer der Tunnelöffnungen eines anderen der Gebäudemodule zusammensetzen zu lassen, so dass diese zusammengesetzten Tunnelöffnungen ineinander münden."Tunnel-like" means according to the invention that the building module is equipped with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings, their respective Edge is adapted to be assembled with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these composite tunnel openings open into one another.
"Tunnelerstreckung" heißt erfindungsgemäß, dementsprechend, der Verlauf oder die Linie (nur zum Beispiel eine Gerade, allerdings besonders bevorzugt) die von der Mitte (zum Beispiel dem Flächenschwerpunkt) einer der Tunnelöffnungen zur Mitte der anderen Tunnelöffnung durch die Mitte der Querschnitte (zum Beispiel deren jeweiligen Flächenschwerpunkt) führt."Tunnel extension" means according to the invention, accordingly, the course or the line (only for example a straight line, but particularly preferred) that runs from the center (for example the centroid) of one of the tunnel openings to the center of the other tunnel opening through the center of the cross sections (for example their respective centroid) leads.
The already mentioned end building module, which is designed like a tunnel, has two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and between - now only - one Tunnel opening and on the other hand now extend an end wall, the edge of - a - tunnel opening is further set up to be assembled with the edge of one of the tunnel openings of another of the building modules, so that these composite tunnel openings open into one another. Logically, a building can be built from just two of the tunnel-like end building modules.
The end wall module, also already mentioned, is essentially the closing wall: possibly with a window and/or an entrance, for example, it is surrounded by a border that is now adapted to be assembled with the border of one of the tunnel openings of one of the building modules, so that the end wall covers the tunnel opening - and thus closes the end of the tunnel and thus the building at one of its "ends".
- on the inside of the wall sections and possibly also the roof section
- radial to the tunnel extension inwards,
- spaced apart from the tunnel openings in the direction in which the tunnel extends,
- at least over a section of the respective tunnel perimeter.
The ribs are particularly preferably parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance from one another along the tunnel extension.
Adjacent ribs are set up, for example, to attach product supports such as shelves, baskets or entire refrigerators in between, so that they are laterally protected and yet conspicuous, namely framed and emphasized by the ribs, placed and/or even attached to the ribs. And you can particularly preferably also be set up mechanically and thus serve to statically support and/or stiffen the roof section and/or the wall sections. The latter also applies to the outer ribs, but more on that in a moment.
Both possible functions of the inner ribs, for goods carriers and as static support, predestine the module according to the invention to build shops from it.
This new approach to architecture, the possibly only temporary construction of a supermarket, for example, namely in a building erected according to the invention as a shop, opens up new possibilities for supplying the population with goods, especially food - and flexibly, for the operator, for example local demand to try, but also to adapt in size with the building, namely by adding or removing a module according to the invention, if necessary.
The building module according to the invention can additionally have external ribs - which extend on the outside of the wall sections and/or the roof section, specifically with respect to the tunnel extension radially outwards and at least over a section of the respective tunnel circumference. The outer ribs can also support and/or stiffen the roof section and/or the wall sections statically, and preferably they each lie in a plane with one of the inner ribs.
A building module according to the invention (or a system with such) can have a facade system that includes facade modules and facade module carriers. It serves to clad (or clad) a facade of a (for example public) building, with several of the facade modules placed next to one another covering a part of the facade of the building. to the system includes at least one facade module carrier (e.g. the outer ribs just mentioned), which is set up to be attachable to a (particularly uniform, particularly preferably vertically flat or horizontally convexly curved) facade, preferably several of the at least one facade module carrier in one especially regular patterns. The system also includes at least two different facade modules, each of which is set up to be attached to at least one of the facade module supports attached to a facade.
Such a facade system is particularly preferably designed such that the at least two different facade modules each have a different device for use by one person (or two or more, also different, such devices per facade module). Aids are then integrated into such a facade, which are useful, for example, to a person passing by the building. People can use these devices, talk about them, share and communicate - not least also feel attracted to this possibility. This can be particularly advantageous for facades on "public" buildings that are open to the public. For example, on the facade of a shop, this option can increase public traffic and thus ensure more customers in the shop.
The possible devices are not limited to any field of activity. To the extent that use involves any risk, such as injuring yourself or others, it can be dealt with, for example, in a playground where appropriate signs will warn appropriately.
- a shelf or cupboard (e.g. for donating books, food left over in a household before a departure, for example),
- a plant box or shelf or frame with or for plant boxes or pots (e.g. for donating offshoots that other people can take with them, but also for urban farming or gardening with a respective explanation on a board or display, for reading, learning and last but not least as a green facade element, but then not in the sense of the invention for "use" by one person: the system can certainly also have additional facade modules that do not serve this function),
- a bicycle pump,
- a bike rack,
- an e-bike charging station,
- a trashcan,
- one or more recycling bins (for the sorted disposal of e.g. glass or other recyclables),
- a "notice board" (e.g. in the form of a chalk board, a pin board or even a flat screen, on which you can write using a smartphone via Bluetooth, for example, to post messages, for example with the following categories, for which several bulletin boards are also sorted can be provided: flea market, exchange market, offers of help such as offers for neighborhood help, service offers, job exchange, wall newspaper, offers of workshops, advertising, offers of and information on health, fitness and nutrition)
- a display, in particular a flat screen (which, in contrast to the "bulletin board", cannot be filled with information by the public themselves, but only serves to enable a person to receive information provided by some provider - such as news, weather reports, advertising or even a film, such as a feature film or documentary or nature film),
- a drinking fountain such as a fresh water fountain,
- a dog waterer, i.e. a drinking fountain for animals, possibly with automatic flushing and self-refilling fresh water supply,
- a bird feeder or nesting box (with explanation for reading, learning and looking),
- Insect hotel (with explanation for reading, learning and looking),
- a stage (e.g. for "cabaret performances" or, in the manner of Speaker' Corner in London, for public speaking),
- Seating, bench and/or loungers (especially for more than one person to rest, chat, listen - possibly at a suitable distance from the stage)
- a slide, swing, house, jungle gym and/or other playground equipment
- a climbing wall (for bouldering, especially for adults)
- a piece of fitness equipment such as a pull-up bar, bench and footrest for sit-ups or back exercises or bodyweight rowing machines, such as those commonly installed in parks,
- a parcel station and/or another vending machine shop from cigarette or drinks machines to a staff-free rental station.
The at least one facade module carrier is preferably set up to be fastened perpendicularly to a (in particular uniform, in particular vertically planar or horizontally convexly curved) facade and/or to be rib-shaped. The at least one facade module carrier and the at least two different facade modules are preferably set up in such a way that the facade module carriers are parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance or pattern from one another on a facade (in particular uniform, in particular vertically flat or horizontally convexly curved) - and then the facade modules on the facade module carriers - can be fastened. The facade module supports can even be set up to support and/or stiffen a canopy section and/or a screen or wind screen attached to a facade—canopy section or screen can even be an element of the system according to the invention and be set up so mounted, the use of the respective device as well to allow in bad weather.
For example, several of the facade module carriers can be an integral part of the facade of a building module - a building module of which several of the building modules are placed together to construct a building and which each have at least two openings, the edges of which are designed to align with the edge of one of the openings of another to let the building modules put together, so that these composite orifices open into each other. Such a building module is preferably designed like a tunnel, namely with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings as mouth openings. Such a building module may have a plurality of internal ribs which may be geometrically and/or mechanically related to the facade module supports on the outside of the building module (more on that shortly) and extend, for example, as follows:
- on the inside of the wall sections and possibly also the roof section
- radial to the tunnel extension inwards,
- spaced apart from the tunnel openings in the direction in which the tunnel extends,
- at least over a section of the respective tunnel perimeter.
Preferably, the several facade module carriers, which are an integral part of the facade of the building module, each form an outer rib on the building module in the form of ribs - and particularly preferably an inner and an outer rib then extend in one plane (the inner ribs "radially", in particular over a Part of each tunnel perimeter, inwards and the outer ribs radially outwards). Inner ribs adjacent to one another along the extension of the building module can be set up to attach goods carriers (e.g. shelves, baskets, refrigerators) in between and/or to fasten them to the inner ribs - so to speak, similar to how the facade modules according to the invention are preferably fastened between the facade module carriers. The outer and inner ribs preferably extend parallel to one another and/or at a uniform distance from one another, and the inner ribs can also serve for static support and/or stiffening.
Besonders bevorzugt besteht mindestens eine Schicht der Wandabschnitte und/oder des Deckenabschnitts und/oder der inneren und/oder äußeren Rippen des erfindungsgemäßen Gebäudemoduls aus Massivholz (möglicherweise aus mehreren Schalen oder Schichten Vollholz, zum Beispiel Konstruktionsvollholz, auch möglicherweise mit mindestens einer Schicht aus Dämmstoff, zum Beispiel aus Holzfaser, zwischen den Voll- oder Massivholzschichten) .Particularly preferably, at least one layer of the wall sections and/or the ceiling section and/or the inner and/or outer ribs of the building module according to the invention consists of solid wood (possibly from several shells or layers of solid wood, for example structural solid wood, also possibly with at least one layer of insulating material, e.g. made of wood fibre, between the solid or solid wood layers) .
This also applies in particular to a possible module that forms or has a cold room—namely, in the case of which walls and ceiling are formed at least partially, at least for the most part or in at least one layer, from solid wood such as solid structural wood (possibly from several shells or layers of solid wood, also possibly with at least one layer of insulating material, for example made of wood fiber, between the solid - or solid wood layers) .
The solid wood works in particular both as insulation and as a self-supporting wall. For example, as a walk-in cooler for a shop such as a supermarket, the cold room according to the invention can also have at least one window and/or a wall made of another material, such as glass: for example, the entrance wall of the cold room can be mostly or completely made of glass. The refrigerator according to the invention can also have a glass door or at least be provided with a window.
The at least inner layer of the walls and ceiling is preferably made of solid wood, and then in particular with a visible wooden surface, ie preferably without paneling. In order to be protected, for example, from moisture effects such as condensation, the inside surfaces are preferably provided with a wood-protecting and/or impregnating paint and/or the solid wood is, if anything, impregnated, for example pressure-impregnated.
Such a cold room is therefore particularly preferably integrated into a system with at least one building module, namely a system for constructing a building, with several copies of the at least one building module being placed next to one another. The at least one module has at least two openings, the edge of each of which is designed to be joined with the edge of one of the openings of another of the modules, so that these assembled openings open into one another. The fridge can then be one of the building modules or be formed by several (for example two different) building modules, the walls and ceiling of which are at least partially made of solid wood according to the invention. According to the invention, the walls and ceiling can also be made at least partially of solid wood not only of a building module provided as or for a cold room, but possibly of all walls and ceilings (and possibly also the floors) of all modules.
A building module according to the invention can be provided with a green roof. This is particularly preferably a green roof having a plurality of trough modules which, placed side by side and filled with plants, cover a building as a green roof.
The roof area is then composed of green roof modules. The tray modules can be set up to be mounted on the building first and only then and there filled with plants. However, they can also be set up so that they are already filled with plants and placed on the building (prepared, for example, with a substructure for the green roof). This sectional construction of the green roof according to the invention has several advantages: First of all, green roofs have a positive influence on the indoor climate in the building. The troughs can be prefabricated as a modular system in standardized geometries. The modules enable, or at least encourage, a preparation or even prefabrication of the green roof segment away from the roof. Accordingly, they enable, or at least encourage, the repair or replacement of a roof area, for example if the vegetation has died down or been damaged in some areas. The green roof layer, which is segmented by the trough modules, in particular with suitable edge structures, promotes a secure hold of the green roof layer on the roof surface, in particular against lateral slipping. The design of the green roof according to the invention as a barrel roof or also as a pitched roof (for example a pent roof, saddle roof or hipped roof) is therefore particularly suitable. Namely as such the improved lateral support of the plant layer is particularly advantageous.
The gaps between the tub modules are particularly suitable for ventilating and venting rear ventilation under the green roof layer supported by the tubs. It is therefore particularly preferred that at least two tub modules are placed next to one another with a gap and that ventilation underneath at least one of the tub modules is in air communication with the environment through the gap. In addition, this connection can then also be set up along the edges of the green roof. In particular as a barrel roof or pitched roof, the green roof then preferably has such an intermediate space that runs in a crest line or ridge line of the roof.
The trough modules are preferably made of sheet metal, in particular zinc sheet, or plastic. But also, for example, a box construction made of wood material such as OSB, plywood or multiplex, in particular with impregnation and/or a coating that protects against weathering, is according to the invention.
- from which several of the building modules are placed together to construct a building (so that the green roof formed according to the invention from several trough modules placed next to one another then results with only one trough module per building module) and
- each having at least two mouth openings, each whose edge is set up with the edge of a having the mouths of another of the building modules assembled together such that these assembled mouths open into one another, and
- which is designed like a tunnel, namely with two opposite wall sections and, between them, a floor section and a roof section with the green roof according to the invention, so that the wall sections, the floor section and the roof section together enclose a tunnel interior and extend between two tunnel openings as mouth openings.
On such a building module, the roof is shaped as a green roof, and particularly preferably as a barrel roof, with the vegetation per building module preferably being arranged in at least two trough modules which cover the building module and with the space between the trough modules preferably being essentially parallel in the crest line of the barrel roof runs to the tunnel extension.
According to the invention is also a system with several different building modules.
One of the various building modules preferably has at least one entrance and/or at least one window in at least one of its wall sections.

Extension of the tunnel is accordingly the course or the (imaginary)
It can be seen that the
The cross sections of the building module are the same along the tunnel extension 10: the modules are cylindrical in the mathematical sense, i.e. with a cross section which is essentially the same in its basic dimensions over the length (the extension 10) of the

Adjacent ribs are set up to place goods supports such as
In particular, the function of the

In the case of the
The
