Claims (25)

  1. Bouchon de fermeture (11) pour fermer l'ouverture verseuse (33) d'un récipient (13), bouchon de fermeture qui présente :
    - une partie filetée cylindrique (15) avec un bord ouvert (25et un filet intérieur (27) qui peut coopérer avec un filet extérieur (31) d'un col de récipient (29) du récipient (13),
    - un anneau de garantie (17) qui est configuré pour être maintenu sur une première saillie (35) moulée sur le col de récipient (29),
    - une multitude de nervures de garantie (63) qui relient de manière amovible l'anneau de garantie (17) au bord ouvert (25),
    - une première bande de retenue (19a) avec une première et une seconde extrémité (39, 41) et un premier et un second bord (43, 45), la première extrémité (39) étant reliée de manière fixe au bord ouvert (25) de la partie filetée (15) et la seconde extrémité (41) étant reliée de manière fixe à l'anneau de garantie (17) et
    - une seconde bande de retenue (19b) avec une troisième et une quatrième extrémité (51, 53) et un troisième et un quatrième bord (55, 57), cependant que
    - la troisième extrémité (51) est reliée de manière fixe au bord ouvert (25) de la partie filetée (15),
    - la quatrième extrémité (53) est reliée de manière fixe à l'anneau de garantie (17) et
    - la seconde extrémité (41) est placée, avant la première ouverture de la partie filetée (15), sur la trajectoire circulaire de l'anneau de garantie (17) en étant substantiellement diamétralement opposée à la quatrième extrémité (53),
    caractérisé en ce
    que, avant la première ouverture du bouchon de fermeture (11), la première, la seconde, la troisième et la quatrième extrémité (39, 41, 51, 53) sont placées l'une derrière l'autre en ordre croissant sur la trajectoire circulaire de l'anneau de garantie (17) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, lorsque le filet intérieur (27) et le filet extérieur (31) sont réalisés comme des filetages à droite.
  2. Bouchon de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant la première ouverture de la partie filetée sur la trajectoire circulaire de l'anneau de garantie, la première extrémité est placée en étant substantiellement diamétralement opposée à la troisième extrémité (51).
  3. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier bord (43) avec au moins une première patte de rupture (47) est relié de manière amovible au bord ouvert (25) de la partie filetée (15) et le second bord (45) avec au moins une seconde patte de rupture (49) est relié de manière amovible à l'anneau de garantie (17) et
    que le troisième bord (55) avec au moins une troisième patte de rupture (59) est relié de manière amovible au bord ouvert (25) de la partie filetée (15) et le quatrième bord (57) avec au moins une quatrième patte de rupture (61) est relié de manière amovible à l'anneau de garantie (17).
  4. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état fermé de la partie filetée, la première et la troisième extrémité (39, 51) forment un premier angle d'ouverture (67) d'au moins 170 degrés et d'au plus 190 degrés et de préférence d'au moins 175 et d'au plus 185 degrés par rapport au centre (65) du bouchon de fermeture (11) comme sommet et que la seconde et la quatrième extrémité (41, 53) forment un second angle d'ouverture (69) d'au moins 170 degrés et d'au plus 190 degrés et de préférence d'au moins 175 et d'au plus 185 degrés par rapport au centre (65) du bouchon de fermeture (11) comme sommet.
  5. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde extrémité (39, 41) forment un troisième angle d'ouverture (71) d'au moins 110 degrés et d'au plus 140 degrés et de préférence d'au moins 120 et d'au plus 130 degrés par rapport au centre (65) du bouchon de fermeture (11) comme sommet.
  6. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la troisième et la quatrième extrémité (51, 53) forment un quatrième angle d'ouverture (73) d'au moins 110 degrés et d'au plus 140 degrés et de préférence d'au moins 120 et d'au plus 130 degrés par rapport au centre (65) du bouchon de fermeture (11) comme sommet.
  7. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le troisième et le quatrième angle d'ouverture (71, 73) sont égaux si bien que la première et la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) sont de même longueur.
  8. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale de la première et de la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) le long de la longueur de la première ou de la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) est constante.
  9. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de garantie (63) sont placées à intervalles réguliers le long du bord ouvert (25).
  10. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les premières, secondes, troisièmes et quatrièmes pattes de rupture (47, 49, 59, 61) sont placées à intervalles réguliers le long du premier et du second ou du troisième et du quatrième bord (43, 45, 55, 57).
  11. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une première et une seconde réservation (79, 81) sur le bord de l'anneau de garantie (17) qui est tourné vers la première et la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) pour recevoir la première et la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b).
  12. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première et/ou la seconde extrémité (39, 41) de la première bande de retenue (19a) et la troisième et/ou la quatrième extrémité (51, 53) de la seconde bande de retenue (19b) peut être pliée le long de lignes de pliage prédéfinies.
  13. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un cône intérieur qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur est moulé, par exemple sous forme d'un cylindre d'étanchéité ou d'un anneau d'étanchéité, sur la plaque de recouvrement (21) de la partie filetée (15), cône qui est configuré pour coopérer de manière étanche en position fermée avec la paroi intérieure du col du récipient (29).
  14. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) possède une largeur entre 3 mm et 7 mm et de préférence une largeur entre 4 mm et 5 mm.
  15. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de fermeture (11) est configuré de manière à pouvoir coopérer avec un col de récipient standardisé (29) avec un filet extérieur (31) et une saillie annulaire (35).
  16. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de fermeture (11) est fabriqué en une matière plastique, de préférence du PP ou du PEHD.
  17. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 3 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la partie filetée (15), l'anneau de garantie (17), la première et la seconde bande de retenue, les nervures de garantie (64) et la au moins première, seconde, troisième et quatrième patte de rupture (47, 49, 59, 61) sont fabriquées en une pièce.
  18. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de garantie (17) présente des fentes (95) placées distribuées sur la circonférence avec une arête supérieure (97) et une arête inférieure (99), l'arête supérieure (97) étant formée par une section de l'anneau de garantie (17) formée en arc de cercle et l'arête inférieure (99) étant formée par une section de paroi (101) inclinée vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial et que l'arête inférieure (99) de chaque fente (95) forme des saillies (37) si bien que des moyens d'engrènement sont formés pour un engrènement par complémentarité de formes avec la saillie annulaire (35).
  19. Récipient (13) qui présente
    - un corps de récipient (28),
    - un col de récipient (29) qui se rattache au corps de récipient (28),
    - un filet extérieur (31) configuré sur le col du récipient (29) et
    - un bouchon de fermeture (11) pour fermer une ouverture verseuse (32) prévue à l'intérieur du col du récipient (29),
    le bouchon de fermeture (11) présentant
    - une première bande de retenue (19a) avec une première et une seconde extrémité (39, 41) et un premier et un second bord (43, 45), le premier bord (43) avec au moins une première patte de rupture (47) étant relié de manière amovible au bord ouvert (25) de la partie filetée (15) et le second bord (45) avec au moins une seconde patte de rupture (49) étant relié de manière amovible à l'anneau de garantie (17),
    caractérisé en ce
    que le bouchon de fermeture est un bouchon de fermeture (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18.
  20. Récipient selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce qu'un épaulement (91) est configuré sur le col du récipient (29), épaulement qui est configuré en dessous de l'anneau de garantie (17) ou qui est formé par l'anneau de garantie (17) et la longueur de la première et de la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) est dimensionnée telle que la partie filetée (15) peut être soulevée d'une position de fermeture après dévissage du col du récipient (29) et peut être positionnée en dessous de l'épaulement (91) dans une position ouverte, cependant que la partie filetée (15) est maintenue dans la position ouverte sur la première et seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b), repose au moins partiellement avec le bord ouvert (25) sur le corps du récipient (28) et s'appuie sur l'épaulement (91).
  21. Récipient selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement est un anneau de support (91) qui est configuré à la transition du col de récipient (29) et du corps de récipient (28).
  22. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 20 ou 21, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la première et de la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) est dimensionnée telle que la partie filetée (15) peut être soulevée d'une position de fermeture après dévissage du col du récipient (29) et peut être positionnée dans une position ouverte dans laquelle la plaque de recouvrement (21) s'appuie dans la position ouverte sur le filet extérieur (28) et l'épaulement (91).
  23. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 19 à 22, caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde bande de retenue (19a, 19b) dans la position ouverte de la partie filetée (15) sont exemptes de déformation élastique.
  24. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 19 à 23, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de fermeture (11) peut être enfoncé sur le col du récipient.
  25. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 19 à 24, caractérisé en ce que la position de l'anneau de garantie (17) par rapport à la saillie annulaire (35) du col du récipient (29) peut être modifiée dans le sens axial et dans le sens circonférentiel.
