According to the invention, the at least one fence strut of the track protection fence, which preferably runs horizontally or parallel to a rail of the track system, has at least two spars connected via an electrically insulating spar connector and the fixing system has an electrically insulating insulating connector piece, in particular one that can be attached to the fastening element or directly with it connectable insulating connector piece. This ensures that the track protection fence system is double insulated, so that, especially in the case of a track system with a conductor rail, voltage transfer across the entire track protection fence is reliably prevented even if one of the insulation fails. In addition, isolated rail joints can be bridged using a track protection fence system, especially those attached to them Track protection fence brackets, which are connected to each other via the fence struts, are prevented. The spar connectors and the insulating connector piece can in particular be formed from glass fiber reinforced
The fence strut preferably comprises more than two bars and more than one electrically insulating bar connector, with adjacent bars each being connected via an electrically insulating bar connector. According to the invention, the spar connectors can be at least partially inserted into the two spars connected via these spars and can be fixed, in particular via locking pins that can be inserted into corresponding openings in the spars and the spar connectors. This makes assembly particularly easy and quick, and the fence struts can also be dismantled quickly.
In an advantageous embodiment, the fixing system comprises a first connecting element that can be connected to the insulating connector piece, a second connecting element that can be connected to the fence holder, and a connecting piece via which the first connecting element and the second connecting element can be connected and fixed at different distances from one another. The connecting piece can be at least partially inserted into the first and second connecting elements and guided therein. Depending on the respective use of the track protection fence, a corresponding distance between the track protection fence or the fence bracket and the track system or the rail to which the fastening element is secured can be adjusted via the connecting piece. By constructing the fixing system with the individual elements, it is possible to attach and fix the fence bracket to the fastening element, which can in particular be attached to a track system independently of the fence bracket and the fixation system, in a simple and quick manner.
In a preferred embodiment, the track protection fence holding system comprises a support foot which can be connected to the fence holder and/or is guided in the fence holder for supporting the fence holder on a surface. In particular, the support foot can be fixed at different positions or at different heights relative to the fence holder. In addition to supporting the fence bracket or a track protection fence attached to it, the support foot makes it possible to absorb vibrations that occur, in particular from trains traveling on the tracks or adjacent tracks. In particular, the height adjustability of the support foot relative to the fence holder makes it possible to advantageously place the support foot on a surface, regardless of unevenness in the surface.
In an advantageous embodiment, the fence holder can have at least one holding receptacle for holding the at least one fence strut. The fence brackets preferably have two holding receptacles, an upper holding receptacle for holding an upper fence strut and a lower holding receptacle for holding a lower fence strut of a track protection fence having an upper and a lower fence strut. The fence struts can preferably be placed on the holding receptacles and secured in them via a preferably foldable locking element arranged on the holding receptacles. This ensures that the fence struts can be inserted and removed quickly and that the fence struts can be securely fixed in the holding receptacles. In particular, the closing element also reliably prevents the fence struts from being unintentionally removed from the holding receptacles, for example due to a shock from a worker, storms, vibrations or the wind from passing trains.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening element has a coupling element, in particular a coupling tube, on which the electrically insulating insulating connector piece can be arranged, in particular inserted into it and/or fastened therewith. On the one hand, this ensures a simple connection of the fixation system to the fastening element. On the other hand, the arrangement of the insulating connector piece means that it is directly attached to the fastening element The (remaining) fixation system and the fence bracket are insulated so that there is no danger even if they come into contact.
The fastening element preferably has at least a first leg and a second leg spaced apart from it and running parallel to it, a middle part which connects the two legs to one another, and a coupling element for connection to the fixing system. Particularly preferably, the legs each have a locking bolt receiving opening at a front or outer end remote from the middle part, in particular a hole into which a locking bolt can be inserted to secure the fastening element to the track system. The locking bolt receiving openings are arranged on the legs in such a way that a locking bolt that can be inserted into the locking bolt receiving openings is between a rail web of the rail of the track system and a rail fixation that fixes the rail, in particular a fastening screw and / or a tension clamp, via which the rail is attached to a threshold, for example a on a sleeper arranged on a ballast bed, or on a solid roadway, in which the rails are mounted directly on a superstructure made of concrete or asphalt or on rail support points arranged thereon. Using the locking bolt receiving openings or the locking bolts that can be inserted into them, it is possible to quickly and reliably secure the fastening element to the track system and then also to quickly unlock and remove the fastening element from the rail or the track system. The simple and rapid securing and unlocking of the fastening element on a rail is particularly advantageous when attaching track protection fences that are only temporarily attached to a track system.
Particularly preferably, the fastening element has a substantially U-shaped configuration, with the legs in particular enclosing a substantially right angle with the middle part. The U-shaped design and the legs spaced apart from one another make it particularly possible to attach it of the fastening element on different types of thresholds, the thresholds being able to be arranged in particular between the legs.
The fastening element particularly preferably consists of the middle part, the coupling element and the legs connected to it, in particular firmly connected. Further components, in particular components that are not firmly connected to the legs or the middle part, which make the handling of the fastening element or its attachment to a track system more difficult or could impair its stability, are not required.
In an advantageous embodiment, the legs of the fastening element each have a receptacle for at least partially receiving a rail foot of the rail or for at least partially receiving the rail foot and a rail foot fastening provided for fastening a rail foot on a sleeper, for example a fastening plate, of the track system. The receptacles are arranged in particular at the front ends of the legs that are remote from the middle part. The locking bolt receiving openings are particularly preferably arranged above the receptacles on the legs. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the legs of the fastening element each have a receptacle on an underside, in particular essentially flat, contact section which, when fastening the fastening element to a track system, is at least partially on the underside of the rail or the rail foot and / or a The rail foot fastening fastening the rail, in particular a fastening plate mounted on a threshold, is arranged. The contact section preferably rests on the underside of the rail. Using the described design of the legs of the fastening element, in addition to simply attaching the fastening element to a rail, secure fastening of the fastening element to the rail is possible. In particular, the receptacle and the contact section arranged on an underside of a rail foot and/or a rail foot fastening allow a rail to be twisted or tilted attached fastening element about an axis running parallel to the rail, i.e. tilting upwards or downwards is not possible or only possible to a limited extent.
In an advantageous embodiment of the fastening element, the legs of the fastening element each comprise a contact element that can be placed on a surface and each have a side part arranged on the contact element and having the locking bolt receiving opening, or the legs consist of these. The front end of the contact element remote from the middle part can in particular form the contact section delimiting the receptacle on an underside. In particular, the contact element can also protrude beyond the front end of the side part. The side parts can in particular be welded to the contact elements. Particularly preferably, the contact elements and/or the side parts and/or the middle part are essentially flat, in particular formed from a metal plate. Very particularly preferably, the two contact elements and the middle part are formed in one piece or from a common piece. The configurations described provide a production-technically simple, easy-to-handle and stable design of the fastening element.
In a preferred embodiment of the fastening element, the coupling element, which can in particular be a coupling tube, is designed for releasably attaching the fixing system, in particular for releasably attaching the insulating connector piece. The coupling element is preferably arranged centrally between the legs on the middle part, in particular welded to it. On the one hand, this ensures a stable design of the fastening element. On the other hand, the detachable attachment of the additional track device makes it easy to handle, especially easy to attach the fastening element to the track system. After the fastening element has been attached and secured to the track system, the insulating connector piece can simply be connected to the coupling element and fixed to it.
In an advantageous embodiment, the track protection fence system comprises a locking bolt which can be inserted into the locking bolt receiving openings of the fastening element, the locking bolt having a spring element at a first end and a securing element, in particular a tilting element, at its second end for releasably fixing the locking bolt in the locking bolt receiving openings. When a locking bolt is inserted or secured into the locking bolt receiving openings, the spring element and the securing element rest in particular on an outer side of the locking bolt receiving openings. Via the spring element and the securing element, which in particular has a locking and unlocking position, it is possible to securely fix a locking bolt inserted into the locking bolt receiving openings in these and thus securely fasten the fastening element to a track system. To move the securing element of the locking bolt inserted into the locking bolt receiving openings from a locking position to an unlocking position and vice versa, an external force must be applied against the spring element. This prevents the locking bolt from being accidentally released from the locking bolt receiving openings.
