dass an der Außenseite der Bandenelemente, im Abstand von diesen, Seile mit Spannvorrichtungen gespannt sind, wobei die Seile in Längsrichtung der Bandenelemente verlaufen und von am Boden befestigten Stützen gehalten sind, und
dass die Bandenelemente von ihrer Rückseite abstehende starre Halter mit Seilführungselementen haben, die mit den Seilen verbunden sind, so dass sich die Bandenelemente elastisch an den Seilen abstützen.
