Claims (18)
- Transfereinheit (C), um Umhüllungen (3), die Gruppen von Raucherzeugnissen enthalten, zu transferieren, wobei ihr gegenseitiger Abstand geändert wird; wobei die Transfereinheit (C) umfasst:mindestens zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31), die jeweils ausgelegt sind, eine jeweilige Umhüllung (3) aufzunehmen;mindestens eine erste Ausgangsstation (S8);eine einzige Eingangsstation (S6);eine Einsetzvorrichtung (32), die konfiguriert ist, zwei Umhüllungen (3), die in einem Eingangsabstand (I) voneinander angeordnet sind, gleichzeitig in die Transfertaschen (30, 31) einzusetzen, die sich zusammen in der Eingangsstation (S6) befinden;eine Extraktionsvorrichtung (33), die konfiguriert ist, zwei Umhüllungen (3), die in einem Ausgangsabstand (O), der vom Eingangsabstand (I) verschieden ist, voneinander angeordnet sind, gleichzeitig aus den Transfertaschen (30, 31) zu extrahieren, die sich zusammen in der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) befinden, um die zwei Umhüllungen (3) in mindestens eine Zuführtasche (27) eines Zuführförderers (26) einzusetzen; undeine erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34), die konfiguriert ist, die zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) gleichzeitig zwischen der Eingangsstation (S6) und der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) zu bewegen;wobei die Transfereinheit (C) dadurch gekennzeichnet, ist, dass:die Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) konfiguriert ist, die zwei Umhüllungen (3) gleichzeitig in zwei jeweilige und verschiedene Zuführtaschen (27) des Zuführförderers (26) einzusetzen; unddie erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) konfiguriert ist, die zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) gleichzeitig entlang einer Bewegungsrichtung (D1) zwischen der Eingangsstation (S6) und der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) zu bewegen, wobei bewirkt wird, dass die zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) Wege (C1, C2) mit unterschiedlichen Längen zurücklegen.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 1, wobei:die Eingangsstation (S6) und die erste Ausgangsstation (S8) entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) aufeinander ausgerichtet sind; unddie zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) aufeinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) ein erstes Aktuatorelement (35), das mit einer Transfertasche (31) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Aktuatorelement (36), das vom ersten Aktuatorelement (35) getrennt und unabhängig ist und mit einer weiteren Transfertasche (30) verbunden ist, umfasst.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) die zwei Aktuatorelemente (35, 36) immer entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) in der gleichen Weise bewegt und bewirkt, dass die zwei Aktuatorelemente (35, 36) differenzierte Wege (C1, C2) zurücklegen.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) umfasst:ein erstes Betätigungselement (37), das das erste Aktuatorelement (35) abwechselnd in beiden Richtungen entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegt;ein zweites Betätigungselement (38), das das zweite Aktuatorelement (36) abwechselnd in beiden Richtungen entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegt.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das erste Betätigungselement (37) einen ersten Elektromotor umfasst und das zweite Betätigungselement (38) einen zweiten Elektromotor umfasst, der vom ersten Elektromotor getrennt und unabhängig ist.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 5, wobei:die erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) einen einzigen gemeinsamen Elektromotor (39) umfasst;das erste Betätigungselement (37) die Bewegung von dem gemeinsamen Elektromotor (39) auf das erste Aktuatorelement (35) überträgt; unddas zweite Betätigungselement (38) die Bewegung von dem gemeinsamen Elektromotor (39) auf das zweite Aktuatorelement (36) überträgt.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 7, wobei:das erste Betätigungselement (37) einen ersten Schwingarm (40) umfasst, der in der Mitte angelenkt ist, derart, um sich um eine erste Drehachse (42) zu drehen, und an einem Ende mit dem ersten Aktuatorelement (35) verbunden ist; unddas zweite Betätigungselement (38) einen zweiten Schwingarm (43) umfasst, der in der Mitte angelenkt ist, derart, um sich um eine zweite Drehachse (44) zu drehen, und an einem Ende mit dem zweiten Aktuatorelement (36) verbunden ist.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 8, wobei:die zwei Schwingarme (40, 43) mittels eines Verbindungsarms (45) miteinander verbunden sind, derart, um sich zusammen um die jeweiligen Drehachsen (42, 44) zu drehen;der gemeinsame Elektromotor (39) die Drehbewegung mittels eines Exzenterarms (46), der an einem Hebel (47) angelenkt ist, der mit dem Schwingarm (40) integral ist, lediglich auf einen der zwei Schwingarme (40, 43) überträgt.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 9, wobei:die Einsetzvorrichtung (32) zwei erste Schiebeelemente (48) umfasst, die im Bereich der Eingangsstation (S6) angeordnet sind und senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegbar sind; unddie Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) zwei zweite Schiebeelemente (49) umfasst, die im Bereich der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) angeordnet sind und senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegbar sind.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 10, und umfassend:ein gemeinsames biegesteifes Trägerelement (50), das sowohl die zwei ersten Schiebeelemente (48) als auch die zwei zweiten Schiebeelemente (49) trägt; undeine zweite Bewegungsvorrichtung (51), die das dritte Trägerelement (50) abwechselnd sowohl entlang einer horizontalen Hauptrichtung (D2), die zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) senkrecht ist, als auch entlang einer sekundären vertikalen Richtung (D3), die zur Hauptrichtung (D2) senkrecht ist und zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) senkrecht ist, bewegt.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zweite Bewegungsvorrichtung (51) bewirkt, dass das dritte Trägerelement (50) einen Arbeitsweg zurücklegt, indem das dritte Trägerelement (50) lediglich entlang der Hauptrichtung (D2) bewegt wird, und bewirkt, dass das dritte Trägerelement (50) einen Rücklaufweg zurücklegt, indem das dritte Trägerelement (50) zuerst in der sekundären Richtung (D3) und nach unten, anschließend in der Hauptrichtung (D2) mit einer in Bezug auf den Arbeitsweg entgegengesetzten Richtung und anschließend in der sekundären Richtung (D3) und nach oben bewegt wird.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 12, wobei:vier Transfertaschen (28, 29, 30, 31) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils ausgelegt sind, eine jeweilige Umhüllung (3) aufzunehmen;zwei Ausgangsstationen (S7, S8) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Eingangsstation (S6) zwischen ihnen angeordnet ist;die Einsetzvorrichtung (32) ausgelegt ist, gleichzeitig zwei Umhüllungen (3), die in einem Eingangsabstand (I) voneinander angeordnet sind, in eine erste Transfertasche (30) und in eine zweite Transfertasche (31), die sich zusammen in der Eingangsstation (S6) befinden, oder in eine dritte Transfertasche (28) und in eine vierte Transfertasche (29), die sich zusammen in der Eingangsstation (S6) befinden, einzusetzen;die Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) ausgelegt ist, gleichzeitig zwei Umhüllungen (3), die im Ausgangsabstand (O) voneinander angeordnet sind, aus der ersten Transfertasche (30) und aus der zweiten Transfertasche (31), die sich zusammen in der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) befinden, oder aus der dritten Transfertasche (28) und aus der vierten Transfertasche (29), die sich zusammen in einer zweiten Ausgangsstation (S7) befinden, die in Bezug auf die Eingangsstation (S6) zur ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) entgegengesetzt liegt, zu extrahieren; unddie erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) ausgelegt ist, die erste Transfertasche (30) und die zweite Transfertasche (31) entlang der Bewegungsrichtung (D1) zwischen der Eingangsstation (S6) und der ersten Ausgangsstation (S8) zu bewegen, und gleichzeitig ausgelegt ist, die dritte Transfertasche (28) und die vierte Transfertasche (29) zwischen der zweiten Ausgangsstation (S7) und der Eingangsstation (S6) zu bewegen.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die erste Transfertasche (30) und die zweite Transfertasche (31) auf einer Seite angeordnet sind, während die dritte Transfertasche (28) und die vierte Transfertasche (29) auf der entgegengesetzten Seite angeordnet sind, derart, dass die erste Transfertasche (30) und die vierte Transfertasche (29) zwischen der zweiten Transfertasche (31) und der dritten Transfertasche (28) angeordnet sind.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die erste Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) ein erstes Aktuatorelement (35), das mit der zweiten Transfertasche (31) und mit der dritten Transfertasche (28) verbunden ist, die sich daher immer auf eine synchrone Weise bewegen, und ein zweites Aktuatorelement (36), das vom ersten Aktuatorelement (35) getrennt und unabhängig ist und mit der ersten Transfertasche (30) und mit der vierten Transfertasche (29) verbunden ist, die sich daher immer auf eine synchrone Weise bewegen, umfasst.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach Anspruch 12, 13 oder 14, wobei:die Einsetzvorrichtung (32) zwei erste Schiebeelemente (48) umfasst, die im Bereich der Eingangsstation (S6) angeordnet sind und senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegbar sind; unddie Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) zwei Paare zweiter Schiebeelemente (49) umfasst, die im Bereich der Ausgangsstationen (S7, S8) angeordnet sind und senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) bewegbar sind.
- Transfereinheit (C) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 16, wobei sich der Zuführförderer (26) entlang eines Zuführpfads (P3) bewegt, der zur Bewegungsrichtung (D1) parallel ist, der mit einer in Bezug auf eine Bewegung der Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) doppelten Geschwindigkeit einen Weg zurücklegt, der gleich dem Ausgangsabstand (O) ist.
- Transferverfahren, um Umhüllungen (3), die Gruppen von Raucherzeugnissen enthalten, zu transferieren, wobei ihr gegenseitiger Abstand geändert wird; wobei das Transferverfahren die Schritte umfasst:gleichzeitiges Einsetzen von zwei Umhüllungen (3), die in einem Eingangsabstand (I) voneinander angeordnet sind, mittels einer Einsetzvorrichtung (32) in die Transfertaschen (30, 31), die sich zusammen in einer einzigen Eingangsstation (S6) befinden;gleichzeitiges Extrahieren von zwei Umhüllungen (3), die in einem Ausgangsabstand (O), der vom Eingangsabstand (I) verschieden ist, voneinander angeordnet sind, mittels einer Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) aus den Transfertaschen (30, 31), die sich zusammen in einer Ausgangsstation (S8) befinden, um die zwei Umhüllungen (3) in mindestens eine Zuführtasche (27) eines Zuführförderers (26) einzusetzen; undgleichzeitiges Bewegen der ersten Transfertasche (30) und der zweiten Transfertasche (31) mittels einer Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) zwischen der Eingangsstation (S6) und der Ausgangsstation (S8);wobei das Transferverfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:die Extraktionsvorrichtung (33) die zwei Umhüllungen (3) gleichzeitig in zwei jeweilige und verschiedene Zuführtaschen (27) des Zuführförderers (26) einsetzt; unddie Bewegungsvorrichtung (34) die zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) gleichzeitig entlang einer Bewegungsrichtung (D1) zwischen der Eingangsstation (S6) und der Ausgangsstation (S8) bewegt, wobei bewirkt wird, dass die zwei Transfertaschen (30, 31) Wege (C1, C2) mit einer unterschiedlichen Länge zurücklegen.
