Description

The invention relates to a shaft, the shaft walls of which are made of plastic injection-molded wall elements that are placed one on top of the other. Two or three rows of wall elements are usually arranged one above the other, with the upper end of the shaft walls formed in this way consisting of a steel frame on which one or more manhole covers are arranged. The shaft walls composed of wall elements are fastened to one another at the corners of the shaft.

The wall elements have integrated breakaway surfaces, which are usually circular and are designed to be broken out if necessary to form wall openings through which cables, tubing bundles and/or pipes can enter and/or exit the duct. If the pipes or cables have smaller cross-sectional dimensions than the wall openings through which they pass, they can be passed through plugs that are inserted into the wall openings, so that the shaft walls also at the wall openings against ingress of water and/or sand, mud or Rubble from the ground, in which a shaft of the type under consideration is embedded, is sealed. If the diameter of the pipes or cables matches that of the wall openings, the need for sealing with plugs is eliminated.

In practice, there are already pipes and/or cables running where a shaft is to be installed in the ground. If a pre-assembled manhole of the type under consideration is placed on the pipes or cables, this has result in the bottom of the shaft being difficult to seal against the ingress of water. With conventional shafts of the type under consideration, it is not possible to guide the pipes and/or cables through wall openings in the shaft walls, which can be opened by drilling or cutting out the wall openings or by breaking out predetermined breaking surfaces.

The EP 2 631 370 A2 discloses a shaft, the shaft walls of which consist of wall elements arranged one above the other, into which pipe entries can be introduced, through which in turn cables, pipe bundles and/or pipes can enter and/or leave the shaft, with at least some wall elements having integrated predetermined breaking surfaces which can be broken out in order to form wall openings for cables and/or pipes, with at least one wall element in at least one shaft wall being divided into an upper and a lower wall element part which are detachably assembled, with the dividing line running approximately centrally through the wall element, and with the at least a split wall element is the lowest wall element of a shaft wall. To connect the wall element parts arranged one above the other, rotary bolts are used, which pass through vertically running, mutually aligned through-openings in the wall element parts.

The KR 100 543 660 B1 proposes a rivet and bolt connection for fastening divided wall element parts.

The KR 100 949 742 B1 proposes a spring-bolt construction for fixing a manhole cover, with the publication giving no indication of the use of this construction as a wall connector.

The present invention is based on the object of further developing a shaft of the type under consideration in such a way that the above problem is solved.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1 .

Advantageous developments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.

The invention provides that at least one wall element is divided in the installed position into an upper and a lower wall element part, which are releasably assembled, the dividing line running approximately centrally through the wall element, preferably through predetermined breaking surfaces of the wall element. According to the invention, the at least one divided wall element is the lowest wall element of a shaft wall.

It is preferred that the lowermost wall elements of two shaft walls that lie opposite one another are designed to be divided, it also being possible for three or four shaft walls to be composed of wall element parts.

This design means that the shaft can be placed on continuous pipes and/or cables when it is installed in the ground, after the lower wall element parts of the lowest wall elements are preferably removed from the two opposite short shaft walls. The two upper and lower wall panel parts can now have the substantially bisected integrated frangible surfaces broken out, whereupon the lower wall panel parts are reassembled with the upper wall panel parts, with the pipes and/or cables being lifted and passing through the wall openings thus formed. If necessary, these wall openings can be plugged be closed, filling the remaining gaps in the wall opening.

Before the preassembled manhole is placed onto the running pipes and/or cables in the manner described, an associated bottom plate of the manhole is positioned under the pipes and/or cables, whereupon the preassembled manhole is placed on the bottom plate.

According to the invention, it is also provided that the lower wall element part of the divided wall element is detachably fastened to the upper wall element part with the aid of spring locks on both sides. The spring locks can be attached to the side frame sections of the wall element. The spring locks can be designed in such a way that they can be pulled back laterally from the lower wall element part against the force of their springs in order to free the lower wall element part so that it can be removed. If the lower wall element part is to be fastened again, it is placed on the side frame sections, with the spring locks in This position can be advanced by spring force on the lower part of the wall element.

In this way, the lower wall member parts can be quickly and easily removed and reattached without the aid of tools to accommodate passing pipes and/or cables in selected wall openings of the lower wall members of the shaft walls.

The wall elements 2, 3 and 4 are made of plastic using the injection molding process and have a ribbed structure which gives the wall elements high stability while being lightweight. Halfway up each wall element, three circular predetermined breaking surfaces 5 are integrated, which can be broken out around wall openings form, through which pipes, cables or the like can enter the shaft or can leave the shaft if required.

Die Trennlinie 6 halbiert im wesentlichen die Sollbruchflächen 5.The bottom wall element 2 is divided halfway up into two wall element parts 2' and 2'', the dividing line being denoted by the reference number 6 in the figure. The dividing line 6 essentially bisects the predetermined breaking surfaces 5.

The lower wall element part 2' is fastened by a left spring fastener 7 and a right spring fastener 8 to side frame sections 9 and 10, respectively. The lower wall element part 2' is detachably fastened with these spring locks 7, 8 so that the lower wall element part 2' can be removed if necessary so that the shaft wall 1 or the entire shaft can be placed on pipes or cables running through near the ground. After frangible surfaces 5 have been broken out, the lower wall element part 2' is reattached to the frame sections 9, 10 by means of the spring fasteners 7, 8, the pipes and/or cables being lifted so that they pass through the wall openings.

Dabei wird eine aus Metallprofilen bestehende Bodenwand 11 sichtbar, auf die der Schacht aufgesetzt wird. figure 2 shows the state in which the lower wall element part 2' has been removed. A bottom wall 11 consisting of metal profiles becomes visible, on which the shaft is placed.

The spring latches each have a portion immovably fixed to the associated frame portion 9 or 10 and a movable latch portion which is spring biased and movable horizontally between a release position of the lower panel part 2' and its fixed position. For this purpose, the spring fastener 7 on the left in the figure engages in a recess 12 and the right spring fastener 8 engages in a recess 13 of the ribbed structure of the lower wall element part 2'.

In order to be able to remove the lower wall element part 2', a fitter pushes the two spring locks 7, 8 simultaneously against spring force to the right or left, as a result of which the lower wall element part 2' is released for removal. To fasten it again, the lower wall element part 2' is placed on the spring locks 7, 8, with the two spring locks being pushed into the open position by inclined wall sections and then snapping into the closed position when the lower wall element part rests against the frame elements 9, 10.

The Figures 3 and 4 show the right spring lock 8 first in the closed position and then in the released position, which is shifted to the right and indicated by arrows.

The show accordingly figures 5 and 6 the spring lock 7 in the closed position or blocking position and in the release position pulled back to the left.

It is emphasized that the invention is not limited to the described and illustrated embodiments, but all disclosed features can be combined with each other in any reasonable way within the scope of the claims.
