  • the present invention provides for a footwear article which allows for the implementation of an insole, which maybe interchangeable or replaceable which advantageously provides for comfort to a user, which does not require the insole to be electrically conductive.
  • the discharge element or portion thereof which is in electrical communication with the ground surface upon which a user may stand or walk upon during use, provides for passage or flow of static charge from the foot of the user to the ground surface.
  • a footwear article having an interchangeable insole which provides for accumulated static discharge from the body of a user footwear, as is described, is achieved by use on an insole which is not necessarily required to form part of the electric charge discharge pathway between the foot of the user and the ground surface.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un article chaussant (200a) pour fournir une décharge statique à partir du corps d'un utilisateur de l'article chaussant (200a) sur une surface de sol, ledit article chaussant (200a) comprenant une semelle d'usure (220a) ayant une ou plusieurs ouvertures s'étendant à travers celle-ci de façon à fournir un passage à partir d'une surface supérieure (224a) de la semelle d'usure (220a) à une surface de sol ; une tige (222a), ladite tige (222a) s'étendant à partir d'au moins une partie de la périphérie de la semelle d'usure (220a) et s'étendant sur au moins une partie du pied de l'utilisateur, de façon à fixer la chaussure au pied de l'utilisateur ; une semelle intérieure (250a) située au-dessus de ladite semelle d'usure (220a) ; et un élément de décharge électriquement conducteur (242a) situé à l'intérieur dudit passage de la semelle d'usure (220a) et s'étendant entre la semelle d'usure (220a) et la semelle intérieure (250a) et en communication électrique entre la surface de sol et le pied de l'utilisateur ; sur le corps de l'utilisateur ayant développé une charge statique à l'intérieur de celui-ci, ladite charge statique étant au moins partiellement déchargée de la charge s'écoulant du pied de l'utilisateur à l'élément de décharge (242a) et de l'élément de décharge (242a) à la surface de sol.
