Claims (4)

  1. - Mechanismus mit einstellbarem Winkel für eineKräusel- und Blockiermaschine für Leder und/oder synthetische Materialien, umfassend:
    Einen Hauptrahmen (9), einen beweglichen Untergehäuserahmen (10) und einen Hauptquer- und Presszylinder (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner umfasst:
    einen kleinen Querzylinder (7) des beweglichen Rahmens (10) des Untergehäuses, zwei Biegezylinder (6), die an dem beweglichen Unterrahmen (10) angebracht sind, wobei jeder der Biegezylinder (6) eine Platte (5) antreibt, die darauf schwenkteine Welle (4), wobei an den Platten (5) zwei Gleitflächen (3) angebracht sind, die eine flexible männliche Form (2) in Kombination mit einer feststehenden weiblichen Form (1) und dem einstellbaren Winkel aufnehmen und an Ort und Stelle verriegeln Mechanismus so konfiguriert ist, dass, wenn der Mechanismus aktiviert wird und gegen die feststehende Matrize (1) gedrückt wird, und aufgrund seiner Gestaltung die flexible Patrize (2) so konfiguriertist, dasssie die Form der Matrize (1) kopiert, in männlich-weiblicher Weise, wodurch die Notwendigkeit für ein nachträgliches Beschneiden oder Bügeln eines bearbeiteten Stücks entfällt - außerdemist der Mechanismus so konfiguriert, dass er viele verschiedene Winkel erreicht, wobei diese Winkel mechanisch einstellbar sind, ohne dass die Form en gewechselt warden müssen, und konfiguriert sind, damit zu arbeiten jede Art von Material und zum Erzielen eines gleichmäßigen Pressens des gesamten Material bereichs sowie zum Steuern der Dehnung der flexible Patrize (2).
  2. -Mechanismus mit einstellbarem Winkel für eine Kräusel- und Blockiermaschine für Leder und/oder synthetische Materialien nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegezylinder unabhängig gesteuert werden, so dass viele verschiedene einstellbare Winkel des Mechanismus erreichtwerden, ohne dass dies erforderlich ist des Formenwechsels.
  3. -Mechanismus mit einstellbarem Winkel für eine Kräusel- und Blockiermaschine für Leder und/oder synthetische Materialien, wie in den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er so konfiguriert ist, dass er die Notwendigkeit für Deformationen nach dem Beschneiden des Materials, den Mechanismus mit einstellbarem Winkel, eliminiert so konfiguriert ist, dass sie zu einer Press- und Biegebewegung führt, die ermöglicht wird, indem die Bewegungen der Zylinder (8,6), die die zwei Kippplatten (5) antreiben, mittels des Schwenkpunkts (4) zeitlich abgestimmt werden, wobei die Platten (5 ) die zwei Gleitflächen (3) angebracht sind, die Öffnungen zum Aufnehmen und Verriegeln der flexible Patrize (2) in Position aufweisen und gleichzeitig ihre Dehnung steuern, wodurch ein Formen des Materials erreicht wird, ohne die geometrische Gesamtform des Materials zuverändern, denn es gibt nahezu keine Dehnung der flexible Patrize (2).
  4. -.Verfahrenzum Betreibeneines Mechanismus miteinstellbarem Winkel für eineKräusel- und Blockiermaschine für Leder und/oder synthetische Materialien nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn ein Materialstück auf die flexible Patrize (2) gelegtwird, die beiden Querzylinder (7, 8) komprimieren es nacheinander und dann die Biegezylinder (6), wodurch die flexible Patrize (2) veranlasst wird, sich in zwei Bögen nach vorne und hinten zu biegen und so weiter gegen die feststehende Matrize (1) zupressen Formgebung und gleichmäßiges Andrücken der gesamten Fläche des verarbeiteten Materials.
