Description

Gebiet der Erfindungfield of invention

The invention relates to a blade set for a hair clipper, in which the cutting edge is designed in a wavy manner.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In the state of the art there is a large number of hair clippers with different sets of blades. For example, the US7841901B2 a blade assembly for a hair clipper comprising at least one stationary blade having a plurality of stationary blade teeth and at least one movable blade having a plurality of movable blade teeth configured for lateral reciprocation relative to the at least one stationary blade for cutting hair. The movable blade has a set of long teeth configured to cut hair across a width of the movable blade and a set of short teeth configured to cut hair across the width of the movable blade when a feed speed of the hair clipper is one exceeds a certain speed.

Die messerartigen Klingenkanten bilden eine erste Linie, die zwischen einer zweiten Linie, die durch die Wurzeln der stationären Klingenzähne gebildet wird, und einer dritten Linie liegt, die durch die Spitzen der stationären Klingenzähne gebildet wird.the U.S. 5,933,964 discloses a hair clipper for cutting strands of hair comprising a blade assembly having a stationary blade with a plurality of stationary blade teeth arranged in a row such that strands of hair enter between adjacent stationary teeth as the blade assembly moves through the strands of hair. The stationary bucket teeth have angled lateral cutting edges and tips, and the lateral cutting edges of adjacent teeth root where they intersect. A moveable blade has multiple moveable blade teeth, also arranged in a row. The moveable blade teeth complement the stationary blade teeth and go over the stationary blade teeth to cut some of the strands of hair. The moving blade teeth are relatively short and preferably have flat tips. The movable blade teeth are separated by blade-like edge surfaces which are aligned in the direction of movement of the movable blade and are capable of cutting some of the strands of hair that enter between the stationary blade teeth. The knife-like blade edges form a first line that lies between a second line formed by the roots of the stationary blade teeth and a third line formed by the tips of the stationary blade teeth.

With these hair clippers, the focus is on cutting the hair in the same length. It is therefore difficult to cut a transition with these hair clippers, because small cutting errors at the transition are immediately noticeable due to the hair being cut to the same length.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a blade assembly that simplifies the cutting of transitions so that even non-professional users can create a beautiful transition.

The object is solved by a blade assembly according to claim 1. Further features embodying the invention are contained in the dependent claims.

A blade arrangement for a hair clipper according to the invention comprises a comb with a front cutting edge which is formed from toothed elements, a blade with a front cutting edge which is formed from toothed elements, the cutting edge being formed at the front end sloping towards the lower cutting edge and the upper blade is designed to be movable relative to the lower blade, a connecting device which connects the comb and the blade to one another, and a spring element which biases the comb and the blade towards one another, the cutting edge of the blade being formed in a wave shape, the front cutting edge the blade has at least 3 tooth elements of different lengths and/or the front edges of the individual tooth elements are curved/bent according to the waveform. Due to the different lengths of toothed elements and the curved cutting edges of the toothed elements, the hair is cut in slightly different lengths, which greatly improves the cutting pattern in the transitions during normal use of the hair clipper without any particular practice.

A shaft preferably extends from one highest point of the shaft to the next over at least 4 tooth elements, more preferably over 5 or 6 and/or over at most 15 tooth elements, more preferably over 13 or 10. The height from the wave tip to the wave bottom is in particular between 1 mm and 4 mm, preferably at most 3 mm, more preferably at most 2 mm. The crest is the point furthest in front of the wave, and the bottom is the point furthest behind.

The wave shape is preferably formed uniformly, as a result of which a more uniform cutting of the individual different hair lengths can be achieved.

The outermost lateral tooth elements can be designed as a wave tip. This creates a uniform and, in particular, symmetrical blade arrangement, which simplifies manufacture.

In particular, the cutting edges of the toothed elements that are further to the front are thinner than those that are further to the rear.

Ferner kann die vordere Schneidkante der oberen Klinge mindestens 4 unterschiedlich lange Zahnelemente aufweisen, bevorzugt 5 oder 6, höchstens aber 10.Furthermore, the front cutting edge of the upper blade can have at least 4 tooth elements of different lengths, preferably 5 or 6, but at most 10.

Preferably, the tooth elements are arranged lengthwise in ascending and descending order. This will make the cut of the transition smoother and more beautiful.

In figure 2 the blade assembly 10 can be seen in an assembled state, in which all individual parts of the blade assembly are installed. In figure 1 and figure 2 Although the embodiment of the blade 40 is from figure 4 1, but this is to be understood as exemplary only and the blade assembly described can be used with any blade.

In figure 3 the comb 30 is shown. Figure 3a 12 is a view of the top of the comb 30 when the blade assembly 10 is mounted on a clipper handle. The comb 30 has a leading edge 34 formed with toothed elements 36 . Furthermore, the comb has two bores 38 to which the connecting device is fastened with the fastening means 13 . Tooth elements 36 are preferably tapered, with the lower side (see Figure 3b ) on which the blade 40, 50, 60, 70 rests, is formed flat so that the cut is not impaired. That is, the incline 31 is formed on the upper side and can in particular also begin before the toothed elements.

Figure 3c 12 is a side view of comb 30. Bores 38 are located in indentations 37. FIG. Furthermore, a recess 35 is also formed in front of the toothed elements 36 . The blades 40, 50, 60, 70 are inserted into these depressions in such a way that they can be moved back and forth by the actuating element and laterally by the drive.

In the Figures 4 to 7 Various embodiments of blade assemblies are shown. The general structure of the blades 40, 50, 60, 70 is the same, which is why the following description applies to all blades 50, 60, 70. in the figures 4a , 5a , 6a and 7a An isometric view of the underside of blades 40, 50, 60, 70 is shown in each case. the figures 4b , 5b , 6b and 7b Fig. 12 are top views of blades 40, 50, 60, 70 abutting comb 30, and Figs figures 4b , 5b , 6b and 7b are views of the underside of the blades 40, 50, 60, 70. In the blade 40, 50, 60, 70, a mounting recess 41, 51, 61, 71 for mounting the transmission element 20 is provided. The holes 42, 52, 62, 72 for the spring element 16 are formed on both sides of the fastening recess 41, 51, 61, 71.

In Figure 4d A side view of blade 40 is shown. From the side you can see that the blade 40 has two bearing feet 43 which, when mounted, are in the recesses 35, 37 are included. The feet 43 and the indentations 35, 37 are designed in such a way that the movement of the blade 40 forwards/backwards by the actuating element 18 is ensured. The connecting part 43, so to speak the bridge 43, connects the feet of the blade 40 to one another. Figure 4e 4f is a rear view of the blade 40, and 4f is a front view showing the cutting edges of the tooth members 46. FIG. These views are in the in figure 5 , 6 and 7 shown embodiments not shown. However, these blades 50, 60, 70 are designed accordingly.

The tooth elements 46, 56, 66, 76 are formed on the leading edge 44, 54, 64, 74 of the blade 40. FIG. The tooth elements 46, 56, 66, 76 are formed in a wave shape. That means the extension forward (above in Figure 4b ) of the individual toothed elements 46 is adapted to a particularly uniform wavy line. As a result, the toothed elements 46, 56, 66, 76 have different lengths towards the front, so that there are at least 3 different long toothed elements 46, 56, 66, 76 (short, medium, long) and a shaft (from a longest toothed element 46 , 56, 66, 76 to the next longest tooth element 46, 56, 66, 76). The toothed elements 46, 56, 66, 76 lying on the outside are preferably also the largest toothed elements 46, 56, 66, 76, so that the wavy line always ends at a maximum. Furthermore, a toothed element 46, 56, 66, 76 does not have to be placed at each maximum of the wavy line. The tooth elements 46, 56, 66, 76 have at their front end cutting edges 48, 58, 68, 78 which are formed inclined on the underside (the side facing away from the comb 30). In Figure 4d this can be seen from the side. Also in the plan view of the figures 4c , 5c , 6c and 7c an inclination of the cutting edges 48, 58, 68, 78 is shown. The waveforms are preferably formed uniformly (ie always recurring in the same way) and more preferably also symmetrically to a vertical line through the wave maximum.

In the embodiment in figure 4 not only the course of the toothed elements 46 but also the geometry of the cutting edges 48 of the individual toothed elements 46 is adapted to this wavy line, as a result of which these cutting edges 48 are curved in accordance with the wavy line (see also the enlargement in Figs figures 1 and 2 ). In the embodiment of 4 each shaft goes over 3 or 4 gear elements 46 and thus has a "short shaft". Due to the adaptation to the wavy line, there are at least 3 toothed elements 46 of different lengths, but the specific configuration of the toothed elements 46 can lead to a greater variety. For example, the tooth elements 46' and 46'' are of the same length, but the curvature is different Figure 4g a wavy line is shown applied to the cutting edges 48 of the toothed elements 46 . It can be seen how the cutting edges 48 are formed in accordance with the wavy line. Here the "short shaft" is shown, but the cutting edges of those described below "medium wave" and the "long wave" are formed with corresponding wavy lines.

In figure 5 a second embodiment of the toothed elements is shown. Basically, the structure of the blade 50 is the same as in figure 4 , except that here the wave form has a longer wave, ie one wave here goes between 5, 6 or 7 tooth elements 56 and thus has a "middle wave". In this embodiment, too, the cutting edges 58 are curved in accordance with the wavy line.

In figure 6 a third embodiment of the toothed elements is shown. Here, too, the structure of the blade 60 is basically the same as in the first embodiment, which is shown in figure 4 is shown. Compared to the "medium wave" out figure 5 the wave form here has an even longer wave, ie one wave here comprises 10, 11 or even more toothed elements 66. This wave form is referred to as a "long wave". In this embodiment, too, the cutting edges 58 are curved in accordance with the wavy line.

Analogously to the previous embodiments, the structure of the blade 70 is also the same as in the first embodiment, which is shown in FIG figure 4 is shown. Here, however, the cutting edges 78 of the toothed elements 76 do not have any curvature, but rather the waveform is placed through the center point of the cutting edges 78 . There are therefore tooth elements 76 of different lengths with a cutting edge which essentially has no curvature but is straight. A wavy line is then simulated with these toothed elements 76, with two adjacent waves always “sharing” a maximum. A preferred embodiment of the blade 70 is shown, in which a shaft consists of 5 toothed elements, i.e. the wavy line begins with a long toothed element 76', followed by a middle toothed element 76", a short toothed element 76'" and again a middle toothed element 76 ". The final long sprocket 76' is also the start of the adjacent wave. This embodiment can also be applied to longer waveforms by adding further sprockets 76 of different lengths (e.g. a sprocket longer than the middle sprocket 76", but shorter than the long tooth element 76').
