  • a fifth embodiment of the proposed device provides a device according to any of the embodiments 1 -4, wherein the extendable part is adapted to assume at least two configurations, a first non-extended configuration when the device is in an idle state and a second extended configuration when the device is in an operational state, i.e. , when inserted into the water pipe through an open joint.
