Definitions

  • the field of the invention is that of logistics.
  • the invention relates to a package, or a means of logistical packaging, that is to say a container, for the transport of objects between two destinations, by means of a package.
  • a package or a means of logistical packaging, that is to say a container, for the transport of objects between two destinations, by means of a package.
  • packages such as boxes or cardboard boxes are known.
  • packages comprise a box having a bottom and a peripheral rim which together define an internal volume in which the object to be transported is housed.
  • the packages also include a movable lid relative to the crate. These lids can in particular adopt a closed position in which the lid closes off the internal volume of the box.
  • some packages include retaining means to hold the object to be transported in the crate.
  • Retaining means which take the form of foam panels integrated into the box and the lid.
  • the foam panels can, if necessary, be brought back to the checkout. In other words, the foam panels can be integrated into the body only if their presence is required.
  • the foam panels are secured to the bottom of the box, possibly to its peripheral edge, and to the lid.
  • the object to be transported is then inserted into the internal volume so as to come into contact with the foam and to be blocked at least by the bottom foam and the cover foam.
  • This type of retaining means has the major drawback of its thickness, or, in other words, the size it takes up in the internal volume of the box.
  • the foam takes up a major part of the internal volume of the box.
  • the foam has elastic characteristics so as to form deformable retaining means to match the contour of the object to be transported.
  • the same box cannot be used.
  • the foam is not properly deformed in contact with the small object, and the latter may then move around in the internal volume of the body at the risk of being damaged.
  • Carriers or packaging professionals must therefore have packages of different sizes depending on the size of the objects to be transported.
  • the presence of the foam makes the package bulky when not in use, even if the package is foldable to bring it into a “flat” storage or storage configuration.
  • Carriers or packaging professionals must therefore benefit from a large room allowing the storage of packages either in their configuration of use, or partially folded up, or dissociated, i.e. the foam is separated from the crate, this for the different package sizes. This then represents a significant storage cost which is generally charged to the end consumer.
  • the retaining means are in the form of a plastic envelope inside which the object to be transported is slipped, the envelope is then deformed so that its walls come into contact with the object to be transported and hold it in its position.
  • the envelopes can be secured to the bottom of the box and their deformation can be carried out for example by heating so as to retract the material, generally a plastic material, so that it stiffens in contact with the object.
  • a disadvantage of this solution lies in the fact that the deformation of the envelope, when it is carried out by heating, cannot be carried out by everyone since this technique involves the use of specific heating equipment.
  • heating means such as thermal heaters for example, must be used and may require special training so that only professionals can deform the envelope.
  • the envelope can also be integral with a tray intended to be housed in the box.
  • the object is introduced inside the envelope then, in order to secure and hold the object, the envelope is deformed by folding the edges of the plate, so as to stretch the two walls of the envelope to imprison the object.
  • the folded tray can be inserted into the crate and then the movable lid can be closed on the crate.
  • the insertion of the object in the envelope does not pose a problem, however the deformation of the plate, in particular the folding of its edges represents a complicated handling, even impossible to carry out when the object is voluminous and that the The envelope to be deformed offers significant resistance to deformation.
  • the deformation of the envelope can then become time-consuming and put off the professionals who will then make a partial deformation or even offer a larger package generating a higher transport cost for the end consumer.
  • the document WO2017/083115 describes a package according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is in particular to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a package provided with easy-to-use retaining means and allowing the transport of an object in complete safety.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide such a package which, when not in use, has a small footprint so as to limit the storage space for several packages.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide such a package suitable both for the transport of bulky objects and of very small objects, in complete safety.
  • the tensioning of one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means is thus controlled by placing the peripheral edge in the use position.
  • the retaining means are relaxed, which improves their lifespan.
  • continuous tensioning of the retaining means can impair their capacity for deformation, in particular as regards their elasticity which will become weaker as they are kept under tension. This also makes it possible to reduce the size of the package when it is not in use, as is developed below.
  • the package when the package is not in use, it is possible to fold it for storage.
  • the package occupies a limited space, allowing transport professionals in particular to store several packages in a small space.
  • it is then sufficient to shape the package by positioning the border in the position of use, that is to say by positioning the panels of the peripheral rim substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the box.
  • Each side panel is advantageously connected to the front panel and to the rear panel by joining means, the displacement of the side panels during the passage of the peripheral edge from its storage position to its position of use, causing the displacement of the front panel and from the rear panel.
  • the blocking means allow stable maintenance in the use position of the peripheral edge.
  • voluntary action is necessary to position it in its storage position.
  • the shaping of the box in particular the transition of the peripheral rim between its storage position and its use position and the positioning of the object to be transported are then facilitated.
  • the positioning of the side panels perpendicular to the bottom of the body results in the automatic positioning of the front panel and the rear panel also perpendicular to the bottom of the body.
  • the blocking means make it possible to prevent the peripheral rim from adopting its storage position unexpectedly.
  • the locking means act in fact against the retaining means which tend to attract the panels of the peripheral rim towards the bottom of the box, that is to say to position the peripheral rim in its storage position.
  • by a simple pulling movement on the side panels towards the outside of the box it is possible to shape the box to allow its use. This is notably faster than a conventional box in which each panel of the peripheral rim is positioned perpendicular to the bottom of the box independently of the other panels, without a locking device in the use position of the panels.
  • Such locking means are simple to implement and maintain the peripheral rim in its position of use. Indeed, these locking means do not require the use of dedicated tools or of a particular technique. In other words, these assembly means can be used by anyone shaping the body, without any special skills.
  • At least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has at least one elastically deformable portion.
  • the retaining means allows the retaining means to adapt to the shape of the object to be transported.
  • the elastically deformable portion allows the retaining means to exert a force on the object to be transported to maintain it in the internal volume between the two parts of the retaining means.
  • At least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has an adherent coating.
  • At least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has a slippery coating, the adherent coating being located between two portions of the slippery coating.
  • the adherent coating which is primarily in contact with the object to be transported, and the slippery coating, which is in contact with a peripheral part of the object to be transported and generates the tensile force of the retaining means, allow the adaptation of the retaining means to the contours of the object to be transported.
  • the sliding coating prevents the retaining means from adhering completely to the object to be transported so that the adherent coating is positioned substantially in the center of the internal volume of the box when it is in contact with the object to be transported. carry.
  • the combination of the adherent coating, the slippery coating and the elastically deformable portion makes it possible to significantly reduce the force applied by the retaining means on the object to be transported in order to maintain it in the internal volume.
  • the force applied to the object to be transported is the product of the elastic force of the elastically deformable means by the coefficient of friction of the adherent coating.
  • member is centered with respect to the bottom of the case in the closed position of the cover.
  • the object to be transported is thus held between the two parts of the retaining means.
  • foam makes it possible to offer a soft contact, that is to say presenting no risk of damaging the object to be transported.
  • the spacing between the bottom and the first part of the retaining means promotes the deformation of the first part of the retaining means which does not get damaged against the bottom of the box by friction for example.
  • the attachment of the second part of the retaining means to the bottom of the box on the one hand, and to the leg of the lid on the other hand, allows the simple placing of the lid in the closed position to ensure the retention of the object in the box. .
  • the object is held in the box by being wedged between the bottom of the box and the retaining means which then come to cover the object.
  • the free end of the leg coming close to the bottom makes it possible to position the second end of the second part of the retaining means also close to the bottom, and more particularly resting on the bottom when the free end of the leg is spaced from the bottom of the body only by the thickness of the second part of the retaining means. This thus makes it possible to press the object to be maintained against the bottom of the box to ensure its maintenance.
  • the retaining means comprise at least one strap.
  • one or more straps makes it possible to confer on the retaining means a limit to the deformation which is particularly useful, in particular to ensure the blocking of the object to be transported against the bottom of the box.
  • the object to be transported remains pressed against the bottom of the box and presents a low risk of deterioration by abutting against the peripheral rim or the lid for example.
  • the or each strap has an internal face facing the bottom of the box, the internal face having an adherent coating.
  • the adherent coating allows good adhesion of the strap of the retaining means with the object to be transported. This further promotes the holding in position of the object to be transported by the retaining means.
  • the adherent coating may in particular be provided with studs or projections forming attachment means.
  • the or each strap has an X or Y shape, a first portion of the X or Y presenting the first end of the retaining means and a second opposite portion presenting the second end of the retaining means.
  • Such a shape of the or each strap makes it possible to cover a large part of the bottom of the box while providing increased central support.
  • such shapes allow adaptation of the retaining means to an object to be transported having an irregular shape, for example. Indeed, an object to be transported having protruding parts could undergo significant stresses which could weaken or even damage it. Thanks to the X or Y shape, only a portion of the or each strap can be in contact with the object to be transported to hold it in position, leaving the other parts of the object to be transported free, in particular the parts protruding, so as not to subject it to constraints.
  • the retaining means comprise a film intended to at least partially cover the bottom of the box in the closed position of the lid.
  • Such a film makes it possible to best match the contours of the object to be transported. This proves to be particularly useful for objects to be transported which have a substantially planar shape.
  • the retaining means are elastic at least at their first end and at their second end.
  • Such elasticity allows the deformation of the retaining means, in particular so that they adapt to the shape of the object to be transported.
  • the leg is pivotally mounted on the plate.
  • the bottom of the box has a cavity forming a housing for receiving the object to be transported.
  • the cavity is particularly interesting for housing therein an object to be transported of small size, and in particular of small thickness, for example a coin.
  • the part is confined in the cavity so that it cannot move over the entire surface of the bottom of the case. This then contributes to the safety of the object to be transported, and in particular to the preservation of its integrity.
  • the cavity has a base having an adherent surface intended to cooperate with the object to be transported in order to hold it in position.
  • the cavity is centered on the bottom of the box. Consequently, it is also possible to use the cavity as a positioning index for the object to be transported when the latter is of large size. Furthermore, the centered cavity provides a centering element for the object to be transported with respect to the retaining means.
  • this allows the holding forces generated by the retaining moyes to be distributed more evenly when the object to be transported is bulky and/or angular at its edges.
  • the box comprises means for locking the lid in its closed position, the locking means including a first part integral with the box and a second part integral with the lid.
  • Such locking means make it possible to protect the object to be transported in the internal volume of the box, in particular against theft.
  • the cash register carries an electronic dialogue interface.
  • This electronic dialogue interface can for example allow a user to find out information such as whether or not the package is locked, its destination or even its origin. This is particularly verified when the electronic dialogue interface is equipped with a screen.
  • the box 2 and the lid 3 are made of a robust material, in particular having characteristics of resistance to deformation and shocks, for example in a material such as metal, resistant plastic or a composite material (it ' i.e. a material made up of several different materials).
  • a composite material that can be used comprises a fabric reinforcement as well as a plastic resin.
  • the package 1 is thus reusable and resistant to the vagaries of use, in particular to the shocks to which it is subjected. This makes it possible to limit its impact on the environment, particularly with regard to waste.
  • the package 1 can be reused for sending another object or returned to a carrier who will reuse it.
  • the costs and pollution linked to the recycling of the package are limited to the end of life of the package, that is to say when the package 1 is too damaged to allow the transport of an object in complete safety.
  • conventional packaging made of cardboard is generally destroyed and recycled as soon as it is used, whereas the package according to the invention will be used several times before being recycled.
  • resistant plastic, composite material or metallic material enables the package to withstand climatic conditions, in particular rain, which significantly damages the cardboard of packages conventionally used.
  • the peripheral rim 22 has a parallelepipedic shape which defines an access opening 24 to the internal volume 23 of the box 2.
  • the bottom 21 has a cavity 211 intended to receive an object 5 to be transported, in particular when the latter is of small size, as illustrated in the figure 8 .

  • Each hook 2251 is elastically deformable so that when the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 are shaped, they elastically deform each hook 2251 to come into contact with an edge of a side panel 223. Each hook 2251 then recovers its initial shape so as to hold the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 against the edge of a side panel 223.

The cooperation between the tabs and the slots is advantageously tight so that when the tabs are inserted into the slots, it is necessary to exert a significant tensile force on the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 to remove the tabs from the slots.
  • FIG. 14 illustrates locking means 225 by insert, that is to say by assembling two panels of the peripheral rim 22 using an insert 2253. Description

The field of the invention is that of logistics.

More specifically, the invention relates to a package, or a means of logistical packaging, that is to say a container, for the transport of objects between two destinations, by means of a package. To transport an object in complete safety and in a safe manner, packages such as boxes or cardboard boxes are known.

In general, packages comprise a box having a bottom and a peripheral rim which together define an internal volume in which the object to be transported is housed.

The packages also include a movable lid relative to the crate. These lids can in particular adopt a closed position in which the lid closes off the internal volume of the box.

In order to allow the protection of the objects transported, some packages include retaining means to hold the object to be transported in the crate.

Retaining means are known which take the form of foam panels integrated into the box and the lid. The foam panels can, if necessary, be brought back to the checkout. In other words, the foam panels can be integrated into the body only if their presence is required.

More specifically, the foam panels are secured to the bottom of the box, possibly to its peripheral edge, and to the lid.

The object to be transported is then inserted into the internal volume so as to come into contact with the foam and to be blocked at least by the bottom foam and the cover foam.

This type of retaining means has the major drawback of its thickness, or, in other words, the size it takes up in the internal volume of the box.

Indeed, the foam takes up a major part of the internal volume of the box. However, the foam has elastic characteristics so as to form deformable retaining means to match the contour of the object to be transported.

However, depending on the size of the object, several packages must be provided.

For example, for a large object and for a small object, the same box cannot be used. In the case of the small object, if a crate or package suitable for a large object is used, the foam is not properly deformed in contact with the small object, and the latter may then move around in the internal volume of the body at the risk of being damaged.

On the contrary, if a large object is introduced into the internal volume of a box intended to contain a small object, the package may become unusable for lack of insufficient space in the internal volume, the lid therefore not being able to not be closed properly so as to actually seal the internal volume of the body. It then results that the object is not really protected and is visible to anyone carrying the package, which could lead to a risk of theft of the object.

Carriers or packaging professionals must therefore have packages of different sizes depending on the size of the objects to be transported.

In fact, folding the package makes it possible to optimize its size when not in use. However, the compression of the foam during the folding of the device can be detrimental to the effectiveness of the foam in protecting the object to be transported. When foam is compressed, it loses elasticity, and may not expand properly on decompression; this is all the more true the longer the compression time of the foam.

To avoid this loss of elasticity, it is therefore necessary to avoid excessive compression of the foam, which only allows a partial reduction in the size of the package when it is not in use.

Carriers or packaging professionals must therefore benefit from a large room allowing the storage of packages either in their configuration of use, or partially folded up, or dissociated, i.e. the foam is separated from the crate, this for the different package sizes. This then represents a significant storage cost which is generally charged to the end consumer.

According to another known technique, the retaining means are in the form of a plastic envelope inside which the object to be transported is slipped, the envelope is then deformed so that its walls come into contact with the object to be transported and hold it in its position.

According to a first type, the envelopes can be secured to the bottom of the box and their deformation can be carried out for example by heating so as to retract the material, generally a plastic material, so that it stiffens in contact with the object.

A disadvantage of this solution lies in the fact that the deformation of the envelope, when it is carried out by heating, cannot be carried out by everyone since this technique involves the use of specific heating equipment.

Indeed, heating means, such as thermal heaters for example, must be used and may require special training so that only professionals can deform the envelope.

Furthermore, when the envelope is secured to the bottom of the crate, this can present a major drawback for the integrity of the crate, in particular if the latter is made of cardboard, too high a heat being able to destroy the cardboard by burning it.

In addition, the introduction of the object to be transported in the envelope can prove to be difficult, even impossible.

This is particularly verified if the object to be transported is inserted into the envelope once the box is in shape, that is to say that the internal volume is defined, the peripheral edge of the box in particular presenting a major obstacle inserting the object into the envelope. To overcome this, it may be necessary to first insert the object into the envelope, then to form the box and finally to deform the envelope.

This represents a significant handling time which can be detrimental for professionals and also be impossible to achieve for individuals, in particular to deform the envelope or to shape the box.

According to a second type, the envelope can also be integral with a tray intended to be housed in the box. In this case, the object is introduced inside the envelope then, in order to secure and hold the object, the envelope is deformed by folding the edges of the plate, so as to stretch the two walls of the envelope to imprison the object. Once this is complete, the folded tray can be inserted into the crate and then the movable lid can be closed on the crate.

These retaining means also have certain drawbacks.

Indeed, the insertion of the object in the envelope does not pose a problem, however the deformation of the plate, in particular the folding of its edges represents a complicated handling, even impossible to carry out when the object is voluminous and that the The envelope to be deformed offers significant resistance to deformation. The deformation of the envelope can then become time-consuming and put off the professionals who will then make a partial deformation or even offer a larger package generating a higher transport cost for the end consumer.

In addition, this requires the storage of both the box, the cover and the retaining means, which represents a detrimental total bulk and therefore an additional cost which is often passed on to the end customer.

The document WO2017/083115 describes a package according to the preamble of claim 1. The object of the invention is in particular to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.

More specifically, the object of the invention is to provide a package provided with easy-to-use retaining means and allowing the transport of an object in complete safety.

Another object of the invention is to provide such a package which, when not in use, has a small footprint so as to limit the storage space for several packages.

Another object of the invention is to provide such a package suitable both for the transport of bulky objects and of very small objects, in complete safety.

  • une position de rangement dans laquelle le rebord périphérique s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au fond ;
  • une position d'utilisation dans laquelle le rebord périphérique s'étend depuis le fond ;
  • une position fermée dans laquelle le couvercle recouvre le rebord périphérique ;
  • une première partie solidaire de la caisse ;
These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved thanks to the invention which relates to a package comprising:
  • a box having a bottom and a peripheral rim that can adopt:
  • a storage position in which the peripheral rim extends substantially parallel to the bottom;
  • a position of use in which the peripheral flange extends from the bottom;
  • a movable cover relative to the body and able to adopt:
  • a closed position in which the cover covers the peripheral rim;
  • an open position, in which the cover is moved away from the peripheral rim,
  • retaining means for holding in the box an object to be transported, inserted in the box,
characterized in that the box comprises means for locking the peripheral rim in its position of use, in that the retaining means are deformable and comprise:
  • a first integral part of the body;
  • a second part integral with the lid,
and in that at least one of the first part and of the second part is relaxed in the storage position of the peripheral rim, and stretched in the use position of the peripheral rim.

The tensioning of one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means is thus controlled by placing the peripheral edge in the use position. Thus, when the package is not in use, the retaining means are relaxed, which improves their lifespan. Indeed, continuous tensioning of the retaining means can impair their capacity for deformation, in particular as regards their elasticity which will become weaker as they are kept under tension. This also makes it possible to reduce the size of the package when it is not in use, as is developed below.

Avantageusement, le rebord périphérique comprend

  • un panneau avant ;
  • un panneau arrière ;
Advantageously, the peripheral rim comprises
  • a front panel;
  • a rear panel;
  • two side panels connecting the front panel and the rear panel,
each panel being articulated with respect to the bottom, the panels being substantially perpendicular to the bottom in the position of use of the peripheral edge.

Thus, when the package is not in use, it is possible to fold it for storage. When folded, the package occupies a limited space, allowing transport professionals in particular to store several packages in a small space. When an object has to be transported, it is then sufficient to shape the package by positioning the border in the position of use, that is to say by positioning the panels of the peripheral rim substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the box.

Each side panel is advantageously connected to the front panel and to the rear panel by joining means, the displacement of the side panels during the passage of the peripheral edge from its storage position to its position of use, causing the displacement of the front panel and from the rear panel.

In this case, the blocking means allow stable maintenance in the use position of the peripheral edge. In other words, when the peripheral border is in its position use, voluntary action is necessary to position it in its storage position.

The shaping of the box, in particular the transition of the peripheral rim between its storage position and its use position and the positioning of the object to be transported are then facilitated. Indeed, the positioning of the side panels perpendicular to the bottom of the body results in the automatic positioning of the front panel and the rear panel also perpendicular to the bottom of the body. Furthermore, the blocking means make it possible to prevent the peripheral rim from adopting its storage position unexpectedly. The locking means act in fact against the retaining means which tend to attract the panels of the peripheral rim towards the bottom of the box, that is to say to position the peripheral rim in its storage position. Thus, by a simple pulling movement on the side panels towards the outside of the box, it is possible to shape the box to allow its use. This is notably faster than a conventional box in which each panel of the peripheral rim is positioned perpendicular to the bottom of the box independently of the other panels, without a locking device in the use position of the panels.

  • par magnétisme ;
  • par organe rapporté ;
  • par déformation ;
  • par arc-boutement.
Preferably, the means for locking the peripheral rim in its position of use belong to the following group:
  • by magnetism;
  • by added organ;
  • by deformation;
  • by buttress.

Such locking means are simple to implement and maintain the peripheral rim in its position of use. Indeed, these locking means do not require the use of dedicated tools or of a particular technique. In other words, these assembly means can be used by anyone shaping the body, without any special skills.

Advantageously, at least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has at least one elastically deformable portion.

This allows the retaining means to adapt to the shape of the object to be transported. In addition, the elastically deformable portion allows the retaining means to exert a force on the object to be transported to maintain it in the internal volume between the two parts of the retaining means.

According to an advantageous aspect, at least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has an adherent coating.

According to another advantageous aspect, at least one of the first part and of the second part of the retaining means has a slippery coating, the adherent coating being located between two portions of the slippery coating.

The adherent coating, which is primarily in contact with the object to be transported, and the slippery coating, which is in contact with a peripheral part of the object to be transported and generates the tensile force of the retaining means, allow the adaptation of the retaining means to the contours of the object to be transported. Indeed, the sliding coating prevents the retaining means from adhering completely to the object to be transported so that the adherent coating is positioned substantially in the center of the internal volume of the box when it is in contact with the object to be transported. carry.

In addition, the combination of the adherent coating, the slippery coating and the elastically deformable portion makes it possible to significantly reduce the force applied by the retaining means on the object to be transported in order to maintain it in the internal volume. Indeed, the force applied to the object to be transported is the product of the elastic force of the elastically deformable means by the coefficient of friction of the adherent coating.

According to Coulomb's law, with equal force applied to the object, the greater the coefficient of friction, the less the elastic force required.

Consequently, the presence of the adherent coating makes it possible to reduce the force applied by the retaining means on the object to be transported, and therefore the elastic force of the retaining means. The effort required for closing the cover is therefore less. Preferably, member is centered with respect to the bottom of the case in the closed position of the cover.

This contributes to the proper maintenance of the object to be transported in the internal volume and to the comfort of transporting the package since the mass of the object to be transported is globally distributed in the package.

  • la première partie est écartée du fond de la caisse dans la position d'utilisation de la bordure périphérique ;
According to an advantageous embodiment, the first part and the second part of the retaining means are separate from each other, and in that:
  • the first part is separated from the bottom of the box in the position of use of the peripheral edge;
  • the second part is in the form of a foam attached to an underside of the lid facing the bottom of the box in the closed position of the lid.

The object to be transported is thus held between the two parts of the retaining means.

In addition, the use of foam makes it possible to offer a soft contact, that is to say presenting no risk of damaging the object to be transported.

In addition, the spacing between the bottom and the first part of the retaining means promotes the deformation of the first part of the retaining means which does not get damaged against the bottom of the box by friction for example.

Selon un autre mode de réalisation avantageux :

  • le couvercle comprend un plateau et un jambage s'étendant en direction du fond et présentant une extrémité libre venant au voisinage du fond de la caisse dans la position fermée du couvercle ;
  • la première partie des moyens de retenue est formée par le fond de la caisse ;
According to another advantageous embodiment:
  • the cover comprises a plate and a leg extending towards the bottom and having a free end coming close to the bottom of the box in the closed position of the cover;
  • the first part of the retaining means is formed by the bottom of the box;
  • the second part of the retaining means is flexible and is secured to the bottom of the box or to the peripheral edge in the vicinity of the bottom of the box by a first end, and to the free end of the leg by a second end, the first end and the second end of the retaining means being spaced from each other and delimiting between them, on the bottom, a zone for receiving the object to be transported in the closed position of the lid.

The attachment of the second part of the retaining means to the bottom of the box on the one hand, and to the leg of the lid on the other hand, allows the simple placing of the lid in the closed position to ensure the retention of the object in the box. .

More specifically, the object is held in the box by being wedged between the bottom of the box and the retaining means which then come to cover the object.

Furthermore, when the cover is in its closed position, the free end of the leg coming close to the bottom makes it possible to position the second end of the second part of the retaining means also close to the bottom, and more particularly resting on the bottom when the free end of the leg is spaced from the bottom of the body only by the thickness of the second part of the retaining means. This thus makes it possible to press the object to be maintained against the bottom of the box to ensure its maintenance.

Advantageously, the retaining means comprise at least one strap.

The use of one or more straps makes it possible to confer on the retaining means a limit to the deformation which is particularly useful, in particular to ensure the blocking of the object to be transported against the bottom of the box. Thus, even in the event of shocks, the object to be transported remains pressed against the bottom of the box and presents a low risk of deterioration by abutting against the peripheral rim or the lid for example.

In this case, the or each strap has an internal face facing the bottom of the box, the internal face having an adherent coating.

The adherent coating allows good adhesion of the strap of the retaining means with the object to be transported. This further promotes the holding in position of the object to be transported by the retaining means. The adherent coating may in particular be provided with studs or projections forming attachment means.

Advantageously, the or each strap has an X or Y shape, a first portion of the X or Y presenting the first end of the retaining means and a second opposite portion presenting the second end of the retaining means.

Such a shape of the or each strap makes it possible to cover a large part of the bottom of the box while providing increased central support.

Furthermore, such shapes allow adaptation of the retaining means to an object to be transported having an irregular shape, for example.

As a variant, the retaining means comprise a film intended to at least partially cover the bottom of the box in the closed position of the lid.

Such a film makes it possible to best match the contours of the object to be transported. This proves to be particularly useful for objects to be transported which have a substantially planar shape.

Preferably, the retaining means are elastic at least at their first end and at their second end.

Such elasticity allows the deformation of the retaining means, in particular so that they adapt to the shape of the object to be transported.

According to an advantageous aspect, the leg is pivotally mounted on the plate.

This pivoting makes it possible to further reduce the size of the device when it is not in use. Indeed, the leg can then be folded against the plate, which makes it possible to limit the thickness of the lid when it is folded to cover the box.

Advantageously, the bottom of the box has a cavity forming a housing for receiving the object to be transported.

The cavity is particularly interesting for housing therein an object to be transported of small size, and in particular of small thickness, for example a coin. Thus, the part is confined in the cavity so that it cannot move over the entire surface of the bottom of the case. This then contributes to the safety of the object to be transported, and in particular to the preservation of its integrity.

Advantageously, the cavity has a base having an adherent surface intended to cooperate with the object to be transported in order to hold it in position.

The movements of the object to be transported are then further limited, to the benefit of preserving its integrity.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the cavity is centered on the bottom of the box. Consequently, it is also possible to use the cavity as a positioning index for the object to be transported when the latter is of large size. Furthermore, the centered cavity provides a centering element for the object to be transported with respect to the retaining means.

Furthermore, this allows the holding forces generated by the retaining moyes to be distributed more evenly when the object to be transported is bulky and/or angular at its edges.

Preferably, the box comprises means for locking the lid in its closed position, the locking means including a first part integral with the box and a second part integral with the lid.

Such locking means make it possible to protect the object to be transported in the internal volume of the box, in particular against theft.

Advantageously, the cash register carries an electronic dialogue interface.

This electronic dialogue interface can for example allow a user to find out information such as whether or not the package is locked, its destination or even its origin. This is particularly verified when the electronic dialogue interface is equipped with a screen.

With reference to the figure 1 , a package 1 according to the invention is shown.

Le colis 1 comprend :

  • une caisse 2 ;
  • un couvercle 3 ;
Package 1 includes:
  • a box 2;
  • a cover 3;
  • retaining means 4, a detail of which is illustrated in the picture 2 .

Preferably, the box 2 and the lid 3 are made of a robust material, in particular having characteristics of resistance to deformation and shocks, for example in a material such as metal, resistant plastic or a composite material (it ' i.e. a material made up of several different materials). By way of example, a composite material that can be used comprises a fabric reinforcement as well as a plastic resin.

The package 1 is thus reusable and resistant to the vagaries of use, in particular to the shocks to which it is subjected. This makes it possible to limit its impact on the environment, particularly with regard to waste.

Indeed, once the object to be transported 5 has been routed, the package 1 can be reused for sending another object or returned to a carrier who will reuse it. Thus, the costs and pollution linked to the recycling of the package are limited to the end of life of the package, that is to say when the package 1 is too damaged to allow the transport of an object in complete safety. In other words, conventional packaging made of cardboard is generally destroyed and recycled as soon as it is used, whereas the package according to the invention will be used several times before being recycled.

Furthermore, the use of resistant plastic, composite material or metallic material enables the package to withstand climatic conditions, in particular rain, which significantly damages the cardboard of packages conventionally used.

  • une position de rangement (correspondant à la position de stockage du colis 1 illustrée par la figure 3) dans laquelle le rebord périphérique 22 est sensiblement parallèle au fond 21 ;
The box 2 is folding and comprises has a bottom 21 and a peripheral rim 22 extending from the bottom 21. The box 2 is folding, that is to say that the peripheral rim 22 is movable relative to the bottom 21 and can adopt:
  • a storage position (corresponding to the storage position of the package 1 illustrated by the picture 3 ) in which the peripheral rim 22 is substantially parallel to the bottom 21;
  • a position of use in which the peripheral rim 22 extends substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21.

The bottom 21 and the peripheral rim 22 together define an internal volume 23 of the box 2. The peripheral rim 22 has a parallelepipedic shape which defines an access opening 24 to the internal volume 23 of the box 2.

As shown on the figure 1 , 7 and 8 in particular, the bottom 21 has a cavity 211 intended to receive an object 5 to be transported, in particular when the latter is of small size, as illustrated in the figure 8 . The cavity 211 has a base 212 having an adherent surface.

  • un panneau frontal 221 ;
  • un panneau arrière 222 ;
  • deux panneaux latéraux 223.
As shown on the figure 1 , 4 and 5 , the peripheral rim 22 comprises:
  • a front panel 221;
  • a rear panel 222;
  • two side panels 223.

Similarly, first side panel 223a and second side panel 223b also oppose each other with respect to bottom 21. at the bottom 21 and each connect the front panel 221 and the rear panel 223.

Each of the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223 is hinged with respect to the bottom 21 of the box 2. In other words, the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223 can pivot by relative to the bottom 21 to allow the peripheral rim 22 to adopt its use position or its storage position.

  • par magnétisme ;
  • par organe rapporté ;
  • par déformation ;
  • par arc-boutement, ou interférence.
With reference to figures 12 to 16 , the body 2 also comprises locking means 225 of the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use. The blocking means 225 belong to the following group:
  • by magnetism;
  • by added organ;
  • by deformation;
  • by bracing, or interference.

The figure 13 illustrates blocking means 225 by bracing or interference. More specifically, each side panel 223 comprises a hook 2251 projecting from the side panel 223. The hook 225 thus forms a space 2252 with an edge of the side panel 223, this space 2252 being intended to receive the front panel 221 or the rear panel 222 .

Chaque crochet 2251 recouvre alors sa forme initiale de sorte à maintenir le panneau frontal 221 et le panneau arrière 222 contre le rebord d'un panneau latérale 223.Each hook 2251 is elastically deformable so that when the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 are shaped, they elastically deform each hook 2251 to come into contact with an edge of a side panel 223. Each hook 2251 then recovers its initial shape so as to hold the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 against the edge of a side panel 223.

In a variant not shown, the locking means 225 can take the form of tabs integral with the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222. These tabs are intended to be housed in slots made in the side panels 223. The cooperation between the tabs and the slots is advantageously tight so that when the tabs are inserted into the slots, it is necessary to exert a significant tensile force on the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 to remove the tabs from the slots.

Les retours présentent alors l'ouverture destinée à recevoir l'organe rapporté 2253.FIG. 14 illustrates locking means 225 by insert, that is to say by assembling two panels of the peripheral rim 22 using an insert 2253. More specifically, an insert 2253 such as a peg or a dowel is inserted into openings made on the side panels 223, the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222. In this case, the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222, or the side panels 223 have returns intended to come overlapping the side panels 223, or the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 respectively. The returns then present the opening intended to receive the insert 2253.

In addition, the member 2253 comprises a central portion intended to pass through the openings of the panels, and two foldable stops, each located on either side of the central portion. The locking in shape of the peripheral rim 22 is then done by inserting the central part of the inserts 2253 into the openings of the panels, then folding the foldable stops so that the panels of the peripheral rim are sandwiched between the two foldable stops of reported organ 2253.

The figure 15 illustrates blocking means 225 by magnetism. For this, each panel of the peripheral rim 22 is provided with a magnet 2254. In this case, the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222, or the side panels 223 have returns intended to overlap the side panels 223, or of the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 respectively.

The returns then each carry a magnet 2254 intended to cooperate with another magnet 2254 facing each other. To allow their cooperation, the 2254 magnets are coupled in pairs with reversed polarity. In other words, magnets 2254 of side panels 223 have negative polarity and magnets 2254 of front panel 221 and back panel 222 have positive polarity, or vice versa.

The figure 16 illustrates locking means 225 by deformation. The side panels 223 then have an ear 2255 projecting from each edge facing the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222.

The front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 then have hooks 2256 each intended to cooperate with an ear 2255. The insertion of an ear 2255 in a hook 2256 corresponding then causes the elastic deformation of the ear 2255 which, seeking to recover its undeformed state, exerts a force on the hook 2256. This then causes the panels to be held in position relative to each other, and therefore the retention in position of use of the peripheral rim 22.

According to a variant embodiment not shown, the edges of the panels of the peripheral rim 22 are replaced by the joining means 25. Thus, by blocking the joining means with one of the panels of the peripheral rim 22, the return of the peripheral edge 22 in its storage position is prevented.

More specifically, with reference to the figure 9 and 10 , the locking means 26 comprise a first part 261 secured to the body 2 and a second part 262 secured to the lid 3.

When the cover 3 is in its closed position, the second part 262 of the locking means 26 of the cover 3 cooperates with the first part 261 of the locking means 26 of the box to allow the locking in the closed position of the cover 3. As is illustrated on the figure 6 , the cash register 2 further comprises an electronic dialogue interface 27 allowing the user to interact with the parcel 1.

According to an advantageous aspect, the dialogue interface is connected on the one hand to the locking means 26 and on the other hand to a communication network in order to exchange with the latter. For this, the electronic dialogue interface 27 comprises communication means (not shown) for exchanging with the communication network and more specifically with servers, as well as a communication device 28 allowing the user to interact with package 1.

Preferably, the electronic dialogue interface 27 comprises an intelligent panel (not illustrated) intended to allow communication between the various elements, that is to say the electronic dialogue interface 27, the locking means 26 and the remote server.

  • de s'assurer que le couvercle 3 peut adopter sa position d'ouverture seulement en des localisations particulières ou à des conditions particulières ;
The communication between the electronic dialogue interface 27 and the locking means 26 makes it possible to control the locking means 26 and in particular to authorize the separation or to prevent access to the internal volume 23 of the cash register, i.e. i.e. the opening of the cover 3. This allows:
  • to ensure that the lid 3 can adopt its open position only in particular locations or under particular conditions;
  • to guarantee the safety of the object to be transported 5 inside the package 1.

According to a first embodiment illustrated in the figure 1 , 4 and 5 , each side panel 223 is mechanically connected to the front panel 221 and to the rear panel 222 by joining means 25.

The joining means 25 are flexible, in other words they can deform.

  • une première portion 251 solidarisée au panneau frontal 221 ou au panneau arrière 222 ;
By way of example, the joining means 25 take the form of non-elastic straps which each have:
  • a first portion 251 secured to the front panel 221 or to the rear panel 222;
  • a second portion 252 secured to one of the side panels 223,
  • a central portion 253 connecting the first portion 251 and the second portion 252.

The junction means 25 allow, as explained below, that the shaping of the box, that is to say the passage of the peripheral rim from its storage position to its position of use, is carried out by the single manipulation of the side panels 223.

In a storage configuration (folded state or package 1 storage state), as illustrated in the picture 3 , package 1 is substantially flat. In other words, the peripheral rim 22 extends at least partially over the bottom 21 (the front panel 221 can be located in the extension of the bottom 21) and the lid 3 is folded over the peripheral rim 22.

En d'autres termes, le rebord périphérique 22 est pris en sandwich au moins partiellement entre le fond 21 et le couvercle 3.In other words, the peripheral rim 22 is sandwiched at least partially between the bottom 21 and the cover 3.

Pour utiliser le colis 1, un utilisateur déplie le couvercle 3 de sorte à le positionner sensiblement dans la continuité du fond 21, tel qu'illustré par la figure 4, puis met en forme la caisse 2.To use the package 1, a user unfolds the lid 3 so as to position it substantially in the continuity of the bottom 21, as illustrated by the figure 4 , then lays out cash register 2.

To shape the box 2, that is to say to position the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use, the user simply has to exert a pulling force on the side panels 223 towards the outside. of the body 2. This has the effect of positioning the side panels 223 substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 as well as the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 thanks to the joining means 225. Indeed, the joining means 225 ensure traction of the front panel 221 and rear panel 222 simultaneously with the pulling force exerted by the user.

The user then uses the blocking means to maintain the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use.

In the position of use of the peripheral rim 22, the cover 3 extends in the same plane as the rear panel 222.

When the box 2 is shaped, the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223 are all positioned substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 so as to form the internal volume 23 of the box 2.

De même, lorsque le panneau arrière 222 est déplacé, il entraine avec lui le déplacement des panneaux latéraux 223According to a second embodiment illustrated in the figure 9 , the junction means only mechanically connect the side panels 223 to the rear panel 222. The movement of the two side panels 223 then causes the movement of the rear panel 222. Similarly, when the rear panel 222 is moved, it carries with it moving side panels 223

L'utilisateur positionne ensuite le panneau frontal 221 sensiblement perpendiculairement au fond 21 de la caisse 2 en exerçant une force de traction vers l'extérieur de la caisse 2.To shape the box 2, that is to say to position the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use, a user exerts a pulling force on the side panels 223 towards the outside of the box 2. This has the effect of positioning the side panels 223 substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 as well as the rear panel 222 thanks to the joining means 225. Indeed, the joining means 225 provide traction of the rear panel 222 simultaneously with the pulling force exerted by the user. The user then positions the front panel 221 substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 of the box 2 by exerting a pulling force towards the outside of the box 2.

The user then uses the blocking means to maintain the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use.

When the box 2 is shaped, the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223 are all positioned substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 so as to form the internal volume 23 of the box 2.

According to a third embodiment illustrated in the figure 10 , each of the front panel 221, the rear panel 222, the first side panel 223a and the second side panel 223b is independent of the others. In other words, the movement of the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 or one of the side panels 223 has no effect than the movement of another panel of the peripheral edge 22.

To shape the box 2, that is to say to position the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use, a user exerts a pulling force towards the outside of the box 2 on each of the front panel 221, of the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223. When the box 2 is shaped, the front panel 221, the rear panel 222 and the side panels 223 are all positioned substantially perpendicular to the bottom 21 so as to form the internal volume 23 of the box 2.

The user then uses the blocking means to maintain the peripheral rim 22 in its position of use.

  • une position fermée dans laquelle le couvercle 3 recouvre le rebord périphérique 22, et donc obture l'ouverture d'accès 24 ;
With reference to figure 1 and 6 in particular, the lid 3 is movable relative to the body 2 and can adopt at least:
  • a closed position in which the cover 3 covers the peripheral rim 22, and therefore closes the access opening 24;
  • an open position in which the lid 3 is moved away from the peripheral rim 22, and therefore from the access opening 24, so as to allow the insertion or removal of an object 5 to be transported in the internal volume 23 of the crate 2.

More particularly, the cover 3 is rotatably mounted on the rear panel 222 of the box 2 by means of a hinge 33 in particular taking the form of a fold.

The lid 3 comprises a plate 31 and a leg 32 extending in the direction of the bottom 21 and having a free end 321 coming close to the bottom 21 of the box 2 in the closed position of the lid 3.

More specifically, the leg 32 is positioned at one end of the plate opposite the hinge, and forms in section with the plate 31 an L.

According to a particular embodiment, the leg 32 is movable relative to the plate 31 so as to be able to be able to adjust the retaining means 4 as explained below.

In the closed position of the lid 3, the leg 32 is located in the internal volume 23 of the box 2. According to an advantageous embodiment illustrated on the figure 9 and 10 in particular, in the closed position of the cover 3, the leg 32 is housed in grooves 224 made in the side panels 223. The leg 32 is thus held in position which prevents the movement of the plate 31 of the cover 3 of the first side panel 223a to the second side panel 223b and vice versa.

As is particularly visible on the figure 1 , 5 , 9 and 10 , the cover 3 and the body 2 are in one piece or, in other words, form a single assembly.

According to a first embodiment, the resistance of the joint between the rear panel 222 and the bottom of the box 21 is lower than the resistance of the hinge 33 between the rear panel 222 and the cover 3.

This allows easy mounting and shaping of the package as described above. More specifically, this allows that, when shaping the body 2, the lid 3 remains parallel to the rear panel 222 without effort from the user. The advantage of this parallelism lies in the fact that the internal volume 23 of the box 2 is directly accessible as soon as the box 2 is shaped and that, consequently, the user does not have to manipulate the lid 3 to have access to the internal volume 23 in order to place an object 5 to be transported there. According to a second embodiment, the resistance of the joint between the rear panel 222 and the bottom of the body 21 is greater than or equal to the resistance of the hinge 33 between the rear panel 222 and the cover 3.

This allows the cover 3 to adopt its closed position when shaping the box 2. Thus, to introduce the object 5 to be transported into the internal volume 23 of the box 2, it is necessary to manipulate the cover 3 This also ensures that the cover 3 adopts its closed position to ensure that the object to be transported 5 is maintained in the box 2, even if no action is taken on the cover 3.

The resistance of the articulation between the rear panel 222 and the bottom of the case 21, and the resistance of the hinge 33 between the rear panel 222 and the cover 3 can then be designed to allow the cover 3 to adopt either a position normally closed, i.e. a normally open position by simply shaping the body 2.

Independently of their own specificities, the different embodiments of the retaining means 4 have in common that they have a first part 41 secured to the body 2 and a second part 42 secured to the cover 3.

According to a first embodiment illustrated in the figure 1 , 4 and 5 , the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 is formed by the bottom 21 of the box 2, and the second part 42 comprises a strap arranged in the shape of a cross.

La sangle présente :

  • une portion centrale 43 destinée à venir au contact de l'objet à transporter 5 ;
  • une première extrémité 44 par laquelle la sangle est reliée au fond 21 de la caisse 2 ;
The strap has:
  • a central portion 43 intended to come into contact with the object to be transported 5;
  • a first end 44 by which the strap is connected to the bottom 21 of the box 2;
  • a second end 45 by which the strap is connected to cover 3 and more precisely to leg 32 of cover 3.

The connection between the second end 45 of the retaining means 4 and the leg 32 is made at the level of the free end 321 of the leg 32, that is to say the end opposite the connection between the leg 32 and the tray 31 of cover 3.

As can be seen on the figure 4 , the strap comprises four arms arranged in a cross. The arms are distributed in pairs, each pair forming the first end 44 or the second end 45, and are connected to the center of the strap by the central portion 43 which forms a connecting surface.

This central portion 43 is in a substantially square shape so as to provide a contact surface with the object to be transported 5 greater than the surface of each arm. The contact surface is intended to come opposite the cavity 211 of the bottom 21 in the closed position of the lid 3. Of course, the central portion 43 can adopt any other shape such as a rectangular, octagonal or even heptagonal shape for example. .

Comme illustré sur les figures 4 et 5 notamment, la première extrémité 44 des moyens de retenue 4 est située sur le fond 21 au voisinage du panneau arrière 222 et la deuxième extrémité est solidaire du jambage 32.As illustrated on the figures 4 and 5 in particular, the first end 44 of the retaining means 4 is located on the bottom 21 in the vicinity of the rear panel 222 and the second end is integral with the leg 32.

The first end 44 and the second end 45 of the retaining means 4 are spaced from each other and delimit between them, on the bottom 21, a zone for receiving the object to be transported 5 in the closed position of the lid. 3.

Avantageusement, les moyens de retenue sont élastiques au moins à leur première extrémité 44 et à leur deuxième extrémité 45.Advantageously, the retaining means are elastic at least at their first end 44 and at their second end 45.

More particularly, the first end 44 and the second end 45 each comprise an elastic member 46 interfacing between the retaining means 4 and the body 2 or the cover 3.

Chaque organe élastique 46 permet la déformation au moins partielle des moyens de retenue 4 pour d'adapter à l'objet à transporter 5.The elastic member 46, particularly illustrated in the figure 2a and 2b , can in particular take the form of a tension spring or a piece of elastically extensible material, for example. Each elastic member 46 allows at least partial deformation of the retaining means 4 to adapt to the object to be transported 5.

Cette face interne 47 porte un revêtement adhérent 48 destiné à adhérer à l'objet à transporter 5 dans la position fermée du couvercle 3.Furthermore, the strap has an internal face 47 facing the bottom 21 of the box 2 in the closed position of the lid 3. This internal face 47 carries an adherent coating 48 intended to adhere to the object to be transported 5 in the closed position of the cover 3.

The adherent coating can be formed by an additional coating applied to the strap, as illustrated in the figure 2a , or by the strap itself.

In the case of an additional coating, the coating may comprise bumps and/or an adhesive material such as glue.

Of course, in the case where an adhesive material is used, the latter is selected so as to be compatible with the reusable nature of the package 1. That is to say that the adhesive material must be perfectly adherent to the strap in the time, capable of improving the holding of an object to be transported 5 under the strap, while having the ability to separate from the object to be transported 5 when a user wishes to extract it from the package 1.

In the case of the material itself, it may be in particular a leather or a synthetic material which has which has characteristics which allow it to adhere to the objects to be transported 5 contained in the box 2.

Preferably, at least one of the first part 41 and of the second part 42 of the retaining means has a slippery coating, the adherent coating 48 being located between two portions of the slippery coating.

According to a variant illustrated in the figure 2b , the strap and the retaining means have a Y shape, the base of the Y defining the first part 41 and the arms of the Y defining the second part 42 by which the retaining means 4 are connected to the cover 3. The retaining means Y-shaped include three elastic members 46 each located in the extension of one of the arms.

According to another variant not shown, the retaining means comprise a film or a net instead of the strap.

The shaping of the box 2 ensures the tensioning of the retaining means 4 which are then stretched between the bottom 21 of the box 2 and the leg 32 of the cover 2. The passage of the cover 3 to its closed position then causes the application of the retaining means 4 against the object to be transported 5 so as to maintain it in the internal volume 23 of the body 2, resting against the bottom 21, as illustrated in the figure 7 and 8 .

Ainsi, lorsque le couvercle 3 est dans sa position fermée, l'objet à transporter 5 est situé entre la première partie 41 et la deuxième partie 42 des moyens de retenue 4 et donc entre le fond 21 de la caisse et les moyens de retenue 4.Maintaining the object to be transported 5 against the bottom 21 of the body 2 is explained in particular by the fact that the retaining means 4 are integral with the bottom 21 of the body and integral with the leg 32. Thus, when the lid 3 is in its closed position, the object to be transported 5 is located between the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 and therefore between the bottom 21 of the box and the retaining means 4.

The pressure exerted by the retaining means 4 on the object to be transported 5, in particular thanks to the elastic members 46, makes it possible to maintain the object to be transported 5 in position against the bottom 21 of the box 2.

In addition, the elastic members 46 allow adaptation of the retaining means 4 to different sizes of objects to be transported 5.

For example, with reference to the figure 8 , an object to be transported 5 of small size is housed in the internal volume 23 of the body 2. More precisely, the object to be transported 5 is housed in the cavity 211 of the bottom 21 of the box 2 on the adherent surface of the cavity 211. The retaining means 4 then extend against the bottom 21 of the box 2 so as to close off the cavity 211 so that the object to be transported 5 be confined in it.

On the other hand, with a bulky object, as illustrated in the figure 7 , the elastic members 46 allow a deformation of the retaining means 4 so as to marry the object to be transported 5 and to maintain the latter between the bottom 21 of the box 2 and the retaining means 4.

According to a second embodiment illustrated in the figure 9 , the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 is integral with the bottom 21 and the peripheral rim 22 of the body 2, and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is in the form of a foam integral with an underside 311 of plate 31 of cover 3.

More specifically, the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 comprises a sieve 6 having a plurality of straps 61 adjacent to each other.

Each strap 61 is secured to one of the side panels 223 by a first end 611 and secured to the bottom 21 of the box by a second end 612 opposite the first end 611.

As illustrated on the figure 9 , two adjacent straps 61 are staggered. In other words, a first strap 61 is secured to the first side panel 223a by the first end 611 and a second adjacent strap is secured to the second side panel 223b by its first end 611.

Cela permet de créer, sur le tamis 6, un espace de réception de l'objet à transporter 5 écarté du fond 21.This makes it possible to create, on the sieve 6, a space for receiving the object to be transported 5 away from the bottom 21.

The straps 61 may include a part or be entirely made of an elastically deformable material. In the case where only part of the straps 61 is made of an elastically deformable material, the non-elastically deformable parts may comprise an adherent coating such as that mentioned above.

The foam of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is a compressible foam intended to come opposite the reception space formed by the screen 6 in the closed position of the cover 3.

As explained below, the foam of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is deformed by the object to be transformed 5 to at least partially match its contours and thus keep it in position on the sieve 6.

The shaping of the box 2 ensures the tensioning of the first part 41 of the retaining means 4, that is to say of the sieve 6. The straps 61 of the sieve are then stretched between the bottom 21 of the box 2 and the side panels 223 of the peripheral rim 22. The passage of the cover 3 to its closed position then causes the application of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 against the object to be transported 5 so as to maintain it in the volume internal 23 of the body 2 between the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4.

According to a third embodiment illustrated in the figure 10 , the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 is integral only with the peripheral rim 22 of the body 2, and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is in the form of a foam integral with a lower face 311 of plate 31 of cover 3.

Plus précisément, la première partie 41 des moyens de retenue 4 comprend au moins deux lanières 7.More specifically, the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 comprises at least two straps 7.

Each strap 7 is secured to the first side panel 223a by a first end 71 and secured to the second side panel 223b by a second end 72 opposite the first end 71.

As illustrated on the figure 10 , the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 comprises two strips 7 separated from each other and separated from the bottom 21 of the box 2. In other words, the two strips 7 form an empty space with the bottom 21 of the box 2 allowing the object 5 to be transported not to be in contact with the bottom 21 of the box 2. The strips 7 may include a part or be entirely made of an elastically deformable material. In the case where only part of the strips 7 is made of elastically deformable material, the non-elastically deformable parts may comprise an adherent coating such as that mentioned above.

The foam of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is a compressible foam intended to come opposite the strips 7 in the closed position of the lid 3.

As explained below, the foam of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is deformed by the object to be transported 5 to at least partially match its contours and thus keep it in position on the straps 7.

The shaping of the body 2 ensures the tensioning of the first part 41 of the retaining means 4, that is to say the straps 7 between the side panels 223.

The passage of the lid 3 to its closed position then causes the application of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 against the object to be transported 5 so as to maintain it in the internal volume 23 of the box 2 between the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4.

According to an embodiment not illustrated in the figures, the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 comprises a net hammock and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 comprises a foam having an alternation of hollows and ridges, ridges being intended to come next to the holes in the net in the closed position of the cover 3.

According to the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment, illustrated in the figure 9 and 10 respectively, the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 extend between the side panels 223. The fixing of the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 on the side panels tends to exert a folding force of the side panels 223 towards the bottom 21 of the box. When the box 2 is in shape, that is to say that the peripheral edge 22 is in its position of use, the folding force exerted by the means retainer 4 on the side panels 223 is transmitted to the front panel 221 and the rear panel 222 in the form of compression thereof by the side panels 223.

This compression of the front panel 221 and of the rear panel 222 by the side panels 223 then prevents the folding of the front panel 221 and of the rear panel 222 towards the bottom 21 of the box 2. This then results in the maintenance of the peripheral edge 22 in its position of use is ensured.

According to a fourth embodiment illustrated in the figure 11 , the first part 41 of the retaining means 4 is in the form of a first hammock 81, for example of a net stretched between the side walls 223 or between the front wall 211 and the rear wall 22, at a distance from the bottom of the body 2, in the position of use of the peripheral edge 22.

The second part 42 of the retaining means 4 is also in the form of a hammock in the form of a second hammock extending between the rear wall 222 of the peripheral rim 22 and the leg 32 of the cover 3.

The shaping of the body 2 ensures the tensioning of the first part 41 of the retaining means 4, that is to say of the hammock between the side panels 223 or between the front wall 221 and the rear wall 222.

The passage of the lid 3 to its closed position then causes the application of the second part 42 of the retaining means 4 against the object to be transported 5 so as to maintain it in the internal volume 23 of the box 2 between the first part 41 and the second part 42 of the retaining means 4.

Finally, it is specified that the retaining means 4, independently of their shape, are designed to exert a slight force on the object to be transported 5, so that the maintenance of the object to be transported 5 does not cause its degradation. Systems for adjusting the tension of the retaining means 4 can be provided for this purpose.

Among the advantages of the package 1 according to the invention, mention may be made of the adaptability of the retaining means 4 to different sizes of objects 5 to be transported. to be transported 5 of large size can be maintained in the internal volume 23 of the body 2 by the retaining means 4.

Mention may also be made of the compactness of the package 1, in particular in its storage configuration (folded state or storage state). Indeed, the coming of the cover 3 covering the bottom 21 of the box 2 makes it possible to make the package 1 compact and space-saving when not in use. This goes against the devices of the prior art which either are not foldable, or have a large size when not in use, even if their case is folded.

In addition, mention may be made of the ease of use since the simple shaping of the box 2 makes it possible to make the retaining means 4 usable. It is therefore not necessary to carry out additional manipulation operations other than the setting shape of the body 2, as is the case for some of the devices of the prior art.
