Claims (14)
- Tank (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, bestimmt zur Aufnahme eines kryogenen Fluids, beispielsweise verflüssigten Erdgases, mit:- einem Behälter (11) zur Aufbewahrung von kryogenem Fluid, wobei der Behälter eine innere Verstärkungsstruktur umfasst, und- einer äußeren Schutzhülle (12), die um den Behälter (11) herum angeordnet ist,wobei der Behälter (11) und die Außenhülle (12) jeweils eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Gesamtform aufweisen,wobei der Tank (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die innere Verstärkungsstruktur aufweist:- Eckverstärkungsplatten (16), die an der Innenwand des Behälters (11) befestigt sind und jeweils zwei benachbarte Innenseiten des Behälters (11) miteinander verbinden,- Verstärkungsschienen (15), die in der Mitte jeder der vier inneren Längswände des Behälters (11) befestigt sind und sich entlang der Längsachse (Ax) des Tanks (1) erstrecken,- ein Verstärkungsgerüst (14), das entlang der Längsachse (Ax) des Tanks (1) angeordnet ist, und- Mittel zur Befestigung des Verstärkungsgerüstes (14) an jeder der Verstärkungsschienen (15), wobei die genannten Mittel zur Befestigung im Inneren der genannten Verstärkungsschienen (15) angeordnet sind.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungsgerüst (14) aus Verstärkungsringen (14) besteht, die entlang der Längsachse (Ax) des Tanks (1) voneinander beabstandet sind und sich jeweils in einer Ebene quer zur Längsachse (Ax) erstrecken.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsschienen (15) entlang ihrer Länge mehrere voneinander beabstandete Schlitze (151) zum Durchführen der Verstärkungsringe (14) aufweisen.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Befesti5ung der Verstärkungsringe (14) ein Verriegelungsrohr (17) umfassen, das in jeder der Verstärkungsschienen (15) so untergebracht ist, dass es jeden der Verstärkungsringe (14) in den entsprechenden Schlitzen (151) hält.
- Tank (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Verstärkungsringe (14) eine quadratische oder rechteckige Form aufweist.
- Tank (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (11) an der Außenhülle (12) durch Spannmittel befestigt ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Längenänderung des Behälters (11) entlang der Längsachse (Ax) des Tanks (1) zu kompensieren.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (11) mit einer ersten Seitenwand der Außenhülle (12) durch eine erste, entlang der Längsachse (Ax) bewegliche Spannvorrichtung und mit einer zweiten Seitenwand der Außenhülle (12) durch eine zweite, feststehende Spannvorrichtung verbunden ist.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel eine Längenänderung des Behälters (11) zwischen 2 und 10 mm zulassen.
- Tank (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Spannvorrichtung mindestens ein bewegliches Element umfasst, das fest mit dem Behälter (11) verbunden ist und entlang der Längsachse (Ax) gleitend auf einem Rohr montiert ist, das fest mit einer Seitenwand der Außenhülle (12) verbunden ist, wobei eine Rückstellfeder um das Rohr herum zwischen dem mindestens einen beweglichen Element und der Seitenwand der Außenhülle (12) angeordnet ist.
- Tank (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material hergestellt sind.
- Tank (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel Stifte zum Stützen der Außenhülle (12) umfassen, die sich auf dem Behälter (11) abstützen.
- Tank (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (11), das Verstärkungsgerüst (14) und die Außenhülle (12) aus Aluminium hergestellt sind.
- Tank (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälterwand (11) und die Wand der Außenhülle (12) voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen diesen Wänden zumindest teilweise mit isolierenden Mitteln gefüllt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug, beispielsweise Lastkraftwagen, mit mindestens einem Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
