Claims (15)

  1. Combinaison (10) d'un navire de levage lourd (12) et d'une structure annexe flottante (14) qui sont interconnectés par une charnière (40) ayant un axe de charnière horizontal (45), dans laquelle :
    - le navire de levage lourd comprend :
    o au moins une grue (15; 15A, 15B) comprenant une flèche de grue (20), dans laquelle le navire de levage lourd est configuré pour effectuer des opérations de levage lourd par lui-même, c'est-à-dire sans la structure annexe flottante,
    o au moins un ensemble de charnière de navire (44),
    - la structure annexe flottante est configurée pour lever une structure lourde en mer, la structure lourde étant une installation de surface ou une sous-structure pour supporter une installation de surface,
    dans lequel la structure annexe flottant comprend :
    o une coque (22),
    o au moins un ensemble de charnière annexe (42) configuré pour être connecté à l'ensemble de charnière de navire et pour former la charnière (40) avec celui-ci,
    o au moins un connecteur de ligne de grue (24) monté sur la coque, dans laquelle le navire de levage lourd et la structure annexe flottante sont interconnectés par l'intermédiaire de la charnière, dans laquelle la charnière permet une rotation de la structure annexe flottante par rapport au navire de levage lourd autour de l'axe de la charnière, et
    dans laquelle un point de suspension de ligne de grue (26) de la au moins une flèche de grue est positionné au-dessus de la structure annexe flottante, dans laquelle la au moins une grue est reliée à la structure annexe flottante, dans laquelle au moins une première ligne de grue (28) s'étend du premier connecteur de ligne de grue au point de suspension de ligne de grue de l'au moins une grue,
    dans lequel la structure annexe flottante est un navire semi-submersible, comprenant :
    - un ou plusieurs flotteurs,
    - de multiples colonnes qui s'étendent vers le haut depuis le au moins un flotteur sur une distance verticale et définissent des zones ouvertes entre les colonnes, et
    - des réservoirs de ballastage qui peuvent être remplis et vidés pour faire varier le tirant d'eau de la structure annexe flottante,
    dans laquelle la combinaison comprend un passage (77) entre les colonnes de la structure annexe flottante et le navire de levage lourd ou entre les colonnes de la structure annexe flottante,
    dans lequel le passage est construit de manière à positionner une barge ou une sous-structure dans ledit passage entre lesdites colonnes lorsque lesdites colonnes coupent la ligne de flottaison pour :
    1) transfert de l'installation de surface de la structure annexe flottante à la barge ou à la sous-structure, et/ou
    2) pour transfert de l'installation de surface de la barge ou de la sous-structure à la structure annexe flottante, et/ou
    3) pour levage de la sous-structure ou d'une partie de la sous-structure.
  2. Combinaison selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le passage est configuré pour positionner :
    - une barge, une enveloppe ou une structure basée sur la gravité dans ledit passage et sous une structure lourde portée par le navire annexe, et/ou
    - une combinaison d'une barge, d'une enveloppe ou d'une structure basée sur la gravité d'une part et d'une structure lourde qui est portée par la barge, l'enveloppe ou la structure basée sur la gravité d'autre part et qui s'étend vers le haut plus haut que la structure annexe flottante dans ledit passage, avant transfert de ladite structure lourde structure lourde à la structure annexe flottante.
  3. Combinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le navire de levage lourd est un navire semi-submersible, comprenant :
    - un ou plusieurs flotteurs, notamment un flotteur droit (56A) et un flotteur gauche (56B),
    - une structure de pont (57),
    - de multiples colonnes (58) qui s'étendent vers le haut sur une distance verticale à partir du au moins un flotteur et qui interconnectent le flotteur à la structure de pont, dans laquelle les colonnes définissent des zones ouvertes entre les colonnes,
    - un système de ballastage pour faire varier le tirant d'eau du navire de levage lourd.
  4. Combinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la structure annexe flottant comprend une ouverture (70) entre les flotteurs à une extrémité, et une structure transversale entre les flotteurs à l'extrémité opposée, dans laquelle la structure transversale est située plus haut que les flotteurs mais plus bas que les extrémités supérieures des colonnes de la structure annexe flottante, et en particulier environ à mihauteur des colonnes de la structure annexe flottante.
  5. Combinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le passage (77) traverse la structure annexe flottante, le passage s'étendant depuis une première ouverture (78) située entre une colonne avant droite (62.5) et une colonne avant gauche (62.6) de la structure annexe flottante et une seconde ouverture (79) située entre une colonne arrière droite (62.1) et une colonne arrière gauche (62.2) de la structure annexe flottante, dans laquelle une barge ou une combinaison de barges peut se déplacer complètement à travers ledit passage, traversant ainsi la structure annexe flottante lorsque la structure annexe flottante est ballastée jusqu'à présenter un fort tirant d'eau.
  6. Combinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la structure annexe flottante comprend un système de levage hydraulique configuré pour élever les traverses par rapport à la au moins une coque de la structure annexe flottante.
  7. Procédé de levage d'une structure lourde en mer, le procédé comprenant les étapes de :
    - fournir la combinaison du navire de levage lourd et de la structure annexe flottante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - positionner une structure lourde telle qu'une installation de surface sur la structure annexe flottante,
    - mettre sous pré-tension l'au moins une ligne de grue,
    dans lequel l'au moins une ligne de grue sous pré-tension limite la liberté de mouvement de la structure annexe flottante par rapport au navire de levage lourd,
    dans lequel la au moins une ligne de grue sous pré-tension amène le navire de levage lourd et la structure annexe flottante à se déplacer en tandem, avec des caractéristiques de mouvement ressemblant aux caractéristiques de mouvement d'un seul navire rigide.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel, vu de dessus, au moins une barge est positionnée dans le passage, dans lequel la structure lourde est transférée de la barge sur la structure annexe flottante ou de la structure annexe flottante sur la barge.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, dans lequel :
    - une installation de surface est levée d'une enveloppe ou d'une autre sous-structure en positionnant une partie de la structure annexe flottante en forme de U, en forme de H, en forme de H étendu ou en forme de W autour de l'enveloppe ou d'une autre sous-structure et en procédant ensuite au déballastage du navire de levage lourd et de la structure annexe flottante ensemble, soulevant ainsi l'installation de surface de l'enveloppe ou de l'autre sous-structure, ou
    - une installation de surface est installée sur une enveloppe en transportant l'installation de surface avec la structure annexe flottante et en positionnant la partie de la structure annexe flottante en forme de U, de H, de H étendu ou de W autour de l'enveloppe ou de l'autre sous-structure, puis en ballastant le navire de levage lourd et la structure annexe flottante, abaissant ainsi le navire de levage lourd, la structure annexe flottante et l'installation de surface, et en plaçant l'installation de surface sur l'enveloppe ou l'autre sous-structure.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, dans lequel la structure annexe flottante comprend un système de levage hydraulique configuré pour soulever les poutres transversales par rapport à la au moins une coque de la structure annexe flottante, dans lequel, pour faire une entrée en contact initiale entre la structure annexe flottante et la structure lourde qui doit être levée, le système hydraulique soulève les traverses par rapport à la coque.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, dans lequel :
    - une installation de surface ou autre structure lourde est transférée d'une barge à la structure annexe flottante, et dans lequel :
    o l'installation de surface ou autre structure lourde est positionnée de manière centrale sur la barge,
    o la structure annexe flottante est déballastée jusqu'à présenter un fort tirant d'eau,
    o la barge, y compris l'installation de surface ou autre structure lourde, est positionnée dans une partie de la structure annexe flottante en forme de U, de H, de H étendu ou de W, et
    o la structure annexe flottante est déballastée, diminuant ainsi le tirant d'eau de la structure annexe flottante, dans lequel la structure annexe flottante soulève l'installation de surface ou autre structure lourde de la barge,
    - une installation de surface ou autre structure lourde est transférée de la structure annexe flottante à au moins une barge ou un navire, dans lequel :
    o la structure supérieure ou autre structure lourde est positionnée sur la structure annexe flottante,
    o la structure annexe flottante, y compris l'installation de surface ou autre structure lourde, est ballastée de manière à présenter un faible tirant d'eau,
    o la barge est positionnée dans la partie en forme de U, de H, de H étendu ou de W de la structure annexe flottante, et
    o la structure annexe flottant est ballastée, augmentant ainsi le tirant d'eau de la structure annexe flottante, dans lequel la structure annexe flottante est abaissée et place l'installation de surface ou autre structure lourde sur la barge.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de procédé précédentes, comprenant les étapes ultérieures de :
    - ballaster la combinaison qui porte la structure lourde jusqu'à ce que les colonnes pénètrent le niveau d'eau,
    - désaccoupler la structure annexe flottante du navire de levage lourd,
    - positionner au moins une barge dans le passage de la structure annexe flottante
    - ballaster davantage la structure annexe flottante jusqu'à ce que la structure lourde soit positionnée sur la au moins une barge.
  13. Procédé de levage d'une enveloppe, d'une structure basée sur la gravité ou d'une autre sous-structure en mer, le procédé comprenant :
    - fournir la combinaison du navire de levage lourd et de la structure annexe flottante selon l'une quelconque des revendications de dispositif précédentes,
    - mettre la au moins une ligne de grue sous pré-tension,
    dans lequel l'au moins une ligne de grue sous pré-tension limite la liberté de mouvement de la structure annexe flottante par rapport au navire de levage lourd,
    dans lequel la au moins une ligne de grue sous pré-tension fait que le navire de levage lourd et la structure annexe flottante se déplacent en tandem, avec des caractéristiques de mouvement ressemblant aux caractéristiques de mouvement d'un seul navire rigide,
    dans lequel une partie de l'enveloppe, de la structure basée sur la gravité ou de l'autre sous-structure est positionnée dans le passage,
    dans lequel la structure annexe flottante est connectée à l'enveloppe, à la structure basée sur la gravité ou à l'autre sous-structure,
    dans lequel :
    - l'enveloppe, la structure à base de gravité, l'autre sous-structure ou une partie de la sous-structure est soulevée en déballastant le navire de levage lourd et la structure annexe flottante ensemble, soulevant ainsi l'enveloppe, la structure à base de gravité, l'autre sous-structure ou une partie de la sous-structure,
    ou
    - l'enveloppe, la structure fondée sur la gravité, l'autre sous-structure ou une partie de la sous-structure est abaissée en ballastant le navire de levage lourd et de la structure annexe flottante ensemble, abaissant ainsi l'enveloppe, la structure basée sur la gravité, l'autre sous-structure ou une partie de la sous-structure.
  14. Structure annexe flottante configurée pour soulever une structure lourde en mer, la structure annexe flottante comprenant :
    - une coque,
    - au moins un ensemble de charnière annexe configuré pour être relié à une partie de charnière de navire de levage lourd et pour former une charnière avec celui-ci,
    - au moins un connecteur de ligne de grue monté sur la coque,
    dans lequel la structure annexe flottante est configurée pour être interconnectée au navire de levage lourd par l'intermédiaire de la charnière, dans laquelle la charnière permet une rotation de la structure annexe flottante par rapport au navire de levage lourd autour de l'axe de charnière,
    dans lequel la structure annexe flottante est un navire semi-submersible, comprenant :
    - un ou plusieurs flotteurs,
    - de multiples colonnes qui s'étendent vers le haut à partir du au moins un flotteur sur une distance verticale et qui définissent des zones ouvertes entre les colonnes, et
    - des réservoirs de ballastage qui peuvent être remplis et vidés pour faire varier le tirant d'eau de la structure annexe flottante,
    dans laquelle la combinaison comprend un passage (77) entre les colonnes de la structure annexe flottante et le navire de levage lourd ou entre les colonnes de la structure annexe flottante,
    dans lequel le passage est construit de manière à positionner une barge ou une sous-structure dans ledit passage entre lesdites colonnes lorsque lesdites colonnes croisent le niveau d'eau pour :
    1) transfert de l'installation de surface à partir de la structure annexe flottante jusqu'à la barge ou à la sous-structure, et/ou la barge ou la sous-structure, et/ou
    2) transfert de l'installation de surface à partir de la barge ou de la sous-structure jusqu'à la structure annexe flottante, et/ou
    3) levage de la sous-structure ou d'une partie de la sous-structure.
  15. Structure annexe flottante selon la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre l'une quelconque des caractéristiques des revendications dépendantes 2 à 5 dans la mesure où elles sont liées à la structure annexe flottante.
