Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un article à fumer (100) qui inclut un segment de filtre (5) et un segment de tabac (10) contenant un bâtonnet de tabac (1) et un segment de refroidissement (3), comprenant
    (A) la préparation d'un segment de tabac à deux longueurs contenant un bâtonnet de tabac à deux longueurs (1w) qui présente une double longueur du bâtonnet de tabac (1) et qui peut être séparé dans la partie centrale dans la direction longitudinale et deux segments de refroidissement (3) en contact avec chaque extrémité du bâtonnet de tabac à deux longueurs (1w) ;
    (B) la séparation du segment de tabac à deux longueurs dans la partie centrale pour préparer une paire de segments de tabac (10) séparés et inverser les segments de tabac (10), plaçant ainsi les segments de tabac (10) via un espace pour aligner les axes longitudinaux des segments de tabac (10) et permettre aux segments de refroidissement (3) de se faire mutuellement face ;
    (C) la préparation d'un segment de filtre à deux longueurs (5w), qui présente une double longueur du segment de filtre (5), et la mise en place du segment de filtre à deux longueurs (5w) dans l'espace de telle sorte que les deux extrémités du segment de filtre à deux longueurs (5w) entrent en contact avec le côté extrémité de refroidissement de l'un ou l'autre des segments de tabac (10), préparant ainsi un segment composite (90) ;

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel une étape de A inclut en outre l'enveloppement du bâtonnet de tabac à deux longueurs (1w) dans un élément d'enveloppement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'élément d'enveloppement est un papier contenant un arôme.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel une étape de A est une étape de préparation d'un segment de tabac à deux longueurs contenant un bâtonnet de tabac à deux longueurs (1w), qui présente une double longueur du bâtonnet de tabac (1), et deux segments de refroidissement (3) en contact avec chaque extrémité du bâtonnet de tabac à deux longueurs (1w) et de découpe du segment de tabac à deux longueurs dans la partie centrale dans la direction longitudinale, préparant ainsi un segment de tabac à deux longueurs.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le segment de filtre (5) inclut un filtre acétate (51) et un filtre (53) de trou central.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'article à fumer (100) inclut le bâtonnet de tabac (1), le segment de refroidissement (3) et le segment de filtre (5) dans cet ordre vers la direction aval.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le bâtonnet de tabac (1) présente un diamètre plus grand qu'un élément voisin.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le bâtonnet de tabac (1) présente un diamètre de 0,05 à 0,15 mm plus grand que l'élément voisin.

  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le segment de refroidissement (3) inclut un tube de papier présentant une pluralité de trous dans la direction circonférentielle.
