- the present invention relates to a locking device, in particular for a sliding door fitting, with a control element that can be moved by a drive rod, a slide that is movably guided on a guide element and has a curved guide in which the control element can be moved, and one connected to the slide via a first bolt Locking element which can be locked on a closing element.
- the EP 2 682 545 B1 discloses a locking arrangement for a sliding door, in which a mushroom head is fixed to a transverse slide and can be locked to a receptacle of a locking element.
- the mushroom head must be inserted relatively precisely into the receptacle of the closure element, which makes an exact alignment of the closure element and the mushroom head necessary during assembly.
- the forces for securing a sliding sash in the locked position are limited by such a mushroom head, which leads to a low level of burglary resistance.
- a slide is connected to a locking element via a first bolt and via at least one further second bolt, so that the slide and locking element are arranged securely and stably relative to one another via the at least two bolts.
- the holding forces of the two bolts In order to overcome the holding forces of the locking element which can be locked on a closing element, the holding forces of the two bolts must therefore be overcome before the sash can be broken out of its locked position. This increases the protection against break-ins, since considerable forces have to be expended to overcome the holding forces of the two bolts.
- At least one sleeve for fixing the respective bolt is preferably provided on the slide for each bolt. This creates a stable connection between the bolt and slide, which can be easily assembled by inserting or screwing the bolt into the respective sleeve.
- the locking element can be inserted in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod with play in a pocket-shaped receptacle of the closing element.
- the play in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod can be, for example, in a range between 2 mm to 20 mm, in particular 4 mm to 12 mm, so that the alignment of the locking element and the locking element has to be less precise during assembly and certain tolerances are allowed without impairment of function .

- a sliding door fitting 1 comprises two carriages for supporting a sliding sash, each carriage 2 having a roller part 3 with at least one roller 4 and a support part 5 for supporting the sliding sash.
- the support part 5 is displaceable relative to the roller part 3 in the axial direction of the rollers 4.
- the carriage 2 can be designed as shown in FIG EP 3 321 459 B1 is shown.
- To move the sliding sash which comprises a frame with a filling element, for example, a rotatable handle element 6 is provided, with other actuation devices or electrical drives optionally also being able to be used.
- a gear 7 is driven via the rotatable grip element 6 in order to move drive rods 8 which are connected to one another via corner deflections 9.
- Driving rods 8 are provided on all four sides of the sliding sash, which over the handle element 6 are each movable in the longitudinal direction.
- the control elements 10 are designed as pins, in particular as cylindrical or mushroom-head-shaped pins.
- closing devices 11 are provided in which a curved guide 12 is formed.
- the curved guide 12 comprises a corresponding inclination and a widened outlet section which is used to thread the control element 10.
- a lower guide device 13 is provided between the two carriages 2 which interacts with a control element 10 in order to move the sliding sash between the parallel parked position and the closed position when the drive rod 8 is moved.
- Another guide device 13 is provided on an upper drive rod 8.
- the sliding door fitting 1 comprises upper guide elements 14 which interact with an upper guide rail so that the sliding sash can be moved in the parallel parked position, the upper guide rail guiding the sliding sash over the guide elements 14, which can optionally be designed as sliding or roller elements . In the lower area, the sliding sash is guided over the carriage 2.
- the sliding sash is shifted to the right in the parallel parked position, so that a vertical center strut is arranged on the right-hand side of the sliding door fitting 1, along which the sliding sash moves during an opening movement.
- three closing elements 15 are fixed to this center strut, and the number of closing elements 15 can be selected as a function of the size and weight of the sliding sash.
- Each closing element 15 comprises a pocket-shaped receptacle 16 for a locking element 40, which can be moved via a control device 20.
- the control device 20 is driven via a control element 10.
- the control device 20 comprises a guide element 21 which is attached to a frame of the Sliding sash is fixed.
- the guide element 21 has one or more openings 22 into which screws or other fastening means are inserted.

Description
The present invention relates to a locking device, in particular for a sliding door fitting, with a control element that can be moved by a drive rod, a slide that is movably guided on a guide element and has a curved guide in which the control element can be moved, and one connected to the slide via a first bolt Locking element which can be locked on a closing element.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to create a locking device that is easy to assemble and can absorb higher forces to prevent burglary.
This object is achieved with a locking device with the features of
In the locking device according to the invention, a slide is connected to a locking element via a first bolt and via at least one further second bolt, so that the slide and locking element are arranged securely and stably relative to one another via the at least two bolts. In order to overcome the holding forces of the locking element which can be locked on a closing element, the holding forces of the two bolts must therefore be overcome before the sash can be broken out of its locked position. This increases the protection against break-ins, since considerable forces have to be expended to overcome the holding forces of the two bolts.
At least one sleeve for fixing the respective bolt is preferably provided on the slide for each bolt. This creates a stable connection between the bolt and slide, which can be easily assembled by inserting or screwing the bolt into the respective sleeve.
For simple assembly, the locking element can be inserted in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod with play in a pocket-shaped receptacle of the closing element. The play in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod can be, for example, in a range between 2 mm to 20 mm, in particular 4 mm to 12 mm, so that the alignment of the locking element and the locking element has to be less precise during assembly and certain tolerances are allowed without impairment of function .
The locking element is preferably designed as a locking plate. The plate can be designed essentially rectangular in plan view. A front edge, which lies at the front in the direction of insertion into the closing element, preferably tapers to a point, so that threading the locking element into the closing element is facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment, the locking element is arranged in the direction of movement of the slide with play between two walls in the pocket-shaped receptacle of the closing element. As a result, the locking element can be used both for pushing off and for tightening a sliding sash. When the drive rod is moved in a first direction, the locking element can rest against a first wall of the pocket-shaped receptacle and push a wing out of the closed position into a position that is parked in parallel. If the drive rod is moved in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the locking element can rest against the opposite second wall of the closing element and attract the wing from the parallel parked position into a closed position. The locking element thus not only serves to lock the sash in the closed position, but can also be used actively as a control device for pulling in and pushing off the sash.
The locking device according to the invention is preferably used in a sliding door fitting, in particular for parallel parking of a sliding sash, which can then be moved in the parallel parking position via one or more carriages along a running rail. In such a sliding door, the sliding sash can be arranged in a frame, the closing element preferably on a center strut in the The frame is fixed, which is aligned vertically and which the sliding sash moves past when moving along the running rail.

The locking
The locking

If the sliding sash is now to be moved from the closed position into a parallel parked open position, a movement of the
