Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of packaging of liquids
- the present invention relates to the packaging of beverages
- fizzy drinks such as beer
- storing and distributing them at the drinking establishment or to individuals.
- Soft drinks such as beer
- factories or breweries for beer
- containers such as kegs. They are then distributed to drinking places or to individuals through networks adapted to each market.
- beer for example, it contains dissolved carbon dioxide in equilibrium with gaseous carbon dioxide under pressure. This pressure balance is necessary for the preservation of the organoleptic properties of beer.
- the containers used for the storage, transport and then the final distribution of the beer must therefore withstand an internal overpressure of the order of 1 to 4 bars.
- Beer is also a product from the fermentation of different organic materials in the aqueous phase.
- the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the storage container is important so that the beer does not degrade under the action of uncontrolled fermentations induced by bacteria present in the container at the time of filling.
- the first type includes the barrels. They have a large capacity (at least 10 liters, generally 30 liters). In addition, they are mainly intended for the drinking establishments market or for public or private events (parties, fairs, etc.). The beer is extracted from the barrels at the time of consumption thanks to the pressure in the keg which must be kept constant as the keg is emptied.
- the second type includes bottles and mini-barrels. They are from
- Beer is a product on which the price of the container and also that of its transport or storage (full or empty) has a strong impact on the sale price to distributors or consumers. It can represent a share of around 10% for distances between place of production and place of consumption on a city scale. Reducing this cost is a real issue for brewers because it allows them to increase their margins. Another reason is that it also makes certain customers more accessible in remote geographic areas. By reducing the cost of transport, it is possible to reach a larger clientele, bypassing the criterion of distance.
- the barrels intended for drinking establishments must have at least three characteristics.
- the barrels must therefore be compatible with the filling equipment of the brewers.
- a second characteristic is that the barrels must be suitable for transport, storage and sometimes for the second fermentation of the beer. It is therefore a double logistical characteristic (including the return or recycling of empty drums) and sanitary.
- a third characteristic is that the barrels must be suitable for serving beer. They must therefore be compatible with the distribution lines in the drinking establishments (so-called “pythons” lines). They must also be compatible with fast, uninterrupted service during opening hours (10 kegs of the same beer can be sold during the same evening).
- a first solution (the majority on the market) uses reusable metal drums. These barrels are bought by the brewers who collect them once emptied in the drinking establishments and who recondition them for each use. This first solution suffers from numerous drawbacks.
- this type of keg has a very high cost when they must be purchased in large numbers by brewers. This therefore constitutes a very important investment and immobilization of capital for them. This cost can limit brewers in their sales during peak consumption (during holidays or sporting events). The choice of oversizing the barrel fleet to cope with peak consumption is not necessarily an economically relevant solution. In addition, these high cost kegs can be lost or stolen during return transport to the brewers.
- drums In terms of logistics, these drums are heavy, more than ten kilograms per unit which makes them difficult to handle when they are full (around 45 ki lograms). It also makes them very expensive to transport because an inert, unsold mass has to be transported back and forth.
- Carbon dioxide for the distribution of beverages. Carbon dioxide is injected into the keg to balance the pressure necessary for preserving the beer and to provide the force necessary for circulation in the distribution line.
- the installation which supplies carbon dioxide constitutes a cost for the beverage outlet and must remain operational at all times during the distribution (no distribution possible if the cylinder is empty). It should be noted that certain drinking establishments use compressed air (from a compressor and therefore at lower cost and with a very low risk of service interruption) in place of carbon dioxide, at the risk of degrading beer due to the presence of oxygen and nitrogen under pressure on contact.
- metal drums are complex to manufacture and
- connection heads of which there are several models
- connection heads combine in a single object the two types of connection (beer outlet and pressure inlet) which leads to relatively complex connection heads (managing the tightness of a liquid flow and a gas flow) and relatively complex manipulations when changing the barrel (circuit break, possible purges, reopening of circuits) which can take up to 10 minutes per change and require learning.
- circuit break, possible purges, reopening of circuits which can take up to 10 minutes per change and require learning.
- these drums must be used in an upright position and once empty, carbon dioxide can emerge which can enter the distribution line and cause incidents (foaming). It follows that such kegs
- a second solution uses disposable plastic barrels (usually PET) (single use) into which carbon dioxide is injected in contact with beer (this type of barrel is distributed under the trade names Dolium® or Petainer® for example).
- PET disposable plastic barrels
- Dolium® or Petainer® for example.
- These drums respond to most of the disadvantages of metal drums but still suffer from a number of problems. In particular, although they remove the problem of returning to the brewers and cleaning by reuse of PET and their single use, these barrels remain complex in their structure and their use in beverage flow. In reality, only the material of the barrel changes, but not the structure. The disadvantages of metal drums on this subject therefore remain.
- a third solution uses disposable plastic drums with a pocket (single use of the assembly).
- the beer is enclosed in a bag maintained under pressure by a gas injected between the keg and the bag (this type of keg is distributed under the trade name Keykeg® for example).
- the injected gas does not come into contact with the beer.
- the material used is also PET.
- the barrels according to this third solution actually suffer from the same drawbacks as the barrels according to the second solution (complexity and negative real ecological footprint).
- a fourth solution uses reusable plastic barrels in which are inserted single-use bags and in which the beer is stored (this type of system is distributed under the trade name EcoEZ® for example).

- FIG.6 illustrates the use and operation of containers according to embodiments, [fig.7]
- connection kit for connecting a container to a liquid flow (or filling) system
- the container structure according to the embodiments of the invention has several levels.
- the container according to the invention comprises a pocket or a set of pockets whose function is to store a carbonated liquid, that is to say a liquid in which are trapped inert gas bubbles (type C02).
- This pocket or this set of pockets is suitable for the conservation of the stored liquid, in particular its nutritional qualities in the case of drinks.
- the bag or the set of bags can make it possible to offer impermeability to oxidizing agents and prevent pollution of the liquid by potentially harmful residues (for example of endocrine disrupting type) originating from the bag or the set of pockets itself.
- this pocket or set of pockets it is not necessary for this pocket or set of pockets to have special characteristics such as, for example, a high mechanical strength or a particular color (which makes it possible to filter out certain light radiations detrimental to the quality of the product). This relaxation of stress makes it possible to simplify the choice of material for this pocket.
- the materials that can be used are, for example films made of:
- LLDPE (acronym for “Linear low-density polyethylene” in Anglo-Saxon terminology) or MDPE (acronym for “Medium-density polyethylene” in Anglo-Saxon terminology).
- the container comprises a pocket or a set of pockets whose function is to contain a gas under pressure which keeps level 1 under pressure so that the stored liquid does not degass and at the same time supply the energy necessary for the distribution of the liquid.
- This second level can be contained inside the first level. Alterna
- the two levels are juxtaposed while allowing level 2 to maintain level 1 under pressure.
- a common wall can be provided for the two levels.
- level 2 has sufficient opacity, mechanical strength and extensibility characteristics. Thus, level 2 has a maximum volume that it cannot exceed. Level 2 is then designed to have these characteristics in addition to being impervious to pressurization gas.
- This level 3 of the container comprises an envelope or set of envelopes
- level 3 can be designed detachably from levels 1 and 2, that is to say that it is possible to use level 3 of a container with other games of levels 1 and 2. This thus allows reuse of level 3.
- Level 3 can be separated from levels 1 and 2 thanks to a partial or total disassembly of the envelope or through a media integrated into the envelope which allows its opening and closing without disassembly operation.
- This envelope or set of level 3 envelopes can be made using a mesh material whose mesh size (empty orifice) is small enough to allow the pocket or set of level 2 pockets to rest on it without breaking. This characteristic makes it possible to use for this level 3 materials like screens, more or less tight weft and warp fabrics or flexible "mesh size” type assemblies (made of metal or any other suitable material).
- level 1 has a "draw interface" itself
- level 2 is provided with a "pressure interface" allowing it to be connected to a pressurization line while preserving the stored liquid from any contact with the pressurization gas.
- these 2 interfaces can be combined into a single one or be separated according to the compatibility desired with the existing connection systems.
- Level 3 may in turn include one or more passages allowing the passage of the "pressure interface” and “the draft interface” or the single interface while allowing their connection to external devices in a simple manner (filling, drawing, pressurizing) and, if necessary, preserving the possibility of dissociating levels 1 and 2 from level 3.
- Figure 1 schematically illustrates an embodiment at three levels.
- Level 1 includes a pocket 100 defining a volume 107 containing the liquid to be stored and dispensed.
- Level 2 includes a pocket 101 which contains the pocket 100 (alternatively, instead of being included in the pocket 100, the pocket 101 can simply be juxtaposed to it or even have a common wall).
- the volume 108 between the pocket 100 and the pocket 101 contains the gas making it possible to keep the liquid in the pocket 100 under pressure and to allow the liquid to be drawn (in the case of two juxtaposed pockets, the gas under pressure is contained in the volume of pocket 101).
- Level 3 is optional and includes an envelope 102 which limits the total volume of the container.
- the pocket 100 is provided with a draw interface 103 provided with a standard connector allowing the filling or the draw of the liquid according to the mode of use (for example a “aquastop” type connector).
- This interface is tightly connected with the pocket 100 and passes tightly through the pocket 101 which has a passage provided for this purpose.
- the interface 103 also passes through the envelope 102 which it also contains a passage 105 provided for this purpose, which itself is not necessarily sealed.
- the pocket 101 is provided with a pressure interface 104 provided with a connector
- This interface is connected to the pocket 101 in a sealed manner.
- the interface 104 passes through the casing 102 which also contains a passage 106 provided for this purpose, which is not necessarily waterproof.
- Level 3 can be detachable, the passages 105 and 106 can be used to remove the interfaces 103 and 104.
- levels 1 and 2 are weldable plastics. Levels 1 and 2 can then be welded to a through sleeve at this location. The sleeve then has on the inside of a border allowing the welding of the pockets or set of pockets of levels 1 and 2 and having on the outside a male quick connector interface of the type commonly used in sprinkler systems. For example, this is a “Gardena®” type connector interface.
- FIG. 19 illustrates an envelope meshed with a 1901 weft yarn and a
- a frame according to this embodiment makes it possible to reduce the stresses on the pocket 101 of level 2 which is supported on this mesh when it is inserted in the envelope 102 and when the container is filled with liquid and / or gas.
- the stress tensor to which the level 101 pocket 101 is subjected is in fact proportional to the pressure difference P1-P0 between the interior and the exterior and to the surface dS.
- FIG. 20 illustrates how an envelope 102 can be produced.
- a piece of fabric 2001 is cut to serve as the first wall. For example, it is a wall without the passage openings for the draft and pressure interfaces. In this case, this wall can be qualified as a rear wall.
- a second piece of fabric 2002 is cut in the same shape as the piece 2001. This second piece can for its part include the orifices for passage of the pull and pressure interfaces 105 and 106. This piece can then be qualified as a front wall.
- the orifices are made in the piece of fabric and possibly reinforced. Transport handles and fixings for the 2004 stacking are optionally fixed to the piece 2002. For example, these handles are sewn on the piece 2002.
- a quick opening 400 such as for example a zipper or buttons, can possibly be mounted so that calves 1 and 2 can be changed without disassembling the assembly (i.e. in the case of a fabric envelope without having to unstitch it).
- the two pieces of fabric are then superimposed and then sewn with a 2006 seam whose thread and stitch characteristics allow compliance with the expected mechanical characteristics.
- PVC pieces can be assembled.
- the parts instead of being sewn together, can be welded on their edges. Edge welding can be used with other types of materials compatible with this technique.
- the advantage of these manufacturing methods is that the empty envelope can be delivered flat before filling and after the stored product has been completely drawn.
- the logistical advantage provided is a space savings of a factor of 20 compared to all competing products.
- levels 1, 2 and 3 of the container allow flat storage of it or of each of the elements that compose it.
- Such flat storage is for example made possible by a flat thickness of each of these levels and / or of the container of 5 cm or less (thickness W 1 illustrated in FIG. 5 for example).
- Such a thickness may for example be 1 cm or less.
- We can also provide a thickness between 1 and 5 cm depending on the materials used. Value ranges for this thickness can also be 2 cm or less, 3 cm or less or 4 cm or less. Other examples can also be between 2 and 3 cm, between 3 and 4 cm or between 4 and 5 cm. Combinations of these places of values are also possible. All these places of values are also possible for levels 1 and 2 and the pockets they contain.
- the dimensions of the container are of the order of 150 cm in length, 30 cm in width and 1 cm in thickness when it is empty of liquid and gas.
- This same container when it is completely full of liquid and / or gas can have dimensions of the order of 140 cm in length.
- This length is narrowed with respect to the empty container because its dimensions in the plane orthogonal to its length have increased due to swelling by liquid and / or gas.
- These dimensions in this plane are for example included in a diameter of 20 cm.
- FIG. 2 illustrates an embodiment of the sleeve of the connector 103 in the case of a pocket 100 included in a pocket 101.
- the non-return system is not illustrated. It can nevertheless be carried out in a conventional manner by a person skilled in the art (for example a conventional non-return system or a two-way system which may or may not be integrated into the sleeve).
- the sleeve has a base 201, for example circular, to which the pockets 100 and 101 are welded, for example by a weld 200 of the type of those used for thermoplastic welds (thermal or ultrasonic or high frequency welding).
- the end 202 of the sleeve has fixing and sealing means for connection to a system for delivering the liquid contained in the bag 100 or a system for filling the bag.
- the end 202 is at a distance from the base 201 sufficient to allow the sleeve to pass through the level 3 and the casing 102 without hindering the fixing of the sleeve to the flow or filling system.
- This end 202 has a sealing ring 203 held in a
- This ring is able to cooperate with an orifice of the flow system. It further comprises a second groove 204 able to cooperate with means for fixing the flow system to keep the sleeve connected.
- FIG. 3 illustrates an embodiment of the sleeve of the connector 104.
- the non-return system is not illustrated. It can nevertheless be carried out in a conventional manner by a person skilled in the art (for example a conventional non-return system or a two-way system which may or may not be integrated into the sleeve).
- the sleeve has a base 301, for example circular, to which the pocket 101 is welded, for example by a weld 300 of the type used for welding thermoplastics (thermal or ultrasonic or high frequency welding).
- the end 302 of the sleeve has fixing and sealing means for connection to a gas injection and ejection system.
- this end is of the ISO 6150B type.
- the end 302 is at a distance from the base 301 sufficient to allow the sleeve to pass through the level 3 and the casing 102 without hindering the fixing of the sleeve to the gas injection or ejection system.
- the pockets of levels 1 and 2 are introduced into a level 3 envelope.
- This step can be carried out in the barrel manufacturing plant, at a reconditioning site or at the site for packaging the liquid to be distributed.
- the envelope 102 may be a new envelope or an envelope reused following a return by a beverage outlet (the return circuit will be described in the following).
- this step can be omitted.
- the envelope thus comprises an opening and closing system 400 allowing the introduction of the pockets of levels 1 and 2.
- This opening and closing system can for example be a zipper (of the ZIP type), a button system.
- the closure system can be reversible or irreversible. For example, it is possible to provide a seam that will be undone when there is a need to remove the level 1 and 2 pockets from the envelope. A new seam can then be made when new pockets are introduced.
- the envelope also has two openings 403 and 401 to allow the passage of the sleeves 103, 104 respectively.
- the assembly formed by the pockets of levels 1 and 2 as well as the envelope 102 of level 3 are in an ultra compact format. They can be stored flat, or even be folded or rolled. Their weight is also very low.
- the container will be connected to liquid filling and gas injection systems.
- the sleeve 103 is connected to a filling system 404 which introduces (as indicated by the arrow) a liquid L (for example beer) into the pocket 100 of level 1.
- the sleeve 104 is connected to an injection system 405 which introduces a gas G (for example C02) into the pocket 101 of level 2.
- the container when filled is illustrated in Figure 6. It is the envelope 102 level 3 which sets the maximum external volume of the container.
- the quantity of gas introduced into the pocket 102 depends on this maximum volume and on the quantity of liquid introduced into the pocket 100.
- the objective is to preserve the qualities, for example of food, of the liquid. In particular, the objective is to conserve the gas itself contained in the liquid.
- the pocket 100 which is practically flat in Figure 5 (thickness Wl) has now increased in volume. It now has a thickness W2 greater than W1. The same is true for pocket 101. These pockets are now under pressure and are held by the casing 102.
- the container thus conditioned is now ready for transport to drinking places or individuals. Transport is facilitated by the fact that the weight transported will almost exclusively consist of the liquid contained in the bag 100, the weight of the bags 100, 101, of the gas G and of the casing 102 are negligible.
- the container is connected to a liquid delivery system as illustrated in FIG. 7.
- the sleeve 103 is connected to a liquid extraction system 406 which extracts (as indicated by the arrow) the liquid L from the bag 100.
- the sleeve 104 is in turn connected to an injector of gas 407 which (as the arrow indicates) injects a gas G into the pocket 101 to compensate for the reduction in the volume of the pocket 100 due to the extraction of liquid, this in order to maintain a good pressure of the gas in the liquid.
- the pocket 100 is again flattened.
- the volume left empty by the liquid which has been extracted is occupied by gas G in the pocket 101 which therefore has a greater final volume.
- the gas G from the pocket 101 is extracted using G gas injector
- the pockets 100 and 101 can be discarded 1000, preferably to be recycled.
- Envelope 102 can be sent to a repackaging site for reuse.
- the envelope 102 may have dimensions which allow it to be flattened, or even folded or rolled, so that it can be inserted in a fold compatible with the standards of postal services.
- it may be a fold of the rectangular envelope type.
- G Envelope 102 can be sent back to the factory using other logistical means than La Poste.
- this logistics is simplified and its cost reduced (volume and weight reduced).
- a pre-paid mail can be delivered with the container.
- a pricing or an advantageous collection system can be provided for the drinking establishments agreeing to return the envelopes 102.
- the envelope 102 is made of recyclable materials and at low cost. In the event that the drinking establishment or the individual does not return the envelope 102, this does not penalize the costs of dispensing the liquid.
- quick connectors with two-way sealing can be used for the sleeve 103 and / or the sleeve 104.
- This type of connection allows the connection and disconnection of the interfaces on the fly without fluid or pressurized gas flowing neither from the filled container (in which the liquid is extracted) nor from the filling source ( both being under pressure).
- the use of this type of connection allows a significant simplification of the container change operations in the beverage outlet and therefore saves time.
- This quick connector with two-way sealing is described with reference to Figures 11 to 13.
- the connector has a first part 1100 described with reference to FIG. 11.
- This part 1100 comprises a body 1101 in which a mobile part can move.
- This movable part comprises a base 1102 from which extends a rod 1103.
- the base 1102 is movable between a mechanical stop 1105 and a sealing shoulder 1104 present on the internal surface of the body 1101. Sealing results on both of a surface finish of shoulder 1104 and of the surface finish and of base material 1102 (typically rubber in the form of an O-ring).
- the pressure exerted on the movable part, on the side of the rod 1103 is denoted PO.
- the pressure exerted on the side of the base 1102 opposite the rod 1103 is denoted P1.
- the pressure Pl is greater than the pressure PO, the base 1102 is pressed against the sealing shoulder G 1104.
- the body 1100 includes means for fixing to a
- these fixing means are a female thread, in which a corresponding male thread of the part 1200 can be screwed.
- This female thread is produced on the internal surface of the body 1101, on the side of the rod 1103.
- the second part 1200 of the connector comprises a body 1201 in which a mobile part can move.
- This movable part comprises a base 1202 from which extends a rod 1203.
- the base 1202 is movable between a mechanical stop 1204 and a sealing shoulder 1205 present on the internal surface of the body 1201.
- the sealing results on both of a surface condition of the shoulder 1205 and of the surface condition and of the base material 1202 (typically rubber in the form of an O-ring).
- PO the pressure exerted on the movable part, on the side of the rod 1203
- P2 The pressure exerted on the side of the base 1202 opposite the rod 1203.
- this part of the connector makes it possible to close the circulation of liquid or gas when the pressure P2 is greater than the pressure P2 and to allow the circulation of fluid in the other cases.
- the mechanical stop 1203 blocks the movement of the base 1202 but does not seal this part of the fitting.
- the male thread mentioned above is produced on the external surface of the body 1201, on the side of the rod 1203.
- the parts 1100 and 1200 can be fixed to each other.
- the parts 1100 and 1200 are fixed to each other by their respective sides having the rods 1103 and 1104.
- the thread of the part 1200 is screwed into that of the part 1100.
- other types of fixing means can be envisaged (for example a clipping system or the like).
- the pressure Pl on the base 1102 (on the side opposite to the rod 1103) is greater than the external pressure PO. This part of the fitting is therefore closed to the circulation of fluid or gas.
- the pressure P2 on the base 1202 (on the side opposite to the rod 1203) is greater than the external pressure PO. This part of the fitting is therefore also closed to the circulation of fluid or gas.
- the rods 1103 and 1203 are in contact. Their lengths are chosen so that, when the base 1202 comes into contact with the stop 1204, the base 1102 does not come into contact with
- the sealing shoulder 1104. They are also chosen so that, when the base 1102 comes into contact with the stop 1105, the base 1202 is not in contact with the sealing shoulder 1205.
- the parts 1100 and 1200 of the connector which always pass and allow the circulation of liquid and / or gas.
- the bases 1102 and 1202 are in contact with the stops 1104 and 1205, but due to the choice of the lengths of the rods 1103 and 1203, they never come into contact with the shoulders d seal 1104, 1205.
- connection parts 1100 or 1200 are shown diagrammatically by the symbol in FIG. 14.
- the left side of the figure is the side on which the symmetrical connector is connected and the right side that connected to the container or to the source of fluid.
- the fitting part when the upstream pressure PO 1400 is higher than the downstream pressure P1 1401 or when the fitting is connected to its counterpart, the fitting part is on and lets the liquid or gas circulate (this corresponds to the case where the base of the rod is pressed against the mechanical stop 1105 or 1204). Conversely, when the pressure P1 is stronger downstream 1401 than the pressure P0 upstream 1400 and the connector is not connected to its counterpart, the connector part is blocked and prevents liquid or gas from circulating (this corresponds to the case where the base of the rod is pressed against the sealing shoulder).
- a pressure reducer according to FIG. 15 can be added downstream of such a connector.
- the downstream part of the connector 1401 is connected to the inlet of the reducer 1500, the outlet of the new device now being the outlet of the reducer 1501.
- the pressure differential dP is adjustable or calibrated using the spring 1503 which presses on the valve 1502
- the symbol corresponding to this device is represented in FIG. 21 The pressure differential being noted dP.
- FIG. 16 illustrates a container 1600 according to embodiments with a pocket 1601 (Level 1) to contain a gasified liquid L and a pocket 1602 (Level 2) to contain a gas G and to exert pressure on the pocket 1601.
- the pocket 1601 is provided with a connector part 1603 which makes it possible to introduce the carbonated liquid and to retain it under pressure (for example a connector part according to FIG. 11 and schematized according to FIG. 14).
- the pocket 1602 is provided with a connection part 1604 which makes it possible to introduce the gas and to retain it under pressure (for example a connection part according to FIG. 11 and schematically according to FIG. 14).
- FIG. 17 illustrates a connection kit 1700 for connecting a container according to FIG. 16 to a liquid flow (or filling) system.
- the kit comprises three connector parts 1701, 1702 and 1703 connected in stars, with in common the outlet of liquid or gas.
- the connection parts are connected in stars on the side opposite to the rod.
- the kit can operate as a pressure reducer.
- the kit can thus be used in particular for placing several containers according to the invention in series and for emptying them successively.
- FIG. 18 illustrates a so-called series-parallel arrangement of three containers 1800, 1801, 1802 according to embodiments. Three containers are illustrated, but the assembly can work for any other number of containers.
- the container 1800 has a pocket 1803 for containing a carbonated liquid and a pocket 1804 for containing a gas. In addition to these level 1 and 2 pockets, the container may include a level 3 envelope (not shown).
- the bag 1803 is connected to a connector part 1805 for the flow of liquid.
- the bag 1804 is connected to a fitting part 1806 for the injection of gas.
- the other containers have a similar structure and are not detailed for the sake of brevity.
- the system is supplied with gas by a pressure source 1807 via a connector part 1808.
- This connector part is connected to a connection kit 1809 (with three connector parts 1810, 1811, 1812) as described in reference to figure 17.
- connection parts 1808 and 1810 allow the circulation of gas from the source 1807 to the pocket 1804 of the container 1800. They also allow the circulation of gas from the source 1807 to two other connection kits 1813 and 1814 respectively connected to containers 1801 and 1802. These connection kits have the same structure as that of kit 1808 and are not detailed for the sake of brevity.
- connection kits are configured to have different pressures
- each kit dP 0.1 bar.
- the connection kits work as pressure reducers.
- the gas pressure in the pockets of the containers is therefore decreasing as a function of the distance from the source of gas.
- the gas pressure in the level 2 pocket of the container 1800 is reduced by 0.1 bar, then that of the container 1801 is reduced by 0.2 bar and that of the containing 1802 is reduced by 0.3 bar.
- the container which empties first is the container 1800 (higher pressure), then the container 1801 (intermediate pressure), then the container 1802 (lower pressure).
- each container 1800, 1801, 1802 is connected to a connection kit 1815, 1816, 1817 respectively, via a connection part connected to the level 1 bag (for example the connection part 1805 for the 1803 level 1 pocket of the container 1800).
- connection kits 1815, 1816 and 1817 are thus connected in series and the kit at the end of the chain is connected to a line output 1818 (for example an output of the "Python" type for beer taps).
- a line output 1818 for example an output of the "Python" type for beer taps.
- the gas pressure inputs are connected in series with pressure reducers interposed between the pressure interfaces. It is thus possible to have unique reducing kits - in the example below 0.1 bar - and thus to have strictly decreasing pressures between the containers. These reducers are also valves which prevent air returns if they are disconnected (as described above with reference to Figures 11 to 13). The draw outlets are mounted in parallel so as to empty the containers one after the other in the order of the decreasing pressures applied by the previous reducers.
- connection kits and on the containers themselves make it possible to be able to change all or part of the empty drums in progress distribution without interrupting service.
- This system allows to put in parallel a large number of containers but also to change them on the fly without interruption of service an empty container if necessary.
